Psalm 139:10- “even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.”

Start your everyday by being conscious of the presence of God in your life, it will totally change your perspectives in life! The moment when you wake up, be reminded that Jesus is with you; the moment when you're ready to work, remember that Jesus is with you; the moment when you're meeting your client, remember that Jesus is with you, no matter where you are, He never leaves you or forsakes you! Therefore, knowing His presence with you each moment will give you assurance in life, knowing that when God is with you, no issue is too big that He cannot solve for you.
My dear friend, You are never alone, no matter where you are, what you've been going through, Jesus is here to guide you and hold you, He is here to comfort and love you, He is here to give you hope and future! So don't give up, your best days are ahead!

不怕敌人的惊吓

腓立比书1：28 - 凡事不怕敌人的惊吓，这是证明他们沉沦，你们得救都是出于神。

当你紧紧跟随耶稣，纵然这世界还是恶者掌权（约翰一书5：19），你却不属于这世界，你是走在光明中，是属神的子民。所以这世界的经济衰退不属于你；疾病贫穷不属于你；破裂的关系不属于你；而属于你的一切，都是神所赐，都是好的。你有从上头而来的喜乐，你是因耶和华而喜乐的（以赛亚书61：10）。你是灵魂体都兴盛（约翰三书2节）；你是富足的（哥林多后书8：9）；你是被覆庇在祂翅膀的荫下，你是被囚在基督里，恶者不能来动你一根汗毛的。哈利路亚！

仇敌魔鬼，就如同那吼叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找[可]吞吃的人（彼前5：8），你看，不是每一个人它都[可]吞吃，当你没有神的话在你的心中为你的后盾，你的生命就很脆弱，轻易就被击倒，就很容易被吞吃。当你常在神里面，祂的话就在你里面，你就刚强壮胆，遇见问题患难不会轻易妥协或放弃。所以你不用害怕恶者种种惊吓手段，不要怕它，也不要受它影响，总要记得无论环境如何，耶稣总不撇下你，也不丢弃你（希伯来书13：5）。阿门！

仇敌已经是你的脚凳，神已经给你权柄可以践踏恶者，又胜过仇敌一切能力，断没有什么能加害你（路加福音10：19）。当黑暗的权势来控告你，你有权柄可以责备它，因为凡事受了责备，就被光显明出来，因为一切能显明的就是光（以弗所书5：13）。所以耶稣说：“我到世上来，乃是光，叫凡信我的，不住在黑暗里（约翰福音12：46）”。阿门！

Faithful to Save

2 Thessalonians 3:3- “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.”
‭‭
God is faithful, He is faithful in keeping His promises and to bring them to pass in your life. Faithful simply means that He is completely dependable! Therefore you are to know that the God that you believe in is a God that you can completely depend on Him! Yes, you may be facing with issues of life now, but depend on Him instead of your own; yes the report might not be good initially but He is completely dependable! When you can depend on Him, guess what? Nothing is too great that He cannot solve for you.
Therefore, do not worry and be in fear over that bad report, know that Jesus will surely strengthen you and protect you from all evil one! As you're His responsibility, He will take care of you!
Say this together today: I'm Jesus' beloved, He loves me and I believe in His unfailing love. Today no matter where I am, I believe that God is faithful, if He can bring me through that time, He will deliver me too this time! Strengthen me with your love Jesus, I know I'm free from all the evil one which inclusive of lack, sickness and fear. When I am in your love, nothing can be against me. In Jesus name, amen.

思念神国的事

西 3:2-3 - 你们要思念上面的事，不要思念地上的事。因为你们已经死了，你们的生命与基督一同藏在神里面。

每天我们都在思考，都会在想事情。但我们的脑袋常想些什么呢？是对我们有益处的？还是对我们没有任何益处，反而会加添我们忧虑的事？常常的，人们的脑袋无非就在想着世上的事，就是每天生活的事，大至国家、人生大事，小至柴米油盐酱醋茶的事，但很多时候无可否认的，这些事情都是让我们忧虑，让我们烦恼的。其实在圣经里很多处告诉我们，不要思念地上的事，要把一切的忧虑都卸给神。因为祂知道这世上的事很多时候在偷窃我们的喜乐，偷窃我们的平安，甚至搅扰我们，导致我们不能够与神亲近。但是这一切都不是那爱我们的主所愿意看见的，祂要我们是活在祂的喜乐里，是活在祂的旨意里的。

