以赛亚书60：22至小的族要加增千倍，微弱的国必成为强盛；我耶和华要按定期速成这事。
要烘培出美味的餅乾，關鍵就在於各種材料的相互作用，每種成份必須攪拌均勻，在適當的時刻放入烤箱，才能烘出可口的餅乾。
也许现在你生命中的某些方面很糟糕，你已经很努力的生活了，但就是未见成效。切記，一點點泡打粉就可以產生不同的口味，忘了一种材料烘出来的饼干就变了味；在你生命里，当你换一个想法，当你与神的意念一致，当上帝的恩惠的一觸，就能轉苦為甜，化悲傷為喜樂，化哀哭為跳舞。
诗篇30:11-12【祢已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐，好叫我的灵歌颂祢，并不住声】。
当你進入上帝的安息，不再活在忧虑之中，因为这并不能帮助你什么，反而使你越陷入窘境。要知道你生命中的雲層只是暫時的，可能目前看來灰暗陰沈，但乌云的背后阳光依然照耀。。。 你心要渴望更高的眼界，当上帝与你同在，對祂來說沒有什么是太過困難的，放開一切缠绕思想的事，耶稣已经为你成就一切，而你可以全然交托。阿门！
Titus 3:7- so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
How blessed it is to know that the moment when you accepted Jesus, you are no longer a slave, you are no longer
a worker but you're a son! Therefore you identity has a tremendous change when you have Jesus. Many of times we live
in lies telling us that this identity is conditional, it's only when we behave or when we do good, we are worthy to be called as
children of God. But do you know that God has abundant provision of grace? That He always love to extend to you His grace
but He needs you to keep on receiving and make it as your own! Since you've been justified and you're righteous, you'll love
Your life and live it all the more fulfilling, you'll not want to go back to that addiction, that condemnation, that fear when you know
that and taste the goodness of Jesus and His insurmountable and inexhaustible grace!
My friend, remember you're justified and righteous because of Jesus' finished work; therefore know that He has made you an heir,
and a joint partner with Him! So, all the inheritance has written down your name, and all that the Father has are yours!
Romans 5:17- ...how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.
You're no longer under the time of death reign when you accepted Jesus, you've changed and transferred to the kingdom
of God, and that's your place! Full of life and hope, supply and grace! Therefore ask yourself a question today, do I want to reign
over my finance, my lack, my health and my marriage? If your answer is yes, then this goodnews is for you! Only by one man,
which is Jesus Christ that you're able to reign in life. But the secret lies on are you receiving his abundant provision of grace and the
free gift of righteousness? Receive means you take it and make it as your own, you admit your ownership over it. So next time when
problem arises, you're to take the abundant provision of grace and the free gift of righteous and do what? Make it as your own, take your ownership
over it and say "because of Jesus, I am the righteousness of God and I am now taking and receiving God's abundant provisok of grace,
I rule and reign over my finance, my health and in my family! In Jesus' name!
Instead of losing hope and giving up, receive and take God's abundant provision of grace today by simply believing in Him! All things will turn for your favor, it will!
诗 103:8 耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。
诗 103:11 天离地何等的高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！
亲爱的朋友，你知道你是深深被神所爱的吗？
不管你之前做过什么，无论你配不配得，也许你真的不值得不配得，耶稣依然选择为你死。
在你还未为他做任何事之前，他已经爱你了；
在你还未认识他以先，他已经决定以永远不变的爱来爱你！
是他美好的慈爱使我们完全；
是他美好的慈爱救赎你从黑暗进入光明；
是他美好的慈爱医治了我们；
是他美好的慈爱丰盛地祝福了我们；
是你美好的慈爱把不好的都变成好，不可能的变成可能！
所以朋友，当警觉于神美好的慈爱，感谢他所给与你的一切。
记得，朋友，耶稣就是爱那原来的你。当你来到他面前，你就是你自己。你不需要伪装，不需要躲藏，你只需要坦然地来到他面前因为他爱你，那最真实的你。
Psalm 103:8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow in anger, abounding in love.
