马太福音11：30因为我的轭是容易的，我的担子是轻省的。
当你愿意抛开那些自己恐吓自己，预设别人看待自己的眼光，设定自己跨不出去的障碍时，然后放胆的离开现有的圈子，义无反顾的向前。你就会发现，那就是突破的开始！神的话语已经赐给你信心，是时候你让他彰显了，当你相信，你所切慕渴望发生的事就要速速成就了。
你悲哀的日子已经完毕，神已将你的哀哭变为跳舞，将你的麻衣脱去，给你披上喜乐，好叫你的灵歌颂，并不住声。（诗篇30：11-12）
祂不会给我们背不起的十字架，更何况，祂早已经为我们背负了。因祂受的刑罚，我们得平安；因祂受的鞭伤，我们得了医治（以赛亚53：5）。当我们把生命紧紧与祂绑在一起，学习时刻依靠，就会发现，肩上的胆子不再那么沉重了。我们活得喜乐，活得轻松自在。阿门！
John 11:25-26- Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
Life and Ressurection are found in Jesus alone. Today, know that Jesus does not remain dead,
but He is alive!! He does not just give us life and Ressurection, but he said He is the life and Ressurection!!
Therefore, when you have Jesus, you have life; when you have Jesus, you have resurrection!
So therefore your life will no longer see death! So, Today know that whatever that seems to be dead
in your life will turn to life, the impossible has now became possible, the bad news has turned to be
good news! Do you believe in Him?
诗篇18:1-3
耶和华我的力量啊，我爱你。
耶和华是我的岩石，我的山寨，我的救主，我的神，我的磐石，我所投靠的，他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高台。
我要求告当赞美的耶和华，这样我必从仇敌手中被救出来。
亲爱的朋友，你曾发觉自己每次在遇到问题的时候是求告谁吗？
你是在求告周围人的帮忙？
还是求告你自己的能力来解决问题？
你有否求告那能以大能拯救你的主？
你是否求告那能使万事变成可能的主？
记得，神的最爱，你是深深被他所爱而且他就是你生命的全部。
不管你的大山有多大，无论那狂风大浪有多巨大，坚持地待在耶稣所赐的平安里。
他是你的磐石，他是你的山寨，他是你的拯救者！
他是你的高台，是你的避难所，他是那四围保护你的盾牌，他是把你从不好中拯救出来的角，他是你能奔入的高台！
从今天开始在生命中的每一天都求告他，因他是配得赞美的，他天天背负你的重担只因他爱你！
当你求告他，你肯定是从敌人（病痛、贫穷、破碎、伤害、过去、坏的事情、不可能。。。）手中被救出来的！
在他里面，你是得胜有余的！
因为有他，你能过着胜利的生命！
Psalms 18:1-3
I love you, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
I call to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies.
Dear friend, have you ever notice who you normally call when you face problems?
Are you calling man around you for help?
Or you are calling your own ability to solve the problem?
Do you call to the Lord who is might to save?
Have you call to the Lord who can make everything to be possible?
Remember this, God's beloved, that you are deeply loved by Him and He is all you need in life,
No matter how big your mountain is, regardless how huge the storm can be, always stay in the peace Jesus has for you.
He is your rock, He is your fortress, He is your deliverer!
He is your refuge which is your hiding place, He is your shield that protects you in every way, He is the horn of your salvation that rescue you from the bad, He is your stronghold that you can run to!
Call to Him today in all the days of your life, for He is worthy of praise and He daily bears your burdens because He loves you!
When you call to Him, you are surely saved from your enemies (sicknesses, poverty, brokenness, hurts, pasts, bad things, impossibles...)
In Him, you are more than conquerors!
Because of Him, you can live a victorious life!
