Micah 7:8 Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light.
弥迦书 7:8 我的仇敌啊，不要向我夸耀。我虽跌倒，却要起来；我虽坐在黑暗里，耶和华却作我的光。

Dear friend, regardless what situation you are in right now, do not give up, do not lose hope, knowing that God is by your side and He is there to lead you through!
When you are stressful, the Lord is there to be your light and give you stress-free life;
When you are lacking, the Lord is there to be your light and supply all your needs according to His glorious riches;
When you are in fear, the Lord is there to be your light and give you peace;
When you are overwhelming by troubles around you, the Lord is there to be your light and deliver you from all those circumstances;
When enemy attacks you in a way, it is to flee from seven ways for the Lord is there to be your light and save you from your enemies;
When you are sick, the Lord is there to be your light and heals you completely.
Though you might be weak and fail sometimes, the Lord is your light and is there to strengthen you as well as sustain you.
In Him, you are well protected and you are surely an over comer!
In Him, you are deeply loved, highly favored and greatly blessed!
Though you have fallen, you will rise!
Though you sit in darkness, the Lord will be your light! AMEN!

亲爱的朋友，不管你现在位于什么样的环境里头，不要放弃，不要绝望， 当知道神就在你身边且带领你走过！
当你压力时，神却作你的光并给你无忧无虑的生活；
当你缺乏时，神却作你的光且照祂荣耀的丰富供应你的一切所需；
当你害怕时，神却作你的光并給你平安；
当你被问题环绕时，神却作你的光且救赎你脱离一切困难；
当你的仇敌从一条路来攻击你时，它必从七条路逃跑，因为神作你的光且救赎你脱离你的仇敌；
当你生病时，神却作你的光并且完完全全地医治你。
纵然有时会软弱或跌倒，神却是你的光并在那里刚强你、抚养你。
在祂里面，你是完全被保护且是得胜者！
在祂里面，你是深深被爱，满有恩惠而且是大受祝福的！
你虽跌倒，却要起来！
你虽坐在黑暗里，耶和华却作你的光！阿门！

Galatians 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
加拉太书 5:25 我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。

Dear friend, do you know that sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want? Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. It is important for us to know who shall we our mind follow and lean on today because the mind of sinful man is death but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. So friend, regardless what your mind is thinking a few second ago, let it be the past. From now on, let us set our mind on things that is above-JESUS, and keep in step with the Spirit.
Stop living our lives in negativity ground, but keep in step with the Spirit and think positively no matter what are we encountering knowing that JESUS has full control in the situation we are in. Stop listening to what our emotions say when facing problems, but instead, keep in step with the Spirit by listening to what the words of God say. Stop reacting to our surrounding by our feelings but keep in step with the Spirit and response with the peace, love and joy God has placed in our heart. In everything we do, do it with the tremendous power of God that make things happen. Tap into the supernatural by eyeing on Jesus and focus on what He can do, trust in Him and know that nothing is to hard for Him. When we keep in step with the Spirit, surely we will see things change in our favor, bad turn to be good and impossible becomes possible!

亲爱的朋友，你可否知道情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争，这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能做所愿意做的？随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事，随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。我们的心和思想跟随依靠谁是非常重要的，因为体贴肉体的是死，体贴圣灵的乃是生命平安。所以朋友，不管你的思想前一刻想的是什么，就让它成为过去吧！从这一刻开始，思念天上的事 - 耶稣，靠着圣灵来行事。
不要让我们的生命待在消极中，而是靠着圣灵积极地面对一切，因为知道耶稣永远掌权。在面对困难时，不要听我们的情绪怎么说，而是靠圣灵听听神的话怎么说。不要凭我们的感觉来回应我们的周遭，而是靠圣灵以神所给我们的平安，爱和喜乐来回应。在我们所行的事上，都以神那使事情发生浩大的能力来行；以仰望耶稣并专注于祂所能做的进入那超自然，相信祂且知道在祂没有难成的事。当我们靠圣灵行事，我们肯定看见事情因我们而改变，不好的变成好，不可能的变成可能！

