歌罗西书 3:1 所以你们若真与基督一同复活，就当求在上面的事。那里有基督坐在神的右边。

Your mind is a battlefield, and every morning the moment when you wake up, thousands and thousands of thoughts are there to pull you down and to build strongholds in you. If you will lose the battle of your mind, you'll see defeats in your life. For only right believing produces right living. Therefore even as a child of God, mind renewal and transformation should be a consistent progress, that from moment to moment we are to let our minds focus on what Christ has done! Therefore, the next time when the defeated thoughts came, set your heart on things that Christ has done for you. Instead of looking at your circumstances and have a defeated thought, be reminded of where Christ is! He is at a position of victory, and as Christ is, so are you in this world!

你的心思意念是一个战场，每一天早晨当你醒来时，成千上万个想法就在你的脑海里建造营垒，企图把你击倒。如果你在思想上被打败了，你就看到在你的人生是失败的。而唯有正确的相信，才能有对的人生。因此，即使身为神的孩子，思想更新而变化也是一个不断的在进行着的过程，就是在每时每刻，我们的心思意念都必须定睛在基督的完工上！所以下一次，当战败的想法来的时候，当把你的思念放在基督已经为你做成的一切。与其看向环境的缺欠及战败的思维，何不提醒自己基督就在那里！祂已经在得胜的位置上，所以耶稣如何，你在这世上也如何！

Galatians 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
加拉太书 5:25 我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。

Dear friend, do you know that sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want? Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. It is important for us to know who shall we our mind follow and lean on today because the mind of sinful man is death but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. So friend, regardless what your mind is thinking a few second ago, let it be the past. From now on, let us set our mind on things that is above-JESUS, and keep in step with the Spirit.
Stop living our lives in negativity ground, but keep in step with the Spirit and think positively no matter what are we encountering knowing that JESUS has full control in the situation we are in. Stop listening to what our emotions say when facing problems, but instead, keep in step with the Spirit by listening to what the words of God say. Stop reacting to our surrounding by our feelings but keep in step with the Spirit and response with the peace, love and joy God has placed in our heart. In everything we do, do it with the tremendous power of God that make things happen. Tap into the supernatural by eyeing on Jesus and focus on what He can do, trust in Him and know that nothing is to hard for Him. When we keep in step with the Spirit, surely we will see things change in our favor, bad turn to be good and impossible becomes possible!

亲爱的朋友，你可否知道情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争，这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能做所愿意做的？随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事，随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。我们的心和思想跟随依靠谁是非常重要的，因为体贴肉体的是死，体贴圣灵的乃是生命平安。所以朋友，不管你的思想前一刻想的是什么，就让它成为过去吧！从这一刻开始，思念天上的事 - 耶稣，靠着圣灵来行事。
不要让我们的生命待在消极中，而是靠着圣灵积极地面对一切，因为知道耶稣永远掌权。在面对困难时，不要听我们的情绪怎么说，而是靠圣灵听听神的话怎么说。不要凭我们的感觉来回应我们的周遭，而是靠圣灵以神所给我们的平安，爱和喜乐来回应。在我们所行的事上，都以神那使事情发生浩大的能力来行；以仰望耶稣并专注于祂所能做的进入那超自然，相信祂且知道在祂没有难成的事。当我们靠圣灵行事，我们肯定看见事情因我们而改变，不好的变成好，不可能的变成可能！

诗篇 150:6 凡有气息的，都要赞美耶和华。你们要赞美耶和华！

Though we might heard about many cures in this world for many different types of diseases or problems, but dear friend, do you know that the best cure is the praise cure?
There is supernatural power been released when you praise God. When you praise Him, you are actually having faith that God has delivered you through.
When you are sick, praise God, for Jesus has bored all your sicknesses on the cross. By His stripes, you are completely healed!
Though right now doctor has given you the bad medical report, but you are to take heart and praise Him, God's beloved, for Jesus has been striped so that you are made whole in Him!
When you are lack, praise God, for Jesus is your shepherd and you shall never in want.
When you have no confident over your future, praise God, for Jesus is the way and He has great plan in your life.
When the relationship you treasured so much facing crack, praise God, for God can restore the relationship with His unfailing love and forgiveness.
No matter what you are facing right now, do not give up nor dismay, keep on praising God for it is the best cure we have!
When we praise God and rest in Him, He is at work and make every impossible become possible.
Praise Him, for His name is above all names! Nothing is too hard for Him. Hallelujah!