林前 16:13 - 你们务要警醒，在真道上站立得稳，要作大丈夫，要刚强。
朋友们，要知道如今这世界仍掌握在恶者的手下，因此有许多的问题会发生，人生会面对种种的挑战和压力。在每一个问题中，都有值得我们去学习的功课，并且要清楚知道，每胜过一个挑战，我们就更向前迈进一步了。但是，很多时候人败给了问题，而且产生了种种的争执、种种的矛盾，甚至导致家庭破裂，事业失败，身体败坏，这种种的结局都不是我们所愿意看见的。然而，为什么人会沦落到这种结局呢？其实，最大的原因是没有在真道上站稳脚步。就好比一个无知的人，把房屋建在沙土上，当风吹、雨打、水冲，撞击那房子，房子就倒塌了。反之，若听见神的话就去行的，就好比一个聪明人把房屋建在磐石上，无论风吹，雨打，水冲，撞击那房子，房子总不倒塌，因为是立在根基上。今天我们也一样，若我们听了道，又去行的，就像聪明人一样，无论遇见什么样的问题都好，我们的生命是得以站立得稳，是不会向恶者妥协的。相反的，若今天我们不把神的话当一回事，不听从神的话，那么当问题一来，人就轻易地被打倒了。
今天，不管我们面对什么环境，不管我们会遇见什么难题，我们只管把一切的忧虑都卸给神，因为祂顾念我们。就算问题再大，再高，我们绝不向它妥协，因为我们有个为我们打胜仗的耶稣基督。我们要清楚知道，所有的一切皆因那背后黑暗的势力在操控着，所以我们不要向问题低头，而是要勇敢往前走，打败恶者的诡计，攻破它的营垒！若我们要战胜它，就必定要听从神的话，靠着那爱我们的主，我们必定在这一切的事上得胜有余。阿门！
诗篇100：4【当称谢进入祂的门，当赞美进入祂的院；当感谢祂，称颂祂的名】。
诗篇118：1【你们要称谢耶和华，因祂本为善；祂的慈爱永远长存】！
今天停下來想一想，你有多久没有思想上帝的慈爱与美好了呢？有多久没有感谢祂了呢？
你最後一次坐下來思考上帝的慈愛和信實是什麼時候呢？还是已经忘记了起初单纯的信靠，已经变的麻木了，觉得拥有这一切是理所当然，忘记了祂的恩惠，一颗心似乎刚硬了。
虽然知道神与你同在，每个礼拜还是来教会，还是很殷勤的服事，但心里就是没有那份感动，没有热情。永遠不要忘記，天父已经祂最爱的独生子给了你，还有什么是祂不能给你的呢（罗马书8：32）？
當你開始思想祂的慈爱并感恩，就会找回那起初的爱心。
Psalm 27:10- My father and mother walked out and left me, but God took me in.
In your life, people may walked out from you and left you, even those that you love so much, but do know that even if you
come to this point of time, even if they really walked out and left, remember you have a God who took you in.
He has taken you into His kingdom, He showers you with His love and comfort, He surrounds you with His favor and
He provides you all that He has! His love for you is constant, and it never change, that's what you need to be assured of today.
So no matter what happens, do know that He runs to you and embrace you even if you haven't voice out; that's how much He
loves you. dear friends, it doesn't matter who walked out from your life and left you, but remember there's always a loving God who sees
you so precious and will never ever leave you, He took you in to be His beloved sons and daughters and showers you with all that He has.
Let His everlasting love be your support today.
Romans 8:33 (MSG) - And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God’s chosen?
Knowing who you are enable you to reign in life with Jesus, always remember that it is your identity that affects your behavior,
but not your behavior that affects your identity. You have to be so sure and rooted that you are the righteousness of God and
therefore, this identity will change the way you behave, the way you react and the way you response towards issues in life!
Dear friend, you're God's chosen and you're the joint heir with Jesus Christ; you're equal with Jesus, and as He is, so are you in this world!
Therefore who would dare to tangle with God by messing with you? Surely sickness, lack, even tumour dare not mess with God, because
you're His & you're the righteousness of God in Christ! It'll be so foolish for them to mess with you because you're God's chosen and beloved!