Psalm 103:11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him.
Dear friend, do you know that you are deeply loved by God?
No matter what have you done before, regardless you are worthy or not, though you might not deserve it, Jesus still chose to die for you.
Before you do anything for Him, He already loved you;
Long before you know Him, He has decided to love you with His unfailing love!
Is His loving kindness that made us whole;
Is His loving kindness that redeemed us from the darkness into light;
Is His loving kindness that healed us;
Is His loving kindness that has blessed us abundantly;
Is His loving kindness that turn bad into good and impossible into possible!
So friend, be alert and aware of the loving kindness of God today. Be grateful for all that He has for you.
Remember this, friend, that Jesus loves you with who you are. You can be yourself when you come to Him. You do not have to pretend, do not need to hide, but can come boldly to Him for He loves you, the real you.
诗 18：28 - 你必点着我的灯；耶和华我的神必照明我的黑暗。
在我们的生命里，我们总有一些角落是黑暗的，就是一些我们的问题，比如经济上，问题上，家庭上，健康上，事业上等等，也有些是隐秘的，是不为人知的一面，是不想让人知道，或是连我们自己也不晓得的问题存在，这一切，都是属于黑暗的一面。但是，今天我们的神必点着我们的灯，祂要照明我们的黑暗。你知道吗？我们的阿爸父是个不喜欢黑暗的神，因此祂也不愿意看见我们的生命中有任何的黑暗存在，祂要我们的生命是光明的，因祂召我们本是光明之子，是可以坦坦荡荡，是可以抬起头来的。
灯，就是我们的灵。很多时候，我们的灵沉睡，或是被蒙蔽了，导致我们看不见神丰盛的供应。其实，所有一切属于我们的东西，耶稣基督早已经做成给我们了。为什么很多的基督徒却依然不能领受，看不见神的丰富？原因就是灵沉睡了。今天，当一个人是被圣灵引领的话，他知道，也明白神的旨意，更会知道属于自己所有的东西。就好像一个富豪立了遗嘱，把所有的产业都归在儿子的名下。当这位儿子看了遗嘱，他知道他父亲所有的产业都是属于他的，当他父亲不在人世的时候，他会懂的去那属于他的一切产业，因为他知道这所有的一切都是他的。同样的今天，在圣经里很清楚的告诉我们，我们的天父为我们成就了什么，给了我们什么。现在，是时候我们要去拿，而不是还在苦苦哀求了。所以，当我们的灵苏醒，当我们的灯被神的话点着，接着下来就是照明我们生命中的黑暗了。
你知道吗？在神的面前我们不需要伪装，也装不了，因为神祂知道万事，尤其跟我们有关的事。因为祂是创造我们的主，是我们的父。我们不需要像迦南妇人一样，伪装成犹太人到耶稣的面前，好叫耶稣医治她的女儿。但是，耶稣却拆穿她的伪装，目的并不是为了要羞辱她，而是要照明她的黑暗！若耶稣不怎么做，那迦南妇人又怎能知道耶稣是爱她的呢？到最后，耶稣更是医治了她的女儿，好叫她也能得着神的荣耀！同样的，当我们到耶稣面前，我们根本不需要戴上面具，不需要隐藏自己，因为我们的父认识我们，深知我们的一切。今天，不要再害怕，不要在隐藏自己了。我们只需勇敢的把自己的缺点，把自己生命中的黑暗，以及诚实的把自己摊开在父的面前，祂必帮助我们，必要叫黑暗变成光明！祂必要把那不好的变成好。不但如此，祂更是要我们得着丰盛的生命，让我们能够成为祂的见证，好把一切的荣耀都归给祂。阿门！
以赛亚书42：16【要引瞎子行不认识的道，领他们走不知道的路。在他们面前使黑暗变为光明，使弯曲变为平直。这些事我都要行，并不离弃他们】。
对于未来，我们就像瞎子，完全无法预知。也就是下一秒钟，会发生什么事，我们也无能力得知。面对未知的目的地，我们需要一位可靠的向导，才能顺利地抵达；要去一个地方，我们需要地图；开车时需要GPS 来指路等。
同样的，人生不也是如此吗？我们需要一位了解前方道路，清楚我们的需要，且永远不会离弃我们的人来带领我们。我们不需要准备火把或手电筒，我们只要紧紧跟随着祂，祂就像万能的导航，什么都能解决。
