Psalm 142:5 Then I pray to you, O LORD. I say: You are my place of refuge. You are all I really want in life.
‭‭诗篇 142:5 耶和华啊，我曾向祢哀求。我说：祢是我的避难所；在活人之地，祢是我的福份。‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Refuge is a place of protection and security, and many of times we may be looking out for men for help, to find a place of assurance and protection, however at the end of the day we will realize that what man can do is so limited, but there is a good news for you! Jesus comes as your Savior and know that He secures and protects you in life! He is your everlasting refuge, He is your everlasting help, and ultimately when you have no one to run to, He is always there for you! Therefore, when you know all the more that He loves you, and have the best interest of you in His heart, you will know that when God is with you, nothing can be against you! My dear friends, He is the one who holds all things together for you, He is your everlasting refuge, don't run away but run to Him today! ‬‬

避难所是一个被庇护和绝对安全的地方，很多时候当我们在寻求人的帮助，想要找一个有保障和安全的地方时，但是往往到最后我们会发现到，人所能做的是极其有限，但是有一个好消息要告诉你就是，耶稣作为你的救主而来，在你生命中祂看顾你保护你！祂是你的避难所，是你及时的帮助，当你没有人可以依靠时，祂永远都在那里！所以，当你越晓得祂爱你，并且你在祂心中是居首位时，你就晓得，当神与你同在，没有什么可以来敌挡你！亲爱的朋友，万有都是靠祂而立，祂是你永远的避难所，所以不要逃跑，而是今天就跑向祂！

Revelation 7:17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
启示录 7：17 因为宝座中的羔羊必牧养他们，领他们到生命水的泉源。神也必擦去他们一切的眼泪。

Do you know that as you can find thousands of reason to cry about, you also can find thousands of reason to rejoice on? Today, remember that regardless what kind of lack you are facing, what kind of problems that you have, Jesus is your shepherd. He is a good shepherd, and He laid down His life for us. He takes care of us and He will surely bring us to the green pastures and living water! Therefore, trust in Him today and let Him direct your steps, in all that you do, cast all your cares to Him. He will lead you to the springs of living water, He will lead you to that right place, at the right time and meet the right blessings and opportunities! You have to be sure that if you are concern about your life, how much more is your Father in Heaven? For sure He will take care of your every need. Hence, cry no more today. Do not sit down and stay in self pity any longer, instead God has wiped away every tear from your eyes, you are already redeemed in Christ! Tell yourself today that I can rejoice in the Lord! Amen!

你知道吗？纵然你有千万个可以哭泣的理由，你也可以有千万个可以喜乐的原因。今天记得，无论你面对什么样的缺乏，面对怎么样的问题，耶稣是你的牧者。祂是一位好牧人，祂为我们舍了生命。祂顾念我们，祂必定领我们到那青草地上和可安息的水边！所以，今天就来倚靠祂，让祂来引领你，在你所行的一切事上都认定祂，把你的一切忧虑卸给祂，祂会带领你进入那活水的泉源，祂会带领你到对的地方，在对的时间，遇到对的祝福和对的机会！你必须很确定，如果连你自己都很在乎自己的人生，何况是你天上的父？祂肯定会顾念你的每一个需要。所以不要再哭了，不要再自我可怜了，因为神已经擦去你一切的眼泪，在基督里你已经被救赎了！所以今天就告诉自己：‘我在基督里可以欢喜快乐’！阿们！

Psalm 40:2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.
诗篇 40:2 祂从祸坑里，从淤泥中，把我拉上来，使我的脚立在磐石上，使我脚步稳当。

Do you know that you have a sure victory in Christ? Regardless what the devil is trying to manipulate you, but the truth is, you are a victor and not a victim. Be it now you may in the slimy pit, in the mud and mire of lack, but remember that instead of focusing on what you see and what you feel now, look up to Jesus! Because of Jesus, you are already being lifted out from the slimy pit, you are no longer in the pit but instead you have been transferred to the kingdom of Jesus! Therefore, you are in the kingdom of victory! Remember that Jesus has set your feet on a rock, and He is the sure foundation, He is the Rock, He is the one who never change, and thus He gave you a firm place to stand. By connecting to Jesus from time to time, He is that firm place that you are standing on now. The moment when you realize that you are standing on a firm place, you are standing on the Word of God, you are standing on the promises of God, you will not fear! Be bold and courageous today, knowing that when Jesus is with you, no one can be against you!