也许我们会在世上听闻许多对于不同病痛的不同解药，但亲爱的朋友，你知道最好的解药就是赞美吗？
当你赞美神的时候就有超自然的能力被释放出来。当你赞美祂，你其实就是有信心神必带领你走过。
当你生病时，赞美主，因为耶稣已在十架上担当你一切的疾病；因祂受的鞭伤，你是完全得医治的!
纵然现在医生给你的医药报告是不好的，但你要放心并且赞美祂，神所爱的，因为耶稣为你被鞭使你在祂里面得以完全！
当你缺乏时，赞美主，因为耶稣是你的牧者，你必不至缺乏。
当你对于自己的未来没有把握时，赞美主，因为耶稣是你的道路，且有美好的计划在你生命中。
当你所珍惜的关系出现裂痕时，赞美主，因为神能以祂不变的爱和宽恕来修复。
不管你现在面对的是什么，不要放弃更不要惊慌，坚持不断地赞美神，因为那是最好的解药！
当我们赞美主并在祂里面休息时，神就在做工并使不可能的变成可能。赞美祂，因祂的命超乎万名之上！在祂没有难成的事。哈利路亚！

诗篇 107:20 祂发命医治他们，救他们脱离死亡。

Everything has it's source, a rice cooker cannot function without electricity, a plant will not grow without good source of nutrients and water, likewise if we cannot live without oxygen, as a child of God, we need the Word of God, to sustain us and provide us. His word is life and spirit, it is our food and source of life, we are unable to sustain without food for our body, likewise our inner man requires food, which is the word of sustain! The Word of God heals, be it physically or emotionally, so start to eye and meditate on His Word, and you shall see your health being restored and your joy is the fullest! For God is faithful in keeping what He has promised! Look upon His Word, your source, and you shall never be in want!

天下万物都有根源，如同电饭煲没有电源就无法操作，植物在生长过程中，如果没有养分和水，就无法生长。同样的，如果我们没有氧气，也就无法生存，身为神的孩子，我们需要神的话来托住我们，并提供我们所需要的一切。祂的话是生命是灵，是我们属灵的食物和生命的根源，如果我们的身体没有食物，就无法生存；同样的，我们的灵人也需要属灵的食物，就是把守住我们生命的话语！上帝的话语有医治的能力，无论是对于我们身体上还是情绪上，所以现在开始就定睛和默想祂的话，你就会看到你的健康正在恢复，你的喜乐是满足的！因为神是信实的，定睛祂在的话，就是你生命的源头，你必不至缺乏！

Psalms 110:1 The Lord says to my lord: “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.
诗篇 110:1 耶和华对我主说：你坐在我的右边，等我使你仇敌作你的脚凳。

Jesus is now in victory and sitting at the right hand of the Father, because of that you can be sure that all enemies have become your footstool. Therefore, you are to response with assurance that you are already more than a conqueror, not a victim. Hence, you need to change your mindset in order to see the manifestation of the victory you have in Christ! So, fear not, Look down and you'll find sickness, problems are all defeated under you, look up and you'll know that Jesus is your victory! Therefore lift up your head knowing that when the king of glory is with you, you are a sure victor in Christ!

耶稣现在已经得胜了，如今坐在父的右边，因此你可以肯定，仇敌已经成为你的脚凳。所以，你要确信你已经是一个得胜者，而不是一个受害者。因此，要在基督里看到得胜的彰显，首先你要改变你的思维！所以，不要害怕！当你往下看，你会发现疾病，问题等都在你脚下；当你往上看，你晓得耶稣就是你的得胜的源头！所以抬起头来，知道当荣耀的王与你同在时，你在基督里必得胜！

1 Corinthians 7:23 You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of human beings.
哥林多前书 7：23 你们是重价买来的，不要作人的奴仆。

Why would one always seek of approval of men? When he doesn't know about his value and when he has no confident that he is unique! You see, many are seeking the approval of men, and they are happy when people accepts and approves them, but if they are not, they will easily get disappointed and choose to give up. God has redeemed us, and redeemed means we are purchased and now belong to Him alone. Therefore, He doesn't want us to be slaves of men, that we are always looking upon people's approval and live life in fear and insecurity. Instead, He wants us to know that we were bought at a price, and that price costs Jesus his life! He doesn't want us to be slaves of men, but He wants us to know that we are no longer slaves, but His children! How wonderful! Therefore, know that your value has changed, your value is no longer determine by the world's requirements and qualifications, but your value is now determine by God your Father! As Jesus is, so are you in this world! Hence, know that you're special, unique, precious, one and only! You're qualified and approved by God, you're accepted in Christ, you're no longer a slave of men but a child of God! So, change your mind today and know that you're precious and honored in God's sight, when He has qualified you, no one can disqualified you!

