诗篇 90:14 求祢使我们早早饱得你的慈爱，好叫我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。

How wonderful it is to be reminded that Jesus loves you early in the morning! No matter what are the daily routines that you have today, what are those works that you find so difficult to settle, take a moment and let yourself be still under the flow of the love of God! He loves you, and this love empowers instead of draining you dry. He supplies, He provides, He gives, He heals, He never take from you but instead gives you all that He has. Therefore, let your morning be satisfied with His unfailing love, never move away and start your day without being satisfied with His love. The moment when you are satisfied, drinking enough of His love supply, you are able to move on the whole day with singing, with joy and full of gladness! That's the secret of having joy in your daily, all you need is that love dose from Jesus, and everything will turnaround! Amen!

每当清早起来，提醒自己耶稣祂爱你，这是何等美好的事！无论你今天的日常事务是什么，在你设法解决工作上那些棘手的问题时，花点时间让自己沉浸及享受在神的爱里。祂爱你，这爱是来滋润你，不是使你枯干的。祂供应你，祂给你所渴望的，祂医治你，祂从来没有要从你的身上拿走任何东西，却是给你祂一切所有的。所以，让你的每个早晨，以祂不变的爱来满足你；在祂爱的同在里，开始你全新的一天。当你满足在祂爱里，在祂爱里得着滋润时，你的一整天就可以高歌欢唱，充满喜乐和欢愉！你每一天所需要的是从耶稣那里得着爱的强心剂，这就是你每天可以喜乐的秘诀，那么一切都会变好！阿门！

诗篇 3:3 但祢耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。

Today, know that regardless what kind of shame that you are facing now, the moment when you trust in God, you will not be put to shame! For in Christ, there is therefore no more condemnation, so you can be assured that in Christ, you will never be put to shame. Despite what kind of circumstances that cause you to be shameful, remember that Jesus is a shield around you. Which means, you are well covered and protected in front, behind, left and right! When He is around you shielding you, no harm, no fear, no accusation is greater than Jesus, though thousands may fall at your sides, but they will never ever come near you! Jesus has bestowed glory on you, and He lifts up your head! Never ever feel that you are unable to lift up your head because of your problems, your background or anything, but the moment when you know that you are well covered by Jesus, you can lift up your head! So, lift up your head today knowing that you have Jesus, and nothing can put you to shame, for He is the lifter of your head, the Giver of your life!

今天，无论你遇见什么羞辱，当你信靠上帝，你必不至蒙羞！在基督里，你不被定罪，所以你可以很确定，在基督里，祂必不会叫你羞愧。无论是怎么样的遭遇使你抬不起头来了，牢牢记得耶稣祂是你四围的盾牌。这意味着，在你前后左右，你都被保护着。当耶稣是你四围的盾牌，没有任何的伤害、恐惧，逼迫可以比祂更大，虽有千人万人仆倒在你旁边，灾害却不能临近你！耶稣赐你荣耀的冠冕，叫你抬起头来的！永远不要因着当下所面对的问题，你的背景或任何因素，导致你无法昂首，当你知道你是被耶稣所保护的，你就可以抬得起头来！所以今天就抬起你的头，知道你有耶稣，没有什么可以叫你羞愧，因为祂是你的源头，是赐你生命的神！

1John 4:19 We love because he first loved us.
约翰一书 4:19 我们爱，因为神先爱我们。

Dear friend, do you truly know what is LOVE? LOVE is patient, LOVE is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. LOVE does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. LOVE never fails! (1Corinthians 13:4-8) In fact, LOVE has been described and mentioned throughout the Bible. But how many times we realize the presence of this LOVE? Do you know that GOD is LOVE? (1John 4:8) God loves us until a point He has sacrificed His one and only Son JESUS to die on the cross for you and me. (John 3:16 & 1John 4:9-10) In LOVE, we found patient, no matter how many times we have failed, regardless how many times we have disappoint Him, He is always there giving us chance to come back. In LOVE, we found kindness, regardless we deserve it or not, He is always there to give us the best He could gives. In LOVE, we receive all that He has when the exchange takes place. We have all that He has and He borne all that suppose to be ours. In LOVE, we receive forgiveness and He will remember our sins no more for Jesus has sacrificed once and for all our sins. In LOVE, we are well protected, we can enjoy the living hope in all circumstances. In LOVE, we are being entrusted by God with many gifting and talent in life. Therefore, do not let this LOVE stop flowing in our life. Keep on receiving and meditating the unfailing LOVE of God, then let this LOVE flows through your life to impact the world. Stop saying "I LOVE YOU" only, but from now on, put this LOVE into action and let it manifest in your life by loving everyone around you. Remember, this LOVE can change the world and lives for the LOVE never fails!