诗 43:4 - 我就走到神的祭坛，到我最喜乐的神那里。神啊，我的神！我要弹琴称赞你！
世上总有许多的问题存在，会带来许多的困扰。但是无论高山低谷，无论得时不得时，无论心情如何，我们都要来到神的面前赞美神。你知道吗？我们的神是喜乐的神，祂满有恩惠怜悯，祂是赐丰盛的神。因此我们不管在什么环境里，都当以称谢进入祂的门，以赞美进入祂的院，仰望祂，歌颂祂的圣名。当我们把一切的问题，忧虑都交给神的时候，祂必顾念我们，并让我们的重担得以脱落。
今天，我们得以在不同的岗位上做事，接触面对不同的人，看见不一样的问题，这一切的一切，并不是父神要让我们体会活在世上有多少的考验，而是要我们学习信靠祂。要知道，一个父亲的心意是不会要自己的孩子去受尽苦难，而是会帮助孩子排除万难。同样的，我们在天上的父更是如此。当我们遇见问题，面对挫折的时候，祂更为要我们解决一切的问题。但很多时候是我们自己不放手，紧抓着让我们忧心的问题。朋友们，让我们的生命是赞美神，能够享受在祂的爱里，能够完全的信靠祂，不怀疑祂所为我们预备的福分，单单的到祂面前来领受及感恩。这样，我们的生命肯定不再一样，而是得胜有余的了。阿门！
以弗所书4：31-32一切苦毒、恼恨、忿怒、喧闹、毁谤，并一切的恶毒，都当从你们中间除掉。并要以恩慈相待，存怜悯的心，彼此饶恕，正如神在基督里饶恕了你们一样。
人生旅途中有太多我們可以欣賞、可以感受的風景：沒有誰的心會永遠是一片粗礪荒蕪，有今天神的灵就住在你里面，你的生命是得着滋润的。阿门！
每個人的生命中都可能面對一些傷害，或是莫須有的指責與抱怨，这些是人生必然会面对的事。我们一定要盡可能的學會冷靜對待，不要轻易就被激怒或辖制了；我們的双眼是為了 望向前方的路，而非用來盯視過往；生命的過程中，多一分包容和宽恕，就多一份喜乐。學會饒恕，学会放下；开始享受与神同在的喜乐，時刻提醒自己「傷害就到這裏為止」。因着耶稣，我有全新的人生。
不要抱怨生活、環境、社會，不要讓心田成為滋長煩惱的土壤；不要让苦毒生根，却是要神的话语在心里生根建造，使信心坚固（歌罗西书2：7）。哈利路亚！
歌罗西书3：2你们要思念上面的事，不要思念地上的事。
Matthew 3:17- And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
Do you know that you're being loved by God today? Many have known, but how many really believes that
God truly loves them with an unchangeable love? Many would have think that God loves them when they do good,
but when they fall, He will not love them anymore. But do believe that the love of God is not the love of men, even if
people do fail you in loving you, but God will not! You know what, when Jesus was assured that the Father loves Him,
He was then empowered to do great things in his life. Therefore my friend, have that assurance in God that He loves you
and He loves you eternally, He is pleased with you! The moment when you have that confident that He loves you, you can
move on in life boldly without fear! You can then be like Jesus, empowered by this love and achieve great and mighty things
that you never think of! :)
Matthew 6:34- Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
If no one can add any single second to his life through worrying, why will you still stuck in all those fears and worries
when Christ has set you free? Jesus said do not worry about tomorrow, why? Because of you're worrying about tomorrow,
you'll eventually lose your today. You'll be enjoy your every single day to the fullest! Instead, you'll spend your time and energy
wasting on what will happen tomorrow, what am I going to do, what will happen to my children, and do you know that in which area
that you're worrying, in that area you cannot grow!