你知道吗？你在基督里已经得胜了。不管恶者如何要来操纵你，但真实是，你是得胜者，而不是受害者。虽然现在你可能陷在满是淤泥的泥沼里，但是要记住，与其把重点放在你现在所看到的和感受到的，你更要仰望耶稣！因为耶稣，你已经从淤泥中被拉上来了，你不再陷入泥沼里了，而是被带到耶稣的国度里！所以现在你是在得胜的国度里！耶稣已经把你的脚立在磐石上，祂是稳定的根基，祂是磐石，祂是永不改变的，所以是祂使你的脚步稳当。时刻与耶稣保持相交，祂是你当下稳定的根基。当你意识到是祂使你脚步稳当，你是在神的话里面，你是在上帝的应许里面，你就不会惧怕！今天你可以刚强壮胆，当耶稣与你同在，没有人能抵挡你！

Psalm 46:10 He says," Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
诗篇 46:10 “你们要休息，要知道我是神，我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。”

Hallelujah! Dear friend, do you know that you are the beloved of God? Regardless what kind of situation you are in right now, take a break, dear friend, just rest in the unfailing love of God knowing that when you are resting, He is at work. Stop striving, stop struggling, just let go and let God, stop fighting by your own limited sources and efforts, but instead, rely and trust in the Lord who has redeemed you from all harms and given you all that He has! Today, the divine exchange has happened! Jesus has took your place and died on the cross for you 2024 years ago willingly out of His love for you, and therefore you can now be bold and courageous in receiving all that He has including health and wealth. In times of trouble, look to the cross that reminds you of how much God loves you and what He has done for you, He even conquered death and resurrected, what else He cannot do? Nothing is impossible for those who believe in Him and when we trust in Him, we will never be put to shame.
In times of sickness, look to the cross, believe, proclaim and receive the healings that you need and be well in the Lord. In times of lacking, look to the cross that prospers you. At anywhere, at anytime, look to the cross and rest in God's unfailing love. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. So abide in His love and be still in Him, He has done all for you, and all you need to do right now is giving Him consent by believing in His finished work. When you rest in God's love, He is at work. When He is at work, things surely accomplished more than what you can imagine of. We are truly blessed to have Jesus in life. We are highly favored, deeply loved and greatly blessed!

哈利路亚！亲爱的朋友，你知道你是神所亲爱的吗？不管你现在处于什么状况，休息一会儿吧，亲爱的朋友，休息在神的爱中，知道当你休息的时候，神在动工。不要再忧郁，不要再挣扎，只管放手让神接手，停止靠自己有限的资源和能力去争战了，倒不如依靠相信那已救赎你脱离一切并给予你祂一切所有的主！今天，那超自然的兑换发生了！耶稣代替了你并且在2024年前甘心地为你死在十字架上，只因为祂深深地爱着你，因此，你现在得以坦然无惧地领受祂的一切，包括健康和财富。
在危难的时候，看向那提醒你神是多么爱你并且为你做成一切的十字架，祂甚至战胜了死亡并且复活了，还有什么祂不能做？在信祂的人凡事都能，当我们信靠祂，我们必不致羞愧。在病痛当中，看向十字架，相信、宣告并且领受你所需要的医治，在主里健康起来。在缺乏的时候，看向那使你富足的十字架。在任何地方，任何时候，看向十字架并享受休息在神不变的爱中。祂是昨日、今日、一直到永远都是一样的。所以，常在祂的爱中，休息在祂里面，祂已为你成就了一切，而你所需要做的就是给祂允许，相信祂一切的完工。当你休息在神的爱中，祂就在工作。当祂在做事，所成就的肯定是超乎你所能想象的。有了耶稣我们真是何等蒙福。我们是深受恩宠，深深被爱，大大蒙福的！

Psalm 100:3 Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, the sheep of his pasture.
诗篇 100:3 你们当晓得耶和华是神。我们是祂造的，也是属祂的；我们是祂的民，也是祂草场的羊。

