歌罗西书 3:23 无论作什么，都要从心里做，像是给主做的，不是给人做的。

Dear friend, are you busying with many things in life? Are you working so hard to please people in order to gain assurance and seek approval from men? Perhaps you have done a lot of things for people around you, and yet you have not seen any appreciation by them;Perhaps you will feel like giving up and ceasing from moving on in life; Perhaps you may have a lot of complains; Perhaps you may have a lot of worries and doubts that others may not understand...No matter how many "perhaps" you have in life right now, let's put an end on all those "perhaps" and disappointments, stop seeking approval from men, but to start relying on the Lord your God who loves you with unfailing love. Men may disappoint you but God will never let you down; Men may ceasing in helping you but God will never leaves you nor forsakes you; Men may pull you down but God is always there to lift you up; Men may put a lot of "STOP" in your life but God clears all the "STOP" in your life so that you can move on with hope and peace...
Therefore, friend, do all things from the bottom of your heart for God and not for men. Put your trust in the Lord instead of men. When you do all things for God, you will definitely know that all the strength you have to produce all the fruitful things is come from God; When you do all things for God and be Christ-Centered, you will no longer see the problems bigger than your God; When you do all things for God, you will surely be blessed with joy and peace. When you do all things for God, whatever you touch shall prosper! AMEN!

亲爱的朋友，在你生活中是否为了很多事情在忙碌？你是否很努力地想讨好人而得取人的肯定呢？也许你为了身边的人作了很多事情，但你却看不到他们对你的感激；也许你想放弃想停止前进；也许你有很多的埋怨；也许你有很多的忧虑和矛盾是人所不能明白的。。。不论现在在你生命中有多少的也许，是时候在这一切的也许和失望中放上句点了，停止寻找人对你的肯定，而开始依赖那以不变的爱爱你到底的神。人会让你失望但神从来都不辜负你；人会停止帮助你但神总不撇下你也不丢弃你；人会拉你跌倒但神永远都是叫你升高的神；人会放很多的“停止”在你生命中，但神会为你挪走你生命中一切的“停止”，好叫你能带着盼望和平安继续前进。。。
所以朋友，凡你所作的都从心里给主做而不要给人作。把你的相信放在神的身上而不是人的身上。当你凡事为主做时，你就会知道你能成就一切的力量都是从神而来；当你凡事为主做，以基督为中心时，你就不再看你的问题大过你的神；但你凡事为主做，你肯定领受喜乐和平安的祝福；当你凡事为主做，你所摸的都要亨通顺利！阿门！

Psalms 3:6 I will not fear though tens of thousands assail me on every side.
诗篇 3:6 虽有成万的百姓来周围攻4击我，我也不怕。

Fear is not of God but of the devil. While the opposite of fear is faith! The devil will always find all sorts of way to insert fear into your life, but do you know that when you are in fear, you are actually opening a door for the devil to come and destroy your life? That's why in the existence of fear, it drains you up, it gives you no strength, but it makes you all the more worried and hopeless! But in the existence of faith, faith not in yourself but in Jesus, when you put your faith in Jesus, instead of fearful, you'll encounter great peace and joy in His presence!
Therefore, the moment when you rooted in the truth on how victorious you are in Christ, that Jesus has conquered and exalted far above all powers, principalities and might; though ten of thousands on your every side, you'll not fear! Stand firm and trust Jesus, your Deliverer, your strong tower, your refuge! Amen!

惧怕不来自神，而是魔鬼。惧怕的反义词是信靠！魔鬼总会遍地游行，要把惧怕渗入你的生活里，但你知道吗？当你在害怕时，你是为恶者开了一扇门，让它有机会来毁灭你的生命。这就是为什么我们会感到害怕，它耗尽你，使你软弱无力，使你担心和绝望！但信心呢，这不是自己的信心，是对耶稣的信心，当你把信心放在耶稣那里，你不再害怕，在祂同在里，你会经历到极大的平安和喜乐！
因此，当你在真理里扎根的那一刻，你就是在基督里如何得胜，耶稣已经胜过那一切执政，掌权和有能的，虽有万人仆倒在你旁边，你也不会害怕！站立得稳，信靠耶稣，祂是你的拯救，是你的高台，是你的避难所！啊们！

1 Corinthians 15:2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.
哥林多前书 15:2 并且你们若不是徒然相信，能以持守我所传给你们的，就必因这福音得救。

Gospel means good news and Jesus came to give us good news! What are the good news that you need today? For those who are in lack, good news for them is they shall lack no more! For those who are living in condemnation, good news for them is they are set free! For those who are in fear, good news for them is they shall find hope in Christ! For those who are sick, good news for them is they are healed and living a long life! No matter what are the news that makes you fearful now, know that Jesus is able to
turnaround your situation. All you need is to trust in Him, and hold firmly to what He promised. Believe that He is able, and all things are possible to those who believe in Him!

