‭‭‬‬哥林多前书 6：20 因为你们是重价买来的。所以，要在你们的身子上荣耀神。

You may or someone may look down at you right now, causing you to devalue yourself according to their perspectives and your own perceptions. But do you know that your value isn't found in other people's word or your own assumptions? No one and no circumstances can determine your value in Christ, for you are purchased with Jesus' life! Know that your identity has changed, your value has changed, your life has changed just because Jesus has done all things for you at the cross! He has given up His life in order to give you life, therefore you are worthy, and your value is determine by God! So today, you're all the more precious, honorable, unique, one and only! See yourself as precious and loved by God, and you'll live life as bold as a lion! ‬‬Amen!

现在你可能因着自己本身的因素，或是有人轻看了你，导致你因着这些而贬低了自己的价值。但你知道吗？你生存的价值不是因着人或是你的自我判断；因为没有任何人，没有任何外在的环境可以否定你在基督里的价值，因为你是耶稣重价所赎回来的！你的身份已经改变，你的价值已经改变，你的生命也就已经不再一样，因着耶稣在十字架上已经为你成了！为了给你生命，祂舍了自己的生命，所以你是贵重的，你的价值是由神来肯定的！所以今天你是珍贵，充满光芒，独一无二的！看你自己为宝贝，被上帝所疼爱的，你就可以活的胆壮如狮子！阿们！

路加福音 19:10 人子来，为要寻找、拯救失丧的人。

‭‭If you said that you are losing direction in life right now, you do not know how to move on in this marriage, you don't know how to walk towards your future, you don't know where to find your solutions, know that it is at your weakest point, it is at the point that you can't even help yourself anymore, the grace of God can abound much more in your life! Know that before you can even strife to find God, Jesus came and already found you! When He has found you, He placed you on His shoulders and walked happily back, and throwing celebration just because you have been found! That's how much He loves and cares about you! Therefore, He is here to deliver you, not to condemn you! So my friend, Lean on His leading, and know that He will definitely show you the way! When Jesus is your way, you can never be lost anymore! ‬‬‬‬Amen!‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

如果说现在你失去了生活的方向，不知道该如何在你的婚姻中继续前进，你不知道你的未来该如何走，你不知道在哪里可以找到解决方案，你当晓得在你最软弱的时候，在你最无能为力的时候，上帝的恩典要在生命中覆庇你！在你挣扎着来到神面前之先，耶稣已经来了，祂已经找到你了！当祂寻着你，祂是把你扛在肩头上，欢喜的带你回来，欢庆着，因为你已经被找着了！这就是祂那么的爱你和顾惜你！祂来是要救赎你，不是定你的罪！所以朋友，信靠祂的引领，并知道祂必指示你前面的道路！当耶稣是你的道路，你永远不会迷失方向！阿们！

2 Corinthians 6:2 For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.
哥林多后书 6:2 因为祂说：“在悦纳的时候，我应允了你；在拯救的的日子，我搭救了你”。看哪，现在正是悦纳的时候，现在正是拯救的日子。

You are living in the time of God’s favor and you are living in the day of salvation. Today, God heard you in favor. He heard your needs and He heard what’s in your heart. With all your needs and He heard your needs and He heard what’s in your heart. With all your needs presented to Him, He favors you and He wants to bless you with what’s the best. As you are living in His favor, guess what happen? You become attractive! You attract blessings. You attract opportunities and people around simply like you. What a day to live in! Not only that, you are living in God’s salvation. That is, you are living in God-given prosperity, God-given peace and joy, God-given health and God-given restoration. God helped you! With His help on your side, no mountain is too high that you cannot climb over and no problem is too big that you cannot overcome. Remember this: You are in God’s favor and you are in God’s salvation. Amen!

你现在是活在上帝恩惠的时间里，你是活在救恩的时代里。上帝祂在悦纳的时候听见了你。祂听见了你的需要，祂听见了你心深处的需要。今天，你可以把你所有的需要陈明给祂，祂必悦纳，祂要把上好的赐福给你。当你活在祂的恩惠里，猜一猜怎么样？你会变得更加有吸引力！你会吸引更多的福份；你会吸引机会，周围的人自然而然就会喜欢你。这真是美好的日子！不单是这样，你是活在上帝的救恩里。那就是，你住在神赐给你的丰盛、平安和喜乐里，还有健康修复里。神是你的帮助！当你有祂的帮助，没有大山是太高你不能越过的，没有问题是太大你不能胜过的！要记住：你是活在上帝的恩惠里，你是活在上帝的救恩里。阿们！

