Psalm 44:7- “but you give us victory over our enemies, you put our adversaries to shame.”

Remember that victory doesn't come by your own effort, instead it is the promise that you receive when you
believe in Jesus Christ. He is a victor, He is a conqueror, He has done and accomplished all things that we by our
might that we could not, so that today as we believe in Him, we are already made more than a conqueror!
My friends, Jesus is greater, He is able and He is willing to deliver and save you! He has given you victory, so therefore
when you trust in Him, He shall never put you to shame. What are your enemies today? No matter it's that challenge that
seems too great, or the uncertainties of your future, or even that sickness that bothers your body, know that Jesus has put
your enemies to shame, not you! He has given you victory over them, not that they have victory over you! You are not defeated,
Jesus is the assurance of your victory in life, you'll rise above, you'll conquer kingdoms, you'll obtain promises, you'll enforce
righteousness and you'll shut the mouth of the lions! When Jesus is with you, who can be against you?

希 11：33-34 - 他们因着信，制伏了敌国，行了公义，得了应许；堵了狮子的口，灭了烈火的猛势，脱了刀剑的锋刃；软弱变为刚强，争战显出勇敢，打退外邦的全军。

在旧约时代，记载着许许多多的伟人，行了许许多多的大事。比如说：摩西开了红海；大卫打败歌利亚；但以理堵了狮子的口；约书亚打倒了耶利哥城；以及许许多多先知的事迹等等。然而，这些人其实也只不过是平凡人一个，他们之所以能够行了那么多的神迹奇事，只因为他们的信，他们信那全能的上帝。当他们相信的时候，上帝就必为他们作成，不是凭着他们自己的能力，不是靠着他们自己的智慧，乃是依靠耶和华，那独一伟大的真神。

同样的今天，我们外表看似平凡人，我们没有超能力，我们没有身怀绝技，我们没有长生不老的能力，但是。当我们选择了相信我们的耶稣基督，我们的生命就不再平凡了。因为耶稣基督已赐给我们权柄，可以践踏蛇和蝎子，又胜过一切仇敌的能力。今天当我们相信的时候，我们能够做耶稣所做的，因为祂如何，我们在这世上也如何。耶稣能够医治人，今天信祂的人也能够；耶稣能走在问题之上，今天信祂的人也能够；耶稣能够叫死人复活，今天信祂的人也同样能够！因为祂已把这权柄赐给了每一个相信祂的人。不但如此，当我们相信了耶稣基督，我们就得着了义，不是因为我们的行为，不是因着我们的能力，乃是因着信！并且当我们相信的时候，我们的生命得以堵住狮子的口，在这世上断没有一样事情能够伤害我们，再大的问题都有耶稣为我们扛；那软弱的要变为刚强，贫穷的要变为富足，不好的要变成好，只单单因为我们相信！

所以朋友们，从今天开始，我们的心要完完全全的相信耶稣基督在十字架上的完工，一切我们所需的祂都已为我们作成了。现在，我们只需单单的来相信及领受！阿门~

善用神给你的权柄

上帝创造了亞当和夏娃，給他们权柄与能力，这意味着，他有权力支配掌管这天地萬有的所有事物。上帝把他們放在美丽的伊甸园說：“要生养众多”。他們的世界里看似一切完美，直到有一天敌人來到他們的營地，直到他们允许自己与敌人谈话，直到他們吃了分別善惡的果子…
申名记30：19我今日呼天唤地向你作证，我将生死祸福陈明在你面前，所以你要拣选生命，使你和你的后裔都得存活；
上帝一再警告他們，不要偷吃分別善惡的果子，但他們仍然选择违背命令。因此，人開始因着罪与神隔絕。就算是处在恩典时代的我们，神也給我們的自由意志，让我們自由的选择，但人总是不按着神的真理道路走，以致走了许多冤枉路。
今天，你选择活在主的爱里吗？还是你仍然觉得，靠自己一意孤行比較好？神确实給我们权柄去做选择，但今天，你的选择真是的走在合身心意的道路上吗？想想亞當和夏娃的例子，千万別错過了神對我們的福份。
詩篇8：6祢派他管理祢手所造的，使物，就是一切的牛羊、田野的獸、空中的鳥、海裏的魚，凡經行海道的，都服在祂的腳下。

Mind Attitude

Ephesians 4:23- “to be made new in the attitude of your minds;”