亲爱的朋友，你真的知道何为爱吗？爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒，爱是不自夸，不张狂，不作害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。爱是永不止息。(哥林多前书 13:4-8) 其实，爱已经被清楚地记录在圣经里。有多少时候我们有察觉到爱的存在呢？ 你知道神就是爱吗(约翰一书4:8) ？神爱我们爱到一个地步，牺牲了祂的独生子耶稣为你和我死在十字架上 (约翰福音 3:16 & 约翰一书 4:9-10) 。在爱里，我们找到了忍耐，不管我们失败了多少次，无论我们多少时候让祂失望，祂一直在那里给我们机会回转。在爱里，我们找着了慈爱，不论我们配不配得，祂永远都给与我们那一切上好的。在爱里，我们领受了祂的一切。祂做了那替换，给了我们祂的一切，同时挪去我们那一切不好的。在爱里，我们领受宽恕，祂不再纪念我们的罪愆和过犯因着耶稣一次的献祭。在爱里，我们是完全被保护的，我们得以在不同的环境中享受那活泼的盼望。在爱里，我们被托付好多的恩赐和才能。所以，不要让这爱停止在我们生命中流动。持续不断地领受和默想神那永不改变的爱，然后让这爱接着你的生命来影响世界。不要只说“我爱你”，而是从现在开始，将这爱化成动力变得实际，彰显在你的生命中去爱你身边的每个人。记得，这爱能够改变世界和生命因为这爱永不止息！

Isaiah 51:3 The Lord will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing.
以赛亚书 51：3 耶和华已经安慰锡安，和锡安一切的荒场，使旷野像伊甸，使沙漠像耶和华的园囿。在其中必有欢喜，快乐，感谢和歌唱的声音。

Do you know that the God that you believe in is a God of turn around? Regardless what kind of situation that you are in now, and how bad it is, remember that Jesus is here to comfort you! Thus, you have to be very sure that He will surely, He will definitely comfort you! He will make your deserts like Eden, be it the deserts that you are seeing right now is your finance, your health or your family, He wants to turn all that dryness and unfruitfulness into Eden! and Eden means fruitfulness! He wants to turn your poverty into prosperity, He wants to turn your fear into joy, He wants to turn your sicknesses into health, He wants to turn whatever that is unfruitful into fruitfulness! Because of that, your life will be full of joy and gladness, thanksgiving and the sound of singing! You can have joy and gladness, you can give thanks, you can sing, because you know you have received it! That's the life that God wants you to have! Therefore, cling to Him today just like a branch connecting to its vine, let the Word remain in you (John 15:7) and ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you!

你知道吗？你所信靠的神是翻转生命的神。无论你现在的处境如何，记得，耶稣祂来是要安慰你！因此，你必须非常肯定祂是那赐安慰的神！祂会使你的沙漠如同伊甸园，无论你看到你现在的财务状况是怎样，无论你的健康是怎么样或是家庭的关系是如何，祂要把你生命中所有的枯干和不结果子变为伊甸园！伊甸园意味着多结果子！祂要把你的贫穷变为丰盛，把你的惧怕变为喜乐，祂要把你的病痛变为健康，祂要把你的不结果子变为多结果子！正因为如此，你的生命必充满欢喜快乐，必充满感恩和赞美的歌声！你可以欢欣喜乐，你可以感恩，你可以歌唱，因为你知道你已经领受了！这才是上帝要给你的生命！所以，今天就连结于祂如同枝子连接在葡萄树上，让祂的话存留在你心里（约翰福音15：7），无论你向祂求什么，祂必为你成就！阿门！

