约6：35 耶稣说：“我就是生命的粮，到我这里来的，必定不饿；信我的，永远不渴。”
耶15：16 耶和华万军之神啊，我得着你的言语，就当食物吃了，你的言语是我心中的欢喜快乐，因我是称为你名下的人。

亲爱的朋友，你今天吃饱了吗？
在肉身上，我们一般会一天吃三餐：早餐、午餐、晚餐，有时甚至会有下午茶和宵夜。
在我们的日常生活里，我们通常会休息吃饭，喂饱自己好叫我们有足够的体力继续前进。
我们可以千里迢迢特地去吃我们想吃的食物。
但今天在你的灵里，你喂饱了吗？你吃了那最好的食物-生命的粮了吗？
很多时候我们在不自觉中用忙碌、忧虑、压力、问题、挑战来喂我们的灵，但我们却忽略了用我们最需要的灵粮，能给我们生命的-神的话，来喂饱我们。
现在是时候了，朋友，开始吃耶稣的话，那是我们生命的粮，因他是我们一切所要，一切所需的！
在他里面，我们找着休息；
在他里面，我们被喂饱；
在他里面，我们得以满足；
在他里面，我们完全被保护。
当我们藏在他里面而他的话也在我们里面，凡我们所求，他就必赐给我们。离了他我们不能做什么。

耶稣就是那最棒的食物。所以，从现在开始，做一个对的决定来吃他-这话永远不改变。
哈利路亚！你是蒙福的！

John 6:35 The Jesus declared,"I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty."
Jeremiah 15:16 When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart's delight, for I bear your name, O Lord God Almighty.

Dear friend, have you eaten today?
Physically, we normally will have three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner, sometimes even will have tea break and supper.
In our daily life, we will usually take a break for our meal in order to feed ourselves well so that we will have enough energy to work.
We will go all way to get the food we want to eat.
But today in your spirit, are you well feed? Have you take the best food, the daily bread of your life?
Many times we tend to feed ourselves with busyness, worries, stress, problems, troubles automatically without our conscious, yet we did not pay attention and don't even care to feed ourselves with the most essential food we need spiritually which is the word of God that gives us life.
Now is the time, friend, take Jesus-the word, as our daily bread, for He is all that we want and all that we need!
In Him, we found rest.
In Him, we are well fed.
In Him, we are satisfied.
In Him, we are well protected.
When we abide in and His word abides in us, ask whatever we wish and it will be given to us. Apart from Him we can do nothing.

JESUS is the best food ever. So, from now on, make a right decision to eat Him-the Word that never change.

Nahum 1:9- Whatever they plot against the Lord he will bring to an end; trouble will not come a second time.

Trust in God when you're in fear (psalms 56:3) remember, although the devil come to kill, steal and destroy, but
Jesus has came and given you life! Therefore, the moment when you accept Jesus, you're already at the place of
Victory, you are already more than a conqueror! Therefore no matter what are the plot against you,
Jesus will always be your solution! He will always be there to deliver you! You just have to remember that you're a child
Of God, you are now hidden in Christ, you are now join their with Jesus Christ, because of that it doesn't matter how
Impossible the situation may be, remember that Jesus has done it all at the cross!
He has ended all sickness, all poverty, all curses and all sins! Therefore, be sure that that sickness, that curse, that lack can never overcome you again, for Jesus has settled them! :)

诗 5：3 - 耶和华啊，早晨你必听我的声音；早晨我必向你陈明我的心意，并要警醒。

正所谓一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨。每一天起身，我们的早晨非常的重要，因为我们一整天的行程在乎你早晨所做的。就如，若一早起身你的心是愉快的，那么你整天的心情是愉快的；若你的心情从一睁开眼睛就很糟的，那么你的一天也肯定好不到哪里去；若你一起身就充满埋怨，那么你的一天肯定离不开埋怨。因此，我们的早晨很重要，而我们应当做的第一件事就是，清早起来赞美主！清早起来我们要与神亲近，因为与神亲近是对我们有益的，是帮助我们的。