所以今天不需要担心，也不需要害怕，我们的神，祂二十四小时不打烊，时刻都要来帮助你，但很多时候是我们心太“忙乱”了，听不到祂跟我们说话。在诗篇46：10说“要休息，知道祂是神“！所以在忙碌的当儿，暂停一下，思想神对你的慈爱，与祂建立那份亲密的关系，你必定得饱足。阿门！
申命记31：8【耶和华必在你前面行，祂必与你同在，必不撇下你，也不丢弃你。不要惧怕，也并不要惊慌】。
Revelation 7:17- For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; ‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’ ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
There may be issues tearing you down, or things that turn to be hopeless but
cry no more today for every morning is new in The Lord! Do you know that His grace is sufficient for you?
No matter what's going on, remember that jesus is able to bring you through! For nothing is impossible in
Him. Besides that, know that jesus has already own and now seated at the right hand of the Father, the same
applies to you who believe in Him. You too are seated at the place of victory!
My friend, know that He will guide your steps to living water, to that blessings and opportunities; He has wiped
away your tears, and tell yourself "because of Jesus, it's time to rejoice!"
Matthew 6:27- And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?
What a good word that we need to meditate on today? Jesus said how many of you can add a single hour to his life simply
by worrying and being anxious? It totally struck us! If you're living in a constant worry and fear today, know that fear and worry
does not come from God. It is never the by product when you have Jesus! The moment when you have Jesus, you're the inheritor
of his perfect peace. Therefore, as Jesus is, so are you in this world! He is able to sleep in the midst of storms, so are you! Instead
of having sleepless nights, know that God has given you perfect inheritance and that is you can sleep soundly! Know that Jesus walks on
the water, so are you walking above your problems! Know that He never worry about lack of food, but instead He took the five loaves and
two fishes and give thanks and it multiplies! So, whatever that you need in life is never initiate by worry, but by having faith in God that He
Already supplied and He is able to do what He promised!
My friend, anxious and worry can never add a single hour to your life, not only it does not help, it destroys you physically, mentally, emotionally! Therefore, look to Jesus, the prince of peace and move in His perfect peace today, in Him you're secured, healed and saved!
