约 10:27 - 我的羊听我的声音，我也认识他们，他们也跟着我；

亲爱的朋友们，每天一早起身，我们的每一个选择对我们来说都很重要，因为它关乎我们一整天的情绪。很多人一早起身，就为了一整天的事情在忙碌。家庭主妇们一早开始就为了丈夫，为了孩子们，为了家人从准备早餐开始忙碌了；上班族则为了事业，清早起来准备上班；小孩子们也为了上学而得早早起身预备。每个人都展开了各自忙碌的一天。当然，每一个人在一睁开眼睛的那一刻，都带着不同的情绪，不同的思维。有人还为了昨天的事情还在耿耿于怀；有人一早起身或许被某些事影响而大发雷霆；有人或许在清早就接获不好的消息而闷闷不乐；也有人为着展开美好的一天而感恩。

不管你是处于哪种情况都好，其实那爱我们的天父是要我们天天领受祂的恩典，祂的祝福。每天大清早，不管什么事情或是什么声音在我们周围，我们要敏锐选择对的声音，要时时刻刻提醒自己我们的身份；要不断的献上感恩，把一天的行程都交托在父的手中。你知道为什么选择那对的声音对我们来说是那么的重要吗？因为唯有对的声音会领我们到对的目的地，会带给我们对的祝福，对的人生。就如圣经里所记载的，许多的病人、被鬼附的、聋哑的、血漏的女人、枯干手的、被捆绑的，以及种种问题的人，他们都得了医治，得着释放，为什么呢？他们的奥秘只有一个，就是听对的声音。往往在医治释放临到前，耶稣都在讲道，而他们在领受神的道，而当他们选择听道，并且相信的时候，他们就得着了一切他们所需要的。

同样的今天，我们也要天天听那对的声音，要听神的话，听了领受并且相信的时候，就必看见你所期望的事情必要被成就。所以，朋友们，把我们的眼目向上看，就是专注看我们的父为我们所成就的，不要把眼目定睛在我们的问题上，这样，就必看见一切上好的祝福临到我们的生命中。阿门！

Even if people may be judgmental over you, know that when you come to God, He is never judgmental over you!
All that needs to be judged has been taken by Jesus at the cross, He consumed all of our weaknesses and sin, and all that need to be judged of.
Why? Simply because it is the heart of a Father to save us, and He came fulfilling His father's desire. Therefore, know that you are so precious that you have God as your support and help! Therefore, Run to Jesus today knowing that He is always here embracing you with an opened arms. He is your fortress, He is whom you can rely on; therefore if you're heavy laiden and weary today, come to Jesus and find rest in Him!

约 14:1 - 你们心里不要忧愁，你们信神，也当信我。

每一天，从我们一大清早起身，直到我们入睡前一刻，肯定有许多的事在缠绕我们。有喜、有悲；有欢笑喜乐，也有哀愁苦恼。或许有些人是为了昨日还未解决的事情烦恼；同样的也有人会为了明天的事情也在担心。但经上清楚地告诉我们，不要为明天忧虑，一天的难处一天当就够了，更何况，若我们真的认识我们的父，就必知道祂是天天供应我们的主，当我们先求祂的国和祂的义，一切我们所需的必加给我们。

朋友们，你知道不要忧愁的秘诀吗？那就是相信我们的主耶稣。当问题一来到的时候，我们要抬头仰望，问题就会变渺小；当经济出现问题的时候，抬头仰望，就必看见供应来到；当健康出现问题的时候，抬头仰望，那医治的主是时时刻刻都在；当家庭出现问题的时候，抬头仰望，因为祂是修复的主；当事业出现问题的时候，抬头仰望，我们的主就是那位我们开道路的。你知道吗？当我们无论在什么情况下仰望耶稣，开口向祂祈求的时候，祂就必应允，祂必成就，好叫天父因此得荣耀。我们的主要把我们的忧愁变为喜乐，不再纪念从前的苦楚，而是为了所得到的一切而喜乐欢呼。

所以，要记得我们的口是带着权柄的，当我们仰望我们的主耶稣，我们的口向祂祷告，宣告的时候，祂就必成就我们心里所愿的。因此，让我们每一天的生活都是仰望祂的荣美，思想祂为我们所作的一切。当将一切的事交托给祂，祂必顾念我们，帮助我们，也必使我们是得胜有余的。阿门！

Ephesians 1:4- For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.

Always know that it is not you who have chosen God but He has chosen you even before you were born! He chose you out of love but not condemnation, and the ultimate purpose that He has chosen you is to keep you in Him! For when you are in Him, all that He has you get to enjoy, when you are in Him, you shall fear no evil, when you are in Him, you are a new creation! So my friends, when you feel that you are worthless, when you feel that people may be depreciating you, do you know that even before the creation of the world, God already has YOU in His heart? And in His eyes, you're holy and blameless, you're special, you're such a wonder! Therefore, never depreciate yourself because God appreciates you!