朋友们，让我们在一早就把我们所做的事交托耶和华，我们所谋的就必成立。（箴 16：3）当把我们所计划一整天的行程交给神，祂必顾念我们，带领我们，指引我们。因为人心筹算自己的道路，惟耶和华指引他的脚步。（箴 16：9）当我们把所有的交托给神，必看见成功是我们的，丰盛是我们的，喜乐是我们的，平安是我们的，健康是我们的，得胜是我们的！你知道吗？当我们与神亲近的时候，我们的灵是敏锐的，圣灵会启示我们神的一切话，指教我们所当行的路。

当我们听从神的命令，就必不经历祸患，（传 8：5）意思就是，当神与我们同在，人能把我们怎样呢？在这世上的一切都不能搅扰我们，因为我们身上带着耶稣的印记。（加 6：17）朋友们，一早起来亲近神，赞美神，歌颂神是多么棒的一件事。所以，我们应当把早晨的第一件事献给神，让祂来带领我们的一整天，好让我们的生命是活在至高者的隐秘处，是居上不居下，作首不作尾的。阿门！

Proverbs 4:13 - Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life.

You may be holding on to the word of man for a long time, that word that hurts you make you unforgettable,
and all the more you meditate on it, all the more you are angry and grumble. Today, know that the Word of God is life and is spirit,
the Word of God is irrevocable, the Word of God is our bread, the Word of God never tears us down but builds us up.
Instead of meditating and hold on to what people have said, meditate and hold on to His Word.
Do not let it go, put His Words before your eyes, see everything through the lens of His Word, guard it well in your heart and
do not let it depart from you. When you hold on to it and do not let it go, it is your life! and you shall see the fruits of His Word
manifest in your daily life!

约 16：33 - 我将这些事告诉你们，是要叫你们在我里面有平安。在世上你们有苦难，但你们可以放心，我已经胜了世界。

当我们口里承认耶稣为主，心里信神叫祂从死里复活那一刻开始，我们就有一个保护层护卫着我们，而这保护层就是我们的主耶稣基督。当我们在基督里，我们有平安，我们有喜乐，我们有福气，我们有大爱，我们有丰盛，我们有一切上好属于我们的福分。而这所有的一切不是我们所赚取的，而是从神而来的，是神所赐给我们的，是耶稣基督在十字架上的完工。

朋友们，今天我们的肉体虽活在这世上，但我们不属这世界，我们只是客旅，只是寄居的,（彼前 2:11）这世上的一切都不属于我们。这世上虽有苦难，就是一切的害怕，疾病，缺乏等，这些都不是我们的，因为我们是天国的人，世上的一切都与我们无关。要认定我们的身份，时时刻刻的提醒自己，我们是神的儿女，是蒙召继承祂产业的一群，是神所爱的，是祂手中的至宝。因着神爱我们的心，所以祂差派了耶稣基督，承担了我们一切的罪孽，好叫我们能与神相和，能享受上好的福分，并且过着得胜有余的生活。如今我们能享有这一切，乃是因为耶稣基督已为我们战胜了，祂已胜了这世界，已战胜一切黑暗的势力，死亡的权柄。

如今，活着的不再是我们，乃是基督在我里面活着，因我们已与耶稣基督同钉在十字架上了。（加 2:20）祂是完全的，我们藉着祂也是完全的；祂是健康的，我们藉着祂也是健康的；祂是富足的，我们藉着祂也是富足的；祂是平安的，我们藉着祂也是平安的；祂是喜乐的，我们藉着祂也是喜乐的！我们能拥有这一切，只因祂如何，我们在这世上也如何！阿门~

Psalms 121:1-2 - I lift up my eyes to the mountains - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

Even when you are in great distress now, or you lost your direction in life, remember not to look at the problems
and think that you are forever at the same level. Do you know that Jesus has conquered it all at the cross, He has won
the victory for you? The moment when you accept Jesus, you are no longer a failure, you are a victor, not a victim. You are
more than a conqueror! Therefore all the problems that you can see with your eyes now are no longer at the same level with
you, they are under your feet. Hence, you can look down at the problems and say "You cannot overcome me sickness!""You cannot overcome me poverty!" "You cannot overcome me cancer!" Because of Jesus, you are now at the right hand of the Father
that is your position, a position of victory!
Lift up your eyes and remember your help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. And if the Maker of heaven and earth is your helper, what shall you afraid of? Whom shall you fear? Remember, when Jesus is with you, nothing can be against you!

