诗篇68:19天天背负我们重担的主，就是拯救我们的神，是应当称颂的。

哈利路亚！亲爱的朋友，你知道其实你可以无忧虑无惧怕地生活吗？
纵然当我们活在这世上是难免会遇到许多挑战和难题，但是感谢神，因为我们的主天天背负我们的重担甚至给我们所有的好处。
耶稣已带领我们进入得胜，使我们成为胜利者在我们的生命中。因此，不管你处于什么样的状况，当记得你是得胜有余的，因为耶稣已为你取得了永远的胜利！
当你生病时，信靠那天天背负你重担并且医治你的主；
当你软弱的时候，信靠那天天背负你重担并且使你刚强你的主；
当你缺乏的时候，信靠那天天背负你重担并且照着他荣耀丰富供应你的主；
当你忧虑的时候，信靠那天天背负你重担并且叫你把一切忧虑卸给他的主，因为他顾念你！

所以，生病的时候，赞美主；
软弱的时候，赞美主；
缺乏的时候，赞美主；
忧虑的时候，赞美主！因为在他里面并且藉着他，你现在得以在生命中掌权并且可以尽情地享受他赐给你那丰盛的生命！
赞美主！

多 2：11-12 - 因为神救众人的恩典已经显明出来，教训我们除去不敬虔的心和世俗的情欲，在今世自守、公义、敬虔度日。

恩典，就是我们白白从神得来，不是靠着我们的行为，不是因着我们的的背景，不是因着我们自身的条件。我们的主耶稣基督早在两千多年前，为了我们的罪牺牲，把这恩典白白的赐给了我们，好叫我们今天不再是靠着自己的行为去讨神的喜悦。是的，罪已不能做我们的主，因为我们不在律法之下，乃是在恩典之下了。但是，我们在恩典之下，不在律法之下，就可以犯罪吗？断乎不可！神的恩典给我们，是要叫我们除去不敬虔的心和世俗的情欲，在今世自守、公义、敬虔度日。意思就是，以前我们不好的行为，体贴肉体的情欲等的行为，都要因着神所赐给我们的恩典，我们能够拒绝这一切，因我们是新造的人，我们是已脱去旧人的行为，跟从前不好的说不再见了。

朋友们，如今我们在基督里，我们有个圣灵住在我们里面，我们是从圣灵而生的了。然而，若我们是从圣灵而生，就当靠圣灵行事。我们所做的要体贴圣灵，而非体贴肉体，因为体贴肉体的就是死，体贴圣灵的乃是生命平安。你知道吗？体贴肉体的人至终会被败坏的，因为很多时候所作的不能使自己得着益处，反而是在伤害自己。例如一个爱发脾气的人，若经常体贴肉体去发脾气，最终肯定会让自己的情绪不好，使自己烦躁；一个经常爱醉酒的人，夜夜醉得不省人事，肯定到最后是伤害自己的身体；一个爱赌博的人，天天好赌，最终肯定会使家庭不和睦，甚至破裂。想想看，这些事情是否因着我们是活在恩典之下就不再重要了吗？

其实，神赐给我们恩典是要叫我们活的更加自由，活的更加丰盛，而不是被世上的情欲来牵引我们。当我们晓得恩典，这恩典是让我们更加荣上加荣，更加敬虔，更加爱主的。因此，让我们不要徒受神的恩典，乃要活出更加精彩的生命，好叫人看见我们的时候能把一切的荣耀都归给我们在天上的父。阿门！

Psalm 139:1- “You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.”

People may have know your weaknesses and yet rejected you;
Or there may be challenges seem too big that no one actually understands;
You think that you're walking in life alone, and no one seems to care, then you're wrong!
My friends, if you think that no one understands you, Jesus knows you well! He knows all things about you,
He knows when you will fall, but even if He knows, He still loves you! So,
Even if you have weaknesses, He knows it all and He never gives up on you,
Because of that, you can have the assurance to run to Him whenever you face challenges in life!
Knowing God knows you and loves you, you can walk like like a bold prince and princess!

