Exodus 17:8

Wednesday, January 15, 2025

Exodus 17:8 Now Amalek (amal - painful toil) came and fought with Israel in Rephidim (resting places). (NKJV)

Amalek comes from the word “Amal” which in Hebrews means “painful toil”- whatever you do is full of difficulties and stress whether in your personal relationship, work, sleep or finances. Rephidim in Hebrews meaning “resting places”. The enemy will always throw “painful toil” at you. For example, these thoughts can cause you to question your spouse, comparing him/her with another person or comparing your career with another person. These thoughts are not yours but the devil sows these thoughts into your head. He wants you to think that is you, but that is not you! You are a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come. The devil sows these “Amal”, painful toils at you, making you think that you have insomnia, that you are depressed, that you are stressed. This is because the devil does not want the people of God to be in Rephidim, in resting places. There is power when a child of God says he chose to rest, everything he does, he does it with shalom peace. He is not troubled. He has wisdom in handling his relationships. However, the devil wants to sow many negative thoughts in your mind so that you cannot rest. But God wants us to grow, to be a light that shines. When He says He is coming back for you, He does not want you to be stressed about it but to enjoy life. He wants you to grow.

Tuesday, January 14, 2025

1Corinthians 2:16b …But we have the mind of Christ. (NKVV)

Your thoughts can limit how you live your life. what is inside your mind will be reflected in your life. The Bible affirms that we have the mind of Christ! Tell yourself that you have the mind of Christ. You may be frustrated at your ineptness in handling certain tasks. Still, today, be reminded you that you are a child of God, and the Bible reassures that you have the mind of Christ. Perhaps you may sometimes forget that you are a child of God and your thoughts are on something else besides God. Maybe you are distracted by worries and things of the world. Perhaps you are not living in the present because something is troubling you, which can distract you causing you to be unaware that you have the mind of Christ. Hence today, keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

Hebrews 11:1

Monday, January 13, 2025

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (NKJV)

This verse emphasize that faith is the substance of the things we hope for. Although these things are not visible currently in the physical realm, we see it in our heart and believe that God’s reality is superior. When confronted with troubles, let us avoid lamenting about the lack but declare good things into it, envision the provision and believe that God will turn things around. Do you enjoy good health today? Certainly! Are your relationships thriving? Absolutely! Is your business flourishing this year? Without a doubt! The bible encourages us to speak out the desires of your heart. Jesus’ heart is to always bestow good gifts for you. Faith is neither denying nor acknowledging reality, faith is about believing in concordance with God’s truth.

Song of Songs 2:15-16

Sunday, January 12, 2025

Song of Songs 2:15-16 Catch us the foxes, The little foxes that spoil the vines, For our vines have tender grapes. 16 My beloved is mine, and I am his. He feeds his flock among the lilies. (NKJV)

Frequently, couples find themselves engaging in quarrels over trivial matters, as verse 15 suggests that it is the little foxes that spoil the vine. Sometimes the devil places a thought into your mind causing you to worry about the future. The little foxes are at work, spoiling the vines in your heart. When this happens, you may start comparing your spouses with others. You begin to absorb all these thoughts which affect your emotions which lead to emotional strain in your relationships. That is why in verse 16, the bible tells us to live our lives knowing that the beloved (Jesus) is yours and you are His. Even in times of lack, problems, fears, and worries, we can find solace in the assurance that we are cherished by our beloved and we, in turn, belong to Him. Perhaps you may be in lack now. Verse 16 further emphasizes that the Lord feeds his flock among the lilies. This reminds us to rely on the Lord rather than depending solely on people to meet our needs.

Body Of Christ

Saturday, January 11, 2025

Ephesians 1:23 The church is the body of Christ and is filled with Christ who completely fills everything. (CEV)

Church, you are the body of Christ, which is filled with Christ who is omnipotent. When you are filled with Christ, the truth is that regardless of how you feel (even though your emotions and feelings may fluctuate) remember that we are not depending on our feelings nor our emotions. Being made of flesh, we do have emotions and feelings but our true identity is not reflected by our feelings. When you are filled with Christ, everything is completely filled. Everything! Everything in this context means all that you need in your life. If you need a healthy body, or a financial breakthrough, or a breakthrough in your relationship, be aware that you are filled with Christ and thus you are filled with everything. You will see your provision only when you understand your position in Christ. Often, we attempt to secure our needs by our own methods, worrying whether we have enough. Why does this happen? This is because we are insecure of our position in Christ. This message is not telling you how to change yourselves, but it is the Word that will raise you up, to open your eyes to see your true position in Christ. The truth is, you are already filled with everything.

