Hebrews 4:10-11 For anyone enter God's rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.
希伯来书 4:10-11 因为那进入安息的，乃是歇了自己的工，正如神歇了祂的工一样。所以，我们务必竭力进入那安息，免得有人学那不信从的样子跌倒了。

Dear beloved of God, do you know that your Daddy God longs to see you rest? The rest here is not only mean the physical rest, but this rest is referring to how you actually lean on God who will never fails you! Hallelujah! What a privilege we have in Christ Jesus! Today, we are urged to enter the rest by trusting in our Savior-Jesus Christ, knowing that He has done it all for us at the cross 2018 years ago. So, it's time for us to take captive every though to make it obedient to Christ. Stop struggling how we can achieve by our own limited effort, but start to lean on Jesus who is unlimited. Stop looking at the sicknesses that troubling us, but start to eye on the finished work of Jesus Christ that heals all the sicknesses. Stop focusing on the lack that we encounter, start to thank God for the abundant supplies that never ending. Stop worrying how we can build the relationship with others, but start to receive the restoration from God which is full of unfailing love.
Praise the Lord! By trusting in the Lord and His finished work, we can now enter that rest which brings us peace, joy and love. It is no longer about what I can do, but is all about what God has done for me! We can now cease from struggling and start to enjoy life knowing that we are deeply loved by God, highly favored and greatly blessed!

神所亲爱的，你可否知道你天父的心意是要看见你安息？这休息指的并非肉体上的安息而已，而所指的其实是你如何依靠那从不让你失望的神！哈利路亚！是何等的荣幸我们拥有基督耶稣！今天，我们当竭力进入安息，就是相信我们的救主-耶稣基督，知道祂2018年前为我们在十架上所成就的一切。所以，是时候将所有的心意夺回顺服基督了。停止挣扎如何靠着我们自己有限的能力去成就事情，而开始依靠那不被限制的耶稣。停止看向那缠绕我们的病痛，而开始看向耶稣基督那能叫我们得医治的完工。停止专注于我们所面对的缺乏，开始感谢神无止境的供应。停止忧虑我们能够如何与人建立关系，而开始领受从神而来充满着不变大爱的修复。
赞美主！藉着信靠神和祂的完工，我们现在得以进入那给我们平安、喜乐和爱的安息。不再是关乎我们所能做的，而全是因着神为我所成就的！我们现在得以停止挣扎并且开始享受生命，因为我们知道我们是被神深深所爱，满有恩惠并且大受祝福的！

Romans 10:8 But what does it say? ”The word in near you, it’s in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word if faith we are proclaiming.
罗马书 10:8 他到底怎么说呢？他说：“这道离你不远，正在你口里，在你心里。”这就是我们所传信主的道。

Bible says that death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). We have what we say. Our tongue has power. Towards our children, what do we say? Are we giving them words of blessing? Towards our finance, what do we say? Are we proclaiming the word of faith? Towards our spouse, what do we say? Are we giving him or her words of love? Towards people around us, what do we say? Are we giving them words of encouragement?
Instead of nagging, let us proclaim words of faith – My husband or my wife has always been good to me. Instead of complaining, let us proclaim words of faith - things are turning out good. My children are obedient and they are fast learners. People around me are good and they are growing in the spirit. Let’s proclaim words of faith instead of defeat today as our words carry power and effect.

圣经说，生死在舌头的权下（箴言18:21）。我们有我们所说的，我们的舌头是有能力的。对于我们的孩子，我们说了什么呢？我们是不是给他们祝福的话语？对于我们的经济，我们说了什么呢？我们有没有宣告信心的话语？对于我们的伴侣，我们说了什么呢？我们是否给他/她爱的话语呢？对于我们身边的人，我们都说了什么呢？我们是否给予他们鼓励的话语？
以其发牢骚，让我们来宣告信心的话语-我的丈夫或我的太太对我非常的好；以其埋怨，让我们宣告信心的话语 – 事情都会变好的；我的孩子都是听话的，他们的学习能力是强的；在我身边的人都是棒的，他们都在灵里成长。以其说挫败的话语，让我们一起宣告信心的话语。因为我们的话语是带着能力和功效的。

Isaiah 40: 29 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
以赛亚书 40：29 疲乏的，祂赐能力，软弱的，祂加力量。

Today, you are strengthened in the Lord, you have the power of God. You are empowered to move on and be who God wants you to be. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fail; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:30-31) All you need to do is to hope in the Lord. To hope in the Lord means you are to have a confident expectation for the good to come because God can do what is impossible for you. As you put your hope in the Lord by focusing on what He can do for you and He has done for you, you shall weary no more and stay strong always. You shall see yourself soaring on wings like eagles and be able to run and not grow weary, walk and not be faint! Amen!