今天，我们可以不要再思念地上的事了。因为我们已经死了。这死了的意思不是我们肉身已经死了，而是我们的劳我死了，我们的重担死了，我们的顾虑死了，我们的旧人死了，因为这些都与耶稣基督一同钉在十字架，现在活着的不再是我们，而是耶稣在我们里面活着。因此，我们可以坦然的到神的面前去支取一切我们所需要的。在世上的一切不再与我们有关系，因为我们如今是活在基督里，任何事上的事情都不能够缠绕我们，不能伤害我们，因为我们身上带着耶稣的印记。现在与我们有关的就是神国的事，神祂说了算，而不是这世界所说的算。

朋友们，我们只管单单的仰望神，相信祂的应许必要成就在我们的生命中。当我们把神的话深植在我们的心版上，昼夜思想，并且相信神所说的话必要作成，以父神的事为念，我们就是在思念神国的事了。所以，让我们的生命是被神的话来充满，是让神来引领我们的每一个脚步。阿门！

诗篇66：12说“我们经过水火，你却使我们到丰富之地。”

为什么会发生这种事情？”“为什么那么的不公平？”“为什么会这样？”很多时候，我们都带着许许多多的“为什么”来过生活。也许世界给你的重担是那么的沉重；但，我们天上的父却愿意成为你我的解脱。 如今，虽然世界的局势是那么的紧张，我们都不晓得恶兆何时会临到我们身上。但，耶稣却应许说：世界上虽然有苦难，但我已经胜过这个世界了（约翰福音16：33）。耶稣要告诉你，祂的十字架就是你的解脱，是你的帮助。在无路可走时，不要忘记祂是你的依靠。

生命中曾有多少的水火，有多少的水深火热，有多少的不知所措，正缠绕着你。。虽然我们经过不公平，但耶稣要带领我们到祝福的境界；虽然我们经过病痛，但耶稣要给我们健康；虽然我们经过贫穷，但耶稣要领我们到丰盛之地。。。因为当祂来的时候，祂要赐给我们的乃是更丰盛的生命（约翰10：10）！

不要再看水有多深，还是火有多猛，因我们行事为人是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见（林后5：7）。耶稣应许你有的是丰盛、祝福、自由、健康，喜乐，而你，将要到达这丰盛之地。记得，十字架就是你的能力，你得依靠。阿门！

Your Help Comes From The Lord

Psalm 121:2- “My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

If you need help today, whether be it financially, or in your health, or your family issues, or on that addiction that has been bonding you for years; instead of being panic on where should you search for help, remember that Jesus is your savior! He came to save and deliver you, when you find no ways for help, He is always here to help you! And guess what? When Jesus helps you, who can be against you anymore? Therefore, all you need is to lift up yor eyes to Him, look at Him and focus on His goodness and grace. Know that as the beloved of His heart, He will save and deliver those that He loves! And, He loves you is an unfailing truth! He is the Maker of Heaven and earth, He is Almighty, and when He helps you, there's nothing too hard that He cannot solve for you. He is always with you, rest in His unfailing love and know that you're saved!

John 15:5- ““I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
‭‭
If an apple tree's branch is to grow, it has to be connected to an apple tree. Likewise, we are wonderfully and fearfully made by the creator of Heaven and the earth, God is our manufacturer and source; so if we are to grow and bear fruits, we too need to be connected to the right source! Therefore, if you will realize that all the more you connect to your emotion, you will tend to be more emotional; if you are connected to the humans' words around you, you will all the more feeling insecure; all these wrong sources that you connect to and rely on will never help you grow and bear fruits, but instead you will see you remain the same each day. But good news is here! Jesus said He is the vine and we are the branches, only He is the one true source that we are to keep ourselves connected each day; from moment to moment, be reminded on His love and what He says about you, as you keep connecting with Him, fruits will grow effortlessly! With Him, you can do all things! :)

恩典

亲爱的，你知道恩典是什么吗？
恩典不是一个科目，恩典不是一种教导，恩典是一个人-耶稣。
恩典在显明神是誰。恩典就是那一位为了救赎你而被钉死在十字架上的。恩典就是那在加略山以宝血救赎我们给于我们永远的生命。
恩典和真理是从神的儿子而来的(约1:17)。在恩典之下，神给了我们公义这份礼物。(罗3:24)
恩典使那绝望的人得着盼望，并且帮助那无助的人。

