腓 4:4 - 你们要靠主常常喜乐！我再说，你们要喜乐！

正所谓：人生不如意之事十之八九，意思是说，在我们的生活中，很多事情都不能如我们的意，是会让我们不顺心，心烦的。但是，圣经里却是告诉我们，我们要靠主常常喜乐。如何要喜乐？想想看，一个人如何能够喜乐起来？无非就是有值得高兴的事，有好消息发生。而福音就是好消息，就是神的大能。

你知道吗？靠主常喜乐的意思就是要靠着那给我们好消息的主，因着那好消息，所以我们的生命有喜乐。我们的主是给我们惊喜的主，祂常常为我们预备了一切。当人不知道该如何的时候，只要仰望耶稣，就必看见祂所为我们预备的惊喜。神所预备的惊喜包括了一切我们所需要的，无论是在经济上，健康上，家庭上，事业上等等，祂都已经为我们预备了。在林前9:14说到：叫传福音的靠着福音养生。如何靠福音养生？就是天天，无时无刻仰望主的好消息，仰望祂所为我们成就的一切，因为祂是天天给我们惊喜的主。

朋友们，感谢主在我们的生命中所给我们的一切，并且祂也确保我们所有的一切都是好的，只要我们仰望神的荣美，我们的生命肯定是居上不居下，作首不作尾的。阿门！

灯塔

约翰福音8：12
耶稣又对众人说：“我是世界的光，跟从我的，就不在黑暗里走，必要得着生命的光。

当一艘船还没有靠岸之前，掌舵人会确认在岸边的灯塔，把船驶往灯塔的方向，他就知道靠岸的所在。如果没有灯塔指引方向，在漆黑的海面上，船只根本无法安全靠岸，可能撞上石礁，可能搁浅，导致船只翻覆。但是当看到灯塔，就知道可以安全的靠岸。

如同我们的生命，不也是如此吗？曾几何时，我们就如同一艘船般，漂泊在这颠沛流离的世界里，漂泊在经济缺乏的里；漂泊在病痛黑暗里；漂流在不安和害怕的浪潮里；世界这么大，似乎没有容身之处；哪里才有光，哪里才是出口？

今天要很确定知道我们生命中有一个屹立不倒的灯塔，无时无刻的照亮且等待我们向祂靠岸。
这灯塔，是一个人-耶稣基督。
约翰一书1：5说： 神就是光，在祂毫无黑暗。耶稣就是我们生命的光，信祂的，就不住在黑暗里（约翰福音12：46）。

当你卷在问题的浪潮里，记得有耶稣与你同在；
当你处在挣扎的边沿，记得有耶稣与你同在；
当你哭泣的时候，记得耶稣要擦干你的眼泪；
祂是你生命的光，而你所需要做的，就是靠向祂！
无论处在高山或低谷，你都不是孤单一人，有天父的爱子与你同在，所以不要惧怕，也不要担心。

你生命中所需要的灯塔，就在你眼前了，你无需为自己建造一个灯塔，更何况当你自己又身在海上，又怎可能为自己在岸边建灯塔呢？如同救恩已经属于我们了，我们已经是义人，还需要努力地靠行为称义吗？光已经照明了你的黑暗，你只要靠向祂，休息在祂安稳的港湾里。阿门！

诗篇18：28 - 你必点着我的灯；耶和华- 我的神必照明我的黑暗。

Romans 5:8- “But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.”

God never show his love for you by talking but by demonstrating it through Jesus at the cross. It is at this day that Jesus was hung at the cross, walking through the journey to Golgotha, being rejected and shamed by men, he left nothing at the cross, but only our sins and iniquities, our sicknesses and curses, He took them all and suffered the judgment that was supposed to be on us. He did all things for you, simply because of one reason, to see you receiving and enjoying life and relationship just like back then in the Garden. He loves you too much to lose you, He said He will suffer and sacrifice so that His children can enjoy and receive life! What a marvelous love that God has lavished on us! Therefore, Take time to remember what Jesus has done for you at the cross today, and whenever you look to the cross, you'll find that it's the evidence of God's great love for you! While you were still a sinner, Jesus died for you; what makes you think that it's by your effort to maintain salvation? Never you! But Jesus did it all, and you just receive the credits of all His accomplishment! By looking at His love for you, you will that you're the most loved person in the world!