福音意味着好消息，耶穌带來給我們的就是好消息！今天，你需要什麼好消息呢？對於那些缺乏的人来说，好消息就是他們不至于缺乏了！對於那些被定罪的人来说，好消息就是，他們得自由了！對於那些活在惧怕里的人来书，好消息就是他們在基督里寻得了盼望！對於那些生病的人来说，好消息就是他們已经痊愈，得享长寿了！现在不管是什麼样讓你害怕的消息来到，知道耶穌能扭转你的情況。你所需要做的就是来信靠祂，並牢牢守住祂所应许你的。相信在人所不能的，信祂的人，凡事都能！

约翰一书 4:16 神爱我们的心，我们也知道、也信。神就是爱！住在爱里面的，就是住在神里面，神也住在他里面。
1John 4:16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.

Dear friend, do you know love is so important in our life? And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. Without love, we are nothing. LOVE is not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us. Therefore, when we react everything with love and in love, people around us can see Jesus through our life.
Remember this, friend, love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. Though it might seem hard for us to response with love when we are facing problems, but take heart friend, for we are not reacting in love by using our own effort but is with effortless by relying and trusting in God who lives in us. What we need to do is just remain in Him through the Word for He is the Word and He will remains in us. By Him abiding in us, it will be automatically for us to live our life with love and in live because He is love!
Hence, let us take the action by moving in the love. When we react, the love is in the air. Everyone around you shall experience the amazing and powerful love of God. From there, people's life shall be impacted and changed through the love they have received. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, let the love flows through you. Be blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你知道爱在我们生命中是多么的重要吗？如今长存的有信，有望，有爱；这三样，其中最大的是爱。没有爱，我们就算不得什么。不是我们爱神，乃是神爱我们，差祂的儿子，为我们的罪作了挽回祭，这就是爱了。神既是这样爱我们，我们也当彼此相爱。从来没有人见过神，我们若彼此相爱，神就住在我们里面，爱祂的心在我们里面得以完全了。所以，当我们一切都以爱来回应时， 我们周围的人都能藉着我们看见耶稣。
朋友，记得，爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒，爱是不自夸，不张狂，不作害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。爱是永不止息。纵然要在面对问题时以爱来回应并不简单。但你可以放心朋友，因为我们并不是以自己的能力以爱回应，乃是依靠那住在我们里面的神来爱。我们只需要藉着祂的话常在祂里面，祂也常在我们里面。有祂在我们里面，我们就能自然而然的以爱来面对一切，因为神就是爱！
因此，让我们采取行动以爱来回应吧！当我们行动时，爱就在空气中。在你周围的每一个人都必能经历那奇妙并充满能力的爱。就从那里，人的生命开始因着所领受的爱被感动而改变。爱，爱，爱，让这爱藉着你流露吧！大大蒙福！

Psalm 3:3 But you are a shield around me, O Lord; you bestow glory on me and lift up my head.
诗篇 3:3 但祢耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。

Today, know that regardless what kind of shame that you are facing now, the moment when you trust in God, you will not be put to shame! For in Christ, there is therefore no more condemnation, so you can be assured that in Christ, you will never be put to shame. Despite what kind of circumstances that cause you to be shameful, remember that Jesus is a shield around you. Which means, you are well covered and protected in front, behind, left and right! When He is around you shielding you, no harm, no fear, no accusation is greater than Jesus, though thousands may fall at your sides, but they will never ever come near you!
Jesus has bestowed glory on you, and He lifts up your head! Never ever feel that you are unable to lift up your head because of your problems, your background or anything, but the moment when you know that you are well covered by Jesus, you can lift up your head! So, lift up your head today knowing that you have Jesus, and nothing can put you to shame, for He is the lifter of your head, the Giver of your life!