By The Hearing Of Faith

Friday, January 10, 2025

Galatians 3:5-6 Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? — just as Abraham “believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” (NKJV)

Many of us want miracles in our lives. We want good things to happen to us. We want our families to be changed for the better. Does God give you His spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law or by believing what you heard? Today, are you still thinking that your fate is with the first guardian-redeemer or do you believe that he has already passed the sandal to Boaz? Is it by the works of the law or by believing what you heard? Today, we can tap into the blessings by solely believing what we heard. We are justified by faith. Verse 6 says that Abraham believed in God and that was the reason it was accounted to him as righteousness. Was it by Abraham’s performance that he became righteous? No. He believed in God and it was credited to him as righteousness. The righteous standing was credited and transferred to his account. Church, we are all righteous because of Jesus Christ.

Walk In The Light

Thursday, January 9, 2025

1John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. (NKJV)

Many Christians say you must walk “according” to the light, because if you fail, you will return into darkness. However, the bible tells us to “walk in” the light. The moment you become a Christian, the light is switched on. You are already walking in the realm of light. The bible says that once you become a Christian, nobody can snatch you out of His hand. You might be a naughty sheep but the shepherd can always find his sheep. You might be a prodigal son but the Father always has His doors opened for you to come home. He will never leave you nor forsake you. As we walk in the light, the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sins. The word “cleanses” is continuous meaning the blood of Jesus is continually cleansing you, every day of your life. You may make a mistake but it is cleansed by His blood. You do not need to confess every single sin. Think about it. Can you really confess every wrongdoings you commit? The bible even says that unbelief is a sin, such as not believing that God is good to us is also a sin. Therefore, you are unable to confess every single wrongdoings in your life, but as long as you walk in the light (Jesus is the light), you are already cleansed. Let us see how the blood of Jesus speaks of a better covenant.

No One Should Perish

Wednesday, January 8, 2025

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (NKJV)

The Lord is not slow concerning His promise but He is giving us time to spread the gospel to more people so that more people will be saved. He does not want any perish. That is why He is going to raise many churches up. Who is the church? It is you and I. Are you ready for God to raise you up? God will raise the church up because you will tell the story, the channel to tell people to come to church, to believe in God, to believe in Jesus, the Son of God and to believe in the Holy Spirit. He is telling you that He is not slow but He is persevering to give us more time to reach out to more people, so that more people will come to repentance and be saved. So, the Lord is not slow but the Lord is giving time.

The Peace Of Christ

Tuesday, January 7, 2025

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (NKJV)

The words “leave” and “give” have different meanings. In Greek, the word “give” is just the act of giving, but to “leave” means to “bequeath” like an inheritance. Jesus is saying that when He “goes away”, He is bequeathing to us His peace. He left all His shalom peace as an inheritance for us. What kind of peace is this? When Jesus met a storm, He said “calm” and the storm became calm; when He met a woman who had an issue of blood for 12 years, just one touch of Him and she was healed; when He saw Lazarus dead in the tomb, He told Lazarus to come out and Lazarus arose. Jesus always has this shalom peace with Him and now He is telling us that before He goes, He is leaving this shalom peace to us, Christians. Shalom is not only a peace of mind or feeling positive, but it is also about good health, prosperity, and well-being in your lives. Therefore, when looking at the issues in life today, we must remember that with this shalom peace which Jesus gave us, we can walk supernaturally in our daily lives.

We Are Members Of His Body

Monday, January 6, 2025

Ephesians 5:29-30 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. (NKJV)

We take good care of every part of our body, just as Christ does for the church because we are each part of His body. When Jesus sees that a part of your body is weak, or when He sees you facing challenges, do you know how Jesus feels? Jesus feels the same as how we feel about our bodies. He will neither cut you off nor disown you, treating you as unimportant. Instead, He will provide and take good care of you. That is why verse 30 says “just as Christ does for the church”. Who is the church? The church is you. Do you know what Christ will do for you? if you feel weak, if you feel discouraged, if you feel that your life has no purpose or if you are feeling that you could not find a breakthrough despite coming to church for some time, do not hate yourselves, just as Christ does not hate your body, He will provide for you.

