加拉太书 5:25 我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。
亲爱的朋友，你可否知道情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争，这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能做所愿意做的？
随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事，随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。
我们的心和思想跟随依靠谁是非常重要的，因为体贴肉体的是死，体贴圣灵的乃是生命平安。
所以朋友，不管你的思想前一刻想的是什么，就让它成为过去吧！从这一刻开始，思念天上的事-耶稣，靠着圣灵来行事。
停止让我们的生命待在消极中，而是靠着圣灵积极地面对一切因为知道耶稣永远掌权。
在面对困难时，停止听我们的情绪怎么说，而是靠圣灵听听神的话怎么说。
不要凭我们的感觉来回应我们的周遭，而是靠圣灵以神所给我们的平安，爱和喜乐来回应。
在我们所行的事上，都以神那使事情发生浩大的能力来行。以仰望耶稣并专注于他所能做的进入那超自然，相信他且知道在他没有难成的事。
当我们靠圣灵行事，我们肯定看见事情因我们而改变，不好的变成好，不可能的变成可能！
Galatians 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
Dear friend, do you know that sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want?
Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
It is important for us to know who shall we our mind follow and lean on today because the mind of sinful man is death but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace.
So friend, regardless what your mind is thinking a few second ago, let it be the past. From now on, let us set our mind on things that is above-JESUS, and keep in step with the Spirit.
Stop living our lives in negativity ground, but keep in step with the Spirit and think positively no matter what are we encountering knowing that JESUS has full control in the situation we are in.
Stop listening to what our emotions say when facing problems, but instead, keep in step with the Spirit by listening to what the words of God say.
Stop reacting to our surrounding by our feelings but keep in step with the Spirit and response with the peace, love and joy God has placed in our heart.
In everything we do, do it with the tremendous power of God that make things happen. Tap into the supernatural by eyeing on Jesus and focus on what He can do, trust in Him and know that nothing is to hard for Him.
When we keep in step with the Spirit, surely we will see things change in our favor, bad turn to be good and impossible becomes possible!
约 10:27 - 我的羊听我的声音，我也认识他们，他们也跟着我。
我们的主是超乎万名之上，是万王之王，万主之主。那么伟大的一个神，祂竟然认得我们，祂深知道我们每一个人。试问，在这世上有多少个有权能，主位的人认得我们？而如今，在天上的全能君王竟认识我们，并且对我们了如指掌，因为我们是神所创造的。我们的一举一动都不能瞒得过我们的主，因为祂是鉴察我们的神，是认识我们的神。今天无论我们在何时何处，或坐下，或起来，或行路，或躺卧，我们的创造者祂都晓得，祂也细察，深知我们一切所行的。（诗 139:1-3）不但如此，我们所说的每一句话，神都知道，祂知道我们的意念，知道我们的心思，知道我们的软弱，但祂却从未曾离开我们，因为祂知道我们若离了祂，我们什么都不能。
朋友们，你知道吗？神爱我们到一个地步祂的眼是时时刻刻看顾我们这群因信称义的义人，祂的恩惠如同盾牌四面护卫着我们，好让我们今天无论往哪里去，我们都在祂的保守之下，是被看顾的，是被供应的，是被爱的，是得胜有余的，是作首不做尾的。神的右手时刻扶持着我们，祂的光更是照亮我们生命中的一切黑暗，我们悲哀的日子已经完毕了！因为我们的神比任何人都还想要看见我们过得丰盛！
不要怀疑，是的！我们的主我们的神不但认得我们，还对我们非常了解，并且对我们更是细察，保护我们。所以，一刻钟都不要离开神的怀抱，让神的爱时时刻刻浇灌我们，使我们能无时无刻都享受祂的同在。阿门！
縱然所有人都拒絕你，請記得，上帝站在你面前張開雙臂迎接你。当祂定意爱你，就爱你到底（约翰13：1）；祂永遠接納你，永遠肯定你的價值。上帝看見你…！你是祂所珍視的寶貝，無論你的人生遭遇了什 麽，你經歷了多少失敗、挫折，你在上帝眼中的價值永遠不變。你永远是祂眼中的瞳仁，祂代替你的软弱，担当你的疾病（马太8：17）”。當一扇門關閉時，祂會爲你打開另一扇更宽的门，把更大、更好的給你。如果我們持守著正確的心態，祂會將仇敵加諸于我們生命中的惡，翻轉爲于我們有益的 善（箴言16：7）。
上帝要將你的傷疤化作天上的閃耀之星，祂要將這些失望轉爲盼望。但，你是否能經歷這一切的美好、良善，取决于你能否放下過去，放下自我，转而把眼目定睛在耶稣，瞻仰祂的荣美，知道你的一切好处不在祂以外（诗篇16：2）。
但你不能在上帝打句號的地方，加上問號；你不能一再沉淀于往日，又盼望未来。祂永遠不會放棄你，所以你也不要放棄自己。当你思想耶稣，沉静在祂的爱里，你就不会疲倦灰心。
希伯来书12：3那忍受罪人这样顶撞的，你们要思想，免得疲倦灰心。
John 15:4- Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
You'll never see branch bearing fruit by being on it's own without connecting to
the vine. There's always a source that it has to connect to in order to grow and bear
fruits. Likewise, we as the children of God also need to keep ourselves connected to God,
for He is the source and the beginning of our lives. We as the branch need to connect
to Him and it is impossible for us to bear fruits in life without Jesus.