今天，在主里你是刚强的，你有神的力量。你是刚强，可以继续前进，成为神要你成为的人。就是少年人也要疲乏困倦，强壮的也必然跌倒；但那等候耶和华的，必从新得力。他们必如鹰展翅上腾，他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。（以赛亚书40:30-31）今天你要坚持的就是在主里有盼望。有盼望的意思是，你要持续的相信并期待好的事情即将来到，因为神可以做你所不能做的。当你把你的盼望放在神身上，专注在祂为你做的，以及祂为你所成就的，你就不会疲乏困倦，却会刚强壮胆。你就会看到你自己可以如鹰般展翅上腾，奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏！阿们！

Psalm 121:2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth!
诗篇 121:2 我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来！

No one can help himself by effort, as when the help starts up by your own effort, it has to be maintained by effort. But God wants us to hold on to Him and be at rest in His grace. There are times when storms hit, restless may come but you are to turn your focus back to Jesus alone. My friends, As you are looking for help today, know that your help comes from the Lord, the one who created you, knows you and loves you most! He knows exactly what is best for you, and He has plan for you all good things! So you're not helpless, for Jesus is with you! Look to Him and you will find help! ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬Amen!

没有人可以靠着自己的努力来帮助自己，当你靠自己，你就要靠自己来持守。但神要我们倚靠祂，在祂里面得着安息。当暴风雨来袭，使到你心烦意乱时，你要将眼目转回到耶稣那里。朋友，今天当你在寻找帮助的时候，晓得你的帮助来自主神，你的创始者，祂最了解你，也最爱你！祂要把最好的都给你，祂已经为你策划一切的事！所以你不是无助的，因为有耶稣与你同在！看向祂，你必得着帮助！阿们！

Psalm 31:19 How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.
‭‭‬‬‬‬诗篇 31:19 敬畏祢、投靠祢的人，祢为他们所积存的，在世人面前所施行的恩惠是何等大呢？

God is a loving Father who gives you good things, and since He has given you Jesus, how much more all things that you need in life? Jesus is the best gift ever that God has given to all mankind, but we are to realize and receive Him! Therefore, when Jesus has already been given, how much more the healing, the supply, the abundance, and the desire of your heart? God will definitely bring all good things to you, He has stored up all good things just for you, simply because you are His beloved! You have abundance of health, abundance of joy, abundance of peace! Therefore know that as you take refuge in Him, no matter where you are, you find favor and blessings! In the sight of the world, they will exclaim on the favor and blessings that you encounter, and from you, it testifies that our Father in Heaven is a loving Father who loves to give good things! ‬‬‬‬

天父是一位慈愛的父，祂要把一切美物都给你，所以祂既然把耶穌都给了你，更何况是你人生中所需要的一切呢？耶穌是上帝賜給全人类的最好的礼物物，但，我們却要意识到祂的存在并且接受祂！所以，當耶穌已經给你了，你所需要的医治、供应，丰盛和心中的渴望，全都要给你不是吗？神肯定會把美物赐给你，因为祂已经为你积存了，只因为你是祂的至爱！所以你有丰盛的健康，丰盛的喜乐，丰盛的平安！當祂是你的避难所，无论你在哪里，你必有恩惠和福份随着你！而世上的人将见证到你是多么的蒙恩惠和被祝福，並在你身上要看到我們的天父是充满慈爱的父，祂要把美物赐给你！

Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’
马太福音 4:4 “耶稣回答说，“经上记着说：‘人活着不是单靠食物，乃是靠神口里所出的一切话。'"

Just as you need food physically to grow and sustain your life, likewise you need the Word of God in order to grow into maturity! The Word of God is the essential in our lives And Jesus is the Word and the Word is Jesus! When you remain in Him, let His Word remains in you, ask whatever you wish and it shall be given to you! Therefore, spend time in the Word, for how much time you spend in the Word equals to how much time you spend with The Lord! The Bible is your heavenly bank, you find everything you want in it. The Word brings life, health, peace and abundance so that we should live life on earth as it is in heaven! Amen!