Grace Reign Through Righteousness

Sunday, January 5, 2025

Romans 5:21 so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign (basileuo) through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (NKJV)

Basileuo - 成为王,使⽤君王的能⼒,运⽤ 更⾼的影响,掌权 (to be king, to exercise kingly power, to exercise the higher influence, to control)

Sin reigned in death but today, grace will reign through righteousness. Church, when you keep on hearing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ, you put grace to work for you. We need a Saviour because we could not solve all our problems with our own effort. He is powerful and loving and He has accepted us. You will see grace reign in your life when you understand your position and believe that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Grace is Jesus and He is your supply and provision. Let Jesus reign in your life, your health, your finances and your relationships. To "reign" means that Jesus or grace is able to exert His kingly power and influence and exert control over your life. This means that when you are weak, grace will make you strong; when you are crying, grace will comfort you; and when you face issues that are too difficult for you to solve, grace is sufficient to help you. He wields His power to solve all your problems. Therefore, you do not need to worry about this year, as everything you need has already been provided.

Be Transformed By The Renewing Of The Mind

Saturday, January 4, 2025

Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (NKJV)

We are not to be conformed to the world, with its peculiar doctrines saying "we only live once", so let us just enjoy and destroying our bodies in worldly lusts in the end. That is the beginning of sorrows. Do not follow the world telling you to solve your own problems and not to come to church when you have problems. We know that when we pray, it has effect. When we take the Holy Communion, that is health, medicine to all our flesh. When we depend on Jesus, God can work all things out for good for those who love Him. Today, we as the children of God, we are to be transformed first, not by works, but by the renewing of our minds. I am not judged because I am loved by God. I am not abandoned because I am included in His house. I am a child of God. I do not need to hold on to the things of the world because I know Jesus is coming back for me. I am going to have a new body. As we dwell in the Word of God, it can influence the soul and then be manifested in our mortal flesh, transforming us to be younger, look better and healthier. The will of God is always good, acceptable and perfect. The will of God is not to judge you. Today, as we move on, we will be able to prove many of His blessings in our lives, the manifestations of life that God has prepared for us. We will see the lives of our children transformed , to witness as we dwell in the word of God, our lives are happier, blessed, and our finances improving.

Do Not Love The World

Friday, January 3, 2025

1John 2:15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (NKJV)

Many among us find great delight in worldly possessions such as delicious food, luxurious cars, and large houses. However, the bible tells us not to love the world or the things in the world. It does not mean that God is not keen for you to enjoy pleasures in life. Pastor Aaron believes that when the apostle John wrote this verse, he was addressing those who lived solely for worldly pursuits. These individuals were excessively focused on amassing wealth, acquiring possessions, and fulfilling their desires. The verse further says that if anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Often, when we read this verse, we may interpret it to mean that if someone loves the world, they do not love God. We may misinterpret when a person did not attend church as someone who does not love God, or when a person pursues worldly possessions, we may misinterpret that the individual does not love God. However, this is a misconception of the bible verse. Instead, the bible explains that if anyone solely pursues the things of the world, the love of the Father is not in him. This does not imply that our Heavenly Father does not love you. Rather, we do not comprehend the love of the Father is always with us. Hence, we fight our battles alone, relying solely on our own resources. We lose sight of the fact that God loves us unconditionally and is always by our side. That is why the verse mentions that the love of the Father is not in him. It does not imply that our Father does not love us but instead we have forgotten about His love for us. Hence today, keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

Died To Sin, Alive To God

Thursday, January 2, 2025

Romans 6:10-11 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. (NKJV)

When Jesus died, He died to sin once and for all. However, He leads a life that is orientated towards God. In our daily lives, we often find ourselves preoccupied with our problems and concerns instead of turning our attention towards God. The Bible teaches us to live a life constantly focused on God. Verse 11 encourages us to consider ourselves to be dead in the matter of sin. Our sins were buried with Christ, and instead of dwelling in sin, we have become the righteousness of God in Christ. While it is true that we may succumb to our weakness at times, it is vital to recognize that our standing before God remains righteous. We are perfect in God's eyes. This realisation offers us hope that God will continue to be faithful to us even when we are not. Are you aware of your righteousness in the eyes of God? Hence, verse 11 encourages us to see ourselves as dead to sin and to live a life towards God in Christ Jesus. Dear church, take hold of this life, claim ownership of this life in you, and you will see the manifestation of Jesus’s life in you.