1 Corinthians 6:20- “for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.”

You may or someone may look down at you right now, causing you to devalue yourself according to their perspectives and your own perceptions. But do you know that your value isn't found in other people's word or your own assumptions? No one and no circumstances can determine your value in Christ, for you are purchased with Jesus' life! Know that your identity has changed, your value has changed, your life has changed just because Jesus has done all things for you at the cross! He has given up His life in order to give you life, therefore you are worthy, and your value is determine by God! So today, you're all the more precious, honorable, unique, one and only! See yourself as precious and loved by God, and you'll live life as bold as a lion!

太 11:28-29 - 凡劳苦担重担的人，可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式，这样，你们心里就必得享安息。

每一天，当我们一张开眼睛，每天的生活都有许多的事情在等着我们去做决定。很多时候，在我们的生活中，会遇见许多的事情让我们心烦，让我们不知如何是好，也让我们花了许多的时间力气在当中。但是神的话却告诉我们，应当一无挂虑，凡事藉着祷告祈求和感谢，把我们所需要的都告诉神。祂也要我们把一切的忧虑都卸给祂，因为祂顾念我们。

朋友们，我们每天的烦恼很多时候都是没完没了，这不单单让我们操心，跟会影响我们的生活。因此，那爱我们的主要我们到祂那里去，祂必使我们得享安息。就好比马大和玛利亚的比喻里，马大为了许多的事情忙碌，导致她心烦；但玛利亚却静静的坐在耶稣的脚旁，领受神的话。同样的今天，我们要停止如同马大的忙碌，学习玛利亚一样的静下来，领受神的话在我们的日常生活里。因为唯有当我们静下心来，才会发现原来我们一直所操心的一切，其实我们的主都已经知道，并且为我们安排好了。

所以，让我们分别为圣，每天都花时间与神亲近，要明确地知道在我们的生命中有一个爱我们的主，是完完全全的看顾我们，保守我们，并且是赐福给我们，让我们得以享受在祂爱的怀抱中的。阿门！

哥林多前书13：8 - 爱是永不止息。

你渴望一份永恒不变的爱吗？也许你已经被伤害到遍体鳞伤，再也不轻易相信人。这也是人之常情，世界因为恶者的掌权（约翰一书5：19），爱似乎已经成了廉价的物品，可以被无情的践踏，被出卖，甚至因为这世间的一切都无法长久，而惟有神的爱是亘古不变的是亘古不变，屹立不倒。一切都源于天父对我们无尽的爱。祂给予的爱，从来都不自私，从来都是为我们设想周全。

世界上的爱，永远都没有一个肯定，永远都有一个变数。但你今天要看见的，就是耶稣在十字架上的那份为你焚烧的爱，纵然人厌弃祂，离弃祂，祂在十字架上的坚持，依然还是因为爱你，无怨无悔的为你付出。

有谁能够担保我们一个不伤心的爱呢？只有耶稣。
今天，祂为我们的罪作了那挽回祭（约翰一书2：2）。
祂爱我们，关怀我们，祝福我们，永不止息；
我们不再是无依无靠，不再是孤儿，不再流离失所，我们有家可以回。知道有一位爱你的耶稣，把你放在祂的心里头，捧在手掌心，擦干你的眼泪，愿为你成就你心所渴想的。这份奇妙的爱，是你我都无法测度，无法以世界的标准来衡量的，是如此的长阔更深。
今天，敞开你的心，让祂进入你心房，与祂一同坐席吧，你会发现，你的生命是如此的美好！

Zephaniah 3:17- “The LORD your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.””