诗篇 1:2 惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福！
诗篇 48:9 神啊，我们在你的殿中，想念你的慈爱。

亲爱的朋友，在你日常生活中所思想和想念的是什么？你知道吗，我们是神奇妙的创造，因我们有个脑在一刻钟里能想很多东西？每一刻能有几千个不同的想法进来。
所以，今天，什么思想最能够影响你？是积极的还是消极的？好的还是坏的？可能或是不可能？
你想的是怎样的，你就是怎样的。所以你是想你所面对的问题？还是想那领你得胜的神？
朋友，与其思想和想念那不能帮你的问题，何不将那专注放于默想那给你力量且使你前进的应许呢？
停止思想你身上的痛，反之，思想耶稣那能医治你的完工。
不要停止在思想你的缺乏不足，但要开始默想神那不断的供应。
停止思想那压抑你的压力，开始想念那胜过世界并且给你平安过着没有压力的生活。

亲爱的朋友，不管你现在面对着什么，无论事情看起来会有多难，不断的想念耶稣那不变的爱还有神那信实不改变的应许！
很肯定的，你必看见并经历那不好的变成好，不可能的变成可能！

民 11:23 - 耶和华对摩西说：“耶和华的膀臂岂是缩短了吗？现在要看我的话向你应验不应验！”

很多时候，我们会听到身边的基督徒在问，“我已经祷告了那么久，到底神有没有垂听我的祷告？” 、“ 神的话说我们是公义的，真的有那么容易吗？”、“经上记着说，神的百姓是蒙福的，真的吗？” 我们会听见许许多多神的孩子们对于神的应许还在怀疑，不能全然的相信神的应许。也有许多人觉得不可能那么容易得着神的应许，因为自己的生命都得不着，看不见神的应许成就在自己的生命里。其实，神的话一出神的口里说出，就绝不徒然返回，却要成就祂所喜悦的。今天，人非有信，就不能得神的喜悦，因为到神面前来的，必须信有神，且信祂赏赐那寻求祂的人。（希 11:6）我们的神不是说谎话的，祂更不会背弃祂的约。很多时候人得不着，不是因为神反悔，而是人的心没有真的去寻求祂。你可否知道？神的心比我们更急着要我们得着祂所赐给我们的一切！

当神的话说，祂赐福给祂的百姓，（诗 3:8）祂比谁都更想要祂的百姓得着一切的福分；当神的话说，祂使我们足享长寿（诗 91:16），要使我们的日子增多，年岁也加添（箴 9:11），就足以显得祂比谁都更在乎我们在这世上的日子；当神的话说，耶稣基督本来富足，却为我们成为贫穷，好叫我们可以因着祂的贫穷而成为富足。（林后 8:9）在这里就足以见得神的心意是要叫我们过得富足而不是凄凄惨惨的生活；神的话说，要我们靠主常喜乐，（腓 4:4）因为祂知道我们在世上难免会有劳苦愁烦，但是祂不愿看见我们因此而消沉，因此祂要我们在我们不能够喜乐的时候，考着耶稣基督得着刚强，靠着耶稣基督得着喜乐。

朋友们，神的话句句都是炼净的，是实在的。祂昨日、今日、一直到永远都是不改变的。（希 13:8）所以祂的应许对我们也不会改变，更不会让祂的应许落空的，因为祂不能背弃自己。因此，让我们紧紧跟随神的话，相信祂的话，要看见祂的每一个应许都要应验在我们这些寻求祂的人的生命里。（书 23:14）阿门！