为什么人总会要寻求他人的认同呢？当一个人不晓得他本身的价值，他就无法相信自己是独一无二的！很多时候人都在寻求人的认同，当被人认同时，心里就感觉良好；当不被人认同时，就感到灰心失望，甚至放弃了。上帝救赎了我们，而救赎的意思就是祂重价把我们买回来，现在我们是属祂的。所以，祂不要我们成为人的奴仆，祂不要我们总是要得到人的认同而活的没有安全感。然而，祂要我们知道我们是重价赎回来的，那赎价就是耶稣的生命！祂不要我们成为人的奴仆，因为我们已经不是奴仆，而是祂的孩子！这多么的棒！所以，知道你生命的价值已经不再一样，你生存的价值不再按着世界的要求和标准，但现在你的价值是在天父的手里！因着耶稣如何，你在这世上也如何！因此，晓得你是特殊的，是分别为圣，是珍贵的，且独一无二的！你是有资格，被上帝认同的。在基督里你是被接受的，你不再是奴隶，却是上帝的孩子！因此，今天就改变你的想法，晓得在上帝眼中你是宝贝，当祂说你配得，没有人可以否定你！

诗篇 85：12 耶和华必将好处赐给我们，我们的地也要多出土产。

There are still many children of God thinking that God is there to curse and not willing to bless them, and everything is dependent on their good works. But be awaken today that because of Jesus once sacrifice, everything has been done! It is because of Jesus that we are blessed and loved, it is because of Jesus that we can be called as righteous, it is because of Jesus that we have new life!
Hence, do you know that it's your Father in heaven's pleasure to give you what is good? He loves you and His heart is to give you all His best; sickness and curses are not of God, because they are not good things! But surely you're prosperous, blessed, healthy and strong because these are good things! Witness with your own eyes today that your land will yield it's harvest when you truly believe that The Lord loves you!

今时今日，仍然有许多上帝的儿女们觉得祂是一位诅咒的神，不愿意祝福他们，觉得上帝是按着行为来赏赐他们的。但今天你该醒悟了！因着耶稣的一次献祭，一切都已经成了！因着耶稣，我们被祝福满满，我们被恩宠；因着耶稣，我们被称为义；因着耶稣，我们有全新的生命！
所以你知道吗？你天上的父是很乐意赐你美物享用的。祂爱你，打从心里祂要给你最好的；疾病和诅咒不来自上帝，因为它们都不是美物！但今天你的生命肯定是兴盛、蒙福、健康且强壮的，因为这些都是美物。当你相信上帝祂真心爱你，你就要亲眼见证到你的地是多出土产的！

2 Corinthians 3:16 But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
哥林多后书 3：16 但他们的心几时归向主，帕子就几时除去了。

What you enlarge on everyday determines your life. If you choose to enlarge problems and decided to stay in self-pity, you are determining your life to be in sorrow and complaints. However, if you will choose to enlarge Jesus everyday, you are determining your life to be a victorious life. Therefore, turn your eyes upon Jesus today instead of gazing upon and maximizing that issues that you are encountering now in your life. As you look upon Jesus, the moment when you see His greatness and goodness, it will definitely made all things around you faded into comparison. Just like Peter, the moment when you look at Jesus, you are able to walk above the storms, but if you will choose to look left and right towards the storms, you will sink! Therefore, the moment when you gaze and focus upon Jesus, whenever you turn to Jesus, all the veil of uncertainty, the veil of fear, the veil of self-pity, the veil of doubts shall be taken away! For there is no one like Him, all glorious and loves you until eternity!