林前 13：13 - 如今常存的有信，有望，有爱；这三样，其中最大的是爱。
爱，是一个名词，更是一个动词，因为爱是有行动的。什么是爱？爱不是常挂在嘴边，只在言语舌头上而已，爱乃是需要行动的，爱是懂得付出并不求回报；爱乃是懂得关心，愿意附上代价；爱是你可以为了对方做任何对他有益的事，也会阻止他做一些对他没有好处的事；爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒，爱是不自夸，不张狂，不做害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；爱是包容，爱是忍耐。无论是在属世上，或是在属灵里，我们都需要这份爱。一份真正的爱是会让人有安全感，会让人放心的。真爱是有行动，并且使尽所能去办成的。在属世上，就像父母对儿女的爱，是带着行动的。当一个婴孩呱呱落地时，父母的责任不只单单把一个孩子生出来就算了，而是用爱去照顾这个孩子，确保孩子的衣食住行，会把最好的留给孩子，会让孩子在最好的环境中成长，这就是父母爱的行动。在世上的父母尚且知道把好东西给自己的儿女，更何况是我们在天上的父，祂岂不更要把好东西留给祂的儿女们吗？（太 7:11）我们的天父把最好的独生儿子，耶稣基督给了我们，祂又将一切上好的福分，一切属灵的福气都赐给了我们，好叫我们在世上能够享尽祂一切的丰盛。这一切已作成的完工，就是父神对我们的爱的行动，祂已作成了一切，只为了让我们今天能够享受现成的果子。
朋友们，不要让我们的爱只在言语舌头上，乃要用我们的行动去证明。若今天有一个人前来告诉你，他已经一整天没饭吃，与其告诉他“你祷告吧”，倒不如赶紧喂饱他。因为父神的爱是付出，是关心，而非只在嘴里。当耶稣的门徒们一整夜捞不着鱼的时候，耶稣看见他们，问他们的第一句话是，“你们吃饱了吗”。看，父神的旨意永远是先为我们着想的，祂的心是顾念我们，是爱我们的。我们要效法基督，要有一颗爱人的心，无论面对什么样的环境，面对什么样的人，我们要有一颗彼此包容，彼此和睦的心。当我们领受了耶稣基督的大爱，当我们尝过了主恩的滋味，这份爱肯定能从我们的生命中流露到我们身边的每一个人身上。阿门！
罗马书8：37【然而，靠着爱我们的主，在这一切的事上已经得胜有余了】。
上帝创造我们，给我们生命气息，让我们享受生命，但有时候却觉得是一种折磨，尤其是当面对艰难困苦，挫折和失败的时刻，我们就更加感觉挫败了。上帝赐下福份给每一个人，当你信靠祂，坚守所承认的指望，不要放弃，也不要摇动时，生命必然经历到突破与惊喜（希伯来书10：23）。我们的神必然把最好的给我们，因为这是祂应许的，而这必然要兑现。
约翰一书2：17说『这世界和其上的情慾都要过去，惟独遵行神旨意的，是永远常存」。无论我们的年紀大小或经历如何，我們都同样面对属灵的争战。以弗所书6：12说：我们并不是与属血气的争战，乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。所以我们虽然在血气中行事，却不凭着血气争战（林后10：3）。我们需要从神而来智慧，指教我们的人生的道路。
我们还活在这恶者掌权的世界，魔鬼就如同嚎叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找可吞吃的人，但当我们有真理在心中，就不会轻易陷入恶者的网罗，我们是因义得生，身上有着耶稣的印记（加拉太书6:17）。阿门！
2 Peter 1:3- His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence,
What do you need today? Are you seeking for health? Are you seeking for supply? Or are you seeking for wisdom?
No matter what it is today, know that in Christ, all that you need in life has been supplied and given!
Therefore instead of thinking and focusing on what you do not have today, look at Jesus and you'll know all that you need
has been done! The healing you need has been given to you, the supply that you need has been given to you, the wisdom that
you need is also given! Therefore, all that you need to do is to have the knowledge of Jesus Christ, come to know him more and
Better! When you know the truth, the truth shall set you free!
You'll be surprised on how much that you can draw from the supernatural realm into the natural realm!
John 14:27- Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Are you living in constant worry and fear? Are you now in a situation that you do not know how to solve and it has stolen away even your sleep?
My friend, enjoying the abundance of peace is your inheritance; it was purchased and given by Jesus Christ to you! He said that the peace that He gave is not like the peace of the world, which you only have peace when things are going well but you lose it when things are going wrong. But the peace of Jesus is not affected by surroundings, no matter how big is the storm, how strong is the waves, Jesus' kind of peace is able to sleep in the midst of storms, to stand up and rebuke the waves, and even to walk on the water! So that's the peace that you have today, never alter by the surroundings, but that peace of God in you alters the surrounding, the peace of God in you changes everything inside out! So, regardless how troubled you used to be, today choose to look upon Jesus, don't be afraid, for He is with you, in you and for you!