A Fruitful Life

John 15:7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. (NKJV)

|n this new beginning year, do you want to bear much fruits in your life? Jesus is the vine, and you are the branches. As you abide in Him, and He in you, you will be fruitful. You cannot help but bear much fruit when you are one with Him. Church, do you know how much you need Jesus? The Bible says that without Jesus, you can do nothing. How does one abide in Jesus? Verse 7 provides the answer – if you abide in Him and His words abide in you. Therefore, if you take hold of God’s word, believe it and apply it to your life, you are abiding in Him. Do you have a desire for God’s word? We often want to bear much fruit but neglect God’s word. May all of you have a revelation to memorise the Word of God. Let us not allow the devil to steal God’s word from you. Amen!

Darkness Into Light

Tuesday, December 31, 2024

Psalms 18:28 You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.

Darkness can never overcome light. Try and see, when you're in a darkest room, just lit a candle and immediately the whole room is full of light, darkness has no choice to stay. Likewise, remember that Jesus is the light and He said we are the children of light, we carry light, and no matter where we are, it is like a candle being lit, it is impossible for that place to be in darkness any longer! The place that you go will turn sorrow into joy, turn fear into faith, turn lack into abundance! That's how God turn our darkness into light, through us, his children of light, that we carry the same image and power like Him!! So, stepping into a brand new year with full of confident expectation of Good! Know that God shall turn your darkness into light, the darkness of sickness, darkness of your hurtful past, darkness of your lack shall flee in terror for your Father is the mightiest!!

Complete In Him 在祂里面得以完全

Monday, December 30, 2024

Colossians 2:10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

Our completeness cannot be found via our own effort, because no matter how much you try, how many good deeds that you've been trying to achieve, it is impossible to be saved by our own strength and effort. Salvation comes only through one man- Jesus Christ. It is only by believing in Jesus that we go to our Father. Only His blood redeemed us all! Therefore in Him you are already completed, which means the healing that you need is completed, the abundance that you need is completed, the opportunities that you need is completed, all that He has is now yours! You are as complete as Jesus! So, be assured that God can always turn disappointment to appointment, He can always turn brokenness into completeness. You're complete, holy, righteous, and all beautiful in Him; so see yourself as one today! When the head of all power and principalities are now looking after you, completed you, nothing shall make you incomplete anymore!

Save You From Traps

Sunday, December 29, 2024

Psalm 31:4 Pull me from the trap my enemies set for me, for I find protection in you alone.

The enemies may be setting traps trying to trap you, they are finding all sorts of way to trap you in fear, doubts, worries and all; but do you know that there is nothing that can harm you? Just because you have a wonderful Father In heaven who pulls you immediately out from the traps! Just like Peter, when he was drown, Jesus never took a moment to think about it, but immediately reached out His hand to pull him back! My friends, Your Abba Father sends angels to encamp around you today, no matter where you are, He secures you and saves you from all the traps of sickness, accident and all! Angels are there ministering and helping you! Though thousands may fall at your side, but remember, you're protected under the mighty wings of God! Under His Wings, no matter how many traps, nothing is able to defeat your God! ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Light 光

Saturday, December 28, 2024

John 12:46 I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.

Jesus came to the world as light, which means the world is in a total darkness! Why would we need light when it's already in brightness? But when there's darkness, we need light as our direction and help! Likewise, when we were still sinners, darkness is all over us, we could not see light in our situation, in our health, in our finance, in our lives. All that we see were hopelessness, but do you know what? Jesus came into our lives as light, He has lighten up our path, and all that we need is to believe and develop a relationship with Him! Trust Him that He is a keeper of our lives, and whatever that He has promised us will not return to us empty! Therefore, instead of believing in yourself and choose to walk away from this light, learn to walk in His word and you shall see, there's no longer darkness for darkness has to flee from you! Sickness shall flee, lack shall flee, fear shall flee! Amen!

Take Your Stand

Friday, December 27, 2024

Galatians 5:1 Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you.

Whatever that Jesus has accomplished for you at the cross is for one reason, that is to set you free! Free from the effects of sin, free from the curses of the law, free from all the bondages and free from all that has been holding you back from enjoying life to the abundant! A free life that God has given is not a life that we gratify the desire of our flesh and do whatever that we want and sin freely, this free life is a life that is free from all the past, and guess what? When you are so clean, you will not want to go into the mud and get yourself dirty anymore! So take your stand in Christ today, He has set you free, but this freedom is never a reason for you to live life in sin and satisfying your fleshly desire; but rather, you can choose to say "No!" to anger and "No!" to bad habits. You've a higher form of life, a God kind of life! Never ever let anyone put a yoke on you anymore, you're free! Amen!
