马可福音 5:36
耶稣听见所说的话，就对管会堂的说：“不要怕！只要信！”

神所亲爱的，你知道神在圣经里面应许了你365次“不要怕”吗？
那是多么的贴切且兴奋知道神其实在我们每一天的生活中都在提醒我们不要怕。
在这世界上我们又怎能不要怕呢？
那是因为我们有一位超自然并且最大最有能力的神，他能使不可能变成可能，将不好的转变成好。
我们当清楚并和有信心地知道，世上并没有什么大得我们的神不能做成的！
当我们信靠他，我们就能坦然无惧地面对生命中的每一个挑战，不论那挑战有多大多难。
所以，无论你面对什么，总要记得那不变的应许“不要怕”因为神一直与你同在并带领你走过。

Mark 5:36
Ignoring what they said, Jesus told the synagogue ruler, "Don't be afraid; just believe."

Dear beloved of God, do you know that God has repeated "don't be afraid" this promise for 365 times in the Bible?
It is so sweet and glad to know that God actually reminded us not to be afraid in our daily life.
How can we not to be afraid in this world?
It is because we have a supernatural and the greatest God who can turns the impossible into possible and bad turn to be good.
We are to know clearly and confidently that nothing is too hard that our God cannot do!
When we trust in Him, we can boldly take up and face the challenges in our life regardless how big or serious it can be.
So, no matter what we are facing, remember this unfailing promise "DON'T BE AFRAID" because God is always by your side leading you through.

Praise the Lord!

Do you know that the moment when you accepted Christ, your identity has permanently changed? Therefore you are now victorious, you are now healthy, you are now prosperous, you are now the beloved of God, you are now in the blessings of God, you are no longer under the curses but under the abundance of blessings of God! However, we are to know who we are in Christ, as that makes great difference in our daily lives. Hence, every day know that our minds have to be renewed by the word of God, instead of fixing on what is surrounding you, fix on what Christ has done in your lives; instead of thinking of those negative thoughts, think of how blessed and loved you are by God your Father! Guess what, the truth that you realize and get it rooted in your heart shall set you free from all fear, condemnation and worries!

The bible says even if a mother forgets to nurse her child, God will never forget you! Always remember that if the father of the world will know how to provide for his children, how much more our Father in Heaven? He will definitely give good things to those who seek Him! Therefore as you go along this day, be reminded in your heart that never for a moment that you are alone, that God always want to give His best to you. Even if there are disappointment in this world, even if there are rejection, God says that He will not stop loving you! There is nothing that you can do to make Him loves you less, and of course there is nothing that you can do to earn His love. As you keep focus on Him, remember that He shall keep His covenant with you; there shall be nothing that you can be afraid of! So, tell yourself this: "I am the beloved of God, He never stop loving me and He keeps His covenant with me, always!"

以赛亚书 40：31- 但那等候耶和华的必从新得力。他们必如鹰展翅上腾；他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。

当你为了生活在打拼，为了前程在奋斗时，偶尔会失去了那股战斗力，失去冲劲，没有了渴望，那份能力。。直到一个地步，你被每天忙碌的生活麻木了，忘了人生中，除了拼搏之外，似乎忘了每一天都是只得感恩的日子。
以赛亚书40：30说道：就是少年人也要疲乏困倦；强壮的也必全然跌倒。就算是再怎么样，人总有疲乏困倦的时候，总有跌倒的时候；但是上帝说，那等候祂的必从新得力！在基督里有盼望的必从新得力！
但，你要如何从新得力呢？要如何充满冲劲呢？就是要把你的盼望放在耶稣基督里！你要全然的信靠并领受，知道祂是你的供应，你最好的医生，是你的帮助，你的山寨，你的避难所；无论情况有多么的糟糕，无论眼前的大山有多难跨越；你要选择把你的盼望放在这一位为你牺牲一切的耶稣！你会看见，你自然而然的从新得力，充满活力了！耶稣就是你生命的推动力！
所以，你必然可以再次的展翅上腾，从低潮中再次的出发；在病痛中得着医治；在缺乏中得着供应；当你晓得耶稣就是你生命的源头（诗篇36：9），你可以坦然无惧从祂那里支取你所需要的一切，就因为这样你可以奔跑时不困倦，行走时不疲乏！记得，只有耶稣才是你的力量，你要连于祂，你的生命肯定是充满能力！