Psalm 107:20 He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.
诗篇 107:20 祂发命医治他们，救他们脱离死亡。

Everything has it's source, a rice cooker cannot function without electricity, a plant will not grow without good source of nutrients and water, likewise if we cannot live without oxygen, as a child of God, we need the Word of God, to sustain us and provide us. His word is life and spirit, it is our food and source of life, we are unable to sustain without food for our body, likewise our inner man requires food, which is the word of sustain! The Word of God heals, be it physically or emotionally, so start to eye and meditate on His Word, and you shall see your health being restored and your joy is the fullest! For God is faithful in keeping what He has promised! Look upon His Word, your source, and you shall never be in want!

天下万物都有根源，如同电饭煲没有电源就无法操作，植物在生长过程中，如果没有养分和水，就无法生长。同样的，如果我们没有氧气，也就无法生存，身为神的孩子，我们需要神的话来托住我们，并提供我们所需要的一切。祂的话是生命是灵，是我们属灵的食物和生命的根源，如果我们的身体没有食物，就无法生存；同样的，我们的灵人也需要属灵的食物，就是把守住我们生命的话语！上帝的话语有医治的能力，无论是对于我们身体上还是情绪上，所以现在开始就定睛和默想祂的话，你就会看到你的健康正在恢复，你的喜乐是满足的！因为神是信实的，定睛祂在的话，就是你生命的源头，你必不至缺乏！

1 Corinthians 7:23 You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of human beings.
哥林多前书 7：23 你们是重价买来的，不要作人的奴仆。

Why would one always seek of approval of men? When he doesn't know about his value and when he has no confident that he is unique! You see, many are seeking the approval of men, and they are happy when people accepts and approves them, but if they are not, they will easily get disappointed and choose to give up. God has redeemed us, and redeemed means we are purchased and now belong to Him alone. Therefore, He doesn't want us to be slaves of men, that we are always looking upon people's approval and live life in fear and insecurity. Instead, He wants us to know that we were bought at a price, and that price costs Jesus his life! He doesn't want us to be slaves of men, but He wants us to know that we are no longer slaves, but His children! How wonderful! Therefore, know that your value has changed, your value is no longer determine by the world's requirements and qualifications, but your value is now determine by God your Father! As Jesus is, so are you in this world! Hence, know that you're special, unique, precious, one and only! You're qualified and approved by God, you're accepted in Christ, you're no longer a slave of men but a child of God! So, change your mind today and know that you're precious and honored in God's sight, when He has qualified you, no one can disqualified you!

为什么人总会要寻求他人的认同呢？当一个人不晓得他本身的价值，他就无法相信自己是独一无二的！很多时候人都在寻求人的认同，当被人认同时，心里就感觉良好；当不被人认同时，就感到灰心失望，甚至放弃了。上帝救赎了我们，而救赎的意思就是祂重价把我们买回来，现在我们是属祂的。所以，祂不要我们成为人的奴仆，祂不要我们总是要得到人的认同而活的没有安全感。然而，祂要我们知道我们是重价赎回来的，那赎价就是耶稣的生命！祂不要我们成为人的奴仆，因为我们已经不是奴仆，而是祂的孩子！这多么的棒！所以，知道你生命的价值已经不再一样，你生存的价值不再按着世界的要求和标准，但现在你的价值是在天父的手里！因着耶稣如何，你在这世上也如何！因此，晓得你是特殊的，是分别为圣，是珍贵的，且独一无二的！你是有资格，被上帝认同的。在基督里你是被接受的，你不再是奴隶，却是上帝的孩子！因此，今天就改变你的想法，晓得在上帝眼中你是宝贝，当祂说你配得，没有人可以否定你！

2 Corinthians 3:16 But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
哥林多后书 3：16 但他们的心几时归向主，帕子就几时除去了。

What you enlarge on everyday determines your life. If you choose to enlarge problems and decided to stay in self-pity, you are determining your life to be in sorrow and complaints. However, if you will choose to enlarge Jesus everyday, you are determining your life to be a victorious life. Therefore, turn your eyes upon Jesus today instead of gazing upon and maximizing that issues that you are encountering now in your life. As you look upon Jesus, the moment when you see His greatness and goodness, it will definitely made all things around you faded into comparison. Just like Peter, the moment when you look at Jesus, you are able to walk above the storms, but if you will choose to look left and right towards the storms, you will sink! Therefore, the moment when you gaze and focus upon Jesus, whenever you turn to Jesus, all the veil of uncertainty, the veil of fear, the veil of self-pity, the veil of doubts shall be taken away! For there is no one like Him, all glorious and loves you until eternity!