林前 2:10 - 只有神藉着圣灵向我们显明了，因为圣灵参透万事，就是神深奥的事也参透了。
每一个神的孩子们，打从我们口里承认耶稣为主，心里相信祂从死里复活那一刻开始，我们就有神的灵住在我们里头了。这神的灵就是圣灵，而圣灵是我们的老师，它帮助我们，指教我们，并且提醒我们耶稣对我们所说过的一切话。（约 14:26）你知道吗？圣灵会启示我们所有一切的事情，包括了我们身边的人或事。因为圣灵参透万事，就是神深奥的事它也晓得，所以它一直不断的提醒我们，告诉我们所要发生的事，因此，我们要对神的灵敏锐，才能晓得圣灵要告诉我们什么。不但如此，当一个人对圣灵敏锐，他会知道在什么情况下要怎么行，当说什么话，当做什么事。圣灵会将要发生的事告诉我们，指教我们，好叫我们能够有明确的方向。
有时候，当我们沮丧，失望，不懂得该怎么办，也不知道该如何祷告的时候，圣灵亲自用说不出的叹息替我们祷告。（罗 8:26）当我们用方言祷告的时候，就是我们的灵在祷告。当我们的灵敏锐，我们的悟性祷告就有功效，而非只是形式上的祷告罢了。今天，随从圣灵的人，体贴圣灵的事，而体贴圣灵的就是生命平安。（罗 8:5-6）意思就是，当我们体贴圣灵，跟随它的时候，它必定领我们到宽阔不狭窄之地，它必领我们到平安喜乐之处。
今天，我们要对圣灵敏锐，因为属血气的人不领会神圣灵的事，反倒以为愚拙，并且不能知道，因为这些事惟有属灵的人才能看透。（林前 2:14）并且圣灵显在各人身上，是叫人得益处。（林前 12:7）若我们是被圣灵引导的，我们就不在律法之下了。我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。（加 5:18,25）靠着圣灵，随时多方祷告祈求，并要在此警醒不倦，为众人祷告。（弗 6:18）阿门！
哥林多前书9：27『我是攻克己身，叫身服我，恐怕我传福音给别人，自己反被弃绝了』。
常常，我们习惯妥协于某些習慣或行为，虽然有时表面看起来无伤大雅，但却叫我们得不着益处时，就有需要作调整了。但，这是多么困难啊！然而，有些时候我们们必须这样做，好让生命可以更荣耀神，因为我们都是祂的殿，祂要藉着我们来彰显祂荣耀的全能（哥林多前书3：16）。
举例來说，我们可能过度沉迷於某种活动或是某种食物，但圣经告诉我们必须有所節制（哥林多前书6：12）。凡事都可行，但那些不造就生命或是会绊倒人的事，我们就不要去做，因为身为神的儿女，我们是爱惜自己生命，也顾念其他人，因为在基督里，我们都是一家人。
當我们察觉某些事物会拦阻我们亲近上帝時，靠着上帝的帮助，我们可以不去做，因為上帝应许给我们力量胜过试探（哥林多前书10：13），圣灵也必赐下能力让我们能顺服祂（罗马书8：5）。阿门！
Psalm 94:18- When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love, Lord, supported me.
You can never know how much that your Father in Heaven loves you and what He has done for you every single day!
Even when you are saying "my foot is slipping", do you know that He is such a wonderful father that He will not ignore you
and see you fall? He will always be there sustaining you wherever you call out to Him, and do you know that even if you're
unconscious and if you don't even call out to Him, He is still faithful in sustaining and helping and protecting you!
Why? Simple because of love. So my friends, good things happen to those who have confident and trust that the Father
loves them! Know that today you'll not slip, you'll not fall, for you have the unfailing love of God supporting you!
Have a good cheer my friend!