Proverbs 3:1-2 My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity.
箴言 3:1-2 我儿，不要忘记我的法则 ; 你心要谨守我的诫命。因 为他必将长久的日子，生命的年 数与平安，加给你。

Being as a child of God, we can not by pass the Word of God. As a child of our Father, we are to be attentive to what He says, for we have confidence in the Lord that our Father in heaven cares and loves us, and whatever that He says will be for our benefits! The Word of God is the life and breath of God, and as a child of God, again, it is the source of our lives. Our living, our conduct, our speech, our reaction has to be in line with the Word of God. Therefore, the Word of God urges us to not forget about His teaching, but keeping His words within our hearts. Not forgetting means you are to remember it at all times, and when you keep something, it has to be at that same place. That's why you call you keep it!
Now, God wants us to keep His Word in our hearts, as our hearts are the good soil that only the seed can germinate and grow. His Word is the seed, it is the seed of life. But if you plant it in your head, or if you choose to ignore it, the seed can never grow and you will never see effect in your life! Likewise, we are to plant the Word in us, believing that all the Words that He said, and you shall encounter how the Word of God prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity! Hallelujah! How great! Not just having your life prolong many years, which means your health is restored and renewed, you enjoy peace in the Word and furthermore, it brings you prosperity! Therefore, start to keep the Word within you, meditate it day and night, until this seed germinates and grow into fruition! Amen!

身为神的孩子，我们不能没有神的话。作为天父的孩子，我们要留意意保守祂的话，我们当对天父有信心，知道祂爱我们，顾念我们，对我们所说的每一句话都是叫我们得着益处！神的话就是祂的生命和气息，再次强调，身为神的孩子，祂的话是我们生命的源泉。我们的生活、动作、存留都在乎祂，我们对生命的回应必须与话语一致。所以，神的话呼吁我们不要忘记祂的训诲，而是要将祂的话存留在我们心中。不要忘记意味着你要时刻的牢牢记得，就像当你保存某样东西时，它必须是时刻在相同的地方。这就是为什么要叫你紧紧的守住！
现在，神要我们把祂的话存在心中，因为唯有当我们的心是好土时，种子才可以发芽成长。而祂的话就是种子，且是生命的种子。但如果你是把它种在你的脑袋里，或是你选择忽略它，种子就永远不会成长，你就不会在你的生命中看到果效！同样的，当我们要把神的话种在心里，相信祂所说的一切话，你将会看到神的话语如何使你足享长寿，给你带来平安与丰盛！哈利路亚！这是何等的美好！它不仅仅是叫你足享长寿，还意味着你的健康将得到修复与更新，你得以享受在神话语的平安里，且带给你兴盛的生命！所以，开始把神的话存留在你心中，昼夜思想，直到种子发芽成长！阿们！

2Timothy 2:8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David. This is my gospel.
提摩太后书 2:8 你要纪念耶稣基督乃是大卫的后裔，祂从死里复活，正合乎我所传的福音。

Dear beloved of God, today you are to be reminded that you are God's beloved that He gave His one and only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross 2019 years ago just to redeem you. God has given us Jesus Christ freely, what else will He withhold from us? Jesus not only died for us at the cross to bear all our sins and redeemed us from all the curses, but He also risen from the dead so that we are justified by grace through faith. Therefore we can now come boldly to the throne of grace to receive all that Jesus has done for us. Can sickness bigger than Jesus who has conquered the death? NO! Jesus is bigger than the sickness, therefore by His stripes, we are healed and made whole in Him. Can lacking bigger than Jesus who has conquered the death? NO! Jesus is bigger than the lacking and therefore we can receive abundantly according to His glorious riches. Can broken relationship bigger than Jesus who has conquered the death? NO! Jesus is bigger than the broken relationship and therefore we can receive the love restoration in Him. Can addiction bigger than Jesus who has conquered the death? NO! Jesus is bigger than the addiction and therefore we can now be free from all the addictions that hold us back in life.
Now, only thing we are to hold on and trust is the finished work of Christ. Look to Jesus and His finished work knowing that He is risen from the dead and He is now seated at the right hand of Father. As Christ is, so are we in this world. So, we are also seated at the right hand of the Father who is above all problems. Remember our identity, dear beloved, we are the righteous one because of what Christ has done. Therefore, we can come boldly to God knowing that nothing can separate us from the love of God. Is no longer our own performance or achievement make God loves us more or less, but is solely depends on the finished work of Christ. Our standing before God is forever righteous for Christ has done it all. Hallelujah! There is now NO MORE condemnation in Christ Jesus for He has justified us by grace through faith. Praise the Lord!