在你的每一天，你放大什么，就决定了你的生命。如果你选择放大问题，并开始自怜，你的人生就注定是活在悲惨和苦毒里。但，如果你每天选择把耶稣放大，你的生命肯定是得胜的。所以，当把你的眼目转向耶稣，不再是放大你生命中的问题。当你看向耶稣，看到祂的伟大与美好，你身边的一切问题都会渐渐消逝。如同彼得那样，当你看向耶稣，你就可以走在水面上，但是如果你选择看向风浪，你就下沉了！因此，你当转向耶稣，定睛仰望并注目祂时，那些不肯定的帕子，害怕的帕子，自怜的帕子，怀疑的帕子，都要被挪开！因为没有人能像祂如此充满荣耀，且爱你直到永永远远！

诗篇 90:14 求祢使我们早早饱得祢的慈爱，好叫我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。

Do you know what is the secret of having constant joy and satisfaction in your life? Many will think that as long as you have whatever that you need in life, then you can be happy. However, do you know that there is a secret in unlocking joy in your daily life? That is to be satisfied with the unfailing love of Christ early in the morning. Before you start your daily routine, pause and meditate on His love, allow His love to transform you and touch you. It is only when you are full and satisfied with His love, then you are able to sing for joy and be glad of all your days! The love of God is the source of joy, the love of God is the key in unlocking all the promises that He has for you, the love of God is power, it is empowerment! Empowering you to move on in life with joy and gladness, empowering you to live life never the same! Therefore, keep yourself in the Word and know how much Jesus loves you today, as you are satisfied and full, you are able to give!

你知道在生活中，你可以常常喜乐和满足的秘诀是什么吗？很多人会认为，只要你得着所需要的，就会快乐。但你晓得吗？有一个秘诀，是可以让你每一天的生活中都释放喜乐的。那就是每一天，你都要早早饱得神的慈爱。在你还没有开始每一天的工作之前，给自己一点空间，来思想祂的慈爱，让祂的爱来改变和触摸你。惟有当你饱足在祂爱里时，你才可以每一天都高唱欢喜快乐。神的爱是你喜乐的源头，祂的爱是开启一切福分的钥匙，祂的爱就是你的力量，赋予你能力！这能力推动你在生活中喜乐的前进，使生命不再一样！所以，保守自己在神的话里，晓得耶稣今天是如何的爱你，当你饱得祂的慈爱，你才能分享出去！

Numbers 11:23 The Lord answered Moses, "Is the Lord's arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you."
民数记 11：23 耶和华对摩西说：耶和华的膀臂岂是缩短了吗？现在要看我的话向你应验不应验。

Do you know that God is a keeper of His Word? He keeps His word and He is watchful to see it accomplish in your life. Therefore, no matter what are you encountering now, maybe the word of man told you that it is impossible to get healed, maybe the word of man told you that this challenge is too big to overcome, maybe the word of man told you it is because of genetic, but, do remember that we are from God, our genetic is from God, that as He is so are we in this world! The arm of the Lord is not short, He is still the same mighty God that brought Moses over the Red Sea, the same might God that helped David in defeating Goliath, the same God that protected Daniel in the dens of the lion. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Therefore now is the time that you see with your own eyes, and when you can believe, you shall see the glory of God! See and witness yourself whether or not the Word of God will come true to you, taste and experience Him! Then you will know that when He keeps His Word, He keeps His promise on your finance, your family, your health and so much more! Trust in Jesus and you will not be put to shame! He has came true in our lives, so worry not!

你晓得神是信守祂的话的神吗？祂把守祂的话，要看到这话都应验在你生命中。所以，无论你现在面对的是什么，也许人会跟你说这病是不可能得医治的；也许人会告诉你说，这个挑战太艰难到难以克服；也许人会告诉你事情会这样是因为遗传的缘故。。。但，你要谨记，我们属于神，我们的基因来自神，因着祂如何，我们在这世上也如何。我们神的膀臂并非缩短，祂依然还是那位领摩西过红海，帮助大卫打败歌利亚，把但以理从狮子坑中救出来的神。祂是昨日、今日，一直到永远都不改变的神。
所以现在是时候你要亲眼来经历神，当你相信，你就必看见祂荣耀的彰显！自己亲自来见证神的话是否真的能在你生命中应验，来尝尝及经历主恩的滋味！然后你会看见，当祂把守祂的话，祂是在你的经济上，你的家庭上，你的健康上把守祂的话！相信耶稣，你必不至蒙羞！祂的话必要应验在我们生命中，所以不要担心！

