2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
哥林多后书 12:9 祂对我说，我的恩典够你用。因为我的能力，是在人的软弱上显得完全。所以，我更喜欢夸自己的软弱，好叫基督的能力覆庇我。

Hi friend, are you afraid of challenges? Are you worrying about your future? No matter what is the bondage that hold you back, always bear in mind that the grace of God is sufficient for you! When you are down, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that hold you up; When you are angry, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that calm you down; When you are worry, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that give you peace; When you are in lack, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that provide to you abundantly; When you are sick, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that make you healthy; When problems come, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that help you to overcome problems! In Him, you can have the unmerited and unearned favor. When there is grace, there is supplies. Therefore, when you start to use and apply the grace of God, that is when you encounter blessings flow. The grace of God enable you to reign in life. So, be thankful for the grace of God!

嗨朋友，你会害怕面对挑战吗？你是否在担心你的未来？不管有什么重担拖累着你，永远记得神的恩典够你用！当你处在低谷的时候，祂的恩典够你用，是那将你兴起的恩典；当你生气时，祂的恩典够你用，是那使你平静的恩典；当你担心时，祂的恩典够你用，是那给你平安的恩典；当你缺乏时，祂的恩典够你用，是那供应你丰盛的恩典；当你生病时，祂的恩典够你用，是那给你健康的恩典；当问题来时，祂的恩典够你用，是那帮助你战胜问题的恩典！在主里面，你拥有那原不配得且不能赚取的恩惠。哪里有恩典，那里就有供应。因此，你什么时候开始用神的恩典，你就什么时候经历福分的流露。神的恩典使你能够在生命中掌权。所以，为着神的恩典感恩吧！

Job 23:12 I have not departed from the commands of his lips; I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my daily bread.
约伯记 23：12 祂嘴唇的命令，我未曾背弃；我看重祂口中的言语，过于我需要的饮食。

Do you know that just as your body needs food, it is likewise the same with your spirit? Therefore how much you feed your spirit and your body determines whether you will eventually listen to your flesh or to your spirit? Many of times people tend to feed what their flesh desires, feeding it with hatred, anger, unforgiveness and a lot more; but the more you feed it, the stronger it became, and the voice of your spirit became weaker. Therefore, you need to keep yourself in the Word, do not depart from them, and thus treasure the word of God more than your daily bread! If you'll spend time feeding your spirit first instead of your body, if you'll keep yourself well fed in the Word, you shall see joy, peace and the fruit of the spirit overflows!

你知道吗？你属世的身体需要食物来维持生命，而你的灵人也需要属灵的粮食来喂养。所以，在关键时刻你会听从你的肉体还是听从你的灵，是取决于你如何喂养你的肉体和你的灵。很多时候人都在用属世的欲望来喂养肉体，以怨恨，生气，不饶恕等来喂养；但你越以这些来喂养，它就越强大，反之你灵里的声音就越来越微弱。所以，你要保守自己在神的话里，不可使它离开，要看重祂口中的言语，过于你需要的饮食！如果你愿意花更多时间喂养你的灵，而不是你的肉体，如果你能保守自己在神的话语里，你就会看到喜乐，平安与圣灵的果子是涌流出来！

Psalm 5:12 Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous, you surround them with your favour as with a shield.
诗篇 5:12 因为祢必赐福与义人，耶和华啊，你必用恩惠如同盾牌四面护卫他。

Do you know that the moment when you accepted Jesus, you are called as the righteous? Righteousness is not what you can earn with your bare hands or with your effort, for no one can achieve salvation by his own, but only through one man Jesus Christ. Righteousness is a gift from God (Romans 5:17), God has given you this right standing in front of Him when you accept Jesus, therefore you are reconciled and you can come to Him boldly, just like a Father and a son. Today, know that no matter where you are, God has blessed you. He has supplied, He has healed, He has given, He has blessed you with all that you need according to His richest in glory! All you need to do is to believe that instead of pleading and getting from God, you already have it in you! He has surrounded you with His favour, just like a shield. Which means that no matter where you are, to the front, to the back, to the left or to the right, you have no choice but being hit by the blessings of God! Favour means you get it in your most undeserving and unmerited state, therefore start your day right knowing that you are blessed and you have the favour of God surrounded you, therefore fear no more but move on!