神所亲爱的，今天你要不断地被提醒你是神所爱的，爱到一个地步将祂的独生爱子赐给了我们，2019年前为我们死在十字架上就是为了拯救你。神既不爱惜自己的爱子为我们白白舍了，还有什么不和祂一同白白赐给我们呢？耶稣不只是为我们死在十字架上诚然担当我们一切的罪并救赎我们脱离一切咒诅，祂更是为我们从死里复活了好叫我们能因信称义。所以我们得以坦然无惧来到神施恩的宝座前领受耶稣为我们所成就的一切。疾病能大过战胜了死亡的耶稣吗？绝对不能！耶稣比疾病更大，因此因祂受的鞭伤，我们完全得医治并且在祂里面我们是完全的。缺乏能大过战胜了死亡的耶稣吗？绝对不能！耶稣比缺乏更大，因此我们能照着祂荣耀的丰富使我们一切所需用的都充足。破碎的关系能大过战胜了死亡的耶稣吗？绝对不能！耶稣比破碎的关系更大，因此我们能领受祂爱的修复。恶瘾能大过战胜了死亡的耶稣吗？绝对不能！耶稣比恶瘾更大，因此我们脱离一切使我们无法前进的恶瘾。
现在，我们唯一要捉紧并且相信的就是基督十架上的完工。看向耶稣并祂的完工，知道祂已从死里复活，现在坐在父的右边。基督如何，我们在这世上也如何。所以，我们也是坐在父的右边，超乎一切问题之上。记得我们的身份，亲爱的，因着耶稣基督所做的我们是公义的。因此，我们得以坦然无惧的来到神面前，知道没有什么能使我们与神的爱隔绝。不再是凭着我们自己的表现或成绩使神爱我们多或少，而是单单靠着基督的完工。我们在神面前的站立永远是公义的，因为基督已成就了一切。哈利路亚！现在在基督耶稣里不再定罪了，因为祂已使我们因信称义。赞美主！

提摩太后书 2:1 因为神赐给我们不是胆怯的心，乃是刚强、仁爱、谨守的心。

Friends, you are strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. It is by God’s grace (unmerited favor, underserved favor) that you are empowered and enabled to be strong. Whenever you are weak, He makes you strong. Whenever you fall, He lifts you up. Whenever you cry, He wipes away your tears. His love for you is unconditional. Nothing you can do to make Him love you more and nothing you can do to make Him love you less. His love for you are full! He sees you as the apple of His eyes. He wants to guide you and shows you the way. He wants to strengthen you in His grace so that you are able to move on boldness and courage. Therefore, be strong today and live this day to the full! Amen!

朋友，你要在耶稣基督的恩典上刚强起来。你是因着上帝的恩典（不配得的恩典），而得力量与刚强。每当你软弱的时候，祂使你得以刚强；每当你跌倒的时候，祂把你兴起来；当你哭泣的时候，祂擦干你的眼泪。祂对你的爱是无条件的。你不能做些什么来使到祂爱你多一些或爱你少一些。祂对你的爱是满满的！祂视你为祂眼中的瞳人。祂要引领你，指示你前面的道路。祂要使你在祂的恩典上刚强起来，好让你能坦然无惧的继续前进。今天，当刚强和享受全新的一天吧！阿们!

You are created by God, you are His workmanship, and right before you are in your mother's womb, He already knew you! Therefore, if you think that no one understands you, then you're wrong, Jesus knows you well! He knows every single details of your life, He knows what are going to happen next in your future, He is the Alpha and Omega, He saw and fore knew everything in your life! ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬Therefore, you can rest and assure that when a Father who loves you deeply holds and knows your future, you can rely on His unfailing love to lead you each day! My friends, Even if you have weaknesses, even if you fail, but He knows it all and He never gives up on you, He still loves you now and forever! No one knows you like He does and yet no one can love you like Him! ‬‬‬‬Amen！‬‬