路 10:19 - 我已经给你们权柄可以践踏蛇和蝎子，又胜过仇敌一切的能力，断没有什么能害你们。

权柄，就是你有能力发号施令，有权利去执行某项事情，是你可以做的事。我们活在这个世上，身为神的儿女，神早已把权柄赐给了我们，好叫我们靠着祂在这世上的生命是得胜有余的。但是很多时候许多的基督徒却不知道自己已经有了这权柄，反而一直把自己处于不好的情况下。其实，我们必须清楚地知道，当我们接受了耶稣成为我们生命的救主，我们就是神家里的一份子了，而身为神儿女的我们，拥有父所赐给我们的权柄。唯有当你晓得，你才能够使用。

你知道吗？很多神的孩子们并不知道我们的天父已把权柄赐给我们，当他们面对问题的时候，甚至没有办法反抗，只能处于下风，只有挨打的份。当病痛来到，只能被病痛折磨；缺乏来到，只能苦上加苦；关系破裂来到，只能一拍两散；问题来到，只能逃避问题等。其实，身为神儿女的我们，我们是有能力反击的。因为我们有权柄可以命令一切不属于我们的东西，不能靠近我们。就好比当病痛来到时，我们可以奉耶稣基督的名字，祂是医治者，祂是完全健康的，所以对自己的健康说：我们是属神的，祂如何，我们在这世上也如何，因此祂没有病痛，我们的身上也不会有病痛的存在！拿起你的权柄，命令病痛要离开你的身体，因为我们是神的殿，神的灵住在我们里面，一切不属神的也肯定不属于我们。当面临危害时，不要忘了你有一位全能的父，祂是无时无刻与你同在的，呼求祂的名，祂必定应允你。

朋友们，要明白自己的身份，要懂得拿起神所赐的权柄，知道我们的神是随时帮助我们，并且对我们是不离不弃的。相信神的应许句句都是真实的，因为祂是一位信实的神，祂口所出的话绝不徒然返回的。所以，从此刻开始，不要再被蒙蔽了，而是要拿起权柄，过着得胜的生命！阿门！

Romans 8:31- “What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”

Although there might be challenges in front of you that seems too big, although there are problems that you think it's impossible to solve, maybe you have no solutions, but towards all these things, what do you say in response? Many of times our lips tend to speak things that are not in line with the word of God, as he is in his heart, he speaks; so our response is the detector of what we actually believe in! When Jesus faced challenges before Him, He never speaks of a defeated word as His response; but instead He speaks life, He speaks according to the Father, He speaks the word, that's the response that He gave! He responded to the issues coming to Him by following to the will of the Father, if the will of God is to see you healthy, that's why Jesus spoke "be healed!" "Stand up and walk!" To those who are sick. So, what will be your response?
Always remember that Jesus is for you, He is with you and He is in you! Therefore, how to response to all the issues around you? By having confident in Him! My friend, sickness, lack, challenges cannot stand against you because you have Jesus!! That's the great privilege that you can enjoy, when Jesus is with you, nothing can be against you! :)

弗 4:22-24 - 就要脱去你们从前行为上的旧人，这旧人是因私欲的迷惑渐渐变坏的。又要将你们的心志改换一新，并且穿上新人，这新人是照着神的形像造的，有真理的仁义和圣洁。

相信每一个人都希望自己变得更好，无论是在品格上，情绪上，外在，内在，甚至是在物质上，生活上，都能够更上一层楼。是的，每一个人都希望自己能够改变，可以越来越好，但是很多时候却事与愿违，我们不但做不到更好，反而却做了不想做的事。如今，当我们接受了耶稣基督成为我们生命的救主，在基督里我们就是新造的人，有圣灵住在我们里面。而这圣灵的工作就是时时刻刻提醒我们耶稣所说的一切话。

朋友们，当我们成为神的儿女那一刻开始，我们就脱去从前行为上的旧人，这旧人是因私欲的迷惑渐渐变坏的。所以当圣灵住进我们里面时，它会时时刻刻提醒我们不要再重蹈覆辙，不要再走回以前会败坏我们的路了。如今的我们是已经焕然一新，所以要在我们的心志上改换一新，不要被旧的思想缠绕着我们，因为我们这新人是照着神的形像造的，是有真理的仁义和圣洁，是带着基督的样式的。从前我们的坏习惯，坏脾气，不好的行为已与基督同钉在十字架上，如今活着的不再是我们，而是基督在我们里面活着，因此我们的言行举止是越来越像基督。