So, God wants you to enjoy your every single day to the fullest, instead of focusing on the worries and your tomorrows, cast your cares to
Him! For His grace is sufficient for you each day, all you need to do is to enjoy and receive His grace in every area of your life each day,
And know that your future is in his hand, he has surely prepared and supplied! So the moment you reach "today", just enjoy Him to the fullest!
so enjoy your day my friend!
箴 3:5-6 - 你要专心仰赖耶和华，不可倚靠自己的聪明，在你一切所行的事上都要认定他，他必指引你的路。
我们很多时候喜欢自作聪明，导致自己走了许多的冤枉路，甚至碰壁导致自己伤痕累累。有时，人会太以自己为中心，让自己常常陷入进退两难的局面。其实，在这世上没有人会比创造我们的阿爸天父更了解我们，更知道我们面前的路。若我们的生命是被圣灵所引导的，那么我们的道路肯定是亨通，凡事顺利的。因为神只有藉着圣灵向我们显明了，因为圣灵参透万事，就是神深奥的事也参透了。（林前 2:10）我们所有的一切，圣灵是知道的，因为那为我们预备道路的父神已把一切的事告诉圣灵，而我们只需靠着圣灵的带领，走在神的旨意里。
我们要如何让圣灵带领？首先，我们要晓得圣灵的语言，要与它在同一个频道上，而神的语言就是神的话。我们若要与圣灵沟通，要明白圣灵的带领，首先我们就要懂得神的话语，就是圣经里的每一句话。圣灵会指示我们，提醒我们耶稣对我们所说过的一切话，好让在我们的每一个脚步是走在神的旨意里，而不会走冤枉路。要清楚知道，今天我们若离了耶稣基督，我们什么也不能做，因为我们的能力是有限的，唯有神的能力是无限的。所以朋友们，要在我们每一天的生活上来仰赖我们的父神，因为唯有祂是最了解我们，最明白我们所需要的一切。阿门！
創世记24：63『天將晚，以撒出來在田間默想』。
路加福音6：12『那时耶稣出去上山祷告，整夜祷告神』。
每一天，我們需要单独与神相处的時間，就必在屬靈里長進；就是耶稣也是整夜祷告，与父神亲近。当我们如此做，必看见工作更佳的效果。我們常以為不忙碌做事就是懶惰不进取，所以很多时候我們都在瞎忙。当然，忙碌不是坏事，圣经也跟我们说要殷勤工作，若有人不肯做工，就不可吃饭（贴后3：10）。其實，在默想神话语，祷告的同时，就是与上帝交谈，建立亲密的关系。当擧目望天时，是對我們最有益的時間。這種時間從来不會「太多或是太浪费」的。
這種時間絕對不是虛耗。漁夫坐下補網，你能不能說他虛耗時間呢？割草者坐下磨刀，你能不能說他虛耗時間呢？我們該像以撒那样，從熱悶的生活中出來， 到田間去默想。每一天，我们也要与神交流的时间，因为祂才是生命的泉源,我们里面的生命需要被充满，才能流露出来。阿门！
约翰福音4：14『人若喝我所赐的水就永远不渴。我所赐的水要在他里头成为泉源，直涌到永生』。
Matthew 6:26- Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Have you ever see a bird of the air worrying about what it shall eat or what it shall wear next?
Did you ever see them gather together and say "I've a horrible life, I have nothing to eat, I am so
worry about my life!" Or hearing them saying "I'm just too worry, how about tomorrow?" No, you never
see them complaining or murmuring on what they need, instead do you see that the Heavenly Father is
The one who feeds them? He is the one who ensures food for them, and His supply never ends because until
today you still see birds of the air not even worrying on what they are going eat! Likewise, if God can take care
of birds like this, how much more you who is called as the children of God! How much more He will ensure
all that you need in life shall be supplied!
So, today know that you're Heavenly Father's responsibility, If He can take care the birds of the air, how much more
you? Therefore worry not, for He shall supply all your needs according to His glorious richest!