你是神所造的，你是祂的工作，当你还在母腹里时，祂已经认识你！所以，如果你認為沒有人理解你，那么你就错了，耶穌晓得你的一切！祂晓得你生命中每一件细小的事，祂知道你的未來会发生什么事，祂是阿拉法，祂是俄梅戛，祂预知并晓得你生命中的每一件事！所以你可以安心且肯定，當一個爱你的父親深深地拥抱你並知晓你未來的事，你可以来依靠祂永遠的爱，这爱每天都引导你的方向！朋友，即便你软弱了，即便你失敗了，但祂仍体恤你，永远不会放弃你，祂依然愛你！沒有人能像祂那样知晓你一切的事，也沒有人能像祂那样的爱你！阿们！

以弗所书 3：17 使基督因你们的信，住在你们心里，叫你们的爱心有根有基。

Never ever doubt that you're being loved, do know that even if man may fail you but God He will never fail you! Therefore, it is so important to root and establish in the love of Christ, knowing that how much He loves you empowers you in all affairs of life. It is only when you know and sure that He loves you unfailingly and unconditionally, that enables you to come boldly to the throne of grace and receive help in times of your need! My dear friends, it is Today, that you should know that nothing that you can do to make Him love you less, because when you were at your worst state, He already fall in love with you! While you were still a sinner, while you did not manage to do anything to please Him, Christ died for you! Hence, secure yourself in His love today and move on boldly!

永远不要怀疑你是不被爱的，你要晓得即便人会失信于你，但上帝祂永远不会失信于你！因此，在基督的爱里有根有基非常重要，你要确信祂非常爱你，给你生命的动力。唯有当你晓得并确定祂是永远无条件地爱你时，你才能坦然无惧的来到施恩宝座前，支取你随时的帮助！亲爱的朋友，今天你当晓得，你不会因为做了些什么，使到祂爱你少一点，因为当你处于最糟糕的时候，祂已经爱你了！当你还是一个罪人的时候，当你无法做任何事情来取悦祂时，基督已经为你死了！所以今天你要保守自己在祂的爱中，坦然无惧地往前走！

Jeremiah 1: 12 The the Lord said to me, “ You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it.”
耶利米书 1:12 耶和华对我主说：“你看的不错；因为我留意保守我的话，使得成就。”

God is watching over His word to perform miracles in your life. God is watching over His word to fulfill all His promises for you. When God is watching over His word to perform it, what shall we do? We shall watch over His word to receive it! As the bible says so, we believe so and that settles everything! As the bible says you are successful, stop seeing yourself as a failure and start seeing yourself as a successful person. You are what the bible says you are. When the bible says you are righteous, see yourself as a righteous person. When the bibles says you are forgiven, regardless what you have done in the past, forgive yourself. God is watching over His word to perform and we are watching His word to receive. Open your bible today and find out who you are in Christ, what you have in Christ and what you can do through Christ. Amen!

神照着祂的话成就奇事在你生命中；神照着祂的话成就祂所有的应许在你生命中。当神是照着祂的话成就时，我们要如何回应呢？我们若要得着，就要留意保守祂的话！圣经如何说，我们就要如何信，然后我们就会看见事情成就了！圣经说，你是成功的，所以，不要再看自己为失败者，开始看自己是成功的人。圣经如何说你，你就如何。当圣经说你是公义的，你就要看自己是公义的。当圣经说你是得赦免的，不论你之前做了什么，你要原谅你自己。神照着祂的话成就一切，我们只需要留意保守祂的话来领受。今天就翻开你的圣经去寻找，在基督里你是谁，你拥有什么，能够做什么。阿们！

2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.
帖撒罗尼迦后书 3:3 但主是信实的，要坚固你们，保护你们脱离那恶者。

‭‭God is faithful, He is faithful in keeping His promises and to bring them to pass in your life. Faithful simply means that He is completely dependable! Therefore you are to know that the God that you believe in is a God that you can completely depend on Him! Yes, you may be facing with issues of life now, but depend on Him instead of your own; yes the report might not be good initially but He is completely dependable! When you can depend on Him, guess what? Nothing is too great that He cannot solve for you. Therefore, do not worry and be in fear over that bad report, know that Jesus will surely strengthen you and protect you from all evil one! As you're His responsibility, He will take care of you! Say this together today: I'm Jesus' beloved, He loves me and I believe in His unfailing love. Today no matter where I am, I believe that God is faithful, if He can bring me through that time, He will deliver me too this time! Strengthen me with your love Jesus, I know I'm free from all the evil one which inclusive of lack, sickness and fear. When I am in your love, nothing can be against me. In Jesus name, amen!