Many of times we may be saying that "what an attitude that this man has! He is so persistent!"
But do you know that when man has his set of attitude, our mind also have their own sets of attitude?
Some of the attitude of their mind maybe in a defeated attitude, thinks about failure, meditates about
impossibilities, calculate about the failing future; but this set of attitude has to break off if we are to live
life above the storms and not beneath!
Your thinking affects your believing and your believing affects your living. A victorious mindset leads to a
victorious life; likewise a defeated mindset leads to a defeated life. You are eventually what you think. That's why
if you're not satisfied with your current stage of life, meditate and look upon what Jesus has said to you; it
might be your mind has gone through a set of negative attitude unconsciously! Therefore, Make new the old sets of
thinking by meditating on what God says about you; for only His word can wash and renew our old sets of mind.
You know what? as you fix your attention on Him alone, all things shall fall into place!

Matthew 20:32- Jesus stopped and called them. “What do you want me to do for you?” he asked.

Do you know that God is almighty and there's nothing to difficult for Him? For His name is high and above
all names, therefore, whatever that you can name of today shall bow down to Jesus! Therefore as a child of God,
know that you're no longer underprivileged, but you're full of privileges and blessings as His child!
My friends, All that you need has been accomplished through Jesus' sacrifice at the cross, so know that the healing
you need is done, therefore you can believe and receive today and tell your body "in the name of Jesus, body I declare
you healthy and strong, for you have been redeemed by Jesus at the cross!" Likewise you're with great hope and future,
therefore all that you need to do is to declare to yourself that "my future is good because Jesus is the planner of my life!"
When you eye on Him, you'll know that He is asking you today "what can I do for you?" And the moment when you
truly know that Jesus is in you, for you and with you, no challenge is too big to sink you but you shall rise above all storms
and waves of life!

怜恤的神

太 9：13 - 经上说：“我喜爱怜恤，不喜爱祭祀。” 这句话的意思，你们且去揣摩。我来，本不是召义人，乃是召罪人。”

是的，我们有个一体恤我们软弱，知道我们的不能，并且还愿意爱我们，怜恤我们的神，那就是我们的主耶稣基督。很多时候，人总觉得神是远不可侵，是不能够接近的，只能够远远的观看，是高高在上的。不但如此，在人的观念里，甚是一个严厉的，甚至会惩罚我们的神，在祂面前，我们是不容许有一点丁的错误。但是我们的主却不是这样的，祂渴望与我们亲近，祂享受我们跟祂在一起的时间，因为祂喜爱祂的孩子们。祂是一个慈爱的父，是一个用爱来包容我们的父神，因为爱能遮掩许多的罪。因此，耶稣基督被差到世上，就是为代替我们的罪，好叫我们能够在祂里面成为义。

或许我们很常会听见人在说：“我不配成为基督徒，等我把恶习改了之后才来打算。” “我不够好，所以神不会注意我的” “我什么都不会，哪里能够来事奉神呢？” 等等的问题，但是，这一切真的是我们的主所在乎的吗？祂真的看重你的背景，你的能力。你的行为，你的一切更甚于你的这个人吗？断乎不是！神的话很清楚告诉我们，祂来，本是召罪人，不是召义人。一个健康的人不需要找医生，唯有生病的人才需要！同样的，就因为我们是罪人，我们不够好，我们不完全，因此我们才更需要耶稣！祂看重的是我们这个人，这颗愿意相信祂的心。祂从来不曾因为我们的过去，不曾因为我们的无能，不曾因为我们的不是，不曾因为我们的不配而离弃我们，反之，祂是用祂的大爱来充满我们，给我们温暖，好叫我们知道这就是真爱，是不看我们的外在条件，不在乎我们外在的一切的。

朋友们，神的话告诉我们，当我们亲近祂，祂就必亲近我们，祂喜爱我们的一切，祂怜恤我们，并且是爱我们到底的。祂是一位公平的神，是一位体恤的主，祂不用我们的作为来断定我们所配得的，而是用祂丰盛的恩典来给我们一切的祝福。这样棒的一位神，若不信祂，我们还能信谁呢？所以，不要错过了这位独一无二的阿爸父！阿门！

我打法到你们中间的大军队，就是蝗蟲、蝻子、螞蚱、剪蟲，那些年所吃的我要補還你們。— 約珥書2：25

在人生的旅程中，我們經常會做出錯誤的選擇，比別人走了更多的彎路，這對我們的身心靈都會產生一些長久的影響。我们都会有很多的遗憾与悔恨。但，爱我们的阿爸天父，从不嫌弃我們，也不丢弃我们。即便過去我們做了不當的決定，使自己活在遺憾當中，但我們現在依然可以選擇要如何生活。