你知道吗？你的旧人已经被埋葬了，已经死了，所以不要再被从前的事给缠绕了。我们如今是新造的人，是不再一样的，是充满着父的荣光，是被爱的，是被我们的主捧在手心上的宝贝。若你真的晓得自己新的身份，你肯定不会再留恋那从前的自己，而是会更加努力的往前进，好让一切的荣耀归给我们天上的父。阿门！

Job 22:21 - “Submit to God and be at peace with him; in this way prosperity will come to you.”

God wants a relationship with you, intimately! Submission does not come by force, it flows out of love. Hence, submitting and agreeing with God does not require your special effort, or your will power to carry it on; rather, it just happens when you fall in love with Jesus! Instead of looking on what you should achieve, the moment when you look at what He has achieved for you, how much that He loves you, submission births out! Therefore, as you get to know Him through His words and submit to what He says, simply by believing that when the Word says so, it settles it; you shall be at peace!! Peace not of the world but peace that comes from Jesus! Furthermore, you shall see when you seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, all that you need will be added and come to you!

Psalms 75:6-7
No one from the east or the west or from the desert can exalt a man.
But it is God who judges; He brings one down, he exalts another.

Dear brother and sister in Christ, do you know that you are the chosen one to be blessed and exalted in life?
When we trust God in life, our heads are lifted up and we are full of glory, for nothing can be achieved by our own efforts but all things are done by Jesus Christ alone.
Is Him, who will never let the one who trusts in Him be put to shame!
Therefore, you can be assured knowing that when God is with you, nothing can be against you.
When God is for you, nothing is too hard that He cannot solve for you.
Today, no matter what challenges you are facing, know that God is there to exalt you and lead you into triumphal.
You no longer need to compromise to the sickness in your body knowing that God is there to heal and exalt you for His glory!
Though the world economic is not in good condition, but do know that no one from the east or the west or the desert can exalt you, means that is not the good economic can exalt you, but is God who exalts you according to His glorious riches!

No matter what you need to do or what you need to decide today, be firm and bold knowing that no one else can caused you trouble, no one else can exalts you either, but the Lord your God has chosen you and exalts you in life for His glory!
So, trust in Him in all that you do, acknowledge Him in all your ways, surely your better days are ahead of you, for you have the great shepherd-JESUS CHRIST, walking in front of you leading you to a higher and better place.

希伯来书11：1“信就是所望之事的实底，是未见之事的确据”。

在面对问题时，你的心思是专注在问题上？在钻牛角尖？还是定睛仰望耶稣的荣美，相信问题只是暂时的，它不能在你生命中停留；还是你就此被问题捆绑无法前进。。。

活在这世上，每一个人都会遇到问题，但耶稣向我们保证在祂里面有平安，因为祂已经胜了世界（约翰福音16：33）。当问题临到，是选择相信耶稣已经胜过问题，还是选择以自己的血气跟问题搏斗，都取决于自己。这并不是说你要逃避问题，而是当你思想神的话语的同时，你就在思念神国的事，心自然而然就会满有盼望，往对的方向前进。

也许你会说；“只要我的情况好转一些，只要能脱离这糟糕的状况，我就来相信。。。”很抱歉，这行不通，你必须先来相信，然后才会看见转变，约翰福音20：29说：“你因看见了我才信，那没有看见就信的有福了”！你的心思要反方向思考，在消极的环境中，仍然相信是被眷顾的，靠着神，相信自己的人生不会就此停顿。不要自己紧捉问题，要把一切都卸给耶稣，因为祂就是要来帮助你。

罗马书12：2说的很贴切，不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为神的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。所以不要效法这个世界的方法，靠自己的能力血气来行事，而是改变思维，默想上帝一切美好的旨意，祂的话语是带给我们盼望，大有能力的。阿门！