神是信实的，祂忠心保守祂的应许，且实际行在你生命中。信实单单意味着祂是完全可信靠的！因此你要知道，你所相信的神是一位你可以完全信靠的！没错，你现在可能面临各样的问题，但你要来依靠祂而不是你自己；没错，你收到的报告可能是不好的，但神祂是全然信实的！当你愿意依靠祂，会怎么样呢？没有什么是太大太难到祂不能为你解决的。所以不要因着那不好的报告而担心，知道耶稣必来刚强你，保护你脱离那恶者！因为你是祂的责任，祂必定会照顾你！今天就说：我是耶稣所爱的，祂爱我，我相信祂对我那永远的爱。今天无论我在哪里，我相信神是信实的，如果在那时候祂能带我走过，现在也能帮助我！耶稣祢的爱刚强我，我知道我已经从一切不好的，包括缺乏，疾病和惧怕脱离了。当我在祢的爱里，没有什么可以抵挡我。奉耶稣的名我祷告，阿门！

Psalm 34:10 The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.
诗篇 34:10 少壮狮子还缺食忍饿；但寻求耶和华，什么好处都不缺。

You who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Bible says that as you seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, all things shall be added to your life (Matthew 6:33). John 1:1 shows us that God is the Word and the Word is God. To seek the Lord, you are to seek the word. How much time you spent the Word is how much time you spent in the Lord. Meditating the word is fellowshipping with God. As you seek first His Word, being in His presence, you shall lack no good thing. Father God, the lions may grow weak and hungry, but as I seek you, I shall lack no good thing. Thank you for adding all that I need into my life. Today, I am to keep your word in my heart and meditate it day and night. You word is living and active and it brings healing to my body. Thank you for giving me your word. Amen!

当你寻求耶和华，你什么好处都不缺。圣经说当你寻求神的国和神的义时，你所需要的一切都加添给你了（马太福音6：33）。约翰福音1:1告诉我们说：“太初有道，道与神同在，道就是神”。你当寻求神，当寻求祂的话语。你花多少时间在神的话语，你就是花多少时间与神亲近。默想神的话语就是与神同在。当你寻求祂的话语，享受在祂同在里，你肯定什么都不缺。阿爸天父我感谢祢，少壮狮子还缺食忍饿，但是当我寻求祢，我什么都不缺。我感谢祢加添给我一切所需要的。今天，我把祢的话语存记在心里，日日夜夜都来默想，因为祢的话是活泼有功效的，是医治全体的良药。我感谢祢给我了你的话语。阿们！

Hebrews 12: 3 Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
希伯来书 12:3 那忍受罪人这样顶撞的，你们要思想，免得疲倦灰心。

Today, consider Jesus! Consider Him who endured the cross for your sake. He was trampled down to the ground so that you shall be lifted up today. He suffered stripes on His body so that by His stripes, you are healed today. He was made poor at the cross so that you through His poverty might become rich today. He who had no sin to be sin for you, so that today, you are made righteous. Jesus died to give us all! He died to set us free! He dies to reconcile us back to the Father! He died so that we live! Three days later, He was raised to life for our sake too! He seated us with Him at the right hand side of the Father! He swallowed death so that we have eternal life! He conquered death so that today, we are more than a conqueror! Through the finished work of Jesus at the cross, we have hope, we have joy, we have peace, and we have all that we need. With Jesus in us, we will not grow weary and lose heart.

今天，你当思想耶稣！思想祂为了你而忍受了十字架的苦难。祂被践踏在地，好让你今天能被兴起来；祂被鞭被打，好叫今天你因着祂的鞭伤得了医治。耶稣在十字架上成了贫穷，好叫你今天因着祂的贫穷成为富足。耶稣祂本来无罪，却因你成了罪人，好让你今天可以称为义人。耶稣祂为了给你一切而死在十字架上！祂死为了释放我们！祂死为了让我们可以与神和好！祂死了好让我们可以活着！三天后，耶稣祂复活，也是为了我们！祂叫我们与祂一同坐在天父的右边！祂吞灭了死亡好叫我们拥有永生！祂战胜了死亡，所以今天，我们是得胜有余的！藉着耶稣十字架的完工，我们有盼望，我们有喜乐，我们有平安，我们拥有一切所需的。有耶稣在我们里面，我们就不会轻易疲倦灰心。

Ephesians 1:4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.
以弗所书 1:4 就如神从创立世界以前，在基督里拣选了我们，使我们在祂面前成为圣洁，无有瑕疵。

My dear friends, right before you choose God, He has chosen you. He has chosen you right before you have any chance to make a mistake, and even when you were still a sinner, Christ died for you! Therefore, He loves you and chose you not because of your perfect performance but out of His unfailing love! Therefore, if you feel condemn today, be reminded that even before the creation of this world, God already has you in His heart, He called you as a darling, He sees you as precious, and you are His beloved! Nothing that you can do to make Him love you less! Therefore, know that because of Jesus perfect finished work, God sees you as holy and blameless in His sight! You can't be more perfect and holy than you are now, because it's all done by Jesus perfect performance and not yours! You are a wonder, unique and special, you are righteous, holy and blameless! Never depreciate yourself because God appreciates you!