诗 1:2 - 惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福！

我们都知道，在我们的生活中常有很多的事情在缠绕我们。而人们往往凡事都是往最坏的地方去想，做最坏的打算，人的想法往往都是消极的。我们很习惯性的，发生一件事情的时候我们都是往坏处去想，导致很多时候我们的思想被消极给占据，进而就影响了我们的情绪，我们的生活。其实，要清楚知道，我们的主要给我们的原是赐平安的意念，是好的思想，为要叫我们末后有指望，但很常的我们却辜负了祂的心意，常常往坏处去想。

或是你会说，“我根本不想往坏处想，但是我的脑袋却不由自主的偏偏做了最坏的打算。”是的，很多时候不是我们所愿意去做最坏的打算，但是我们却不由自主的把想法往坏处靠去。我们常觉得自己无能为力，想要越控制自己的脑袋，但是却发现事情越来越糟糕。要知道，若要我们的能力去控制我们的想法，我们很常的都会失败，因为这世界掌握在恶者的权下，它一直在灌输人们消极的思想，一直让人看见那不好的事情发生，久而久之，人的思想就被这些消极、坏事给占据了。今天，我们不要放任我们的思想在消极里游走，要夺回我们的心思意念，而最好的方法就是让我们自己安息在神的话里。当我们昼夜思想神的话，不让神的话离开我们的眼目，让神的话来代替那恶者所灌输给我们的，那么自然而然我们的心思意念就会被夺回，我们会开始期待好的事情，并且看见那丰盛临到我们的生命中。

朋友们，让神的话刻在我们的心版上，让神的话时时刻刻提醒我们，带领我们。让我们用神的话来夺回我们的心思意念，单单思念上面的事，思念父国度的事，不被世上的事情缠绕我们。所以，紧抓神的话，让祂来引领我们走在祂的祝福里。阿门！

John 10:10- The thieves come to kill, to steal and to destroy, I come to give life and life more abundantly.

Do you know that as you know who you are in Christ, what you can do in Him and what you have in Him, it is very difficult for the thieves to come to kill steal and destroy? Why? Because you know what are yours. Thus, thieves only come for precious goods, they will not be stealing something not valuable and important; therefore, you are to know that all that you have are valuable, precious and priceless in Christ! And that's the very reason he wished to take from you, but do know that Jesus has come! He has come to give you life and have it more abundantly! So no weapon formed against you shall prosper, so stand firm in your position in Christ, and that's where you find your victory!

Psalm 121:1 “My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth!”

No one can help himself by effort, as when the help starts up by your own effort, it has to be maintained by effort. But God wants us to hold on to Him and be at rest in His grace. There are times when storms hit, restless may come but you are to turn your focus back to Jesus alone. My friends, As you are looking for help today, know that your help comes from the Lord, the one who created you, knows you and loves you most! He knows exactly what is best for you, and He has plan for you all good things! So You're not helpless, for Jesus is with you! Look to Him and you will find help!

太 6：33 - 你们要先求祂的国和祂的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。

很多时候，在我们的生活上会面对很多的不公平，也会造成很多的伤害。当伤害造成的时候，人往往都会被负面的情绪给牵引，会伤心难过；会抬不起头；会逃避现实；甚至会想着要如何报复等。但是，今天我们的阿爸父却是告诉我们，只管静默，要看耶和华你的神如何为你争战。你知道吗？那爱我们的父从来就不愿意让我们吃闷亏，祂的心意从来就不是要我们在面对敌人的时候委曲求全，而是要我们抬头挺胸，打一场漂亮的胜仗。只是很多时候当我们被伤害的时候，我们的选择却是躲在一旁哭泣，根本忘了自己那尊贵的身份，把自己委屈在一个角落里。

朋友们，告诉自己，我们是耶稣的心肝宝贝，是祂的至宝，更是祂捧在手心里呵护的。想想看，有哪个父亲看见自己的孩子受委屈的时候会置之而不理，不管他的死活的？答案是肯定不会的！更何况是我们天上的父呢？祂更是不可能对我们所受的一切委屈、伤害视而不见，反而祂会为我们出气的，让我们得着尊荣，让我们是抬得起头来的。当人瞧不起我们的时候，祂让我们是居上不居下的；当人排斥我们的时候，祂要让那排斥我们的人到最后要回来与我们亲近；当人欺负我们的时候，祂会让那欺负我们的人落荒而逃；当人羞辱我们的时候，祂会让那羞辱变成荣耀。祂会让我们所失去的一切被偿还，并且是加倍地祝福我们。

是的，今天我们只管安静在祂的面前，与祂亲近，因为与祂亲近是让我们得着益处的。当我们站稳脚步，清清楚楚知道我们的立场，守住我们的身份时，就必要看见在我们的生命中只有加添，没有减少的；在我们的生命中是有尊荣，不至卑微的。当我们把神放第一的时候，就必看见我们所需要的祂都已加给我们，并且是超乎我们所求所想的。阿门！

Luke 7:13- “When the Lord saw her, his heart overflowed with compassion. “Don’t cry!” he said.”

No one knows you and loves you like your Heavenly Father! No matter what you're going through now, Jesus understands. When no one seems to care, He cares! When He cares, know that He has prepared all the goodness of the land for you! When He looks at you, His heart overflows with love and compassion, never judgment, never condemnation. But His heart overflows with love and compassion to you, that's how much He loves you! Don't cry, for The Lord who gives you hope and future is now with you, He keeps your tears and He wipes them away! Believe that in Him, with Him in charge, all shall be well!