我們可以选择继续過着沉淪的生活，让悔恨吞噬自己的生命；也可以选择投向耶穌的懷抱，选择那最稳固的避难所。正如在約珥書2：25中，深呼召以色列百姓悔改，祂應許他們說：「我打法到你们中间的大军队，就是蝗虫、蝻子、蚂蚱、剪虫，那些年所吞吃的我都要补还你们。」是的，當我們回转来信靠祂，谦卑自己，我们必得加倍的好处，代替曾经受过的羞辱（赛61：7）；因祂说“成了”，我们属天的生命也成了。

過去因錯誤選擇所造成的後果可能無法消除，但我們可以堅，上帝為那些信靠祂的人，預備了榮耀和光明的未來。因为神不是预定我们受刑，乃是预定我们藉着我们主耶稣基督得救（帖前5：9）。啊们！

The Lord That Never Changes

Malachi 3:6- ““I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.”

Things around you and your feeling right now are subject to change, they are not constant and they shall
fade one day. But know that Jesus does not change! He is forever the same in your life!
Therefore ask yourself this question today, "am I relying and trusting what my feeling tells me? Or I'm trusting
what Jesus has done for me at the cross and what God has said to me through His word?" Trusting what your
feeling has been telling you is shakeable and it comes and goes from time to time! But Jesus never leaves
you or forsakes you and He is forever constant and never change! Therefore, trust Him is the best assurance and
insurance that you can have! My friends, be assured in His love today, what He has promised you, He will do it

Prisoner of Hope

Zechariah 9:12- “Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.”

What's bothering you in your mind now? If you are to think deeply into it, you'll realize that most of the thing are not of God.
God is a God of hope, which He doesn't burden you with issues that drain you up, but He supplies you with abundance of grace
and hope! No matter what's going on now, it's time to return! Return not to the challenges in front of you, but return and run back to
the God that loves you so much, that He longs to secure you with His everlasting embrace, He can make wonder in your life! Return
your thoughts to Him, not to the thoughts that defeated you, but to the thought of God that speaks of who you truly are in Christ.
Not only that, you are not the prisoner of hopelessness but you're the prisoner of Hope. When you're prison in hope, you can never
out of hope, you can never be out of confident expectation of good! Why? Because God is real in you, He is your Hope, and He secures
you in His goodness!
So, when Jesus is your fortress and restorer, and guess what? Especially when He has grounded you in hope, start to expect good things are
happening in your life today! He has announced and He shall restore, not just twice, but in abundance!

人都不要搅扰我

加拉太书 6:17
从此之后，人都不要搅扰我，因为我身上带着耶稣的印记。

亲爱的朋友，有什么搅扰你了吗？
今天，是你的权力和决定是否允许问题来搅扰你或是带着耶稣的印记不让问题搅扰，而是相信耶稣2015年前在十字架上所成就的一切，他已战胜最大的问题-死亡，还有什么是他不能做成的？
有时我们允许感觉来搅扰我们，但是今天你要选择以神的话来控制你的感觉，并且藉着内住在你心里的圣灵带领你，与其担心，他给你平安在心里作主来做每一个决定。
无疑的，身上的病痛也肯定会搅扰你，但与其让它影响你的日常生活，倒不如带着耶稣的印记，因为耶稣所受的鞭伤，你是全然得医治的！靠主常喜乐，无论你的医药报告是如何或者医生怎么说，总要喜乐因为喜乐的心就是良药。
工作也许会搅扰你，但与其担心工作，我们当带着耶稣的印记相信神的恩惠慈爱跟随你并且为你开更好的机会。与其凭自己的能力找工作，让我们信靠那信实的神，他给我们的礼物引我们到高位人的面前，所得的不只是工作而已，而是居上不居下。
关系是不是也能搅扰你呢？与其忧虑关系会破裂，何不带着耶稣的印记相信耶稣的爱和宽恕能够修复破碎的关系呢？

所以，不管周围发生什么事情，无论风浪有多大，人都不能搅扰你因为你身上带着耶稣的印记，就是展现着爱、胜利、尊荣和荣耀的！

Galatians 6:17
Finally, let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus.