诗篇 22:26 谦卑的人必吃得饱足，寻求耶和华的人必赞美祂。愿你们的心永远活着！

Dear friend, do you know that your heart is the wellspring of life? Whatever you perceive in you heart will manifest in your life. So, what do you perceive today? What is in your heart today? Is your heart overwhelming by problems that surrounding you? Is your heart pressing down by the pressure and stress in life? Friend, if that is you today that your heart is feel like dying and feel like giving up, now is the time for you to repent by changing your mind and let your heart be guided by the peace of God. Instead of letting your emotions and feelings to lead you, why not letting the words of God and the peace of God to rule in your heart? Friend, let's be the one who trust in the Lord always. No matter how hard the situation might be, regardless how tough it might seem to be, do not lose hope and keep on trusting the Lord our God who never fails us. Nothing is too hard for Him. He can raises the death into life. He can makes the impossible become possible. He can turns the bad into good. So, instead of murmuring and staying in the negativity, why not we seek the Lord and praise Him? Remember this friend, be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Today, we can choose to let our heart live or die by choosing what do you perceive in life. May your hearts live forever knowing that in Christ, you found the peace, joy, love, provision and all that you want as well as all that you need! Live your life with confidence and living hope for you are the light and salt in this world to testify how great is your God. In Him, you are highly favored, deeply loved and greatly blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你知道你一生的果效是由心发出吗？ 你在心里领受相信什么，在你生命中就彰显什么。那么，你今天相信领受什么？ 今天在你心里面储存着什么？你的心是否被环绕你的问题所充满着？或是你的心被莫名的压力压郁着？朋友，倘若今天你觉得心死很想放弃，现在是时候悔改，就是改变你的思想，让神的平安保守你的心。与其让你的情绪和感觉来带领你，倒不如让神的话来牵引，更是让神的平安在你心里作主？朋友，让我们成为那紧紧依靠神的人。不管情况有多难，无论它有多艰苦，不要失去盼望，当持续地相信那从未让我们绝望的神。在祂没有难成的事，祂能使不可能的变成可能，祂也能把不好的变成好。所以，与其一直待在消极中埋怨，我们何不寻求神并赞美祂？朋友，你当记得，常常喜乐；不住的祷告；凡事谢恩，因为这是神在基督耶稣里向我们所定的旨意。今天，我们可以藉着选择所信的来决定让自己的心活或是让心死。愿你们的心永远活着因知道在基督里，你找着平安、喜乐、爱、供应，你一切所需并一切所要的！带着坦然的信心和活泼的盼望来过你的人生因为你就是世上的光和盐，见证你神的美好。在祂里面，你是满有恩惠，深深被爱且大大被祝福的！

In Unity 合而为一

John 17:22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one.
约翰福音 17:22 你所赐给我的荣耀，我已赐给他们，使他们合而为一，像我们合而为一。

Dear friend, do you know how important unity is? If there is no unity in a family, then quarrel will happen which causes the family in losing the love, peace and joy; If there is no unity in a school, then division and argument will happen in the school which makes the school become not comfortable and not harmony; If there is no unity in a working place, then it will leads to pressure and staffs will compete with each others which causes the company cannot achieve another level; If there is no unity in a church, then the church will split and becomes stagnant as well as not able to grow; If there is no unity in between of friendship, then when there is problem occurs, it will easily affect the friendship and even lead to quarrel; If there is no unity in between of couple, then it will lead to argument and doubts; If there is no unity between God and man, then we can hardly trust in the God whom we cannot see, what's more walk together with Him. Above all these, we could not unite based on our own love and patience as we all have different background and different perception over everything. Therefore, we really need the love of God, through His words and by the help of Holy Spirit, only then we would able to be united in His glory, because only in His glory, we can focus on God's love and forgiveness instead of man's weaknesses. By then, we can accept each other, love one another and stay in unity!

亲爱的朋友， 你可否知道合一的重要性呢？在一个家庭里面，若没有合而为一，家庭就会出现争吵、纷争，导致家庭没有了爱、平安、喜乐；在一个学校里面，若没有合而为一，学校就会出现斗争、结党，导致学校没有了和谐、舒适；在一个工作环境中，若没有合而为一，就会出现压力、争夺，导致公司没有办法更上一层楼；在一间教会里，若没有合而为一，教会就会变成一盘散沙，四分五裂的使教会无法成长，只呆在原处；在友谊之间，若没有合而为一，一旦遇到了问题，友谊就不再坚固，甚至会引起吵架；在情侣之间，若没有合而为一，就只会带来斗嘴、怀疑；在人与神的关系中，若没有合而为一，就无法相信那看不见的神，就更不可能与主同行了。在这一切之上，我们无法单靠自己的爱和忍耐去合一，因为我们每个人的背景和见解都不同。所以，我们真的少不了神的爱，更是藉着祂的话语和圣灵的提醒，方能让我们在祂的荣耀里合而为一，因为唯有在祂的荣耀里，我们才能不看人的软弱，而是定睛于神的爱和宽恕。这样，我们就能彼此接纳，彼此相爱，并且合而为一了！

‭‭诗篇 103:5 祂用美物使你所愿的得以知足，以致你如鹰返老还童。‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

God is a Father who keeps all His promises, whatever He has spoken, it shall be done. Therefore, are you hearing good news each day? Or are you hearing the bad reports and circling yourself around that news all the time? For only the gospel, which is the good news about Jesus Christ is able to save us! Therefore, good news is here for you today! No matter what is the desire of your heart right now, be it seeing restoration in your family, or being healthy once again, you know what? God fills your life with good things! Never ever think that sickness, poverty, disasters are all acts of God, they are not of God! For God is a God that fills your life with good things! If sickness is not a good thing, then it's not from God; if poverty is not a good thing then why would you think that it's from God? He only has good things and He fills you, filling means making it into fullness! He fills good things in your life and ensures that they are to the fullness. Besides that, He also renewed your youth like the eagle's, what a wonderful promise! So you're getting younger each day, energetic and strong! Say it to yourself: God has filled my life with good things and my youth is renewed! Praise The Lord! ‬‬