你知道吗？当你接受主耶稣的那一刻起，你就被称为义人了。这公义不是你可以用你的双手或是你自己的劳力可以赚取的，因为没有人可以靠着自己得着这救赎，只能藉着一人，就是耶稣基督。公义是从神而来的礼物（罗马书5:17）。当你接受了耶稣，上帝就给你这权柄在祂面前有对的位置。所以你可以如同孩子与父亲一样，坦然无惧的来到祂的施恩宝座前。今天，当晓得无论你身在何处，上帝已经祝福你。祂供应了你，祂医治了你，祂给了你一切，祂按照祂荣耀的丰富，赐福了你一切你所需要的！所以你只管相信，而不是乞求，祂已经给你了，你已经拥有了！祂以恩惠如同盾牌围绕着你。这意表着，无论你在那里，无论是向前，或向后，向左或向右，你别无选择，只能被上帝的祝福恩宠着！恩典是当你在你最不配得和最糟糕时，你却得着了。因此，开始全新的一天，晓得你是蒙福的，你有上帝的恩惠围绕着你，所以不要再害怕了，继续的前进！

诗篇 121：7 耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害。祂要保护你的性命。

Regardless how many bad news that are happening around you, do know that we have this Good News in Christ! Remember that no matter where you are, you have Jesus and He is the keeper of your life. He will keep you from all harm, from all viruses, from all attacks, for He loves you and you belong to Him! Hence, you can take heart that no matter where you are today, He is at your right hand and you will not be shaken. He is your Shepherd, and you shall not be in want. He is always with you, therefore you shall be successful. He is your everlasting help, therefore you are safe. He is your Healer, so therefore you are healed! Let Him watch over your life today instead of trying to achieve it by your own effort, rely on Him, just like a sheep relying on its shepherd. Jesus will lead you to green pastures, He makes you lie down and rest assured that He is taking care of you, favour and blessing shall follow after you all the days of your life!

今天，无论你周遭有多少的坏消息，我们都要晓得，在基督里有这好消息！记住，无论你在何处，你有耶稣，祂是你生命的守护者。祂保护你脱离一切的灾害，一切的毒病，一切的攻击，因为祂爱你，你属于祂！所以你可以放心，无论你现在的景况是如何，当祂在你的右边，你必不至动摇；当祂是你的牧者，你必不至缺乏；祂时刻与你同在，所以你必然成功。祂是你永远的帮助，所以你是平安的。祂是你的医治者，所以你已经得医治！今天，与其靠自己挣扎求存，何不让祂来看顾你的生命；依靠祂，就像羊跟着牧人一样。耶稣会引领你到青草地上，使你躺卧在可安歇的水边，祂必看顾你，你一生一世必有恩惠慈爱跟随你！

Psalms 73:28 But as for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge; I will tell of all your deeds.
诗篇 73:28 但我亲近神是与我有益，我以主耶和华为我的避难所，好叫我述说你一切的作为。

Dear friend, do you know where is the fountain of you life and what is the source of your life? Is it your career? Family? Friend? Money? Wealth? Health? Or yourself? Today, be bold and courageous in life knowing that the Almighty God, the Sovereign Lord is the fountain of your life and the source of your life. Is Him, that you need to stay connected to. In His light, you see light. His unfailing love is priceless and you find refuge in the shadow of His wings. So, move forward in life today by stay connected to the source of your life through the Word, put Him in the first place in your life, surely He will take care of your career, family, friend, money, wealth, health and yourself! Just like the concept of electricity, we need to connect the plug to the socket with source then turn on the power button in order to generate electricity so that we can use it. Today, we as man also need to connect ourselves to the words of God with the Holy Spirit then turn on the believe button by faith in order to generate the supernatural power in our life so that we can live our life effortlessly without worries and fears. Do not wait any longer friend, right now at this moment, take up the authority you have and step by faith knowing that your Daddy God-the source of your life, can do far more than what you can imagined. In Him, nothing is too hard! Bad can turn to be good and impossible becomes possible! When you stay connected to the source, surely you are highly favored, deeply loved and greatly blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你知道你生命的泉源在哪里？你生命的源头又是什么吗？ 是你的事业？家人？朋友？金钱？财富？健康？还是你自己？今天，在你生命中当坦然无惧，刚强壮胆，因为知道那全能的主，大能的神是你生命的泉源，祂更是你生命的源头。祂就是你需要连接于的，在祂的光中你必得见光，祂极宝贵的慈爱使你得以投靠在祂翅膀的荫下。所以，今天开始藉着神的话走你的人生，把自己连接于生命的源头，把祂放在你生命中的第一位，祂必看顾你的事业、家庭、朋友、金钱、财富、健康、还有你自己！就如同电源的概念，我们需要将插头插入插座，然后开启按钮才能启动电源来使用。今天，我们也需要将自己连接于神的话并加上圣灵，然后开启相信的按钮，才能启动神那超自然的能力在我们的生命彰显，使我们生活得毫无压力，不再忧虑惧怕。朋友，不要再等了！就在这一刻，拿起你的权柄，踏出信心的一步，知道你的天父- 就是你生命的源头，能成就超乎你所求所想的！在祂里面，没有难成的事！不好的变成好，不可能变成可能！当你连接于这源头时，你必定充满恩惠，深深被爱并且大受祝福的！所以不论发生什么事，我们都当在主里欢喜快乐，义人！我们当欢呼且感恩，心里正直的人，知道神永远掌权！在祂里面，一切都会是美好的！今天来享受祂那不变的慈爱吧！放松并且看神如何在祂的荣耀里成就关乎你的事。哈利路亚！