Dear friend, is there anything caused you trouble?
Today, is your authority and decision to choose whether you allow problem to cause you trouble or you disallow problem to trouble you by bearing the marks of Jesus, which is believing in what Jesus has done on the cross 2015 years ago, He has conquered the biggest problem-death, what else He cannot do?
Sometimes we allow feelings to cause us trouble, but today you can choose to control your feelings by using the word of God and be led by the Holy Spirit who dwells in you then let the peace of God guide your heart in making every decision instead of worrying.
Undoubtedly, sicknesses on physical body will surely cause us trouble, but instead of letting it to affect your daily life, you are to bearing the marks of Jesus by proclaiming because of Jesus's stripes, you are completely healed! Rejoice always in the Lord no matter what the medical or doctor says, for a cheerful heart is good medicine to our body.
Career might be the one causing us trouble too, but instead of anxious about the job, we should bear the marks of Jesus by believing the favor that follow after you will create great opportunity for you. Instead of asking for a job by your own effort, let's put your trust in the God who never fails that the gift from Him gives you good position instead of just a job.
Is relationship becomes something that trouble you? Instead of worrying the relationship will be broken, why not bearing the marks of Jesus believing that His love and forgiveness can restore the broken relationship?

So, no matter what is going on around you, regardless how huge the wave is, let no one cause you trouble for you bear on your body the marks of Jesus which signifying love, victory, honor and glory!

要以救恩快乐

诗 35:9 - 我的心必靠耶和华快乐，靠祂的救恩高兴。

在这个世上，有太多太多的事情能够让我们快乐不起来，甚至成为我们前进的绊脚石。但是，相反的，也有着许许多多的理由、因素是可以让我们的生命充满快乐的。而一个人的快乐与否，都只是在乎自己的选择。今天，你可以让自己的生活是充实，是快乐的；同样的，你也可以让自己的生活是充满悲愤，失败，没有希望的。而这一切，单单看我们自己的选择而决定。

是的，纵然在这世上有太多的理由让我们不能真正的去享受快乐，但是也不要忘了，我们有个能够让我们快乐的源头，就是耶稣基督！当我们烦躁忧虑时，祂告诉我们，要我们把一切的重担忧虑卸给祂，因为祂顾念我们；当我们正在为那刚出炉的医药报告感到无力的时候，祂告诉我们祂是医治的主；当我们正为下一步该如何走的时候，祂告诉我们祂是那指引，能够带我们到高位人的面前；当我们正为金钱而忧虑时，祂告诉我们祂是我们的牧者，我们必不致缺乏。是的，神的话每一句清清楚楚的告诉我们，无论我们在这世上面对什么样的问题都好，祂就是我们的解决方案，祂就是我们的帮助，是我们背后的靠山。但很多时候我们却不当一回事，总觉得唯有靠自己才是最实在的。但事实却是与我们所愿的相违，我们看不到我们预期的效果，反而是越陷越深，导致种种的问题接二连三的缠绕我们。

朋友们，要知道今天无论我们在什么处境中，无论我们面对什么问题都好，要记得我们在这世上只是短暂的过客，我们所面对的问题都会成为过去。所以，我们只管单单的仰望耶稣的完工，享受祂所赐给我们的一切，知道在祂里面我们是完全被保护的，是祂捧在手心里的宝贝。因此，我们可以享受生命的喜乐，可以因着神的救恩快乐。阿门！

以赛亚书49：16看哪，我将你铭刻在我掌上；你的墙恒常在我眼前。

你明白那被离弃的感受吗？又或是那遭人排斥的心情吗？在生命里，你难免会遇到泼你冷水的人，又或是批评你的人，你总听见让你垂头丧气的话。其实，你自己的人生，不应该是有其他人来决定的，因为神预定所给你的人生，本来是喜乐，本来是自由的，因你的生命是以耶和华为乐的，神给你的生命不是委曲求全的，却是丰丰富富的。

诗篇13：5但我倚靠祢的慈爱；我的心因祢的救恩快乐。
诗篇37：4又要以耶和华为乐，祂就将你心里所求的赐给你。

正当耶稣在十字架上时，祂遭众人所弃。他们宁愿释放那罪人巴拿巴，也不愿意将无罪的耶稣释放了。但就是因着耶稣，因着祂，我们就如同巴拿巴一样，在罪中被释放了，不再被罪捆绑，祂甚至担当了我们从前，现在和将来的过犯，使我们全然称义。

同样的，当你觉得你的人生是被丢弃时，又或是没有人记得起你时，在耶稣心里，你却是祂的中心，是祂掌心上的宝！在祂的心里，你就是祂最重要的！纵然没有人记得你，你也要记得，耶稣祂时时刻刻的把你放在心上，祂爱你！

Stand Firm In Christ

Psalm 40:2- “He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.”