天父是一位信守承诺的父亲，凡祂所说的，都必成就。在每一天里，你所听到的是不是好消息呢？还是你听到的都是不好的报告，而你就被这些不好的讯息时刻缠绕着？唯有福音，就是来自于耶稣基督的好消息，才能够拯救我们！所以今天，这好消息是给你的！你知道吗？无论你心里的渴望是什么，是家庭关系要得着修复，或是身体要健康起来，上帝都要来满足你！永远不要觉得疾病、贫穷、灾害是上帝的作为，它们不来自上帝！因为我们的上帝是以美物来使你满足的！如果疾病不是好事，它就不来自神；如果贫穷不是好事，为什么你会觉得它来自上帝呢？上帝只以美物来充满你，而且是丰丰富富的给你！祂以美好的事物来使你满足，并确保是丰盛的。除此之外，祂也让你重新得力，使你如鹰返老还童，这是多么美好的应许！所以你是越来越年轻，充满活力和强壮的！所以要对自己这样说：上帝祂用美物使我所愿的得以知足，以致我如鹰返老还童。‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬赞美主！

John 17:17 Sanctify them by the truth, your word is truth.
约翰福音 17:17 求你用真理使他们成圣，你的道就是真理。

Today know that although you are living in this world, but you do not belong to this world. The moment when you accepted Jesus, you have been transferred; you are redeemed and you are now in the kingdom of God. However, when you are still living in this world, what makes you different from the world? It is the Word of God. The world has no truth, but full of deceitfulness; but as the child of God, you have Jesus, and Jesus is the truth and Jesus is the Word. Therefore, when the world is crying out of lack, you are sanctified by the Word of God. Sanctify means you are set apart. You are set apart from the lack of this world by the truth and by the Word, and the truth is Jesus has been made poor so that now you are rich in Him. When the world is crying out on new viruses, do you know that you are set apart from it? The Word of God tells you exactly the truth, and the truth is, God has set you apart and rescued you from all deadly pestilences! The moment when you know that, you will rely and focus on the Word of God instead of the word of man. Today, meditate on the Word, knowing that only the Word of God can set you apart, you are a new creation, blessed, loved, and highly favored!

今天你当晓得，虽然你是活在这个世界上，但却不属于这个世界。当你接受主耶稣为你生命的主的那一刻起，你的身份就转换了；你已经被救赎，现在你是在神的国度里。但，当你还活在这个世上时，是什么叫你从世界分别出来？就是神的道，世界上的话没有真理，却充满迷惑；但身为神的孩子，你有耶稣，而耶稣是就是真理，耶稣就是道。因此，当世界因着缺乏挣扎哭泣时，上帝的话使你成圣。成圣的意思乃你是分别为圣的，藉着真理和神的话，你与这个世界的缺乏是分别为圣的，真理就是耶稣已经成了贫穷，好叫你在祂里头成为富足。当世界为着新的病毒种类而担忧时，你知道你是分别为圣的吗？神的话告诉你的就是真理，而真理就是，神把你分别为圣，把你救离致命的瘟疫！当你明白这一点，你会依靠并专注于神的话，而不是人的话。今天，默想神的话，晓得只有神的话能将你分别为圣，你是新造的人，你是蒙福的，是被爱和充满恩惠的！

Micah 7:8 Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light.
弥迦书 7: 8 我的仇敌啊，不要向我夸耀。我虽跌到，却要起来；我虽坐在黑暗里，耶和华却作我的光。

What can the enemies do to you when God is with you? Be conscious today that the presence of God is with you, He is always here protecting and taking care of you. When God is with you, do you know that peace is with you? Joy is with you? Supply is with you? Health and wholeness is with you? How great! Ultimately, when God who created heaven and earth is with you, what can sickness, viruses, fear, lack do to you? For you are the child of God, and no enemies can boast in front of you! Therefore, lack, sickness, fear can never boast in front of you anymore! Though you fall, but you shall rise! Though you may fail, but you shall succeed! Though you may be living in lack for years, but you shall live in abundance from now on! Though you may be in sickness, but you shall be in wholeness and health! For God is your light, He is with you, do not be afraid, for nothing can be against you! So, you can boldly say "sickness, shut up, this is my year!" "Lack, shut up, for this is my year!" "Failure, shut up, for this is my year!" Amen!