在你的每一天，你放大什么，就决定了你的生命。如果你选择放大问题，并开始自怜，你的人生就注定是活在悲惨和苦毒里。但，如果你每天选择把耶稣放大，你的生命肯定是得胜的。所以，当把你的眼目转向耶稣，不再是放大你生命中的问题。当你看向耶稣，看到祂的伟大与美好，你身边的一切问题都会渐渐消逝。如同彼得那样，当你看向耶稣，你就可以走在水面上，但是如果你选择看向风浪，你就下沉了！因此，你当转向耶稣，定睛仰望并注目祂时，那些不肯定的帕子，害怕的帕子，自怜的帕子，怀疑的帕子，都要被挪开！因为没有人能像祂如此充满荣耀，且爱你直到永永远远！

Numbers 11:23 The Lord answered Moses, "Is the Lord's arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you."
民数记 11：23 耶和华对摩西说：耶和华的膀臂岂是缩短了吗？现在要看我的话向你应验不应验。

Do you know that God is a keeper of His Word? He keeps His word and He is watchful to see it accomplish in your life. Therefore, no matter what are you encountering now, maybe the word of man told you that it is impossible to get healed, maybe the word of man told you that this challenge is too big to overcome, maybe the word of man told you it is because of genetic, but, do remember that we are from God, our genetic is from God, that as He is so are we in this world! The arm of the Lord is not short, He is still the same mighty God that brought Moses over the Red Sea, the same might God that helped David in defeating Goliath, the same God that protected Daniel in the dens of the lion. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Therefore now is the time that you see with your own eyes, and when you can believe, you shall see the glory of God! See and witness yourself whether or not the Word of God will come true to you, taste and experience Him! Then you will know that when He keeps His Word, He keeps His promise on your finance, your family, your health and so much more! Trust in Jesus and you will not be put to shame! He has came true in our lives, so worry not!

你晓得神是信守祂的话的神吗？祂把守祂的话，要看到这话都应验在你生命中。所以，无论你现在面对的是什么，也许人会跟你说这病是不可能得医治的；也许人会告诉你说，这个挑战太艰难到难以克服；也许人会告诉你事情会这样是因为遗传的缘故。。。但，你要谨记，我们属于神，我们的基因来自神，因着祂如何，我们在这世上也如何。我们神的膀臂并非缩短，祂依然还是那位领摩西过红海，帮助大卫打败歌利亚，把但以理从狮子坑中救出来的神。祂是昨日、今日，一直到永远都不改变的神。
所以现在是时候你要亲眼来经历神，当你相信，你就必看见祂荣耀的彰显！自己亲自来见证神的话是否真的能在你生命中应验，来尝尝及经历主恩的滋味！然后你会看见，当祂把守祂的话，祂是在你的经济上，你的家庭上，你的健康上把守祂的话！相信耶稣，你必不至蒙羞！祂的话必要应验在我们生命中，所以不要担心！

Jeremiah 33:6 Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.
耶利米书 33：6 看哪，我要使这城得以痊愈安舒，使城中的人得医治，又将丰盛的平安和诚实显明与他们。

The moment when you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, from that moment on, you are a new creation and you are just like Jesus. Therefore, as He is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17)! He is all healthy, so you are in this world; He is in wholeness, so are you in this world; He is strong, so are you in this world. Hence, do know that sickness does not come from God, as a Father, it hurts Him when He sees His children in sickness.
Therefore, you are to know that as a child of God, healing, health and wholeness is your inheritance. It belongs to you, you have the blood bought right to enjoy it, for it was purchased by the blood of Jesus! Remember that the moment when you do not feel well, remind yourself that health and healing are yours, you are already healed in Christ! Not you are going to be healed, but instead, you are already healed! All that your Father in heaven wants you to enjoy is the abundance of peace and security, that's the Father's heart, so trust in Him!