2 Corinthians 4:13 It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak;
哥林多后书 4：13 但我们既有信心，正如经上记着说：“我因信，所以如此说话。”我们也信，所以也说话。

You are what you believe, and what you believe determines your speaking. Do know that your tongue has power to build or to tear, what you're speaking of and declaring daily affects your living. Many of times we choose to fill our mouths with complaints and murmurs, we choose to speak death instead of life, we choose to curse instead to bless. Therefore, in Proverbs 18:21 says that death and life is under the power of the tongue, and whoever loves it shall eat it's fruits. Which means your Word is seed and it bears fruits! What kind of fruit that you want today? The fruit of peace, joy, health, abundance and favor? Then start to fill your mouth with praises to God and with the Word of God, then you shall see life and life more abundantly! Therefore guard your tongue from evil, instead speak what you believe in God! By faith, believe and speak forth that: I'm more than a conqueror, I'm strong and healthy, I'm in wholeness, I live in abundance and favor! Amen!

你相信什么，你就会成为怎么样的人，而你所相信的，就决定了你所说的。当晓得你的舌头有建立或拆毁的权柄，你每一天所说所宣告的，会影响你的生命。很多时候我们以埋怨和谗言充满我们的口，我们选择说死了，不是说生命；我们选择说诅咒的话语，而不是说祝福的话语。所以，箴言18:21说：生死在舌头的权下，喜爱它的，必吃它所结的果子。这意味着你的话语是种子，它会结出果子！你今天想要什么样的生命？是平安、喜乐，健康，丰盛和恩惠？那么你就要开始以赞美和神的话来充满你的口，那么你就会看见生命，且是更丰盛的生命！因此，务必要禁止你的舌头不出恶言，却要说出你相信在上帝里有什么！凭着信心，相信并大声说出：我是得胜有余，我是强壮并健康，我是完全，我是活在丰盛和恩惠里！阿们！

哥林多后书 4:7 我们有这宝贝放在瓦器里，要显明这莫大的能力是出于神，不是出于我们。

Hey friend, do you know that you are so powerful? In time of worrying, you have the treasure-JESUS in your vessel that enable you to manifest the tremendous power in your life for you to live a stress-free life; In time of lacking, you have the treasure-JESUS in your vessel that enable you to manifest the tremendous power in your life for you to live an abundant life; When you face challenges, you have the treasure-JESUS in your vessel that enable you to manifest the tremendous power in your life for you to overcome the challenges; When you are handling tasks given to you from your boss, you have the treasure-JESUS in your vessel that enable you to manifest the tremendous power in your life for you to be the outstanding one among your colleagues that leads you to a higher position; In your family, you have the treasure-JESUS in your vessel that enable you to manifest the tremendous power in your life for you to love your families with unconditional love; In your marriage, you have the treasure-JESUS in your vessel that enable you to manifest the tremendous power in your life for you to love and treasure your life partner with love and patience; In your daily life, you have the treasure-JESUS in your vessel that enable you to manifest the tremendous power in your life for you to do what is impossible! So, start to meditate this treasure-JESUS through His word for He is the word. Keep on meditating, proclaiming and see the manifestation in your life to glorify Him! Hallelujah!

1 John 1:5 This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light, in him there is no darkness at all.
约翰一书 1：5 神就是光，在祂毫无黑暗。这就是我们从主所听见，又报给你们的信息。

If you are in a dark room today, instead of sitting down and compromising how dark is the darkness, all you need to do is to switch on the light. Many of times, we tend to sit down and stay in self-pity, thinking about how great, how dark and how pitiful our lives can be. But we have forgotten our position in Christ, and as a child of God, we have authority over the darkness. You see, you do not need to fight against the darkness, all you need is to stand firm and shine. God is light, and we are made like Him, we are the children of light. You do not need to compromise to darkness, to your problems, to that sickness, to that fear; but instead, all you need is to be the light that shines, and when darkness sees you, sickness sees you, fear sees you, they have no choice but to flee from you! Therefore, the next time when you are down because of what happened around you, put yourself under the Word of God and you will see clearly who you are in Christ, what you can do in Christ, and what you have in Christ! Psalm 119:130 says that the unfolding of the Word gives light. All you need is to unfold the Word by meditating it day and night, and you shall see light in your situation! There is nothing too hard for Jesus, believe that! Amen!