当上帝与你同在，仇敌能把你怎么样呢？今天要很确定上帝祂与你同在，祂时刻都在那里保护你看顾你。你知道吗？当祂与你同在，平安是你的，喜乐是你的，供应是你的，健康与完全也是你的。这是多么的棒！当创造天地的主与你同在，无论是疾病、病毒、惧怕，缺乏都不能够把你怎么样！因为你是上帝的孩子，没有仇敌可以在你面前站立得住！所以，缺乏、病痛，惧怕永远无法在你面前夸耀！虽然你会跌倒，却仍要起来！虽然你可能失败，却仍要兴起！虽然你可能处在缺乏里有许多年了，但从现在开始你要住在丰盛里！虽然你可能被病痛缠身许多时了，但从现在开始你是完全和健康的！因为神就是你的光，当祂与你同在，你必不害怕，因为没有什么可以抵挡你！所以，你可以大胆说：“病痛，住口吧！这一年是属于我的！”，“缺乏，住口吧！这一年是属于我的！”，“挫败，住口吧！这一年是属于我的！”阿们！

John 6:35 The Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty."
约翰福音 6：35 耶稣说：“我就是生命的粮，到我这里来的，必定不饿；信我的，永远不渴。”

Dear friend, have you eaten today? Physically, we normally will have three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner, sometimes even will have tea break and supper. In our daily life, we will usually take a break for our meal in order to feed ourselves well so that we will have enough energy to work. We will go all way to get the food we want to eat. But today in your spirit, are you well feed? Have you take the best food, the daily bread of your life? Many times we tend to feed ourselves with business, worries, stress, problems, troubles automatically without our conscious, yet we did not pay attention and don't even care to feed ourselves with the most essential food we need spiritually which is the word of God that gives us life. Now is the time, friend, take Jesus-the word, as our daily bread, for He is all that we want and all that we need! In Him, we found rest. In Him, we are well fed. In Him, we are satisfied. In Him, we are well protected. When we abide in and His word abides in us, ask whatever we wish and it will be given to us. Apart from Him we can do nothing. JESUS is the best food ever. So, from now on, make a right decision to eat Him-the Word that never change. Hallelujah! Be blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你今天吃饱了吗？属世的身体，我们一般会一天吃三餐：早餐、午餐、晚餐，有时甚至会有下午茶和宵夜。在我们的日常生活里，我们通常会休息吃饭，喂饱自己好叫我们有足够的体力继续前进，我们甚至可以千里迢迢特地去吃我们想吃的食物。但今天在你的灵里，你喂饱了吗？你吃了那最好的食物-生命的粮了吗？很多时候我们在不自觉中用忙碌、忧虑、压力、问题、麻烦来喂我们的灵，但我们却忽略了用我们最需要的灵粮，能给我们生命的-神的话，来喂饱我们。现在是时候了，朋友，开始吃耶稣的话，那是我们生命的粮，因祂是我们一切所要，一切所需的！在祂里面，我们找着休息；在祂里面，我们被喂饱；在祂里面，我们得以满足；在祂里面，我们完全被保护。当我们藏在祂里面，而祂的话也在我们里面，凡我们所求的，祂就必赐给我们，因为离了祂，我们不能做什么。耶稣就是那最棒的食物。所以，从现在开始，做一个对的决定来吃祂-这话永远不改变。哈利路亚！你是蒙福的！

John 15:7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
约翰福音 15:7 你们若常在我里面，我的话也常在你们里面，凡你们所愿意的，祈求，就给你们成就。

Do you know that the moment when you are departing from your source of life, you cannot do anything? Jesus is the source of our lives, like a branch connecting to a vine in order to get its supply and nutrients. Likewise, we are to connect to our vine, Jesus, in order to get our daily supply and nutrients! Jesus provided us a solution and method of connecting with Him, which is through His Word, He says when you remain in me, my words remain in you. Connecting to Him simply means connecting to His Word, for he and the Word are one, and how much time you spend on the Word equals to how much time you spend with Him. The moment when you are connected with Him, you're allowing Him to download goodness and blessings into your life! Choose to remain in Him by having His Word, ask whatever that you need, and it shall be done for you! Amen!