亲爱的朋友，在你还没有选择上帝之前，祂已经选择了你。祂在你有机会犯错之前已经选择了你，甚至在你还是一个罪人时，基督已经为你而死！祂爱你，祂拣选你不是因为你有好的行为表现，而是出于祂对你永远的爱！所以，如果今天你觉得被定罪，要立即提醒自己，在创立世界以先，上帝已经把你放在祂心中，祂称你为祂所亲爱的，祂看你为宝贵的，你是祂所爱的！祂不会因着你的所作所为，而使到祂少爱你一些！所以，知道因着耶稣一次的献祭，在上帝眼里你是全然美丽，毫无瑕疵的！现在的是你完全和圣洁的，这一切都不是靠你自己得着的，而是因着耶稣一次的献祭！你的生命是一个奇迹，独一无二和分别为圣的，你是公义，圣洁和毫无瑕疵！因此永远不要轻看自己，因为上帝祂顾念你！

What you have been thinking lately? Are you thinking of how unworthy you are? Or are you thinking of how impossible that things can turn around for you? No matter what you have been thinking lately, remember one thing: what you think inside will eventually affect who you are externally. If you have been focusing on those issues and being negative in your thoughts, guess what, you will never look joyful, your countenance will be affected and of course everything outside will be affected by your one thought. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬Therefore, If you long for a radical change in your life, have a radical change IN you first! You are what you think, therefore, keep your thoughts align with the Words of God, meditate and chew it day and night, and out of your belly shall explode a complete change effortlessly! All you need to do is to keep yourself and your mind in the thoughts of God, which means to think of His Words, what He says about you, and how much He loves you, and it will change your life completely. Jesus is the transformation maker, and He is in you! So, when He is in you, when you keep your thought captivated to His words only, change will birth out, don't worry! ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

你近来都在想些什么呢？你是在想着自己是那么的不配吗？或者你在纠结着事情真的会因为你而改变吗？不管你最近在想什么，总要记得一件事：你心中所想的，会反映出来你的为人就是怎样。如果你一直专注在问题，你的想法就都是消极的，猜看会怎么样呢，你永远无法喜乐起来，你脸上的情绪会受影像，当然，外在的一切都是被你心中的想法所牵引。所以，如果你渴望生命彻底的改变，首先你要心意更新！因为你的心如何思量，你的为人就怎样，所以，让你的想法与神的话语是一致的，日夜默想与揣摩它，生命的改变自然而然就流露出来！你需要做的就是让你的意念与上帝的意念是一致的，就是你要思想祂的话，祂如何看你，以及祂是何等的爱你，这将彻底改变你的生命。耶稣是你生命的改造者，祂住在你里面！所以，当祂在你里面，当你的思想被祂的话紧紧吸引住时，改变就会发生，所以你可以放心！

Romans 10:11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”
‭‭‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬罗马书 10: 11 经上说: “凡信祂的人必不至于羞愧。”

Shame is never ever from God. When one is in shame, he is under a state of condemnation, and unable to lift up his head and live life boldly. There are so many to be fearful of, and definitely that's not the life that God has called us to have! My dear friends, Jesus is the lifter of your head, whatever shame that you may be having in the past, no matter how many things that made you unable to lift up your head, know that Jesus came to turnaround your life! Instead of shame, He is giving you honor, instead of fear He has given you boldness and courage! Therefore, as you believe and trust in Him, be assured that nothing can put you to shame anymore! But instead, know that in Christ, you're crowned with righteousness and you're from glory to glory!