Acts 16:25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God...
使徒行传 16：25 约在半夜，保罗和西拉，祷告唱诗赞美神。。。

Have you ever been in the time of the pit? Probably you are at the darkest hour of your life now, you do not know what you should do and you have come to a point that no matter what you try, instead of getting better, it just grew worse. Do you know that God is with you and he wants to deliver you? When Paul and Silas was being caught and put into prison, they did not complain but instead at their darkest hour, when they were in pain and wound, they choose to sing hymns and praises to God. The bible recorded that even the prisoners in the dungeon can hear them! Therefore, they must be praying and singing in a loud voice! How possible to react like that when you're already locked in a prison, and with pain? Naturally it is not how we will response, but Paul and Silas did not look at the natural, but the supernatural.
Likewise, the devil will try all sorts of way to put pressure on you, but do know that rejoicing is a choice that you can make! Just like Paul and Silas, they can choose to cry over and complain, but they did not. As you rejoice in The Lord and sing to Him because he is good, it dissipates your fear and pressure; yet it gives strength when you're in your darkest hour! As you rejoice in The Lord, you shall see the chains of fear, bondage, sickness shall be broken, not only that, when Paul and Silas did that, even the foundation was shaken! Therefore you too can shake the world, your response and your decision determine what you believe, Paul and Silas believe in God, how about you? :)

你是否曾经处在生命的最低谷？也许你正处生命中最黑暗的一刻，你不知道该怎么办，你已经来到一个地步，无论你做什么，都于事无补，事情不是越来越好，却是变得更糟糕。但你晓得吗？神祂与你同在，祂要拯救你！当保罗西拉被捉进监狱时，他们没有抱怨，在最艰难，处在痛苦和伤害中，他们选择唱歌赞美神。圣经记载，甚至在牢里的囚犯都能听到他们的声音！所以，他们必定是大声的祈祷和歌唱！当你被关进监牢，又受尽了煎熬，我们本能的反应怎么可能会这样呢？当然不会！但保罗和西拉选择不看自然界，他们看超自然界的。
同样，魔鬼会尝试用各种诡计对你施压，但你要知道，你可以选择喜乐！就像保罗和西拉，他们其实可以选择以哭泣和抱怨来回应，但他们没有。如同当你靠着主喜乐，因着祂的美好来向祂歌唱时，你的恐惧和压力就渐渐没有了；当你处在最黑暗的时候，祂加给你力量！当你在主里喜乐，你就会看到惧怕的锁链，捆绑的锁链，疾病的锁链等，都要被切断！不仅如此，当保罗和西拉这样做时，甚至监牢的地基都被摇动了！所以，你也可以震动这世界；你的回应和你的决定了你的相信；保罗和西拉相信神，那么你呢？ :)

Jeremiah 33:6 Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.
耶利米书 33：6 看哪，我要使这城得以痊愈安舒，使城中的人得医治，又将丰盛的平安和诚实显明与他们。

The moment when you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, from that moment on, you are a new creation and you are just like Jesus. Therefore, as He is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17)! He is all healthy, so you are in this world; He is in wholeness, so are you in this world; He is strong, so are you in this world. Hence, do know that sickness does not come from God, as a Father, it hurts Him when He sees His children in sickness.
Therefore, you are to know that as a child of God, healing, health and wholeness is your inheritance. It belongs to you, you have the blood bought right to enjoy it, for it was purchased by the blood of Jesus! Remember that the moment when you do not feel well, remind yourself that health and healing are yours, you are already healed in Christ! Not you are going to be healed, but instead, you are already healed! All that your Father in heaven wants you to enjoy is the abundance of peace and security, that's the Father's heart, so trust in Him!

当你接受耶稣基督为你个人生命的救主，从那一刻起，你就是新造的人，你有耶稣的形象。所以，因为耶稣如何，我们在这世上也如何（约翰一书4:17）！因为祂是健康的，你在这世上也是健康的；因为祂是强壮的，你在这世上也是强壮的；所以你要知道，病痛不来自神，当一位父亲看到他的孩子被病痛折磨时，他的心是痛的。
所以你要确信，身为神的孩子，得痊愈、健康和完全都是你的产业。它们全都属于你，耶稣的宝血已经重价把你赎回来了，你得以享受这一切的。记得下次当你感到不舒服时，提醒自己，健康和痊愈是你的，你在基督里已得医治了！不是你将会得着医治，而是，你已经痊愈了！你的天父希望你享有丰盛的平安与保障，这就是一位父亲的心，所以来信靠祂吧！