如果今天你是在一个很黑暗的房间里，你不是坐在那里一直在想房间有多黑暗，你需要做的就是把灯亮着了。但很多时候，我们就在那里自我可怜，想着黑暗是那么的大，我们又是多么的凄惨。但，我们忘记了我們在基督里的地位，忘了我们的身份是神的孩子，我们有胜过黑暗的权柄。你看，你不需要跟黑暗争战的，你需要做的就只是站立得稳，然后发光。神就是光，而我们是祂所造，有祂的形象，我们是光明之子。所以无论是问题，是疾病，是害怕都好，你不必跟这些黑暗来妥協；相反的，当你是光，黑暗看见你，疾病看见你，惧怕看见你，它们沒有选择，必从你面前逃跑！因此，下回当你因着环境的变故而心情低落的时候，要把自己放在神的话语下，你会明确地看到，在基督里你的身份是什么，你可以做什么，甚至你拥有什么！诗篇119：130说 “神的话语一解开，就发出亮光”。当下你要做的就是把神的话语解开，并昼夜思想，你会在所处的环境中看见光的彰显！你要相信，在耶稣永远没有太难的事！阿们！

诗篇 13:6 我要向耶和华歌唱，因祂用厚恩待我。

Dear friend, do you know how blessed you are? Jesus loves you until an extent He is willing to sacrifice all that He has just for you! 2024 years ago, He willing to take up the cross and died on the cross just because He loves you and want to redeem you from the curses; Jesus is willing to bear all your sins and remember your sin no more; He has been striped so that you can be healed; He became poor so that in Him you may become rich; He been cursed so that you are now been blessed; Jesus died young so that you can be satisfied with long life; He became sin so that you become the righteousness of God; He has been look down by the world so that you can now be lifted up; He bore the wrath of holy God towards sin so that now we can have right standing with God and can come boldly to the throne of grace; Not only that, Jesus is all that we want and all that we need! He provides all that we need in life according to His glorious riches; He restores all that has been stolen; He gives us peace in all circumstances; He gives us joy in handling all the challenges we have in life; He makes impossible become possible! So friend, it's time to give thanks. Let's sing to the Lord for He has been good to us!

亲爱的朋友，你知道你是何等蒙福吗？耶稣爱你爱到一个地步愿意为你牺牲了一切！2024 年前, 祂愿意为你背起那十字架且死在十字架上，就只因为祂爱你并救赎你脱离咒诅；耶稣愿意担当你一切的罪，不再记念你的罪孽；祂被鞭被打好叫你得医治；祂变成贫穷好叫你在他里面得以富足；祂被咒诅好叫你现在是被祝福的；耶稣在年轻岁月就死好叫你得以足享长寿；祂代替你成为罪好叫你得以成为神的义；祂被世界轻看羞辱好叫你现在是能抬起头来的；祂已背负了圣洁的神对罪的愤怒，好叫我们现在得以在神面前有对的站立，并且能够坦然无惧地来到那施恩宝座前；不但如此，耶稣是我们所要的全部，更是我们所需的一切！祂照祂荣耀的丰富供应我们一切生命中所需的；祂修复了那一切被偷窃的；祂在一切环境中给了我们平安；祂给与我们喜乐来面对一切生命中的挑战；祂使那不可能变成可能！所以朋友，是感恩的时候了。一起歌唱那以厚恩待我们的神吧！

Psalms 48:9 Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love.
诗篇 48:9 神啊，我们在祢的殿中，想念祢的慈爱。

Dear friend, what are you meditating in your daily life? Do you know that we are special creation by God that we have a brain and mind which able to think and meditate many things in a single moment? Each moment there might be thousands of thoughts come in. So, today, what are the thoughts that affect you the most? Positive or negative one? Good or bad? Possible or impossible? You are what you meditate. So you are meditating the problems you are encountering? Or the God who leads you into triumph? Friend, instead of thinking and meditating on the problems that cannot help you, why not turn your focus to meditate on the promises of God that strengthen you and help you in moving forward? Stop meditating on the pain in your body, but instead, meditate on the finished work of Jesus Christ that heals you. Do not keep on meditating the lacks in your life, but start to meditate the endless supplies of God. Stop meditating on the stress that are pressuring you, start to meditate the Lord your God who has overcome the world and has given you peace to live a life of stress-free. Dear friend, no matter what you are facing right now, regardless how hard it might seem to be, keep on meditating the unfailing love of Jesus and His faithful as well as powerful promises which never fails! Surely, you will see and experience how bad turn to be good and impossible become possible! Amen！

亲爱的朋友，在你日常生活中所思想和想念的是什么？你知道吗，我们是神奇妙的创造，因我们有个脑在一刻钟里能想很多东西？每一刻能有几千个不同的想法进来。所以，今天，什么思想最能够影响你？是积极的还是消极的？好的还是坏的？可能或是不可能？你想的是怎样的，你就是怎样的。所以你是想你所面对的问题？还是想那领你得胜的神？朋友，与其思想和想念那不能帮你的问题，何不将那专注放于默想那给你力量且使你前进的应许呢？停止思想你身上的痛，反之，思想耶稣那能医治你的完工。不要一直思想你的缺乏不足，但要开始默想神那不断的供应。停止思想那压抑你的压力，开始想念那胜过世界并且给你平安过着没有压力的生活。亲爱的朋友，不管你现在面对着什么，无论事情看起来会有多难，不断的想念耶稣那不变的爱还有神那信实不改变的应许！很肯定的，你必看见并经历那不好的变成好，不可能的变成可能！大大蒙福！阿们！