神从来不会叫你羞愧。当一个人会感到羞愧，他就会被定罪，抬不起头来，无法坦然无惧的活着。当生活中有那么多的顾虑，这绝对不是神呼召我们要过的生命！亲爱的朋友，耶稣是叫你抬起头来的神，无论你的过去有多少事情使你感到羞愧，使你无法抬起头来，你要知道耶稣来了，是要彻底的改变你的人生！与其是耻辱，祂给了你尊荣；与其是惧怕，祂给了你坦然无惧和勇气！所以，当你相信和信靠祂，你可以很放心，没有什么能再叫你羞愧！相反的，你知道在基督里，你是以公义为冠冕，且是荣上加荣的！

以弗所书 6:15 又用平安的福音当作预备走路的鞋穿在脚上。

Dear friend, have you put on the shoes that enable you to walking forward? There is a lot of times when we are wearing the shoes with famous brand that you can name of (which symbolize the steps we take with anxious and worries by self-effort in our daily lives), always cause us to walk with extra carefulness that lead to heavy laden and pressure especially when we are walking through the place full of mud. Instead of making ourselves not convenient, why not we put on the "The Shoes of Peace" that used to wear and walk freely across the mud, right?
After the above illustration, can you relate it back to your daily life? Instead of taking every step of life with worries and awareness that burden us, why not we let god and let God? Instead of striving and struggling, why not we put our trust on the God who never fails us? Now is the time for you to decide and move on, beloved! Let's choose to walk your life with the word of God and the good news that God has given to you daily. The gospel of peace leads you to the promised land without heavy burdens and worries. Though you might face problems each day, but you can put your trust in God and rely on Him instead of yourself. Let's put on the shoes of peace and move forward readily with peace, joy and love. In Him, we found hope and grace that sustains us in time of our need. Praise the Lord!

亲爱的朋友，你穿上那使你能前进的鞋了吗？很多时候当我们穿着各种名牌的鞋子（也就代表着我们每走一步都是靠着自己战战兢兢地走过每一天），使我们每走一步都在担心接下来会如何，尤其 是当我们走在烂泥的路上时，更是害怕自己的鞋子会弄肮脏。既然会让自己那么麻烦，我们何不穿上那双“平安的鞋”呢？穿上那样的一双鞋，我们就能自在地走过那烂泥路了，对吗？
经过以上的陈述，你能把它连接回你的日常生活吗？与其走人生的每一步都带着忧虑和重担，我们何不尝试放手让神来接手？与其挣扎受苦，我们何不相信那从不会让我们失望的神呢？亲爱的，现在是时候选择和前进了！选择以神的话和来自祂的好消息来走我们的每一天吧！那平安的福音引我们到那应许之地，且是不附加重担和忧虑的。纵然每一天我们都会面对问题，但你可以选择信靠神，依靠祂而不是依靠自己有限的能力。让我们穿上那平安的鞋继续带着平安、喜乐和爱不断地前进。在祂里面，我们找着那时刻在我们需要的时候，托住我们的希望和恩典。赞美主！

申命记 33:27 永生的神是你的居所，祂永久的膀臂在你以下；祂在你前面撵出仇敌，说：“毁灭吧”！

If you are in the midst of frustration, fear and worry now, all you need is to begin to linger in the peaceful presence of God. Knowing that He is always with you makes so much difference to your reaction in life. The moment when you choose to relax in His everlasting arms, and know that how safe and secure you are, fear ceases and worry fades. Jesus is the only solid foundation that you can rely on, and do you know what? The moment when you choose to enjoy in His very presence, it produces joy and unmeasured fullness in your life!! You will start to praise Him, your heart will delight in Him, and you will celebrate His ultimate presence! Linger in His presence today, and know that you are always safe and secure in His everlasting arms! Amen!

如果你正處於沮喪，惧怕和忧虑中，当晓得你所需要的一切都已经安息在上帝的平安里头。当你晓得祂是时刻与你同在，你对生命的回应将大有不同。當你休息在祂大能的膀臂以下，並知道你是安全和被守护的，你就不再惧怕，忧虑也没有了。耶穌是你可以唯一依靠的磐石。你晓得嗎？當你享受在祂同在里，祂给你的是无尽的喜乐与和不可測量的丰盛！你会開始讚美祂，你的心必在祂里面欢喜快乐，你必来欢庆祂的同在！今天就享受在祂同在里，並晓得当你在祂膀臂以下，你是安全和被保护着的！阿们！

Ephesians 2:8 For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves but it is the gift of God.
以弗所书 2:8 你们得救是本乎恩，也因着信，这并不是出于自己，乃是神所赐的。

The kingdom of God is never about earning and deserving, but it is about believing and receiving. Do you know that it is never by your effort that you have salvation? You are never good enough to deserve the kingdom of God if you are going to earn it by your hard work. If it is by work, it will no longer be grace. If you get it by effort, you have to sustain it by your effort. However, thanks be to God that we have Jesus! Because of Jesus' accomplishment, because of this one man who died for us, we are now sure that we are saved by grace (Ephesians 2:8), and therefore, now it is a matter of believing and receiving! Jesus has perfectly done it at the cross, and our work now is to believe (John 6:29). Therefore, instead of trying on your own, start to depend on His grace and believe in Him. Let Him be the central of your life, and encounter His grace and love each day! Now is the matter of believing, receiving and thanking Him! Amen!