所以朋友，当你在这恩典之下-就是那不能赚取神的恩惠时，你是得着力量和能力跨越一切挑战的！
耶稣是你的解决，他是你的答案，他是你的希望，喜乐，平安和安全感。当你有了耶稣，你就拥有了一切。
不论有什么问题、挑战或是你现在所处于的环境，你所需要的答案都在这一人-耶稣那里找着了，那就是为什么我们需要神的话-就是耶稣(约1:1)。
是时候让我们紧捉住恩典的启示了，当我们捉紧，我们是从失败进入胜利，从低谷进入突破！

现在就是时候经历耶稣了，朋友。停止挣扎和依靠自己了，而是开始看向耶稣并且相信他在2015年前在十字架上为你为我所成就的一切。
哈利路亚！当我们进入他那无条件的爱时，那就是时候我们看见从里到外的彻底改变了。
一切都是凭着神的恩典！(希4:16 & 罗11:6)

Grace

Beloved, do you know what grace is?
Grace is not a subject, grace is not a doctrine, grace is a person-JESUS.
Grace reveals who God is. Grace is the person who was nailed to the cross for your redemption. Grace is the eternal life for us paid for by the blood-stained sacrifice at Calvary.
Grace and truth came through the Son (John1:17). Under grace, God provides righteousness as a gift. (Rom3:24)
Grace imparts hope to the hopeless and help to those who are helpless.

So, friend, when you are under grace-the unmerited favor of God, you are given the strength and power to rise above your challenges!
Jesus is your solution, He is your answer, He is you hope, joy, peace and security. When you have Jesus, you have everything.
Whatever adversity, challenge or circumstance you may be faced with today, your answer is found in the person of Jesus, and that's why we need the word of God-which is Jesus (John1:1).
It's time for us to catch the revelation of grace, when we tap into, we are moving from defeat to victory and from breakdowns into breakthroughs!

NOW is the time to encounter Jesus, friend. Stop struggling and leaning on ourselves, but to start eyeing on Jesus and believe what He has done at the cross 2015 years ago for you and me.
Hallelujah! When we step into His unfailing love, that is when we shall see transformation from the inside out.
It is all by the grace of God! (Heb4:16 & Rom11:6)

诗 37:4-5 - 又要以耶和华为乐，祂就将你心里所求的赐给你。当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠祂，祂就必成全。

每天一翻开报纸，总有许许多多的新闻映在眼前，有好消息，当然也有坏消息。是的，就如我们每天的生活，有起有落，有悲有喜，充满着各样的情绪。但是，我们却要谨守，不要让这些负面的情绪来决定我们的一天。纵然我们还活在这世上，但是我们不属这世界，我们只是客旅，是寄居的，因此我们不要让这情绪来牵引我们。其实，我们要过怎样的一天，只在乎我们自己的选择。若我们要过得精彩，那么我们就要作对的选择，反之，我们的一天就会被诅丧、担忧、愤怒或种种的负面情绪给影响。

朋友们，每天一早，当我们一睁开眼睛，第一件事就是把我们的一天交托给神。因为唯有当我们心甘情愿的交托，并依靠祂，祂就把我们所愿的赐给我们，给我们成全我们所要的。耶稣基督是我们的葡萄树，我们是祂的枝子，离了祂，我们什么都不能，所以我们的每一天都要连接于祂，与祂亲近。当我们亲近祂，祂就必与我们亲近，凡我们所愿意的，祈求就给我们成就。你知道吗？当你坚定地依靠祂，向我们的主祈求祷告的时候，你所信的必要归给你，你所愿的必得以满足。因为祂是信实的神，祂所应许的必要成就。

所以，我们每天都要以耶和华为乐，要以神为中心，把祂放成我们的指引，带领我们每天的道路，好使我们的脚步不偏差，是走在神的旨意里的。阿门！

约翰福音14：6 耶稣说：我就是道路、真理、生命。若不藉着我，没有人能到父那里去。

人常常哀叹说：“我走投无路了！我真是事事碰着黑，倒霉透了。。。”。在你自己的生命里面，你面临的也是如此的情况呢？破碎家庭看似已经无法修复了？健康已经走到尽头了？甚至觉得经济的紧逼已经让你无法前进了？但今天神跟你说，祂要在你生命的旷野开道路，在你生命的沙漠开江河（以赛亚书43：19）。