No matter what is your struggle today, look to Jesus to end that struggle. We are not here to discuss our problems in details, but we are here
to be reminded again and again on how much Jesus loves us. He has done a lot of things for you, if only you can realize and count on His blessing
in your life, it will totally change your whole perspectives.
Don't worry, is what Jesus always tell His people. Worry is a gripping hand that causes the pipe is unable to flow. God is your Rescuer and He is
always with you. He has lifted you up from the pit of sickness and fear, while setting your feet on His finished work, whereby you just need to stand
firm and know that healing and restoration is yours!
Look up to Him today, and know that He has ended all your sorrows and fear, all those guilts and condemnation, and you are now a child of God that
enjoy all that Jesus is enjoying. He is healthy, so are you; He is prosperous, so are you; look at yourself standing on a solid Rock- Jesus, and know that
your position now is no longer in the mud or slimy pit, you're cleansed, holy and righteous and of course, standing firm in Christ and Christ only!

Romans 10:12- “For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,”

God is a God of wonders, He is a God who can turn impossible into possible, and make something out of nothing. He is truly
real in your life! Therefore no matter what is your need today, Jesus has heard your need. He knows exactly what you have been
going through, and He understands the desire of your heart. When He is The Lord of your life, it simply means that you're now under
His care, you're His responsibility and you're no longer walking life alone, but instead God is a God that will not lie, when He sees you
as His responsibility, He will surely accomplish what He has promised you in your life! That's how much that He loves you!
Don't look at your issues and call out to man or calling out complains, but Call to Him today, and believe that He richly blesses you with
goodness far more than you can ask and imagine! He loves to bless you richly, and all you need is to trust Him and call Him whenever you
need help! :)

复活的主

路 20：38 - 神原不是死人的神，乃是活人的神；因为在祂那里，人都是活的。

朋友们，我们有个复活的主，在祂死了第三天后，祂复活了！为了你，为了我，为了世上的每一个人。若今天耶稣没有复活，我们所信的乃是枉然的了。你知道吗？凡在基督里的，没有一个是死的，这不单单是指着我们的生命，也包括了我们所有的一切，就是我们灵、魂、体，内在外在的所有一切。在我们生命中的全部，只要我们把它都交在主的手里，必要看见一切都是好的，就算是死的也要复活！因为我们的神是使无变有，是叫死人复活的神。

很多时候，或许我们在面对家庭的问题；或许我们在面对事业上的困难；或许我们在面对健康上的问题；也或许我们在面对经济风暴等种种的挑战，这一切，也许是我们人生中的一个难关，也可能对于某些人来说是一个很大的问题，但是要永远记得，没有一样事情是可以大过耶稣的，就算是死亡也不能！因为耶稣基督已胜过一切黑暗的权势，如今祂把那权柄给了我们，叫我们可以践踏蛇和蝎子，断没有什么能够加害我们。神的话也很清楚的告诉我们，当我们把所作的交托给神，我们所谋的就必成立。在一个看似死的关系中，耶稣能够让这段关系被修复；在经济缺乏中，祂用了祂的富足来代替我们的贫穷；在一个失败的事业上，祂能够反败为胜；在病痛中，祂是那医治的主！

亲爱的弟兄姐妹们，要清楚地知道我们有个复活的主，所以不要再从死人中寻找活人了，不要在问题中去寻找耶稣，因为当我们有了耶稣，我们的生命是得胜有余的，我们是站在问题之上的，这世上的一切没有什么能够拦阻我们前进。当我们信靠耶稣的时候，祂必不至让我们羞愧的，祂必定保守我们的一切，让我们的生命是发光发热，是为主作见证的。阿门！