当你接受耶稣基督为你个人生命的救主，从那一刻起，你就是新造的人，你有耶稣的形象。所以，因为耶稣如何，我们在这世上也如何（约翰一书4:17）！因为祂是健康的，你在这世上也是健康的；因为祂是强壮的，你在这世上也是强壮的；所以你要知道，病痛不来自神，当一位父亲看到他的孩子被病痛折磨时，他的心是痛的。
所以你要确信，身为神的孩子，得痊愈、健康和完全都是你的产业。它们全都属于你，耶稣的宝血已经重价把你赎回来了，你得以享受这一切的。记得下次当你感到不舒服时，提醒自己，健康和痊愈是你的，你在基督里已得医治了！不是你将会得着医治，而是，你已经痊愈了！你的天父希望你享有丰盛的平安与保障，这就是一位父亲的心，所以来信靠祂吧！

Psalm 91:14 Because he has given me his love, I will take him out of danger: I will put him in a place of honour, because he has kept my name in his heart.
诗篇 91:14 神说：因为他专心爱我，我就要搭救他；因为他知道我的名，我要把他安置在高处。

When I was crying out for help, You are always there to help,
To hold my hand and lift me up, so that life can continue to rise up.
From the rising of the sun, to the setting of the sun,
Your unfailing love is constant, and you are never from a distant.
There's nothing that I can boast, but Jesus Christ who did it all,
At the wooden cross covered by blood, He bore my sins and set me free.
Come to this Father today in boldness, knowing that He longs to have you in His presence,
Sit together with Him with humbleness, and let Him brings you to another level of greatness.

当我在急难中求告祢，祢是我随时的帮助，
拉着我的手把我高举，好叫我的生命可以继续兴起。
从日出之地到日落之处，是祢那永恒不变的爱，
祢从来就不是那遥不可及的神。
我没有什么可夸的，一切都只关乎耶稣祢所成就的，
十字架上所流宝血，担当了我一切罪孽，使我得自由。
今天坦然无惧来到阿爸父面前，晓得祂是多么的渴望你与祂同在，
与祂一同坐席， 让祂引领你生命更上一层楼。

Job 23:12 I have not departed from the commands of his lips; I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my daily bread.
约伯记 23：12 祂嘴唇的命令，我未曾背弃；我看重祂口中的言语，过于我需要的饮食。

Do you know that just as your body needs food, it is likewise the same with your spirit? Therefore how much you feed your spirit and your body determines whether you will eventually listen to your flesh or to your spirit? Many of times people tend to feed what their flesh desires, feeding it with hatred, anger, unforgiveness and a lot more; but the more you feed it, the stronger it became, and the voice of your spirit became weaker. Therefore, you need to keep yourself in the Word, do not depart from them, and thus treasure the word of God more than your daily bread! If you'll spend time feeding your spirit first instead of your body, if you'll keep yourself well fed in the Word, you shall see joy, peace and the fruit of the spirit overflows!

你知道吗？你属世的身体需要食物来维持生命，而你的灵人也需要属灵的粮食来喂养。所以，在关键时刻你会听从你的肉体还是听从你的灵，是取决于你如何喂养你的肉体和你的灵。很多时候人都在用属世的欲望来喂养肉体，以怨恨，生气，不饶恕等来喂养；但你越以这些来喂养，它就越强大，反之你灵里的声音就越来越微弱。所以，你要保守自己在神的话里，不可使它离开，要看重祂口中的言语，过于你需要的饮食！如果你愿意花更多时间喂养你的灵，而不是你的肉体，如果你能保守自己在神的话语里，你就会看到喜乐，平安与圣灵的果子是涌流出来！