约一 3:8 - 。。。神的儿子显现出来，为要除灭魔鬼的作为。

我们活在这世上，每天都会有许多的问题发生。我们信了耶稣之后，并不是从此就一帆风顺，不会有问题，但是，我们却是能靠着我们的主胜过问题。很多时候人以为只要我们信了耶稣之后就不再会有问题，但事实并非如此。我们就算信了耶稣之后，依然会面对问题，但是我们确实在问题中有盼望，因为我们知道有一个爱我们的主祂愿意为我们扛起一切的重担，祂愿意为我们带来一切的福分。你知道吗？就算耶稣在船上，门徒们的船依然会遇见风浪，船也会摇摆不定，在经上从来不曾记载着当我们信了耶稣以后就不再有问题，但却是我们在问题中，在苦难中可以放心，因为耶稣祂已胜了这世界，祂能够平静风浪，祂能够在问题中为我们开一条新的出路，因此我们是有盼望的。而我们的所要做的就只是单单在祂的同在里休息，单单相信一切我们所需要的祂必为我们作成。

朋友们，为何在世上我们会有苦难？会有许多的问题存在？很多时候我们会听见旁边的人一直在诉说问题，一直在埋怨生活，那是因为盗贼来无非是要偷窃、杀害、毁坏。是的，恶者的作为就是要扰乱神孩子们的生活，恶者就是一直不断地用谎言，用环境来骚扰我们，蒙蔽我们的双眼，不让我们看见基督的真光。但是，我们的牧者耶稣基督，祂来了，祂来是要叫我们得生命，并且得的更丰盛。祂要将一切的好处赐给我们，好叫我们在基督里是丰盛，是富足的。当神的儿子耶稣基督显现出来的时候，祂要除灭恶者的作为，就是在我们身上的作为，祂要除去我们生命中一切不好的，把上好的福分放进我们的生命中。

所以，我们只管紧紧地抓着耶稣，无论在任何时刻都不放手，不管我们在高山或是低谷，我们的脚步也不偏离。要清楚地知道我们的身份，更要守住我们的身份。身为神的儿女的我们，是大有平安，是大有盼望的。世上的缠绕不能逗留在我们的生命中，因为我们的阿爸父祂不允许，反之，祂是赐恩给我们的神，是要看见我们丰盛，活出精彩的阿爸父。阿门！

The moment when you accepted Jesus, you have to know that the old life has said good bye to you. The old life of shames, condemnation, destined to be under the dominion of darkness, sickness and lack are now crucified together with Christ. In Christ, you are now a new creation; your identity has changed for eternally since then! So, regardless what is your past, what happened and how many failures that you have gone through, right now be reminded that you are already died to your past, you are now in Christ, and in Christ there is no more condemnation, there is no more judgment, and there is nothing at your fault! So know that your real life is identified with Christ but not what the world says anymore! In Christ, your real life now is destined to reign, healthy, strong, full of abundance and joy!

诗篇 68:19
天天背负我们重担的主，就是拯救我们的神，是应当称颂的。

哈利路亚！亲爱的朋友，你兴奋吗当你知道在生命中有一位全能的拯救主是可以让你依靠的?
今天，无论你所面对的问题是什么，不管你现在所面对的大山有多大，你当记得你有一位能够拯救你脱离一切灾害的拯救主。
在缺乏的时候，看向那按着他荣耀丰富使你一切所需用都充足全能的拯救主；
在病痛的时候，看向那藉着自己破碎身体来医治你的拯救主；
在担忧的时候，看向那能够为你解决一切的拯救主；
在处理破碎关系的时候，看向那能够以不变的大爱来修复的拯救主。

在这世上，有很多苦难，但是我们可以放心，因为知道我们有耶稣，那全能的拯救主，天天在背负我们的重担。
所以，将一切忧虑卸给神因为他顾念你，他必定以公义的右手来扶持你，他必不让你绊跌。
你无论做什么，将它交给那能够并且愿意帮助你的主。
在他里面，你能够找到安息。当你安息的时候，神在为你而动工，并使万事互相效力！

Psalms 68:19
Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.

Hallelujah! Dear friend, are you feeling excited when you know that you have a mighty savior who you can trust in life?
Today, regardless what problem you have encountered, no matter what mountains you are facing right now, bear in mind that you have a mighty savior who can save you from all harms.
In time of lacking, look to the mighty savior who can supplies all your needs according to His glorious riches;
In time of sick, look to the mighty savior who has healed you through His broken body;
In time of worries, look to the mighty savior who can settle everything for you by putting your trust in Him;
In time of dealing broken relationship, look to the mighty savior who can restores the relationship with unfailing love.

In this world, there are troubles, but we are to take heart knowing that we have Jesus, the mighty savior, who daily bears our burdens.
So cast your cares to Him today for He cares for you, He will surely sustain you with His righteous right hand, He will never let you fall.
Whatever you do, commit to God who can and willing to help you.
In Him, you could find rest. When you are at rest, God is at work on your behalf and all things shall work out for good!