Dear friend, do you know that there is someone who loves you so much that willing to sacrifice his own life for your sake? Because of you, he died young; Because of you, he been pierced; Because of you, he been buried; Because of you, he been crucified; Because of you, he became poor; Because of you, he bore all your sins; Because of you, he been rejected; Because of you, he been cursed...This man, is JESUS! He loves you that He willing to die young and satisfies you with long life; He loves you that He been pierced and make you whole and well; He loves you that He been buried and make you become the righteous one; He loves you that He been crucified so that you can live a life of resurrection; He loves you that He became poor so that you can become rich; He loves you and bore all your sins to take away all your sins; He loves you and been rejected so that you can now be accepted; He loves you and been cursed so that you are blessed! No matter what is your past, regardless what mistakes you have done. the love of Jesus will never change. While we are still sinner, He chose to die for us to redeem us. It is not because we deserve it, but solely because we are His BELOVED. Is Him who first loves us, He never leaves us nor forsakes us. So, rejoice and be glad in His unfailing love. Response to His unconditional love and praise Him at all times! JESUS is forever your lover and you are forever His beloved!

亲爱的朋友，你可否知道有一个人非常的爱你，爱到一个地步愿意为你牺牲自己的生命？因为你，他命短；因为你，他被鞭；因为你，他被埋葬；因为你，他被钉；因为你，他变成贫穷；因为你，他担当你一切罪；因为你，他被拒绝；因为你，他被咒诅。。。这人，就是耶稣！祂爱你，愿意活得短命，使你足享长寿；祂爱你，为你被鞭，使你完全，健康；祂爱你，为你被埋葬，使你得称为义；祂爱你，为你被定，好叫你能过着复活般的生命；祂爱你，为你变成贫穷，好叫你能变成富足；祂爱你，为你担当所有的罪，为要除去你一切的罪；祂爱你，被拒绝，好叫你是被接纳的；祂爱你，为你被咒诅，好叫你是蒙福的！不管你的过去是怎样的，无论你做错什么事情，耶稣对你的爱永远都不改变。在我们还作罪人的时候，祂已经选择为我们死，为了救赎我们，那并非因为我们配得，但全是因为我们是祂的最爱。是祂先爱我们，祂总不撇下也不丢弃我们。所以，在祂不变的爱里欢欣喜乐，回应祂那无条件的爱，并且无时无刻赞美祂！耶稣是你永远的爱人，而你也是祂永远的最爱！

约翰一书 4:4 小子们哪，你们是属神的，并且胜了他们，因为那在你们里面的，比那在世界上的更大。

Dear friend, what have you encountered a moment ago? Is there a lot of troubles surrounding you? Is there tonnes of pressure that press you down? Perhaps you just got your medical report that makes you worry, maybe you have just attended an interview for promotion that brings you uncertainty, or there can be even a lot of problems that others might not understand yet you are going through... Right now, here is the place for you to get released. Now is the time for you to put an end on all these problems and turn your focus to Jesus. In times of worry, know that Jesus is the biggest, He is your peace that helps you to overcome worries; In times of uncertain, Jesus is the biggest, He is your assurance that helps you to overcome uncertainties; In times of lacking, Jesus is the biggest, He is your provision that will never end; When you are sick, Jesus is the biggest, He is your healing that helps you to overcome diseases; When you are weak, Jesus is the biggest, His grace helps you to overcome all your weaknesses; When you are afraid, Jesus is the biggest, when He is with you, nothing can be against you. Remember, no matter what, problems, troubles, challenges, all that you can named out is not big, JESUS is the biggest among all. In Him, you shall not be afraid; In Him, you are more than conquerors! So, eyes on Him and put your full trust in Him, He is our all in all!

亲爱的朋友，在前一刻你经历了什么事情呢？是否有很多问题缠绕着你？是否有很多无形的压力把你压倒？也许你刚拿到让你担心的医药报告，或者你的升职面试不是很顺利，又或许你正在经历有好多人所不能够明白的问题。。。现在，这里就是让你得释放的地方。这一刻就是你在所有问题中画上句点的时候， 并且转向耶稣。在忧虑的时候，当知道耶稣祂最大，祂是帮助你战胜忧虑的平安；在不肯定的当儿，耶稣最大，祂是让你战胜不肯定的肯定；在缺乏的时候，耶稣最大，祂的供应永不断缺；当你生病的时候，耶稣最大，祂是使你战胜病痛的医治；当你软弱的时候，耶稣最大，祂的恩典帮助你战胜你一切的软弱；当你害怕的时候，耶稣最大，当祂与你同在，没有什么能够阻挡你。记得，无论是什么，问题、烦恼、挑战，只要你能够命名出来的都不大，因为耶稣才是那最大的！在祂里面，你必不惧怕；在祂里面，你是得胜有余的！所以，定睛于他，且满心的相信祂，因为祂就是你的全部！