耶稣，祂成为了你走投无路时候的出路。祂说：“我就是道路（约翰福音14：6）”。 你的人生中或许寻觅过无数的路径，但总是让你失望；耶稣，祂心甘情愿的被钉死在十字架上，救赎你脱离罪的捆绑，成为你在贫乏，困境，病痛，绝望中一条又新又活的路（希伯来书10：20）。祂供应你一切所需，医治你的病痛，解救你脱离水火之中，引领你到平安的境地。这就是祂对你的心意。祂在十字架上所成就的一切，叫你与神和好（罗马书5：10）。

或许你会问究竟在天父那里有什么呢？

天父那里有一切的丰盛，和一切的供应，你渴望的喜乐、平安、公义、自由、健康、能力、恩典，恩惠，慈爱等都属于你！今天世人都拚力的赚取一切所想要的，天父祂是何等的明白你的感受！祂不愿见你寻寻觅觅，到处碰钉子，以至遍体鳞伤，所以祂赐下独生爱子给你，使你的人生有那美好的盼望。耶稣的愿意成就了你我的生命。今天，你只管享受祂所为你献上的，领受祂所为你预备的！唯有耶稣基督才是你生命中最美好的道路。阿门！

Are You Following the Good Shepherd or the Wrong shepherd?

Psalm 23:1- The Lord is my Shepherd, I lack nothing.

Who are you following today? Who is the one shepherding you today? Know that the Word of God says that Jesus is the good shepherd, and in other hand means there must be some bad shepherd! Likewise, as you check what you have been thinking lately, whether you are emotionally affected by the circumstances, you will realize that most of the time we tend to follow the wrong shepherd. We follow our feelings, we follow people's opinion, we follow what we perceive and see, we follow and counting on how great is the issues of life! Therefore, when you follow the wrong shepherd, when you seek after all these issues, it does not benefit you but instead it leads you into wrong thinking and deeper emotional trauma. But when you follow Jesus, seeing Him as your shepherd, follow His Word and footsteps, you will realize that Jesus is constant! He is yesterday, today and forever the same! He loves you and He means it! He says He will provide and He means it! He says He is with you and He means it! Therefore as you follow the right and good shepherd, it leads you to right thinking and eventually it leads you to right believing. See Jesus as your shepherd today, and know that you lack nothing!!

Say this prayer today: "Jesus, thank you for being a good shepherd who watches over me, protects me when I'm helpless and provides me when I'm in lack. When I've you as my Shepherd, I fear no evil and I worry not, for I believe I'll always see your goodness, mercy, favor and grace all of my life. Amen!"

Break Free

Psalm 107:14- “He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains.”

Do you know that you got a prison break? And of course, it is done by Jesus! He has set you free at the cross by His finished work! When you look at yourself, know that you're no longer in bondages, but freedom! My friend, You may be imprisoned by fears, guilt and even your past; you may be feeling ashamed of your past mistakes, but know that Jesus has broken the chains of your fear, guilt and your past, and He has brought you out from the utter darkness! You're no longer imprisoned in darkness, but now you're grounded in His grace and love! Guess what? When you're no longer in darkness, it simply means you're in the light of God now, when you're grounded in His grace and love, you can be assured that you are a winner in life! More than that, the word of God has promised you that you are more than a conqueror! So, start to Believe that your life is changing for the better, good days are ahead! Keep your mind and thoughts in line with what He has promised you, and enjoy your prison free life! You're no longer a slave but a child, you're the head and not the tail, you're in freedom and not bondage, and you are free from darkness but living in the light of God now!

帖前 5:5 - 你们都是光明之子，都是白昼之子；我们不是属黑夜的，也不是属幽暗的。

亲爱的弟兄姐妹们，当我们是属基督的，我们就是光明之子。光明之子是走在光明中，所作的也是光明的。而光明所结的果子就是一切良善、公义、诚实。在我们的生命中，是充满着神的恩典，是结出神丰盛的果子。你知道吗？当我们是白昼之子，我们就不属于黑暗，更不属于这恶者掌权的幽暗世界。在这世上，我们只是客旅，是寄居的，我们不属于这世界，正如我们的父，耶稣基督一样。因此，在这世上的一切都不是属于我们的，这一切所见的只是暂时的。就好比我们到某个国家去旅游，我们进入那个国家，我们必须跟从他们的制度，他们的文化，但是，那个国家却不是我们所属的地方，我们只是暂时在那里旅游，我们终究要回到属于我们的地方。正如我们不属这世界，我们终究要回到我们真正的家，就是我们的父所为我们预备的地方。