亲爱的朋友，因着耶稣基督你是被大大祝福的！
哈利路亚！当你相信耶稣并他在2015年前十字架上所成就的完工时，你其实就是住在至高者的隐密处且得以休息在那全能者的荫下。(诗91:1)
虽然你会遇到很多困难和麻烦，但你要肯定相信因着耶稣基督荣耀和恩惠的盾牌四面护卫着你，就没有什么能伤害到你。(诗3:3 & 诗5:12)
纵然我们读到很多关于毒害瘟疫的新闻，但你不用担心因为耶稣基督必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你且在他翅膀的荫下找着依靠。(诗91:3-4)
不管有多少坏事在你身边发生，你仍然可以有平安因为知道虽有千人扑倒在你旁边，万人扑倒在你右边，灾难却不得临近你。(诗91:7)
当你以神为你的避难所和高台时，祸患必不临到你，灾害也不挨近你的帐棚，因神要为你吩咐他的使者在你行的一切道路上保护你。(诗91:9-11)
所以朋友，认定他。开始大声地说出来“耶稣是你的避难所，是你的山寨，是你的神，是你所投靠的！我爱神，他是我的保护。我若求告他，他就应允我，我在急难中，他与我同在并且他要搭救我，使我尊贵。他要使我足享长寿且将他的救恩显明给我！" (诗91:2, 14-16)
是时候以我们的声音来启动了，朋友。当我们开始在心里相信并在口里承认，很肯定的，我们要看件事情因着我们而改变！那超自然的能力现在就藉着你的相信和宣告被释放出来！

Psalms 103:2 - Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits -
Let me share with you a story, there was once a married couple who loved each other deeply, but one day when they were on the journey to another place, they caught in
a serious accident. In this accident, the wife has lost her memories, she could not remember her husband that she used to love so much, she could not recall what were the
things that both of them went through, she could not even remember her own family. The husband decided to take care of her and loved her as it is, however every time when
the husband was trying to get intimate and close with her, she would reject him. Sooner or later, they went through a divorce and her life was in a great mess.
You know what my friends, memories are important, especially remembering what Christ has done in your life. There are surely personal encounter that belongs to you and Him, however
if you go through life forgetting, and not remembering who He is, what He has done, and ultimately when you do not know how much that you are loved, your life will eventually turn
into a great mess! If you are asking today, on why your life is in a mess, on why things are not going the way it should be, you may need to ask yourself this question, am i forgetting?
Am I not recalling what Christ has done in my life and towards all my situation, am I forgetting that I have a great God?
So start to recall and remember all that He has done for you at the cross, and you will see your life shall turn around from a great mess into life and life more abundantly!
Dear friend, you are greatly blessed because of Christ Jesus!
Hallelujah! When you believe in Jesus and His finished work on the cross 2015 years ago, you are indeed dwells in the shelter of the Most High and able to rest in the shadow of the Almighty. (psa91:1)
Though there are a lot of problems and troubles that you are facing, be assured that nothing can harm you for Christ Jesus is protecting you with His shield of glory and favor. (psa3:3 & psa5:12)
Although we might read a lot of news related to deadly pestilence, but you don't need to worry for Jesus Christ has covered you with His feathers and under His wings you will find refuge. (psa91:3-4)
No matter how many bad things are happening around you, you still can be at peace knowing that a thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but bad things will not come near you. (psa91:7)
When you make the Most High your dwelling and refuge, then no harm will befall you and no disaster will come near your tent, for God will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. (psa91:9-11)
So friend, acknowledge Him today. Start to say it out loud that "Jesus is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust! I love God and He is my protection. I call upon Him and He will answer me. God will be with me in trouble, He will deliver me and honor me. With long life God will satisfy me and show me His salvation!" (psa91:2, 14-16)
It is time for the voice activation, friend. When we start to believe in our heart and confess with our mouth, surely, we gonna see things change in our favor! The divine power is now releasing through you when you believe and say it out loud!