你知道吗？当你离了生命的根源，你就不能做什么。耶稣是我们生命的源头，就像枝子连接在葡萄树上，以获得供应和养份。同样，我们这枝子也是连接到我们的葡萄树那里-耶稣，为了得着我们的日常供应和养份！ 耶稣为我们提供了连接于祂的解决方案和方法，就是藉着祂的话，祂说“你们若常在我里面，我的话也常在你们里面”。连接于祂的意思就是连接在祂的的话语里，因为祂与祂的话是一体的，你花多少时间在神的话语上，就是花多少时间与神在一起。当你连接于祂的时候，你是允许祂把一切的良善和福份都倾倒在你生命里头！ 选择在祂里面，藉着祂的话，凡你们所愿意的，祈求，就给你们成就！阿们！

箴言 24：16 因为义人虽七次跌倒，仍必兴起；恶人却被祸患倾倒。

You are righteous by believing in Jesus Christ, and righteousness is a gift from God. It is not something that you can earn by your good effort, but simply by believing in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Remember, you may be facing great challenges now, you may be opposed by the enemies, but know that though the righteous may fall seven times, but they shall rise again! The life that God calls you to have is a life that bounce back higher! You can bounce back higher simply because your identity is no longer found in your profession, your environment or your background, but your identity is found in Christ! So, even if the enemies come to you in one direction, opposing you, but know that they shall flee in seven direction. Why? Simply because you are the beloved child of the God Most High!

当你信基督，你就是公义的人，这公义是来自上帝的礼物。这不是靠你自己的努力可以赚取的，只是单单的相信耶稣基督的完工。记得，纵然你现在可能面临很大的挑战，有很多人敌对你，但你仍然要知道并确信，义人虽七次跌倒，仍必兴起！ 神呼召你拥有的生命是反弹的更高的生命！你的生命可以反弹的更高，不是因着你的专业，你的环境或是你的背景，而是你在基督里的身份！所以，即便敌人从一条路来攻击你，它们也必从七条路逃跑。为什么呢？很简单，因为你是至高神心爱的孩子！

马可福音 9:23 耶稣对他说：你若能信，在信的人，凡事都能。

Dear friend, in your daily life, in everything you do, what do you believe? When crisis of economy comes, what do you believe? Do you keep your faith in God's promises saying that He will supplies you according to His glory riches or you believe the crisis of economy that you will have not enough? When you are facing problem in career, what do you believe? Do you keep your faith in God's living word saying that the gifting from God will lead you to higher position with His unmerited favor or you believe that you are not as good as others? When there is symptoms in your body, what do you believe? Do you keep your faith in God's active word saying that by His stripes you are healed or you believe that you are sick instead? When there is crack in a relationship, what do you believe? Do you keep your faith in God's powerful word saying that restoration with love shall take place or you believe that you will have broken relationship? Friend, now is time for you to stop looking at the impossibles and troubles, but instead, keep your focus on the words of God that never fails you! Believe what God has promised by keep on meditating it, surely you will experience how true it is in your life and manifestation of His glory shall take place! Great and mighty things happen when you believe right. Step out by believing the words of God and proclaim it in your life. Amen!

亲爱的朋友，在你日常生活中，在你所做的一切当中， 你相信什么？当经济风暴侵袭时，你相信什么？你是相信神的应许说，祂必照祂荣耀的丰富供应你，还是相信经济风暴使你样样不足？当你在工作上遇到问题时，你相信什么？你是相信神活泼的话，说神的礼物引你到高位，且带着祂的恩惠慈爱，还是相信你不及别人好？当身体有症状时，你相信什么？你相信神有功效的话，说祂的鞭伤使你得医治，还是相信你是病痛的？当关系出状况时，你相信什么？你是相信神有能力的话，说爱能修复，还是相信你会拥有破碎的关系？朋友，现在就是时候让你停止看向不可能和问题了，开始专注且满心相信不让你失望的话语，就是神的话！相信神所应许的，不断默想，你必然经历它在你生命中是如此的真实，且要彰显神的荣耀！当你相信正确时，又大又美好的事情肯定发生。踏出第一步相信并宣告神的话在你的生命中吧。阿门！

You're never alone, and God never wants you to feel that you're an orphan. Instead He accepted you and giving you a whole new identity in Christ, He has given you the title as sons and daughters of Him. So, when the king of all kings and The Lord of all lords is your Father, and He loves you until the end, what shall you afraid? You'll know that thousands may fall at your right hand, but it can never go near you! Therefore, what a wonderful way to kick start your morning by knowing that we belong to Jesus! Regardless how big the challenges are & how depressed you are, remember that you're not alone! You belong to Jesus, and you're His responsibility! He will surely deliver you, help you, and supply you! So, no problem is problem for Him, don't worry! :)

Today know that because Jesus has resurrected, therefore you can be assured that you have a life of resurrection! A life of resurrection has no room for death, sickness, poverty to stay; instead a life of resurrection is full of power, is a new life! The Lord lives, it is such a wonderful truth to know that the God you believe in is not dead, but living. When He lives, you can face tomorrow; when He lives, you know that you are in a good hand; when He lives, nothing can stand against you! Therefore, instead of thinking of all the problems around you, be reminded that the Lord lives! He is your Rock, He is your Saviour, and no one else can be greater than your Rock and your Saviour! As He is, so are you in this world, He has no tumor, so do you! He has no sicknesses, so do you! See yourself in Christ today, and knowing that He lives therefore you live!