穿越山谷

在詩篇23第一节说：“耶和華是我的牧者，我必不致缺乏，祂使我躺臥在青草地上，領我在可安歇的水邊”。這是多美麗的一個應許；但隨後在第二節却談到非常不同的環境，一個看似突然的轉變；在第四節寫道：“我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因為你與我同在；你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。 “
有時候生活就是這樣，在意想不到的情況之下，悲劇和考驗會把我們從安逸的光景中帶到另一個地方，让我们束手无策，乱了阵脚；但無論身在何處，不管發生什麼事，耶稣祂一直都在，祂是昨日、今日、一直到永远都不改变的神（希13：8）。當我们紧捉住祂，就不会害怕，不至于活在死亡的陰影中。
當負面的東西越是強大，我們就越能體會到自己的有限，如果你今天有這樣的感覺，试着放下這些負面情緒，开始期待那好事就要来到，因為你不會永远都停留在山谷，祂正帶領穿越山谷,到一個全新的领域，你只要要將眼目專注於祂的善良與信實，用心体会祂的美，你必看见祂的荣耀彰显。
今天，鼓勵你把想法與眼光轉向神，讓祂帶領你活出一個全新的生命，帶領你穿越山谷，通往一個和平勝利的地方。阿门！

Romans 8:33- “Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.”
‭‭
You're justified by Jesus perfect performance and not yours. It is Jesus' finished work that gives you
a new life and a living way! Therefore know that when Jesus has justified you, no one and nothing can
condemn or bring any charge against you anymore! Bear in mind that when you're living in guilt and
condemnation, it actually hinders you from enjoying what Christ has done for you. It is like a hose that was
gripped by hand, everything will not flow even though they are already yours! So, healing, peace, joy, righteousness
holiness, and power are already yours; be free from guilt and condemnation and allow what Jesus has blessed
you with flow! As a righteous, know that you enjoy all that your Father has, and ultimately you're free from guilt, condemnation
and charge! When He has justified you, it is irreversible!

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust GOD from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for GOD ’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go, he's the one who will keep you on track.

You can only trust someone when you get to know him, likewise you get to trust Jesus when you truly know who He is
in your life. It takes a developed relationship to trust, as you will not simply trust a stranger that does not understand you or
you don't even know him. Therefore, Jesus wants us to be fully dependant on Him, from the bottom of our heart, look at Him
and trust Him fully, lean the whole weight of our lives upon Him, for He daily bears our burden! So don't try to figure out things on
our own, we may not know, we may not see it yet, we may not understand, but as you listen to Him, Trust Him, instead of any other,
He will keep you on the track of peace, restoration and hope! Allow Him to be the keeper of your life today, and you only need to be
still. So besides of trusting, still, trust Him!

喜乐的心

箴 15:13 - 心中喜乐，面带笑容；心里忧愁，灵被损伤。

一个人的喜怒哀乐很容易展现在我们的脸上。高兴的时候就笑眯眯；难过的时候就哭泣；心情烦躁的时候，脾气也跟着暴躁；沮丧的时候，整个人都变得无精打采。然而，这些负面的情绪很多时候都不能带给我们益处，反而让我们更加消极。经上记着说：喜乐的心乃是良药，忧伤的灵，使骨枯干。（箴 17:22）是的，当一个人是喜乐的，在他眼里一切都是美好的，都是积极的，就算眼前发生了不好的事，他也能往好的方面去想；反之，当一个人被忧伤充满时，他整个人都变得不好了。无论他看见什么，都会往不好的方面去想，就算是好的事情，也会变得不好了。

朋友们，你知道吗？一颗喜乐的心是对我们何等重要。喜乐的心能够帮助我们把大事化小，小事化无。一颗喜乐的心能够让病痛得以好转，因为当心一放开，心一宽，积极的想法会帮助我们不去想恼人的事，而是想令我们开心的事，这样一来，心情好的时候，自然而然就没有什么病痛能够缠绕我们了。但是，若一个人的心里是忧愁的，连带的这整个人都会不好了。他的心被辖制，不能够得着自由。当他的心不自由的时候，整个人的脾气会变差，这将影响自身的健康，是对自己不好的。其实，若要靠我们自己喜乐起来，实在是一件不容易的事，因为这世界仍在恶者的掌权之下，很多时候我们眼见那不好的处境，不好的环境，不好的事物，我们肯定也会受到影响。但是，若今天我们不靠自己，乃是靠神的时候，凡事仰望神，无论大事或小事，我们都选择相信祂，信靠祂，那么要有一颗喜乐的心就不难了。神的话告诉我们，当把一切的忧虑卸给祂，祂必顾念我们。因为神要我们常存喜乐的心，祂的话也很清楚告诉我们：靠主常喜乐！

所以，我们知道今天我们的喜乐不是我们可以假装的，不是我们可以制造的。那真正的喜乐是没有人能够夺去的，因为真正的喜乐是从神而来的。因此，让我们紧抓着耶稣基督，要清楚知道那唯一喜乐的源头就是祂！阿门！