出 15:25a - 摩西呼求耶和华，耶和华指示他一棵树，他把树丢在水里，水就变甜了。。。。
以前，当摩西带领以色列百姓离开埃及的时候，这本是可喜可贺之事。但这一条路并不容易走，是充满崎岖不平，是有阻碍的。那时候，以色列百姓的口很多时候是充满埋怨，甚至想倒回埃及继续做奴仆算了。想想看，神让摩西经历了那么多事情以后，才把以色列百姓救出来之后，你觉得上帝已把他们给遗忘了吗？你觉得上帝已经把他们救出来之后就算了吗？事情就这样结束了吗？当然不是！上帝的旨意是要让这群百姓到应许之地，就是那流奶与蜜之地，要让这群人享受祂所为他们预备的一切！同样的今天，你觉得你的生命在你领受了救恩就好了吗？你在世上的生命不再重要了吗？当然不是！父神让你成为祂的孩子，祂要你享受祂所为你预备的一切！是丰盛的，是富足的，是不叫上忧虑的福分！但是很多时候我们活在这个世上却觉得没有意义，每天要面对很多的问题，要经历一关又一关的挑战，甚至有时候被打败了，就开始埋怨，失望，沮丧，咒骂，甚至远离神。其实，这是神要的结局吗？
你知道吗？从前摩西带领以色列百姓出埃及的时候，有一次他们到了玛拉这个地方，那里的水不能喝，因为很苦。所以当以色列人向摩西埋怨的时候，摩西就呼求耶和华，耶和华指示摩西一棵树，当摩西把树丢进水里，水就变甜了。而这棵树如今是意表着耶稣基督。现今的我们，当我们在生活中遇到问题的时候，要记得把耶稣放进你的问题里，再苦的问题都会变成甜的了。因为我们的神是使无变有，是把水变成酒，是把不可能变为可能的神。要清楚地知道，我们的阿爸父并不要我们在这世上受苦，而是要我们享受丰盛！所以朋友们，无论今天我们遇到什么样的难题，无论挑战有多么的艰难，或是某某人有多么的难搞，不要忘记把耶稣放进这一切的问题中，把我们所忧虑的，我们的问题交托给祂，祂必帮助我们胜过，让我们能得胜有余。阿门！
诗篇56：3我惧怕的时候要依靠祢。
我们都有这样的经验，在小時候，有时候很怕一个人睡。剛熄燈，就会開始幻想一些可怕的事；想到扔在椅子上的衣服突然騰起化为火龙，或是床底下突然竄出可怕的怪物，让我们嚇得無法入睡。
这种让人窒息的恐惧不限於小孩，成年人也無法豁免。因为恐惧，我們不肯寬恕他人；因為恐惧，我們不敢堅持立場；因為恐惧，我們 害怕献身服事上帝；因为恐惧，我們不敢付出太多；因为恐惧，我们无法坦然来到神面前。如果單靠自己的力量，就会发现在生命的道路上，有着无数條張牙舞爪的火龙对我们虎视眈眈。
在門徒的船只遇到暴風雨的事故里， 耶穌是唯一不害怕的人。沒錯，我們的主耶穌不怕暴風雨，也不怕被鬼附身的人。反而，祂平息风浪，把鬼赶出去。（参阅馬太福音8:23-34）
面对恐惧时，想想耶穌问的这句话：「为什么胆怯呢？」（马太8：26），並且提醒自己，祂总不撇下，也不丢弃我们（希伯來书13：5-6）。沒有什么是耶穌無法为我们承担的。下次当你被恐惧困扰的时候，別忘了，你可以倚賴耶穌，因為祂與我們同在，是我們的盾牌，是我们随时的帮助！唯有祂能安抚我们的心，帮助我们战胜恐懼。阿门！
诗篇56：11我倚靠神，必不惧怕，人能把我怎么样呢？