Psalms 59:16-17 But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. O my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, O God, are my fortress, my loving God.
诗篇 59:16-17 但我要歌颂祢的力量，早晨要歌唱祢的慈爱；因为祢作过我的高台，在我急难的日子作过我的避难所。我的力量啊，我要歌颂祢，因为神是我的高台，是赐恩与我的神。

Hello friend, have you ever meditate where you get strength from in order to move on in life? When you are weak and lost, what is your response? Are you choose to stay in the negativity ground and murmuring? Or you choose to focus on the source of your strength? Now, is time for you to make the decision and choose. When you are lack of strength, sing of your strength-God. When you are down and feel all alone, sing of the love-God. No matter what circumstances you are in, regardless what challenges you are facing, always remember that you have the strongest support and that is God! He is your refuge and fortress which will never change. He is the loving God who cares for you and willing to lead you through and give you all that He could gives. Amen! So, abide in Him by meditating the love and promises He has for you. Start to believe and proclaim, surely, you will experience the tremendous power that turn bad into good and impossible into possible when you sing praise to God as well as give thanks to Him!

Hi beloved, how are you today? No matter what situation are you in right now, regardless what are the things that you are facing right now, do know that you are chosen to be greatly blessed, called to be a blessing and destined to reign in life. You are to know the identity you are holding, which is the citizenship of God's kingdom, who is with power and authority, is the one who can overcome all circumstances! By the grace of God, you are healthy! By the grace of God, you are prosperous! By the grace of God, you are well protected! By the grace of God, you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength! By the grace of God, you are above and not beneath! By the grace of God, you are highly favored! 1 John 4:17 …as Jesus is, so are you in this world.
约翰一书 4：17 。。。因为祂如何，我们在这世上也如何。

Do you know that the moment when you accept Jesus in your life, you are a new creation? Your spirit is born again, it is now a new creation, and you share the same nature and attributes like Jesus! The "you" mentioned in 1 John 4:17 here is talking about the spirit you. Therefore, you have to know that you are no longer separated from God, but you have the same power, same nature, same attributes like Jesus! Hence, you can boldly declare and believe that as Jesus is, so are you in this world! Note that it is not as Jesus is, so are you when you go back to heaven, but instead you are like Him in this world! Therefore, today start to believe that what Jesus has you have! As Jesus is healthy, so are you in this world; as Jesus is strong, so are you in this world, as Jesus is in abundance, so are you in this world, as Jesus is in victory, so are you in this world! Believe and see the manifestation today! Amen!

你晓得吗？在你接受耶稣为你生命救主的那一刻起，你就是新造的人了！你的灵活过来了，此刻你是新造的人，你是与耶稣的性情有份的！约翰福音4：17里所说的“你”是指你的“灵人”。所以，你要很确信你不再与神隔绝，但却拥有与耶稣相同的能力，性情与属性！因此，你可以坦然的宣告因着耶稣如何，你在这世上也如何！这并不是说这些事要等到你回天家时才会发生，但却是当你还活在这世上时，你的生命就要如同耶稣那样！所以，今天就来相信耶稣有什么，你也有什么！耶稣是健康的，你在这世上也是健康的！耶稣是刚强的，你在这世上也是刚强的！耶稣是丰盛的，你在这世上也是丰盛的！耶稣已经得胜了，而你是得胜有余的！当你相信，就必看见这一切都要彰显出来！阿们！

Psalms 147:5 Great is our Lord and mighty in power; His understanding has no limit.
诗篇 147:5 我们的主为大，最有能力；祂的智慧无法测度。

Dear friend, who do you rely on today? In all kind of situation, who do you trust? When you are lacking, who do you believe? Is your own limited resources and ability? Or the God who gives you ability to produce wealth? When you are sick, in whom you put your trust to? Is your doctor and medical report? Or Jesus who has been stripped for your perfect healing and good health? When you are lost in the direction of your life path, who do you focus on? Is the advise from people around you? Or the Lord your God who is the way, the truth and the life that directs your steps? What do you hold on in times of trouble? Is the trouble that stress you? Or the God who deliver you from all troubles? Where do you put your faith in when problems are surrounding you? Is in the problems and continue to stay in the negativity ground? Or put your faith in the Lord who is mighty in power and stand on the victory ground He has conquered for you?
Friends, now is the time for you to choose and move on! Choose to trust and rely the Lord who is great and mighty in power, His understanding has no limit! When you are lacking, believe in the God who gives you ability to produce wealth and supply all your needs according to His glorious riches, He is great and mighty in power, His understanding has no limit! When you are sick, put your trust on Jesus who makes you whole and well, He is great and mighty in power, His understanding has no limit! When you are lost in the direction of your life path, focus on the only way and that is Jesus who directs your steps, for He is great and mighty in power, His understanding has no limit! In times of trouble, hold on to the Lord your God who delivers you from all circumstances, He is great and mighty in power, His understanding has no limit! When problems are surrounding you, put your faith in the Lord who is great and mighty in power and stand on the victory ground He has conquered for you, for His understanding has no limit! You can boldly trust in Him for nothing is too hard for Him! In Him, we are more than conquerors! In Him, we have all in all!