Therefore, the way of connecting with Jesus is to let His Word remains in you. Jesus and His Word
are one, He is the Word made flesh. Connecting to His Word is equal to connecting to Him,
Thus to remaim in Him, you need to let the Word remain in you! The moment when you are connected with Him,
you're allowing Him to download goodness and blessings into your life! Choose to remain in Him by having His Word,
ask whatever that you need, and it shall be done for you! ;)
Psalms 27:1- The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?
The opposite of faith is fear. Both faith and fear is unable to be together.
Fear is having confident in your circumstances or the natural instead of having
confident in Jesus. On the other hand, faith is having confident in Jesus alone and
what He has accomplished and given you. It is being sure and confident on things
that you have not yet see, trusting in Jesus and looking upon the supernatural.
Today know that instead of having confident in yourself or the circumstances around you,
put your trust in Jesus, He is your light and salvation. He is your light when you're in the darkness
of lack, the darkness of sickness, the darkness of fear, and ultimately He is your savior!
He saves! He will not leave you alone without help!
Therefore, believe that Jesus is the keeper of your life, therefore fear not! Instead of meditating the
worries and eventually become fearful, meditate on the goodness of Jesus! He is your Savior, your everlasting help,
whom shall you fear, whom shall you afraid? None!
诗 37:28 - 因为耶和华喜爱公平，不撇弃t祂的圣民。他们永蒙保佑，但恶人的后裔必被剪除。
我们的神是公平的神，祂把祂的慈爱诚实赐给了敬畏祂的人。今天，无论我们在什么环境中，在何时何地，祂施慈爱的手从不离开我们。就算我们软弱，我们仍然在神的保守中，因为祂从来不因为我们的软弱而离弃我们，也不曾因我们的软弱而把祂的应许收回。神是眷顾我们的神，是大有恩惠，满有怜悯的神，当我们何时软弱，祂的能力就何时覆庇我们。
朋友们，我们的神是有能有力的耶和华，在祂里面没有难成的事。在这世上，有什么东西能比神更大的？答案是，没有！在这世上断没有什么能大过我们的神！祂是不能被打倒的神，祂是比世上所有一切的都大，所以，若我们的神是不能被世上的任何一切事物打倒，那么我们的人生也肯定不会被打倒，因为我们是在祂的隐秘处，在祂翅膀的荫下被保护的。当神不撇下我们，我们肯定是强盛的，是得胜有余的。若有神是我们的帮助，我们还怕谁呢？有神是我们的保障，我们还惧谁呢？在神的保守里，我们没有一个是软弱的，并且我们每一个是丰盛的。
神应许我们祂是永不撇下我们，也不丢弃我们的神。（希 13:5b）祂是信实的，祂不背弃祂的约，祂口里所出的话也绝不徒然返回。所以，我们被称为祂圣民的一群，是有保障，是大有能力，是丰盛，是得胜的一群！阿门~
创世记30：17-神给了我价值，
以赛亚书43：4因我看你为宝为尊，又因我爱你，所以我使人代替你，使列邦人替换你的生命。
縱然所有人都拒絕你，請記得，上帝站在你面前張開雙臂迎接你。当祂定意爱你，就爱你到底（约翰13：1）；祂爱你，顺服了父神的旨意为你的罪舍己，要救你脱离这罪恶的世代（加拉太1：4）。藉着祂的血，你得以坦然进入至圣所，是藉着祂开了一条又新又活的路，从幔子经过，这幔子就是祂的身体（希伯来书10：19-20）。
祂永遠接納你，永遠肯定你的價值。祂看你为为眼中的瞳仁，把你隐藏在祂翅膀的荫下（诗篇17：8）。你是祂所珍視的寶貝，無論你的人生遭遇了什 麽，經歷了多少失敗、挫折，你在上帝眼中的價值永遠不變，祂看你为宝为尊。
所以不要放弃，因为如果你放弃了，之前所有的坚持不就前功尽弃了吗？一直所坚持的守望不就毫无意义了吗？知道这位神是信实的，祂对你的应许都必须应验。阿门！
民数记11：23耶和华对摩西说：耶和华的膀臂岂是缩短了吗？现在要看我的话向你应验不应验。
Revelations 7:17- For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; ‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’ ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’ ”
Jesus is the good shepherd, he laid down his life for his sheep.