所以，在这世上的病痛不是属于我们的，只有健康是属于我们的，因为病痛不是从我们光明的父那里来的；这世上的缺乏不是属于我们的，只有富足才是属于我们的，因为我们的父神是使人富足的神；这世上的失败不属于我们，我们是成功之子，因为我们的耶稣基督是得胜者，而我们是得胜有余的；这世上的嫉妒不是属于我们的，因为我们的父赐给我们一条新命令，就是要彼此相爱。朋友们，要清楚知道，由于这世界仍在恶者的掌权之下，因此这世界是充满苦难，诱惑，不良的影响，以及一切幽暗的事。纵然如此，但是我们的父，耶稣基督却告诉我们，我们可以放心，因为祂已胜了这世界，而我们也可以藉着祂在这世上过着得胜有余的生命，因为我们是属祂的，是属于光明的。

朋友们，让我们无时无刻的告诉自己，我们是被爱的，我们属于耶稣基督的，我们是祂的至宝，是祂所顾念的。因此，我们的生命所结出的果子是上好的果子，是荣耀父的果子，让我们时常感恩，把一切的荣耀都归给父神。阿门！

诗篇46:10 - 你们要休息，要知道我是神！

今天就进入上帝的安息，不再活在忧虑惧怕中，生命中的那些云层只是暫时的，它终究会过去，当我们对人生带着好的期盼，我们的明天肯定比现在更加好；因此在以赛亚书40：8说“草必枯干，花必凋残，惟有我们神的话必永远立定”。神的话是真实的，祂的应许必都要兑现。可能目前看來灰暗陰沉，但乌云背后有阳光，太阳一直都在照耀。。。
亲爱的朋友，要有更高的眼界，拓展你的视野，穿越云层，用你心灵的眼睛看见上帝在掌权，耶稣在约翰20：29对多马说：“你因看见了我才信，那没有看见就信的有福了！”所以今天的你和我，都是有福的！要放開那一切拖累缠绕你的，把你的重担都卸下，如此你才能活得轻松自在，纵然这世上还是有苦难，但耶稣说祂已经得胜，而你是得胜有余的！
无论何时，你可以跟耶稣傾心吐意，祂垂听你的祷告，安慰你，扶持你，陪你走过人生的起落；因着这份爱的信念，我们的信心不被动摇，反而更加穩固，因為无论环境如何，祂都是那位永不改变的神。所以当外在的环境纷扰混乱，当你把自己沉浸在耶稣的爱里，你依然可以安息，享受祂的安宁。
当你沮丧时，抬起头来，记得耶和华的话安定在天，直到永远（诗篇119：89）；祂的宝座立定，直到万代；祂的应许确实，要成就一切祂所喜悦的。阿们！

He Came to The Rescue!

Psalm 91:14- ““Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.”
‭‭
Saving you is Jesus' job description. He came as a Savior, not a condemner. Many would have thought that the coming of Jesus is to condemn and judge, but if He came to condemn, the bible will not tell us that a Savior was sent! Therefore, when a savior was sent to us, definitely He comes to save and that's why He is called as a Savior! Just like because you produce something and therefore you're called as a producer! When Jesus came to save, you have to know that He is all powerful and there's nothing that is too hard for Him! My friends, Whatever situation that you're in now, trust that He is always on the rescue! Let Him protects you in His everlasting arms, and you only need to be secure in His love.

Make this your prayer today: Father in Heaven, I thank you that I am always secure in your everlasting arms and love. Your love, your fullness of grace and your mercy in my life enable me to move on today with boldness and courage. Thank you for rescuing me from this situation, when I acknowledge you instead of acknowledging the problems, I know I can soar above the storms with you. Thank you Father, in the name of Jesus, amen.

Change What You Think

Proverbs 23:7- “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he."

What you have been thinking lately? Are you thinking of how unworthy you are? Or are you thinking of how impossible that things can turn around for you? No matter what you have been thinking lately, remember one thing: what you think inside will eventually affect who you are externally. If you have been focusing on those issues and being negative in your thoughts, guess what, you will never look joyful, your countenance will be affected and of course everything outside will be affected by your one thought. Therefore, If you long for a radical change in your life, have a radical change IN you first! You are what you think, therefore, keep your thoughts align with the Words of God, meditate and chew it day and night, and out of your belly shall explode a complete change effortlessly! All you need to do is to keep yourself and your mind in the thoughts of God, which means to think of His Words, what He says about you, and how much He loves you, and it will change your life completely. Jesus is the transformation maker, and He is in you! So, when He is in you, when you keep your thought captivated to His words only, change will birth out, don't worry!