亲爱的朋友，今天你依赖的是谁呢？在各样不同的环境里面，你又是信靠谁呢？当你缺乏时，你相信谁？是你有限的资源与能力？还是那赐你能力赚取货财的神？当你生病时，你将你的依靠放在谁的身上？ 是你的医生和医药报告？还是为你受鞭伤并且给你全备的医治和健康的耶稣？当你在生命的旅程中迷失方向时，你专注于谁？是周围人的劝告？还是指示你每一个脚步的神？在危难之时你捉住了谁？是使你压力的问题？还是拯救你脱离一切问题的神？当问题环绕你的时候你将你的相信放在哪里？是放在问题继续待在消极中？还是将你的信放在那为你战胜一切，大有能力的主身上？
朋友，现在是时候选择并前进了！选择相信并依靠那本为大，大有能力的主，祂的智慧无法测度！当你缺乏时，相信那赐你能力赚取货财并照祂荣耀的丰富供应你的神，祂本为大，最有能力，祂的智慧无法测度！当你生病时，把你的信放在使你完全的耶稣身上， 祂本为大，最有能力，祂的智慧无法测度！当你在人生旅途中迷失方向时，专注于那唯一的道路-耶稣，祂指示你的道路， 祂本为大，最有能力，祂的智慧无法测度！在患难之时，捉住那拯救你脱离一切的神， 祂本为大，最有能力，祂的智慧无法测度！当问题环绕的时候，将你的信放在那本为大，最有能力，使你站在胜利之地，为你战胜一切的主身上，祂的智慧无法测度！你可以坦然信靠他，在祂没有难成的事！在祂里面，我们是得胜有余的！在祂里面，我们拥有一切！

Hi friend, how do you do? Regardless how busy you are, no matter what kind of stress or challenges you are facing right now, bear in mind that you have a God who cares for you, He will sustain you with His strength and peace. When you are surrounded by problems, do not give up! Instead, meditate on the word of God and be surrounded by the love, manifest the strength and peace the Lord has given to you. When you are weak, do not be afraid! Instead, meditate on the word of God and be strong, manifest the strength and peace the Lord has given to you. When you are sick, let not your heart be troubled! Instead, meditate on the word of God that He has healed you and be anxious of nothing, manifest the strength and peace the Lord has given to you. When you are in lack, do not worry about your tomorrow! Instead, meditate on the word of God and be thankful of His supplies, manifest the strength and peace the Lord has given to you. When you are lost, do not panic! Instead, meditate on the word of God that directs you, manifest the strength and peace the Lord has given to you. Despite of how big your problems might be or how hard is the situation, abide in Him through the word and enjoy the strength and peace you have from God. Dear friend, do not be stagnant and stay in the problems. Let's move on in life and experience how wonderful the strength and the peace of God can be in your daily life. Surely, you are heading to a better and higher place to glorify Him!

嗨朋友，别来无恙吗？不管你有多么忙碌，无论你正面对什么样的压力或挑战，永远记得你有一位在乎你的神，祂必用祂的力量和平安来扶持你。当你被问题围绕时，不要放弃！选择默想神的话且让祂的爱来围绕你，彰显神所赐的力量和平安。当你软弱时，不要害怕！选择默想神的话且刚强壮胆，彰显神所赐的力量和平安。当你生病时，别让你的心忧虑！选择默想神的话且相信他的医治，应当一无挂虑，彰显神所赐的力量和平安。当你缺乏时，不要为你的明天忧虑！选择默想神的话且感谢祂的供应，彰显神所赐的力量和平安。当你迷失时，不要慌张！选择默想神的话让祂来引领你，彰显神所赐的力量和平安。不论你的问题有多大或是环境有多艰难，藉者神的话常在祂里面且享受从神来的力量和平安。亲爱的朋友，不要再呆在原点，更不要呆在问题中。继续前进并且经历神的力量和平安在你生命中有多么的完美。很肯定的，你当去到更高更好的地方！

哥林多前书 3：21 所以无论谁，都不可拿人夸口。因为万有全是你们的。

Instead of relying on man, God wants us to rely on Him. For He is such a wonderful father that sustains all your cares and daily bears your burden! He wants you to know that as you rely on Him, there's nothing that you can worry about. Man may fail you or disappoint you, but God is faithful, He keeps His words and He makes sure it is done in your life. Therefore know that all things that we received and enjoy today, be it that talents, the ability, that wisdom, the opportunity, are all blessings from God. Instead of looking on man and be a man pleaser, let us be a God pleaser and be His follower! Look upon Jesus and follow Him, for He is such a great Shepherd that will lead you towards green pasture, and this all things have been given to you! You lack no good thing in Christ! Amen!