1 Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
贴撒罗尼迦前书 5:18 凡事谢恩；因为这是神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。

Regardless what has happened yesterday, or how great is the mountain before you, remember that Jesus Christ is always the same yesterday, today and forever. His love for you is constant, and so does His faithfulness. Therefore, no matter what happened, as a child of God, there is one definite reason that you can give thanks, that is because of Jesus. Jesus is the reason of giving thanks, for all that He has done, and for all that He has sacrificed for you.
As you look around the world, you may find thousands of reason to complain and give up, but always remember the very reason, the one who gives you life. Then, you are able to give thanks in all circumstances, not because of thanking that circumstance, but thanking Jesus! Knowing that He is able to bring you through and turns your life around. If you will ask of the will of God, remember, all that your father loves to hear is you saying "thank you!" to Him. As one who receives freely can freely gives gratitude!

无论昨天发生什么事，或是眼前的大山有多大，记得耶稣基督祂是昨日、今日，一直到永远，都是一样的。祂对你的爱亘古不变，祂的信实亦然。因此，无论发生什么事，作为神的孩子，因着耶稣基督，你可以献上感恩。耶稣是你唯一可以献上感恩的理由，因着祂所成就的，并祂为你献上的一切。

哥林多后书 12:9 祂对我说，我的恩典够你用。因为我的能力，是在人的软弱上显得完全。所以，我更喜欢夸自己的软弱，好叫基督的能力覆庇我。

Hi friend, are you afraid of challenges? Are you worrying about your future? No matter what is the bondage that hold you back, always bear in mind that the grace of God is sufficient for you!
When you are down, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that hold you up;
When you are angry, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that calm you down;
When you are worry, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that give you peace;
When you are in lack, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that provide to you abundantly;
When you are sick, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that make you healthy;
When problems come, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that help you to overcome problems!
In Him, you can have the unmerited and unearned favor. When there is grace, there is supplies. Therefore, when you start to use and apply the grace of God, that is when you encounter blessings flow. The grace of God enable you to reign in life. So, be thankful for the grace of God!

嗨朋友，你会害怕面对挑战吗？你是否在担心你的未来？不管有什么重担拖累着你，永远记得神的恩典够你用！
当你处在低谷的时候，祂的恩典够你用，是那将你兴起的恩典；
当你生气时，祂的恩典够你用，是那使你平静的恩典；

当你缺乏时，祂的恩典够你用，是那供应你丰盛的恩典；
当你生病时，祂的恩典够你用，是那给你健康的恩典；
当问题来时，祂的恩典够你用，是那帮助你战胜问题的恩典！
在主里面，你拥有那原不配得且不能赚取的恩惠。哪里有恩典，那里就有供应。因此，你什么时候开始用神的恩典，你就什么时候经历福分的流露。神的恩典使你能够在生命中掌权。所以，为着神的恩典感恩吧！

约伯记 23：12 祂嘴唇的命令，我未曾背弃；我看重祂口中的言语，过于我需要的饮食。

Do you know that just as your body needs food, it is likewise the same with your spirit? Therefore how much you feed your spirit and your body determines whether you will eventually listen to your flesh or to your spirit? Many of times people tend to feed what their flesh desires, feeding it with hatred, anger, unforgiveness and a lot more; but the more you feed it, the stronger it became, and the voice of your spirit became weaker. Therefore, you need to keep yourself in the Word, do not depart from them, and thus treasure the word of God more than your daily bread! If you'll spend time feeding your spirit first instead of your body, if you'll keep yourself well fed in the Word, you shall see joy, peace and the fruit of the spirit overflows!