今天知道，无论你碰见的是怎么样的羞辱，当你信靠上帝，你必不至蒙羞！在基督里，你不被定罪，所以你可以很肯定，在基督里，祂必不会叫你蒙羞。无论是怎么样的遭遇使你抬不起头来了，牢牢记得耶稣祂是你四围的盾牌。这意味着，在你前后左右，你都被保护着。当耶稣是你四围的盾牌时，没有任何伤害、恐惧，逼迫可以比祂更大，虽有千人万人扑倒在你旁边，灾害却不能临近你！
耶稣赐你荣耀的冠冕，叫你抬起头来！永远不要因着当下所面对的问题，你的背景或任何原因，导致你抬不起头来，当你知道你是被耶稣所保护的，你就可以抬起头来！所以今天就抬起你的头，知道你有耶稣，没有什么可以叫你羞愧，因为祂是你的源头，是赐你生命的神！

Isaiah 51:3 The Lord will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing.
以赛亚书 51：3 耶和华已经安慰锡安，和锡安一切的荒场，使旷野像伊甸，使沙漠像耶和华的园囿。在其中必有欢喜，快乐，感谢和歌唱的声音。

Do you know that the God that you believe in is a God of turn around? Regardless what kind of situation that you are in now, and how bad it is, remember that Jesus is here to comfort you! Thus, you have to be very sure that He will surely, He will definitely comfort you! He will make your deserts like Eden, be it the deserts that you are seeing right now is your finance, your health or your family, He wants to turn all that dryness and unfruitfulness into Eden! and Eden means fruitfulness!
He wants to turn your poverty into prosperity, He wants to turn your fear into joy, He wants to turn your sicknesses into health, He wants to turn whatever that is unfruitful into fruitfulness! Because of that, your life will be full of joy and gladness, thanksgiving and the sound of singing! You can have joy and gladness, you can give thanks, you can sing, because you know you have received it! That's the life that God wants you to have! Therefore, cling to Him today just like a branch connecting to its vine, let the Word remain in you (John 15:7) and ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you!

你知道吗，你所相信的神是翻转你生命的神？无论你现在的处境如何，记住，耶稣祂在这里是要来安慰你！因此，你必须非常肯定祂是那赐安慰的神！祂会使你的沙漠如同伊甸园，无论你看到你现在的财务状况是怎样，无论你的健康怎么样或是家庭的关系是如何，祂要把你生命中所有的枯干和不结果子变成伊甸园！伊甸园意味着多结果子！
祂要把你的贫穷变为丰盛，把你的惧怕变为喜乐，祂要把你的病痛变为健康，祂要把你的不结果子变成多结果子！正因为如此，你的生命必充满欢喜快乐，必充满感恩和赞美的歌声！你可以欢欣喜乐，你可以感恩，你可以歌唱，因为你知道你已经领受了！这才是上帝要给你的生命！因此，今天就连结于祂如同枝子连接于葡萄树上，让祂的话存留在你心里（约翰福音15：7），无论你向祂求什么，祂必为你成就！阿门！

John 17:22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one.
约翰福音 17:22 你所赐给我的荣耀，我已赐给他们，使他们合而为一，像我们合而为一。

Dear friend, do you know how important unity is? If there is no unity in a family, then quarrel will happen which causes the family in losing the love, peace and joy; If there is no unity in a school, then division and argument will happen in the school which makes the school become not comfortable and not harmony; If there is no unity in a working place, then it will leads to pressure and staffs will compete with each others which causes the company cannot achieve another level; If there is no unity in a church, then the church will split and becomes stagnant as well as not able to grow; If there is no unity in between of friendship, then when there is problem occurs, it will easily affect the friendship and even lead to quarrel; If there is no unity in between of couple, then it will lead to argument and doubts; If there is no unity between God and man, then we can hardly trust in the God whom we cannot see, what's more walk together with Him.
Above all these, we could not unite based on our own love and patience as we all have different background and different perception over everything. Therefore, we really need the love of God, through His words and by the help of Holy Spirit, only then we would able to be united in His glory, because only in His glory, we can focus on God's love and forgiveness instead of man's weaknesses. By then, we can accept each other, love one another and stay in unity!

亲爱的朋友， 你可否知道合一的重要性呢？在一个家庭里面，若没有合而为一，家庭就会出现争吵、纷争，导致家庭没有了爱、平安、喜乐；在一个学校里面，若没有合而为一，学校就会出现斗争、结党，导致学校没有了和谐、舒适；在一个工作环境中，若没有合而为一，就会出现压力、争夺，导致公司没有办法更上一层楼；在一间教会里，若没有合而为一，教会就会变成一盘散沙，四分五裂的使教会无法成长，只呆在原处；在友谊之间，若没有合而为一，一旦遇到了问题，友谊就不再坚固，甚至会引起吵架；在情侣之间，若没有合而为一，就只会带来斗嘴、怀疑；在人与神的关系中，若没有合而为一，就无法相信那看不见的神，就更不可能与主同行了。
在这一切之上，我们无法单靠自己的爱和忍耐去合一，因为我们每个人的背景和见解都不同。所以，我们真的少不了神的爱，更是藉着祂的话语和圣灵的提醒，方能让我们在祂的荣耀里合而为一，因为唯有在祂的荣耀里，我们才能不看人的软弱，而是定睛于神的爱和宽恕。这样，我们就能彼此接纳，彼此相爱，并且合而为一了！