Today know that you are God's responsibility, the moment when you know that He is responsible towards your life, you know that you'll not be in lack, you know that thousand may fall at your side but they will not fall upon you, you know that regardless what happened, Jesus is your everlasting help and refuge! He is your manufacturer, therefore if you have any problems, anything that goes wrong, come to Him and get help and remedies! For it is such a wonderful truth to know that we belong to Him and we are His! My dear friends, we are created in the likeness of God, and we belong to Him. Today regardless of what challenges you face, go back to our manufacturer, He is able to turnaround our situation! He is a good shepherd that takes care of you. Amen!

今天晓得你是上帝的责任，当你认识祂的那一刻起，祂就对你的人生负责到底，所以当晓得你必不至缺乏，纵然有千人万人仆倒在你旁边，祸害却不会临到你，你晓得无论发生什么事，耶稣是你永远的帮助和避难所！祂是你生命的创始者，所以如果你的生命有任何问题，任何不对劲，你可以随时来到祂面前寻求帮助和修复！我们是祂造的，是属祂的，这是多么美好的一件事！亲爱的朋友，我们是按着神的形象所造，也是属祂的。今天无论你面临什么样的挑战，回到我们的源头那里，祂能够为我们扭转局势！祂是时时刻刻都看顾你的好牧人。阿们！

Psalm 136:1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.
‭‭诗篇 136:1 你们要称谢万神之神，因祂本为善；祂的慈爱永远长存。

No matter the surrounding is good or not, but the Lord remains good forever. His goodness is never determine by any of your circumstances, his goodness is not also determine by your feeling, or whether you are able to feel His presence or not, but His goodness remains the same all the time! Therefore, you can always say the Lord is good all the time, and all the time He is good! Regardless how you feel, be assured that His goodness to you never change, and His faithful love to you endures forever! Mountains may be shaken, hills may be removed, but one thing never change: His love and faithfulness towards you! So Rest in His love today, and be assured that He shall still the storms of your life! Declare to yourself with confident and believe it so today: the Lord is good and His mercy and faithful love endures forever! ‬‬‬‬

无论你处在顺境或逆境，主耶和华的慈爱是永远长存。祂的慈爱永远不会因你周遭的环境而改变，祂的慈爱也不是取决于你的感觉，无论你是否能够感觉到祂的同在，祂的慈爱始终如一！所以，你在任何时候都可以述说耶和华的美善！无论你感觉如何，你可以放心，祂对你的慈爱永远不变，祂对你的信实永远长存！大山可以挪开，小山可以迁移，但有一件事情永远不会改变：就是祂对你永远的爱！所以今天就休息在祂的爱里并且放心，祂可以平静你生命中的风浪！今天就对自说并相信：耶和华本为善，祂的慈爱和信实永远长存！

1 Samuel 7:12 “Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.””
撒母耳记上 7:12 “撒母耳将一块石头，立在米斯巴和善的中间，给石头起名叫以便以谢，说：到如今耶和华都帮助我们。”

No matter what type of battle that you are going through right now, always remember that the battles belong to The Lord! He is the one who fights your case, He is the one who battles for you, and a you need to do is to stand firm and watch the deliverance! My friend, there is nothing that you can do to receive the victory, but instead it is because of what Christ has done that gives you victory in life. If it is not earn by you, then you cannot maintain or obtain it by your effort. So ‭‭don't be discouraged over what you are seeing right now, instead of focus on what you see, focus on what Jesus has said. Focus on His goodness, His greatness and His faithfulness! Focus on His unfailing love! Focus on the promises that He has spoken to you! The Lord who helped you before, is faithful to help you now and in the future! So you'll not lose hope, for Jesus is your hope of glory! So your hope shall be full of glory, full of the manifestation of the life and nature of Jesus! ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬Amen!

不管你现在面对怎么样的挑战，永远记得争战在于主！祂为你的问题来争战，是祂为你争战，你需要做的就是站立得稳，看见救恩的彰显！朋友，你不能做些什么来得着胜利，而是因为基督已经为你完成了，给你得胜的生命。如果不是你自己赚取的，那么你不能靠着自己的努力来让它持久。所以，不要因着眼前所见的而沮丧，与其专注眼前的，你更要专注于耶稣所说的话。定睛于祂的良善，祂的伟大和祂的信实！专注于祂坚定不移的爱！专注于祂对你的应许！主是信实的，祂过去帮助了你，祂现在，甚至未来也要来帮助你！所以你不要失去盼望，因为耶稣是你荣耀的盼望！你的盼望必充满荣耀，充满耶稣的本性和祂荣耀的彰性! 阿们！

Psalm 21:3 You welcomed him back with success and prosperity. You placed a crown of finest gold on his head.
诗篇 21:3 祢以美福迎接他，把精金的冠冕戴在他头上。

Remember the story of the prodigal son? He cursed his father by demanding to have his inheritance to be given to him, even when his father is still alive! He went and spent all that he had, and came to a point that he has to survive by feeding himself with the pig's food! Imagine what a normal father may do, he may rejected the son when he comes back, and even if he accepts him back, of course he will withhold all things from him right? You never know when is the next time he asks again for his inheritances! But the bible portrays God the Father as a loving Father, he was looking and expecting His son's return! He is waiting for you day and night, looking over the horizon, guess what? When He sees you, He run to you first even before you realize! Just like the prodigal son's father, He ran to Him with acceptance instead of rejection! Likewise, that is what going to happen to you. Today no matter how many times you fall, know that God your Father always welcome you back with success and prosperity, if the bible portrays Him crowning and giving the son his identity back and giving him all the best things He has, so do you! Why? Simply because He loves you deeply! So, Run back to His embrace today and let Him crown you with the finest and the best!

还记得浪子的故事吗？他咒诅他的父亲，即便他的父亲还活着时，他就要求分家产！他离开家并花尽了他的所有，甚至来到一个地步，为了存活，他必须吃猪粮！想像一下，如果一个正常的父亲的反应可能是如此：当他的儿子回来，他会弃绝他；或即便父亲接受儿子回来，也不会把任何好东西留给他的，对吗？你永远不知道下一次什么时候他还会再次要求分家产！但圣经将父神描绘成一个慈爱的父亲，望着远方的地平线，祂日夜都在盼着儿子日来，这就是你的天父！当祂看见你，祂直接跑向你，甚至在你还没有意识到之前！就像浪子的父亲一样，他是跑向他的儿子，欢迎他回来，而不是弃绝他。今天同样的，无论你跌倒了多少次，你的天父是以美福来迎接你回来，如果圣经说父亲是把精金的冠冕戴在他头上，给他儿子的身份，又给他所有上好的，更何况是你的天父呢！为什么？只单单因为祂深爱你！所以，今天就跑向祂的怀抱，让祂以上好的美物来满足你！

1 Corinthians 6:20 For God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
‭‭‬‬哥林多前书 6：20 因为你们是重价买来的。所以，要在你们的身子上荣耀神。

You may or someone may look down at you right now, causing you to devalue yourself according to their perspectives and your own perceptions. But do you know that your value isn't found in other people's word or your own assumptions? No one and no circumstances can determine your value in Christ, for you are purchased with Jesus' life! Know that your identity has changed, your value has changed, your life has changed just because Jesus has done all things for you at the cross! He has given up His life in order to give you life, therefore you are worthy, and your value is determine by God! So today, you're all the more precious, honorable, unique, one and only! See yourself as precious and loved by God, and you'll live life as bold as a lion! ‬‬Amen!

现在可能因着你自己，或是人轻看了你，使到你因着这些因素，而贬低了自己的价值。但你知道吗？你生存的价值不是因着人或是你的自我判断。没有任何人，没有任何情况可以否定你在基督里的价值，因为你是耶稣重价所赎回来的！当晓得你的身份已经改变，你的价值已经改变，你的生命也就已经不一样，因着耶稣在十字架上已经为你成了！为了给你生命，祂放弃了自己的生命，所以你是贵重的，你的价值是由神来肯定的！所以今天你们都是珍贵，充满光芒，独一无二的！看你自己为宝贵，被上帝所疼爱的，你就可以像狮子般刚强胆壮的活着！阿们！