你知道吗？你属世的身体需要食物来维持生命，而你的灵人也需要属灵的粮食来喂养。所以，在关键时刻你会听从你的肉体还是听从你的灵，是取决于你如何喂养你的肉体和你的灵。很多时候人都在用属世的欲望来喂养肉体，以怨恨，生气，不饶恕等来喂养；但你越以这些来喂养，它就越强大，反之你灵里的声音就越来越微弱。所以，你要保守自己在神的话里，不可使它离开，要看重祂口中的言语，过于你需要的饮食！如果你愿意花更多时间喂养你的灵，而不是你的肉体，如果你能保守自己在神的话语里，你就会看到喜乐，平安与圣灵的果子是涌流出来！

Psalm 5:12 Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous, you surround them with your favour as with a shield.
诗篇 5:12 因为祢必赐福与义人，耶和华啊，你必用恩惠如同盾牌四面护卫他。

Do you know that the moment when you accepted Jesus, you are called as the righteous? Righteousness is not what you can earn with your bare hands or with your effort, for no one can achieve salvation by his own, but only through one man Jesus Christ. Righteousness is a gift from God (Romans 5:17), God has given you this right standing in front of Him when you accept Jesus, therefore you are reconciled and you can come to Him boldly, just like a Father and a son.
Today, know that no matter where you are, God has blessed you. He has supplied, He has healed, He has given, He has blessed you with all that you need according to His richest in glory! All you need to do is to believe that instead of pleading and getting from God, you already have it in you! He has surrounded you with His favour, just like a shield. Which means that no matter where you are, to the front, to the back, to the left or to the right, you have no choice but being hit by the blessings of God! Favour means you get it in your most undeserving and unmerited state, therefore start your day right knowing that you are blessed and you have the favour of God surrounded you, therefore fear no more but move on!

你知道吗？当你接受主耶稣的那一刻起，你就被称为义人了。这公义不是你可以用你的双手或是你自己的劳力可以赚取的，因为没有人可以靠着自己得着这救赎，只能藉着一人，就是耶稣基督。公义是从神而来的礼物（罗马书5:17）。当你接受了耶稣，上帝就给你这权柄在祂面前有对的位置。所以你可以如同孩子与父亲一样，坦然无惧的来到祂的施恩宝座前。
今天，当晓得无论你身在何处，上帝已经祝福你。祂供应了你，祂医治了你，祂给了你一切，祂按照祂荣耀的丰富，赐福了你一切你所需要的！所以你只管相信，而不是乞求，祂已经给你了，你已经拥有了！祂以恩惠如同盾牌围绕着你。这意意表着，无论你在哪里，无论是向前，或向后，向左或向右，你无处可容，只能被上帝的祝福恩宠着！恩典是当你在你最不配得和最糟糕时，你却得着了。因此，开始全新的一天，晓得你是蒙福的，你有上帝的恩惠围绕着你，所以你可以不害怕，继续的前进！

诗篇 121：7 耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害。祂要保护你的性命。

Regardless how many bad news that are happening around you, do know that we have this Good News in Christ! Remember that no matter where you are, you have Jesus and He is the keeper of your life. He will keep you from all harm, from all viruses, from all attacks, for He loves you and you belong to Him! Hence, you can take heart that no matter where you are today, He is at your right hand and you will not be shaken. He is your Shepherd, and you shall not be in want. He is always with you, therefore you shall be successful. He is your everlasting help, therefore you are safe. He is your Healer, so therefore you are healed! Let Him watch over your life today instead of trying to achieve it by your own effort, rely on Him, just like a sheep relying on its shepherd. Jesus will lead you to green pastures, He makes you lie down and rest assured that He is taking care of you, favour and blessing shall follow after you all the days of your life!

今天，无论你周遭有多少的坏消息，我们都要晓得，在基督里有这好消息！记住，无论你在何处，你有耶稣，祂是你生命的守护者。祂保护你脱离一切的灾害，一切的毒病，一切的攻击，因为祂爱你，你属于祂！所以你可以放心，无论你现在的景况是如何，当祂在你的右边，你必不至动摇；当祂是你的牧者，你必不至缺乏；祂时刻与你同在，所以你必然成功。祂是你永远的帮助，所以你是平安的。祂是你的医治者，所以你已经得医治！今天，与其靠自己挣扎求存，何不让祂来看顾你的生命；依靠祂，就像羊跟着牧人一样。耶稣会引领你到青草地上，使你躺卧在可安歇的水边，祂必看顾你，你一生一世必有恩惠慈爱跟随你！