John 17:17 Sanctify them by the truth, your word is truth.
约翰福音17:17 求你用真理使他们成圣，你的道就是真理。

Today know that although you are living in this world, but you do not belong to this world. The moment when you accepted Jesus, you have been transferred; you are redeemed and you are now in the kingdom of God. However, when you are still living in this world, what makes you different from the world? It is the Word of God. The world has no truth, but full of deceitfulness; but as the child of God, you have Jesus, and Jesus is the truth and Jesus is the Word.
Therefore, when the world is crying out of lack, you are sanctified by the Word of God. Sanctify means you are set apart. You are set apart from the lack of this world by the truth and by the Word, and the truth is Jesus has been made poor so that now you are rich in Him. When the world is crying out on new viruses, do you know that you are set apart from it? The Word of God tells you exactly the truth, and the truth is, God has set you apart and rescued you from all deadly pestilences! The moment when you know that, you will rely and focus on the Word of God instead of the word of man. Today, meditate on the Word, knowing that only the Word of God can set you apart, you are a new creation, blessed, loved, and highly favoured!

今天你当晓得，虽然你是活在这个世界上，但却不属于这个世界。当你接受主耶稣为你生命的主的那一刻起，你的身份就转换了；你已经被救赎，现在你是在神的国度里。但，当你还活在这个世上时，是什么叫你从世界分别出来？就是神的道，世界上的话没有真理，却充满迷惑；但身为神的孩子，你有耶稣，而耶稣是就是真理，耶稣就是道。
因此，当世界因着缺乏挣扎哭泣时，上帝的话使你成圣。成圣的意思乃你是分别为圣的。藉着神的道，耶稣已经成了贫穷，好叫你在祂里头成为富足；当世界为着新的病毒品种而担忧时，你知道你是分别为圣的吗？神的话告诉你的就是真理，而真理就是，神把你分别为圣，把你救离致命的瘟疫！当你一明白这一点，你会依靠并专注于神的话，而不是人的话。今天，默想神的话，晓得只有神的能将你分别为圣，你是新造的人，你是蒙福，是被爱和充满恩惠的！

John 6:35 The Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty."
约翰福音 6：35 耶稣说：“我就是生命的粮，到我这里来的，必定不饿；信我的，永远不渴。”

Dear friend, have you eaten today? Physically, we normally will have three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner, sometimes even will have tea break and supper. In our daily life, we will usually take a break for our meal in order to feed ourselves well so that we will have enough energy to work. We will go all way to get the food we want to eat. But today in your spirit, are you well feed? Have you take the best food, the daily bread of your life? Many times we tend to feed ourselves with business, worries, stress, problems, troubles automatically without our conscious, yet we did not pay attention and don't even care to feed ourselves with the most essential food we need spiritually which is the word of God that gives us life.
Now is the time, friend, take Jesus-the word, as our daily bread, for He is all that we want and all that we need! In Him, we found rest. In Him, we are well fed. In Him, we are satisfied. In Him, we are well protected. When we abide in and His word abides in us, ask whatever we wish and it will be given to us. Apart from Him we can do nothing. JESUS is the best food ever. So, from now on, make a right decision to eat Him-the Word that never change. Hallelujah! Be blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你今天吃饱了吗？属世的身体，我们一般会一天吃三餐：早餐、午餐、晚餐，有时甚至会有下午茶和宵夜。在我们的日常生活里，我们通常会休息吃饭，喂饱自己好叫我们有足够的体力继续前进，我们甚至可以千里迢迢特地去吃我们想吃的食物。但今天在你的灵里，你喂饱了吗？你吃了那最好的食物-生命的粮了吗？很多时候我们在不自觉中用忙碌、忧虑、压力、问题、麻烦来喂我们的灵，但我们却忽略了用我们最需要的灵粮，能给我们生命的-神的话，来喂饱我们。
现在是时候了，朋友，开始吃耶稣的话，那是我们生命的粮，因祂是我们一切所要，一切所需的！在祂里面，我们找着休息；在祂里面，我们被喂饱；在祂里面，我们得以满足；在祂里面，我们完全被保护。当我们藏在祂里面，而祂的话也在我们里面，凡我们所求的，祂就必赐给我们，因为离了祂，我们不能做什么。耶稣就是那最棒的食物。所以，从现在开始，做一个对的决定来吃祂-这话永远不改变。哈利路亚！你是蒙福的！