今天晓得，因为耶稣已经复活，所以你可以放心，你也有复活般的生命！当你有复活般的生命，死亡、疾病、贫困都无法存留；复活般的生命是充满能力，是全新的生命！主是活着的，当你晓得你的神是活人的神，不是死人的神，这是何等美好的真理！因祂活着，你可以面对明天；因祂活着，你知道你的人生路是对的；因祂活着，没有什么可以抵挡你！所以，与其忧虑你周遭面对的问题，何不提醒自己，主祂是活着的！祂是你的磐石，祂是你的救主，没有什么是大过你的磐石你的救主的！因为祂如何，你在这世上也如何；祂没有肿瘤，所以你也没有肿瘤！祂没有疾病，所以你也没有疾病！今天，看你自己是在基督里，并知道因祂活着，你也是活着的！阿们！

弥迦书 7:8 我的仇敌啊，不要向我夸耀。我虽跌倒，却要起来；我虽坐在黑暗里，耶和华却作我的光。

Dear friend, regardless what situation you are in right now, do not give up, do not lose hope, knowing that God is by your side and He is there to lead you through!
When you are stressful, the Lord is there to be your light and give you stress-free life;
When you are lacking, the Lord is there to be your light and supply all your needs according to His glorious riches;
When you are in fear, the Lord is there to be your light and give you peace;
When you are overwhelming by troubles around you, the Lord is there to be your light and deliver you from all those circumstances;
When enemy attacks you in a way, it is to flee from seven ways for the Lord is there to be your light and save you from your enemies;
When you are sick, the Lord is there to be your light and heals you completely.
Though you might be weak and fail sometimes, the Lord is your light and is there to strengthen you as well as sustain you.
In Him, you are well protected and you are surely an over comer!
In Him, you are deeply loved, highly favored and greatly blessed!
Though you have fallen, you will rise!
Though you sit in darkness, the Lord will be your light! AMEN!

亲爱的朋友，不管你现在位于什么样的环境里头，不要放弃，不要绝望， 当知道神就在你身边且带领你走过！
当你压力时，神却作你的光并给你无忧无虑的生活；
当你缺乏时，神却作你的光且照祂荣耀的丰富供应你的一切所需；
当你害怕时，神却作你的光并給你平安；
当你被问题环绕时，神却作你的光且救赎你脱离一切困难；

歌罗西书 3:1 所以你们若真与基督一同复活，就当求在上面的事。那里有基督坐在神的右边。

Your mind is a battlefield, and every morning the moment when you wake up, thousands and thousands of thoughts are there to pull you down and to build strongholds in you. If you will lose the battle of your mind, you'll see defeats in your life. For only right believing produces right living. Therefore even as a child of God, mind renewal and transformation should be a consistent progress, that from moment to moment we are to let our minds focus on what Christ has done! Therefore, the next time when the defeated thoughts came, set your heart on things that Christ has done for you. Instead of looking at your circumstances and have a defeated thought, be reminded of where Christ is! He is at a position of victory, and as Christ is, so are you in this world! Amen!

你的心思意念是一个战场，每一天早晨当你醒来，成千上万个想法就在你的脑海里建造营垒，企图把你击倒。如果你在思想上被击败了，你就看到在你的人生是失败的。而唯有正确的相信，才能有对的人生。因此，身为神的孩子，心思意念更新而变化是一个不间断在进行着的过程，就是在每时每刻，我们的心思意念都必须定睛在基督的完工上！所以下一次，当战败的想法进来的时候，当把你的思念放在基督已经为你做成的一切。与其看向环境的缺欠及战败的思维，何不提醒自己基督就在那里！祂已经在得胜的位置上，所以耶稣如何，你在这世上也如何！阿们！

Galatians 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
加拉太书 5:25 我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。

Dear friend, do you know that sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want? Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. It is important for us to know who shall we our mind follow and lean on today because the mind of sinful man is death but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. So friend, regardless what your mind is thinking a few second ago, let it be the past. From now on, let us set our mind on things that is above-JESUS, and keep in step with the Spirit. Stop living our lives in negativity ground, but keep in step with the Spirit and think positively no matter what are we encountering knowing that JESUS has full control in the situation we are in. Stop listening to what our emotions say when facing problems, but instead, keep in step with the Spirit by listening to what the words of God say. Stop reacting to our surrounding by our feelings but keep in step with the Spirit and response with the peace, love and joy God has placed in our heart. In everything we do, do it with the tremendous power of God that make things happen. Tap into the supernatural by eyeing on Jesus and focus on what He can do, trust in Him and know that nothing is to hard for Him. When we keep in step with the Spirit, surely we will see things change in our favor, bad turn to be good and impossible becomes possible!