Romans 1:17b - ...just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”
The moment when you accepted Jesus, you're called righteous. Remember, you're not righteous by your effort,
But instead you're righteous by faith in Christ Jesus! Your righteousness is not come from your perfect work, but rather
it comes from Jesus' perfect accomplishment at the cross! So do not doubt your identity in Him! Do know that righteous
shall live by faith. Faith is not having confident in yourself, but faith here tells us to have faith and believe in our Father is our creator,
and Jesus is our messiah, our savior, our redeemer! Faith is solely upon we have a Father who loves us deeply that He has given us
his one and only Son and thus to accomplish all things at the cross, and reconciled us with Him!
So you live by faith! My friend, you're righteous in Christ, don't doubt about your new identity! Therefore, healing is your right,
abundance is your right, favor is your right; stand firm and lift up your head today, have faith in Jesus and claim all that He has is yours!
使 27:25 所以众位可以放心，我信神怎样对我说：事情也要怎样成就。
亲爱的朋友，你好吗？
是否有很多事情缠绕着你？使你感到压郁压力吗？
今天，不管你面对什么，无论在你前方有什么样的挑战，你当知道在你生命中有谁并且知道给你盼望且让你信靠的是谁。
与其注意环境怎么说，你现在可以放心相信神所应许的必要作成。
与其相信人所说的，你现在可以放心相信神能够使大山都挪移。
与其看你自己能力所能做的，你现在可以放心相信因着耶稣，你得以不靠自己能力从他白白地领受。
所以亲爱的朋友，你现在可以不再挣扎，不再压力，因为在耶稣里，我们找着安息、平安、喜乐、盼望和我们生命中一切所需。
相信神，朋友，因为有他，你和我可以放心地向着我们的未来得胜有余地前进！
Acts 27:25 So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me.
Dear friend, how are you today?
Is there lots of things overwhelming you? Are you stressed and pressured?
Today, no matter what are you facing, regardless what are the obstacles ahead of you, you are to know who you have in life and who you trust that give you hope.
Instead of paying attention to what the circumstances say, you can now keep up your courage by having faith in God that things will happen just as he promised.
Instead of believing in what men say, you can now keep up your courage by having faith in God that mountains will be removed just as God said.
Instead of looking at what you can do by your own effort, you can now keep up your courage by having faith in God that because of Christ Jesus, everything you receive shall be freely given and effortlessly from Him alone.
So beloved friend, you can now no longer striving, no longer stress, for in Jesus, we found our rest, peace, joy, hope and all that we need in life.
Have faith in God, friend, because of Him, you and I can now keep up our courage and move on in life victoriously!
诗 119:9 - 少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？是要遵行你的话。
在这世上，有许许多多的少年人已经走偏离了神的道路，他们的行为偏差，言语粗俗，他们的举止也不合宜。但今天，在神的国度里的少年人要活出基督的榜样，要在世人眼中有好行为，好叫人看见都要因为你的缘故而把荣耀归给神。（加 1:24）朋友们，今天若是靠我们自己，或许我们会很难控制我们的言行举止，有时我们自己也不觉得我们的举动有任何的不合宜。但是若今天我们靠的是神的话，把神的话深刻在我们的心版上，不靠自己的作为，那么要活出好榜样不再是一件难事。因为我们有圣灵住在我们里面，它会时时刻刻提醒我们，神所说过的一切话。这样一来，我们就能轻易地控制好我们的行为。
少年人，不要叫人小看我们年轻，总要在言语、行为、爱心、信心、清洁上，都作信徒的榜样。（提前 4:12）我们要活出基督的样式，好叫世人看见我们的时候，知道我们是被分别为圣的，不与这世界的不良嗜好打交道。我们是神的见证，人看见我们的生命就看见我们的神到底是一个怎样的神。因此，我们要扮演好神使者的角色，不要让我们的阿爸父蒙羞。所以我们或吃或喝，无论作什么，都要为荣耀神而行。（林前 10:31）当我们遵行神的话，就必看见我们的生命是作首不做尾，居上但不居下的。阿门！