约 6:20 - 耶稣对他们说：“是我，不要怕！”

朋友们，在你的生命中，有什么是让你觉得害怕的？是外在的事物？是内心的恐惧？是外来的因素？还是其他的突发事件？有些人会因为某些动物而感到害怕；有些人会因为一个人的时候而感觉害怕；有些人会因为突然察觉的病痛而感觉害怕；有些人会因为陌生的环境而感到害怕；但无论是什么事，都不能隔绝耶稣基督对你的爱。

你知道吗？耶稣基督赐给我们的是刚强壮胆的心，是无论面对什么问题，都能够坦然无惧勇往直前的。人若在患难之日胆怯，你的力量就微小。（箴 24:10）所以我们的主不愿看见祂的孩子们是败在胆怯下，而是在那之上的。祂一直都在对祂所爱的孩子们说：是我，不要怕！无论在什么情况中，祂都知道我们的需要，祂知道我们内心的想法，祂知道我们的恐惧，但是，祂却是应许我们，对我们不离不弃的。祂是无时无刻都在我们身边，作我们随时的帮助和供应。当健康出现问题时，祂说：不要怕，我是你的医治；当经济出现状况，祂说：不要怕，我是你的供应；当事业遇到瓶颈时，祂说：不要怕，我是你的指引；当关系出现裂痕时，祂说：不要怕，我是你的修复。当我们需要什么的时候，祂就是那一切的源头。

亲爱的弟兄姐妹们，当耶稣基督告诉你，“不要怕，是我” 的时候，你真的能够全心全意的来信靠祂吗？当祂告诉你，祂就是一切的源头，你是否真的把祂视为你一切所需要的源头呢？若相信，事情就要照着所信的成就了！阿门！

有一个人，他在冷藏部门工作，一天意外被鎖在冷藏库里，一時求救無門。當他一时`到被困在里面时，他開始尖叫，敲打门，直到他的拳頭流血，筋疲力倦为止。他心裡知道如果一直被困住，体温会越來越低， 最后死去。所以他心里非常害怕，一直在哭泣， 就這樣一直哭喊到幾乎失聲，就失去了知覺。
第二天他被人发现蜷縮在角落，已经凍死了。但令人驚訝的是，事實上冷藏倉庫裡的溫度並不冷，不会使一个人冻死。之所以死去，是因為他一直活在他的思想裡，他一直認為他待的是一個溫度非常低的冷藏庫，於是他懼怕的事就臨到他身上。所以事實上，他是“怕到死”去的，不是被“冻死”的。
恐懼往往使我們把問題放大，把我们捆住。惡者來控告我們：你永遠不會成功，你永遠不會好起來，你永遠不会結婚，你永遠不能重新來過。。。這一切都是謊言，上帝說：“不要害怕”，因為你在我的手掌心上，你终身的事在我手中（诗篇31：15）。你會有孤獨和無助的时候，感覺不到上帝的同在，但我们行事为人是凭信心，不是凭感觉和眼见（林后5：7）。祂說，“当你惧怕时，要信靠我；不要怕问题环境有多艰难，在我那里，问题是不存在的。我會保護你，安慰你，賜你力量與勇氣。我为你成就的，必是超過你所求所想。”阿门！

马可福音5：36。。。不要怕，只要信。

Matthew 17:7 - But Jesus came and touched them. "Get up," he said. "Don't be afraid."

Many of times, the greatest enemy that you can face is never the challenges or the mountains around you, but rather, you are your greatest enemy. Nothing can defeat you in life, unless you allow it yourself. Many of times, we soak ourselves in the waves of our challenges, rewinding and thinking about how difficult it is, what a failure that we are, how impossible to be delivered from such issues of life, and we will never see hope again. Our thoughts defeat us easily if we do not take them captive, and bring them back to the thought and mind of Christ. To think what God thinks, to speak what God speaks is not a set of rules, but rather it helps you to fix your eyes and attention on God, when you get your thoughts align back to the Word of God, you will see everything shall dissolve! So get up from the negative thoughts now, do not be afraid, for Jesus is still in control!