亲爱的朋友，你可否知道情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争，这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能做所愿意做的？随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事，随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。我们的心和思想跟随依靠谁是非常重要的，因为体贴肉体的是死，体贴圣灵的乃是生命平安。所以朋友，不管你的思想前一刻想的是什么，就让它成为过去吧！从这一刻开始，思念天上的事 - 耶稣，靠着圣灵来行事。不要让我们的生命待在消极中，而是靠着圣灵积极地面对一切，因为知道耶稣永远掌权。在面对困难时，不要听我们的情绪怎么说，而是靠圣灵听听神的话怎么说。不要凭我们的感觉来回应我们的周遭，而是靠圣灵以神所给我们的平安，爱和喜乐来回应。在我们所行的事上，都以神那使事情发生浩大的能力来行；以仰望耶稣并专注于祂所能做的进入那超自然，相信祂且知道在祂没有难成的事。当我们靠圣灵行事，我们肯定看见事情因我们而改变，不好的变成好，不可能的变成可能！

Though we might heard about many cures in this world for many different types of diseases or problems, but dear friend, do you know that the best cure is the praise cure? There is supernatural power been released when you praise God. When you praise Him, you are actually having faith that God has delivered you through.When you are sick, praise God, for Jesus has bored all your sicknesses on the cross. By His stripes, you are completely healed! Though right now doctor has given you the bad medical report, but you are to take heart and praise Him, God's beloved, for Jesus has been striped so that you are made whole in Him! When you are lack, praise God, for Jesus is your shepherd and you shall never in want. When you have no confident over your future, praise God, for Jesus is the way and He has great plan in your life. When the relationship you treasured so much facing crack, praise God, for God can restore the relationship with His unfailing love and forgiveness. No matter what you are facing right now, do not give up nor dismay, keep on praising God for it is the best cure we have! When we praise God and rest in Him, He is at work and make every impossible become possible. Praise Him, for His name is above all names! Nothing is too hard for Him. Hallelujah!

也许我们会在世上听闻许多对于不同病痛的不同解药，但亲爱的朋友，你知道最好的解药就是赞美吗？当你赞美神的时候就有超自然的能力被释放出来。当你赞美祂，你其实就是有信心神必带领你走过。当你生病时，赞美主，因为耶稣已在十架上担当你一切的疾病；因祂受的鞭伤，你是完全得医治的! 纵然现在医生给你的医药报告是不好的，但你要放心并且赞美祂，神所爱的，因为耶稣为你被鞭使你在祂里面得以完全！当你缺乏时，赞美主，因为耶稣是你的牧者，你必不至缺乏。当你对于自己的未来没有把握时，赞美主，因为耶稣是你的道路，且有美好的计划在你生命中。当你所珍惜的关系出现裂痕时，赞美主，因为神能以祂不变的爱和宽恕来修复。不管你现在面对的是什么，不要放弃更不要惊慌，坚持不断地赞美神，因为那是最好的解药！当我们赞美主并在祂里面休息时，神就在做工并使不可能的变成可能。赞美祂，因祂的命超乎万名之上！在祂没有难成的事。哈利路亚！

诗篇 107:20 祂发命医治他们，救他们脱离死亡。

Everything has it's source, a rice cooker cannot function without electricity, a plant will not grow without good source of nutrients and water, likewise if we cannot live without oxygen, as a child of God, we need the Word of God, to sustain us and provide us. His word is life and spirit, it is our food and source of life, we are unable to sustain without food for our body, likewise our inner man requires food, which is the word of sustain! The Word of God heals, be it physically or emotionally, so start to eye and meditate on His Word, and you shall see your health being restored and your joy is the fullest! For God is faithful in keeping what He has promised! Look upon His Word, your source, and you shall never be in want!

天下万物都有根源，如同电饭煲没有电源就无法操作，植物在生长过程中，如果没有养分和水，就无法生长。同样的，如果我们没有氧气，也就无法生存，身为神的孩子，我们需要神的话来托住我们的人生，并提供我们生命所需要的一切。祂的话是生命是灵，是我们属灵的食物和生命的根源，如果我们的身体没有食物，就无法生存；同样的，我们的灵人也需要属灵的食物，就是把守住我们生命的话语！上帝的话语有医治的能力，无论是对于我们身体上还是情绪上，所以现在开始就定睛和默想祂的话，你就会看到你的健康正在恢复，你的喜乐是满足的！因为神是信实的，定睛祂在的话，就是你生命的源头，你必不至缺乏！