That is how much He takes care of you! Regardless what happened
around you, do know that in front of you you have a good shepherd,
don't try to walk in front and let Jesus walking at your back, but instead
we as sheeps should be follower! Following Jesus and his steps, for surely
He will lead us to the green pastures and making us resting at the streams
of living water!
Therefore, cry no more today for every morning is new in The Lord!
His grace is sufficient for you and know that He will guide your steps to living water,
to that blessings and opportunities; He has wiped away your tears, and tell yourself
"because of Jesus, it's time to rejoice!"
Galatians 1:24- And they praised God because of me.
Do you know that you're no longer the old you when you accepted Jesus?
Your life is now in Him, and you are now like Him. That's why the Word of God says,
you are a new creation, the old has gone and the new has come! And a new creation
means you're a recreated being, a totally new species, that never exists before! Therefore,
you are to be sure that the old you has died, and the new you is like God!
Therefore, your life is a living bible, you are the advertisement of Jesus Christ. People sees
Jesus through your life! People recognize the difference of you when you walk in line with the
Word of God, when you live out the life of Jesus. Hence, it is important to walk your life in His Word,
Keep your focus on Him and you'll be like Him, from glory to glory! Like unveiled faces, as you behold Jesus
and His Words, you'll transformed to be like Him!
Remember, you're like your Father, strong, generous, loving and forgiving! And ultimately, let your life be
the open witness for people around you, that as they see you, they give praises to the wonderful works of
God!
耶 29：11 - 耶和华说：“我知道我向你们所怀的意念，是赐平安的意念，不是降灾祸的意念，要叫你们末后有指望。
上帝有美好的计划给你。祂的心里有你。祂知道什么对你来说是最好的。祂对你的意念，是要赐福的意念，不是降灾祸的意念。没有任何东西可以攻击你。恶者所有不好的意念，上帝可以把它们都变成好。上帝要赐福你的家庭；上帝要赐福你的经济。同样的，你的生命，上帝也要赐福。
你要知道你的过去不能断定你的未来。你的未来在神的手中。祂掌管你的明天。祂对你所怀的意念是给你盼望和未来。盼望不是愿望，它不是有可能是，也有可能不是。圣经里说的盼望是有信心的期盼，也就是说，你是有信心的期盼着更好的未来。你知道你的生命不会再一样。你有信心知道你会弹的更高。你会很清楚的知道你的未来是闪闪发光的！
今天，你拥有盼望和未来。你的未来在神祂的手中。祂说，祂是你的牧者，你必不至于缺乏 （诗篇 23：1）。你的未来不会缺乏；你的生命也一样不会缺乏。当神走在你前面，你知道你必定蒙福！
约翰福音17：16他们不属世界，正如我不属世界一样。
相信每一人都知道，且都认同地上的这个家园只是短暂的，每一样人事物都不能长存，因为我们只是过客，有朝一日我们就如雾般转眼即逝。雅各书4：14【其实明天如何，你们还不知道。你们的生命是什么呢？你们原是一片云雾，出现少时就不见了】。
按着命定，人人都有一死，且死后有审判（希伯来9：27）。每个人的肉体都会朽坏，都会面对死亡，但耶稣基督的死却救赎了我们的灵魂，赐给我们永生。因着祂的爱，我们不至灭亡，反得着永生（约翰3：16），祂更赐给我们那属天的福气，以及超自然的能力去完成使命，且充满恩惠与慈爱，凡我们所到之处，都有基督的芬芳散发出来，凡脚掌所踏之地，都是应许之地。
所以不要怀疑，你可以全然相信祂救赎的大能可以把我们过去、现在，甚至未来的罪都洗净了，而们若在祂死的形状上与祂联合，也要在祂复活的形状上与祂联合（罗马6：5）。如今我们虽然还生存在世上，却不属于这世界，我们却是天上的国民（腓立比书3：20）