与其来投靠人，上帝要我们来投靠祂。因为祂就是一位如此伟大的父，祂顾念你所顾念的，祂也天天背负你的重担！祂要你知道，当你来依靠祂，就没有什么可以担心的。人可能会失信于你，或是让你失望了，但上帝是信实的，祂持守祂的话，并确保祂的话在你的生命中必然要应验。因此我们晓得，今天我们所拥有及享受的一切，无论是才智、能力、智慧，机会，全都是上帝的赐福。所以，与其讨人的欢心，让我们成为神的喜悦并来跟随祂！看向耶稣且来跟随祂，因为祂是这样一位好牧者，祂领你到可躺卧的青草地上，且把一切上好的都给你！在基督里，你什么好处都不缺！阿们！

路加福音 5:5b 西门说： 。。。但依从祢的话，我就下网。

Whose word and whose report that you believe in today? Many times we believe in words that are not the truth, the Word of God tells us that the devil is the liar, which means he came and bring all sorts of lies to your life. Only the word of God is the truth, and only when you know the truth, the truth shall set your life free! Therefore, choose who do you want to listen to today! Just like Peter, instead of listening to his feeling and what his experience told him, he chose to listen to what Jesus said. He said, because you say so! Likewise in our lives, regardless what your situation says today, remember that Jesus has the final word; regardless how is your medical report, Jesus has the final report; regardless how is your financial situation, Jesus has the final say. Because He said so in His Word, and it settles it! Just like Peter, you'll catch the abundance of fish, the boat sinking experience! Amen!

今天，你是相信谁说的话及从谁而来的报告？很多时候我们所相信的话都不是真理，神的话跟我们说恶者是那说谎者，这意味它来是给你谎言的。只有神的话才是真理，而唯有当你晓得真理，真理必叫你得以自由！因此，你要选择听从谁而来的报告！如同彼得，与其听从自己的感觉，或是经验告诉他的，他选择听从耶稣怎么说。他说：“因为是主祢如此说”！同样，在我们的生命里，无论今天我们的环境如何，耶稣的话才是最后的结果。无论你的医药报告怎么说，耶稣的话才是最后的结果；无论你的财物状况怎样说，耶稣的话才是最后的结果；因为祂的话如何说，事情就如何解决！如同彼得的经历，你会捕到许多鱼，甚至船都无法负载！阿们!

Psalm 42:8 The Lord shows his true love every day. At night I have a song, and I pray to my living God.
诗篇 42：8 白昼，耶和华必向我施慈爱；黑夜，我要歌颂祷告赐我生命的神。

The world might be full of hypocrisy and lies as still it lies under the power of the darkness (1 John 5:19), however we do not need to lose hope as regardless what the world may seems to be, regardless how people treated you, regardless how much disappointment you received, always remember that there is a Father who loves you so much! In Romans 3:3-4 says "it is true that some Jews were not faithful to God. But will that stop God from doing what he promised? No! God will continue to be true even when every person is false." Therefore, if everything around ceases, remember God will continue to be true! Nothing can stop God from doing what He has promised you! When He has promised you freedom, love, protection, supply, goodness, favor, it is unstoppable! Hence, wake up every day knowing that God eager to show you His true love. Never a day He will miss in loving you. He loves you constantly, regardless how worst or how many times you may fail. And guess what? This love empowers you! This love enables you to move on and never give up, this love enables you to rejoice in every circumstances! Therefore, remember today that you are loved, and let's be discern on how He shows you His true love everyday! Isn't it exciting?

这世界也许有太多的虚情假意和谎言，因这世界仍在恶者掌权下（约翰一书5：19），但无论外面的世界如何变化，在基督里我们仍有盼望；无论人如何对待你，无论面对了多少次的失望，都要记得我们有一位爱我们的天父！罗马书3：3-4 说：“即便有不信的，这又何妨呢？难道他们的不信就废掉神的信吗？断乎不能！不如说，神是真实的，人都是虚谎的”。所以，纵然周围的环境看似是死了，记得耶稣祂依然信实！没有什么可以拦阻神对你的应许，当祂应许你给你自由、应许永远爱你、保护你、供应你，应许你美好的事、赐你恩惠，这些都是不能被拦阻的！所以，每一天醒来都要知晓上帝祂向你施慈爱，祂没有一天会错失你。无论你跌倒了多少次，祂从来不曾停止爱你。而这份爱使你重新得力！这份爱推动你继续往前走不放弃，这份爱可以使你在无论处在任何环境，都可以欢喜快乐！今天要记得你是被父所爱，当你晓得祂每一天都向你施慈爱，是不是很兴奋呢？