诗篇 73:28 但我亲近神是与我有益，我以主耶和华为我的避难所，好叫我述说你一切的作为。

Dear friend, do you know where is the fountain of you life and what is the source of your life? Is it your career? Family? Friend? Money? Wealth? Health? Or yourself? Today, be bold and courageous in life knowing that the Almighty God, the Sovereign Lord is the fountain of your life and the source of your life. Is Him, that you need to stay connected to. In His light, you see light. His unfailing love is priceless and you find refuge in the shadow of His wings.
So, move forward in life today by stay connected to the source of your life through the Word, put Him in the first place in your life, surely He will take care of your career, family, friend, money, wealth, health and yourself! Just like the concept of electricity, we need to connect the plug to the socket with source then turn on the power button in order to generate electricity so that we can use it. Today, we as man also need to connect ourselves to the words of God with the Holy Spirit then turn on the believe button by faith in order to generate the supernatural power in our life so that we can live our life effortlessly without worries and fears.
Do not wait any longer friend, right now at this moment, take up the authority you have and step by faith knowing that your Daddy God-the source of your life, can do far more than what you can imagined. In Him, nothing is too hard! Bad can turn to be good and impossible becomes possible! When you stay connected to the source, surely you are highly favored, deeply loved and greatly blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你知道你生命的泉源在哪里？你生命的源头又是什么吗？ 是你的事业？家人？朋友？金钱？财富？健康？还是你自己？今天，在你生命中当坦然无惧，刚强壮胆，因为知道那全能的主，大能的神是你生命的泉源，祂更是你生命的源头。祂就是你需要连接于的，在祂的光中你必得见光，祂极宝贵的慈爱使你得以投靠在祂翅膀的荫下。
所以，今天开始藉着神的话走你的人生，把自己连接于生命的源头，把祂放在你生命中的第一位，祂必看顾你的事业、家庭、朋友、金钱、财富、健康、还有你自己！就如同电源的概念，我们需要将插头插入插座，然后开启按钮才能启动电源来使用。今天，我们也需要将自己连接于神的话并加上圣灵，然后开启相信的按钮，才能启动神那超自然的能力在我们的生命彰显，使我们生活得毫无压力，不再忧虑惧怕。
朋友，不要再等了！就在这一刻，拿起你的权柄，踏出信心的一步，知道你的天父- 就是你生命的源头，能成就超乎你所求所想的！在祂里面，没有难成的事！不好的变成好，不可能变成可能！当你连接于这源头时，你必定充满恩惠，深深被爱并且大受祝福的！所以不论发生什么事，我们都当在主里欢喜快乐，义人！我们当欢呼且感恩，心里正直的人，知道神永远掌权！在祂里面，一切都会是美好的！今天来享受祂那不变的慈爱吧！放松并且看神如何在祂的荣耀里成就关乎你的事。哈利路亚！

2 Corinthians 4:13 It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak;
哥林多后书 4：13 但我们既有信心，正如经上记着说：“我因信，所以如此说话。”我们也信，所以也说话。

You are what you believe, and what you believe determines your speaking. Do know that your tongue has power to build or to tear, what you're speaking of and declaring daily affects your living. Many of times we choose to fill our mouths with complaints and murmurs, we choose to speak death instead of life, we choose to curse instead to bless.
Therefore, in Proverbs 18:21 says that death and life is under the power of the tongue, and whoever loves it shall eat it's fruits. Which means your Word is seed and it bears fruits! What kind of fruit that you want today? The fruit of peace, joy, health, abundance and favor? Then start to fill your mouth with praises to God and with the Word of God, then you shall see life and life more abundantly! Therefore guard your tongue from evil, instead speak what you believe in God! By faith, believe and speak forth that: I'm more than a conqueror, I'm strong and healthy, I'm in wholeness, I live in abundance and favor! Amen!

你相信什么，你就会成为怎么样的人，而你所相信的，就决定了你所说的。当晓得你的舌头有建立或拆毁的权柄，你每一天所说所宣告的，会影响你的生命。很多时候我们以埋怨和谗言充满我们的口，我们选择说死了，不是说生命；我们选择说诅咒的话语，而不是说祝福的话语。
因此，箴言18:21说：生死在舌头的权下，喜爱它的，必吃它所结的果子。这意味着你的话语是种子，它会结出果子！你今天想要什么样的生命？是平安、喜乐，健康，丰盛和恩惠？那么你就要开始以赞美和神的话来充满你的口，那么你就会看见生命，且是更丰盛的生命！因此，务必要禁止你的舌头不出恶言，却要说出你相信在上帝里有什么！凭着信心，相信并大声说出：我是得胜有余，我是强壮并健康，我是完全，我是活在丰盛和恩惠里！阿们！