1 Corinthians 7:23- You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of human beings.
Why would one always seek of approval of men? When he doesn't know about his value
and when he has no confident that he is unique! You see, many are seeking the approval
of men, and they are happy when people accepts and approves them, but if they are not,
they will easily get disappointed and choose to give up. God has redeemed us, and redeemed
means we are purchased and now belong to Him alone. Therefore, He doesn't want us to be
slaves of men, that we are always looking upon people's approval and live life in fear and
insecurity. Instead, He wants us to know that we were bought at a price, and that price costs
Jesus his life! He doesn't want us to be slaves of men, but He wants us to know that we are no
longer slaves, but His children! How wonderful! Therefore, know that your value has changed,
your value is no longer determine by the world's requirements and qualifications, but your value
is now determine by God your Father! As Jesus is, so are you in this world! Hence, know that you're
special, unique, precious, one and only! You're qualified and approved by God, you're accepted in
Christ, you're no longer a slave of men but a child of God! So, change your mind today and know that
you're precious and honored in God's sight, when He has qualified you,
no one can disqualified you!
Psalms 36:7- How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.
Do you know how much that you're loved by God? And you're unable to earn this love by your
obedience and good works, but instead because God is love! No matter what is your past, be
it you're lack of love when you grow up, be it that you've been hurt badly by people, know that
God's love for you is constant and never measure by your efforts. He loves you so much that
He is willing to give you His only Son, Jesus and all that He has! He never leave you as an orphan
but he came to you, as a Father, He longs to embrace you and tells you every single day that you're
His beloved!
When you're immersed in the love of God, His unfailing love will sustain you and transform you.
His love is so priceless that you can never earn by your effort but through Jesus, and His finished work,
you're able to enjoy this Father's love like a child. Not just knowing, but also believe. So, you can be
ensure that you can take refuge in Him and you're secured in His love! Come to Him like a child and
enjoy Him like a Father today, you'll be amazed by His priceless love!
约一 4:16 神爱我们的心，我们也知道、也信。神就是爱！住在爱里面的，就是住在神里面，神也住在他里面。
亲爱的朋友，你知道爱在我们生命中是多么的重要吗？
如今长存的有信，有望，有爱；这三样，其中最大的是爱。
没有爱，我们就算不得什么。
不是我们爱神，乃是神爱我们，差他的儿子，为我们的罪作了挽回祭，这就是爱了。神既是这样爱我们，我们也当彼此相爱。从来没有人见过神，我们若彼此相爱，神就住在我们里面，爱他的心在我们里面得以完全了。
所以，当我们一切都以爱来回应时， 我们周围的人都能藉着我们看见耶稣。
朋友记得，爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒，爱是不自夸，不张狂，不作害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。爱是永不止息。
纵然要在面对问题时以爱来回应并不简单。但你可以放心朋友，因为我们并不是以自己的能力以爱回应，乃是依靠那住在我们里面的神来爱。我们只需要藉着他的话常在他里面，他也常在我们里面。有他在我们里面，我们就能自然而然的以爱来面对一切，因为神就是爱！
因此，让我们采取行动以爱来回应吧！当我们行动时，爱就在空气中。在你周围的每一个人都必能经历那奇妙并充满能力的爱。
就从那里，人的生命开始因着所领受的爱被感动而改变。
爱，爱，爱，让这爱藉着你流露吧！
大大蒙福！
1John 4:16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.
Dear friend, do you know love is so important in our life?
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Without love, we are nothing.
LOVE is not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us.
Therefore, when we react everything with love and in love, people around us can see Jesus through our life.
Remember this, friend, love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast,it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
Though it might seem hard for us to response with love when we are facing problems, but take heart friend, for we are not reacting in love by using our own effort but is with effortless by relying and trusting in God who lives in us. What we need to do is just remain in Him through the Word for He is the Word and He will remains in us. By Him abiding in us, it will be automatically for us to live our life with love and in live because He is love!