神的国从来都不是关乎赚取来得着，但却是关乎到相信和领受。你知道吗？救恩永远不是靠着你自己的努力而得着。如果你要藉着自己努力来赚取神的国，你永远不够资格。如果是藉着自己的作为，那就不是是恩典。如果是靠自己的努力得着，你就要不断靠自己的努力来维持。然而，感谢神，我们有耶稣！因为耶稣的完工，因着祂为我们死，我们确信我们得救是本乎恩（以弗所书2:8），所以，现在是相信和领受的时候了！耶稣在十字架上已经完了祂的工，我们现在的工作就是相信十架的完工（约翰福音6：29）。因此，与其靠自己，何不依靠祂的恩典和相信祂。让祂成为你生活的中心，并且每天经历祂的恩典和爱的同在！现在就是相信，领受和感谢祂的时候了！阿们！

Romans 5:10 For if, while we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
罗马书 5：10 因为我们作仇敌的时候，且藉着神儿子的死，得与神和好；既已和好，就更要因祂的生得救了。

What a great news to all of us! That because of Adam's sin, we used to be God's enemies, we were separated from Christ. However, through Jesus' once and for all sacrifice at the cross, through His death, we are now reconciled to Him! Therefore, you are no longer separated from health, from abundance, from peace, from goodness and favor, from eternal life; but you are now reconciled with good health, abundance , peace, goodness and favor and eternal life! You have all that you need pertaining life, just because of Jesus' willingness and His perfect sacrifice at the cross! Because of Him, we are now no longer under the power and dominion of the darkness, but now we are under the dominion of light! Whatever is of Christ is now of you! So my friend, behold Jesus from time to time, and you shall see whatever that is dead is your life is now alive!

因着亚当的罪，我们曾经与神为敌，与基督隔绝。但，因着基督在十字架上的一次献祭，藉着祂的死，我们现在与神和好了！对我们所来说这是何等大的好消息！所以，你不再与健康、丰盛、平安、良善和恩惠，还有永生的生命隔绝；但现在你是与健康、丰盛、平安，良善和恩惠及永生的生命和好了！你有生命中所需要的一切，因着耶稣的愿意和祂在十字架上的一次献上！因为祂，我们现在不受黑暗的权势辖制，但现在我们是在光明之中！基督所有的，现在都是你的！所以朋友，你要时时刻刻仰望耶稣，你就会看到，凡你生命中已经死了的都要活过来！

Psalm 118:7 The Lord is with me; he is my helper. I will look in triumph on my enemies.
诗篇 118:7 在那帮助我的人中，有耶和华帮助我，所以我要看见那恨我的人遭报。

What kind of enemies that you are facing right now? Maybe you see it so great that you find no solutions to settle, or you may be thinking that it is impossible for you to enjoy breakthroughs, but do know that with man it may be impossible, but with God it is possible! Nothing can be greater than Jesus, be it sicknesses, or lacking, or family issues, nothing is too big that He cannot solve for you! Therefore, all you need to do is to look upon Jesus, knowing that He is your Helper, and He also sent Holy Spirit to help you! When The Lord is with you, whom shall you afraid? Who can be against you? For He will lift you up high and triumphed over all enemies! Through the love of Christ, you are more than a conqueror!

你现在所面对的是什么样的敌人呢？也许在你看来是艰难到没有办法解决，又或许你觉得你的生命是不可能会突破的，但你要知道在人是不可能的，但在神凡事都能！没有什么可以大过耶稣，无论是疾病，还是缺乏，或是家庭问题，没有什么是太大太难到祂不能为你解决的！所以，你唯一要做的就是定睛在耶稣，知道祂是你的帮助，祂也差派圣灵来帮助你！当主与你同在，你还惧怕谁呢？又有谁能敌挡你呢？因为祂必高举你，胜过四围的仇敌！藉着基督的爱，你已经得胜有余了！