属世的生命需要食物来维持才能持续成长，属灵生命的成熟也是如此！神的话是我们生命中不可缺少的，而耶稣就是神的话，神的话就是耶稣！当你在祂里面，祂的话也在你里面，无论你求什么，祂必为你成就！所以，你要花时间在神的话语里，你花多少时间在神的话语里，就等于你花多少时间与耶稣在一起！圣经是你在天上的宝库，一切你所需要的都在里头。神的话带给你生命，健康，平安与丰盛，好叫我们在地上也可以有天堂般的生命！阿们！

Isaiah 41:12 Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them. Those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all.
以赛亚书 41：12 与你争竞的，你要找他们也找不着。与你争战的，必如无有，成为虚无。

Do you know that the victory that you enjoy in Jesus Christ is never earn by your own effort and strength? Jesus has done it all for you at the cross, he has purchased you with a price, He laid down His life so that you're able to enjoy life and life to the abundance today! Therefore, you've to readjust your thinking today, that you're no longer a defeated one, but you are a victorious one in Christ! You see, Jesus has defeated your sickness, your curses, all the challenges and sins that you face, the word of God says though you search for them, you'll no longer find them! Why? Because you're at the high place, you belong to Jesus, and all these are not able to stand before Him! The sickness and curses that war against you will be nothing at all! So start to magnify Jesus today, and not of your problem, because they are nothing at all in the eyes of God!

你晓得吗？你在耶稣基督里所享有的胜利，从来都不是靠你自己的本事和能力得着的。是耶稣在十字架上为你完成的，祂重价把你赎回来，祂放下了自己的生命，好让今天你能够享受生命且是更丰盛的生命！所以，今天你要让你的思想再调和，就你不再是一个失败者，但你在基督里已经得胜了！你看，耶稣已经击败了你的一切疾病，你的诅咒，你所面临的一切困难和罪愆，神的话说那些与你争竞的，就算你要找他们也找不着。为什么呢？因为你是站在高处，你属于耶稣，所有这一切都不能站立在祂面前。那些与你争战的病痛与咒诅，必要归于无有！所以今天要放大耶稣，而不是你的问题，因为他们在耶稣的眼里必归于无有，成为虚无！

约珥书 3：10b 软弱的要说，我有勇力。

In Matthew 12:34 says for the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. Your speaking is closely knitted to what is in your heart. If you're believing that you're sick in your heart, you'll speak of sickness and you'll speak of fear. If you're believing that in Christ you're already healed, you'll speak of healing and wholeness. It is very clear that of you're to identify what you're believing now, look at what you're speaking about daily. What you believe in influences what you speak, and what you speak determines your living. In order to have a right living, you need to have a right believing. Therefore, choose to speak according to the Word of God instead of your feeling, what you see or what people says! When you are weak, say "I'm strong!", when you are sick, say "I'm healed!", when you are in lack, say "I'm blessed!". For the word of the king is with authority, and no one can ask him " what are you doing?" You're the king, you're the priest, because of Jesus, what you speak carries weight!

在马太福音12:34说，人心里所充满的，口里就说出来。你口里所说出来的就是你心里所想的。如果你心里相信你生病了，你就会说出你病了并害怕的话。但如果你相信在基督里你已经得着医治，你就会说得你已经得着医治的话。这很清楚的告知我们，在日常生活中所说的，是取决于你所相信的。你的相信影响你说出来的话，而你所说的话决定着你的人生。为了要有对的人生，你要有对的相信。所以与其凭感觉，或是人云亦云，你要选择说神所说的！当你软弱时，你要说“我是刚强的！”；当你生病时，你要说“我已得医治！”；当你缺乏时，你要说“我是蒙福的！”。因为王的话本有权力，谁敢问他说：“你做什么呢？”你是王，你是祭司，因为耶稣，你所说的话是带有分量的！

1 Thessalonians 5:18 “In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
帖撒罗尼迦前书 5：18 “凡事谢恩；因为这是神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。”

The children of God is called to use their lips to give praises and give thanks. Our lips are called to give sacrifices to God and this sacrifice is a sacrifice of praise! Know that death and life is under the power of your tongue, and what you speak affects your life! Therefore, as you look at those who always speak of gossips and complaints, all the more they speak, all the more they are bound in anger and discontentment. You see, complaints and gossips never help but tear lives down; instead of looking at the natural, look up to the supernatural! In everything, start to give thanks to The Lord, thank Him for his goodness, thank Him for blessing you with a wonderful day, thank Him for never leaving you, as you give thanks to The Lord, praise flows, love flows, and forgiveness flows!

身为上帝的孩子，我们的嘴唇是要来赞美和感谢，我们是用嘴唇以颂赞为祭献给神！生死在舌头的权下，你说什么话，就会对你的生命带来什么样的影响！所以，那些总是说闲言闲语和抱怨的人，当他们愈说，他们心里就越是愤怒和不满。所以你看，不断埋怨和说不造就的话从来不能给你任何帮助，却是会摧毁你的生命；与其看向自然界，你要看见那超自然的能力！在凡事上，开始学习感谢主的恩典，感谢祂的良善，感谢祂每一天都赐福与你的，感谢祂对你不离不弃你，当你凡事谢恩时，赞美的祭、爱与宽恕都流露其中！