Hence, let us take the action by moving in the love. When we react, the love is in the air. Everyone around you shall experience the amazing and powerful love of God. From there, people's life shall be impacted and changed through the love they have received.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, let the love flows through you.

箴 1：33 - 惟有听从我的，必安然居住，得享安静，不怕灾祸。
在我们每天的生活中，会有各种各样不同的声音在围绕我们。有消极的，有积极的，有愤怒的，有埋怨的，又高兴的，有忧愁的，有打击你的，有称赞的等等，每一个情绪其实或多或少都在影响着我们。但是，唯一最重要的乃是要分辨神的声音，要认得主的声音，听从祂的声音，好让我们的生活不至失去了方向。
朋友们，今天我们要选择听从对的声音。一个对的声音是能够引领我们走对的道路，并且在这路上是有帮助，是顺利，是丰盛的。一个对的选择能让我们所做的事更加有效率，能够事半功倍。而这个对的声音就是神的声音，就是神的话。当我们定睛在神的话语上，昼夜思想，就必看见生活上的一切开始有所转变，要把那不好的变成好，好的更要荣上加荣。因为我们的主祂来是要给我们更丰盛的生命。你知道吗？当我们听从神的话，祂必保守我们安然居住，因为祂是我们的盾牌，是我们的避难所，更是我们随时的帮助。经上记着说：神的言话句句都是炼净的，凡投靠祂的，祂便要做他们的盾牌。（箴 30:5）
因此，在主里我们是被保守的，是神所顾念的一群，是带着福分的一群。所以，我们要时时刻刻警醒，听从主的声音，跟随神的话，活出神所给我们的应许。这样，当人看见我们，就必看见神的荣耀彰显在我们身上，因此我们能把荣耀归给父神。阿门！
当我们去旅行，总希望準備妥當，帶齊了所有需用的東西。在我們靈命的旅程中，我們也會感到焦慮， 常常懷疑是否準備好，可以完成使命，我們希望在對的時候到對的位置，我們希望討神喜悅，想要做的更好；如同在打包行李时，确保不会缺少一样。
诗篇34：9-10耶和华的圣民哪，你们当敬畏祂，因敬畏祂的一无所缺。少壮狮子还缺食忍饿；但寻求耶和华的，什么好处都不缺。
今天要告訴你一個好消息，你的旅程已經安排妥當了！你的行李都已經打包好了！上帝親自為你打包，而且決不會少東少西，祂已考慮到每一個細節與你所需要的每件東西，你有適用的天份與恩賜，你有適合的個性，你有完成生命中每個階段與任務所需用的。
今天，你無需憂慮生命中的任何事，因為上帝將你捧在手掌心上（以赛亚49：16），若你再懷疑你是否準備好了，就奉主的名宣告「我的行李打包好了，我已擁有所有完成我的命定的能力」。阿门！
Proverbs 1:33- but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.”
Do you know that the moment when you wake up, thoughts and voices
are waiting to bombard you without acquiring your permission? Whether
you like it or not, they are always there flooding your thoughts. Therefore,
as a child of God and as a sheep of our Great Shepherd, we have to recognize
His voice instead of others. Only what He says brings us peace and assurance,
hope and comfort, and ultimately faith in Him! So, instead of listening to all the
negative voices, start to listen to the Word of God, for only the Word of God is able
to keep you in safety, ease and without fear of harm!
But the voice of the evil, the wolves are always to kill steal and destroy, it is never to
build you up! However, in order to recognize someone's voice, you'll have to develop
a relationship. You're to develop a relationship with God, and it enables you to recognize
Him no matter you're in what kind of circumstances!
So, Recognize your Shepherd's voice today, and ignore the wolves' voices!
And you shall be at ease and fear of no harms!
1 Thessalonians 5:18- in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
The children of God is called to use their lips to give praises and give thanks.
Our lips are called to give sacrifices to God and this sacrifice is a sacrifice of praise!
Know that death and life is under the power of your tongue, and what you speak
affects your life! Therefore, as you look at those who always speak of gossips and complaints,
all the more they speak, all the more they are bound in anger and discontentment.
You see, complaints and gossips never help but tear lives down; instead of looking at the natural,
look up to the supernatural! In everything, start to give thanks to The Lord, thank Him for his goodness,
thank Him for blessing you with a wonderful day, thank Him for never leaving you,
as you give thanks to The Lord, praise flows, love flows, and forgiveness flows!