Heaven and earth pass away, man's promises may pass away, whatever that they can promise and thought of can fade one day, but know that even if all these never comes true, Jesus' promises will never pass away. He keeps His promises, He knows how you feel, He goes down to your level, He is always by your side, He knows all your weaknesses yet He loves you deeply, He will never be emotional over you but yet showering you with constant care, love and all! Therefore, You don't have to be restless over what's next, besides, what's next is never our responsibility but God's. He is the Alpha and Omega, who knows all things pertain to our lives, therefore we just have to allow God to be God. Only by beholding the Abba Father who is in your midst, every single fear, disappointments, hurts, shall fade! You know what? Every single moment He rejoices over you with singing and joy, you are the gladness and joy in His heart! Nothing is as joyful as having you! My friends, His love never changes, therefore allow Him to quiet your storms in His unfailing love. You'll find nothing is a big deal, when you're quiet in His love, with Him loving you, it's more than enough.

Luke 19:10- “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”

If you said that you are losing direction in life right now, you do not know how to move on in this marriage, you don't know how to walk towards your future, you don't know where to find your solutions, know that it is at your weakest point, it is at the point that you can't even help yourself anymore, the grace of God can abound much more in your life! Know that before you can even strife to find God, Jesus came and already found you! When He has found you, He placed you on His shoulders and walked happily back, and throwing celebration just because you have been found! That's how much He loves and cares about you! Therefore, He is here to deliver you, not to condemn you! So my friend, Lean on His leading, and know that He will definitely show you the way! When Jesus is your way, you can never be lost anymore!

诗 5:11 - 凡投靠你的，愿他们喜乐，时常欢呼，因为你护庇他们。又愿那爱你名的人，都靠你欢欣。

在我们生活中，总会有许许多多酸甜苦辣的事。然而，这些事我们都不能够避免，但是，我们却可以选择用什么心态去面对。在一个好的环境中，我们当然很容易用喜乐的心去面对；相反的，若是处于一个不好的状况中，我们还能坦然的喜乐的去面对吗？若是靠我们自己，肯定是不能够，因为人的情绪很容易被一个环境给左右了，但是，我们若是靠着神的能力，我们就能很快地把眼目转向我们的主，知道唯有祂是掌权的。

朋友们，无论在什么情况下，我们都要信靠我们的主，要知道在祂里面我们是被看顾，被保护，是被爱的。很多时候当我们靠自己的时候，我们遇见问题，遇见困难，我们就会沮丧，开始退缩，甚至情绪失控。但当我们是靠神的时候，往往会发现我们全能的神能够把不好的变成好，把劣势扭转过来变成优势。因为祂是爱我们的主，祂知道什么对我们是最好的。

所以，要靠主常喜乐，时常欢呼，要靠我们的神欢欣，因为唯有祂能够把我们的哀哭变为跳舞，把我们的麻衣脱去，披上喜乐。因此，让我们的心要常常颂赞我们的主，纪念一切祂所为我们做成的，常常感恩歌颂祂，把一切的荣耀都归给祂。阿门！

在旷野沙漠中赞美

赛51：3耶和华已经安慰锡安，和锡安一切的荒场，使旷野像伊甸，使沙漠像耶和华的园囿。在其中必有欢喜，快乐，感谢和歌唱的声音。

你正处在沙漠中，正处在旷野中吗？欲哭无泪，抱怨生命对你是多么的不公平，不晓得该何去何从，心里有许多的为什么，质问这样的事为何会发生在我身上？又或者你在怀疑是否是我不够圣洁，所以我的生命停顿无法前进。。。
当你处在旷野，处在沙漠中，举目望去，都是荒芜一片的时候，你会选择做什么？
以赛亚书43：19 “看哪，我要做一件新事，如今要发现，你们岂不知道吗？我必在旷野开道路，在沙漠开江河。”
不要让埋怨从你口里出来，不要让苦毒占满你的心，把眼泪擦干，更不要再问为什么了，抬起头来，在人生的低潮中，不要放弃！选择来赞美主吧！因为赞美是大有能力的，当你赞美时，你必从新得力，再次如鹰展翅上腾。你生命中的不好要变成好，你的沙漠要变为水泉，你的旷野要变为道路，到那时，必有人涌进来居住，这地必繁荣昌盛。这意味着，你生命中凡干枯的领域要再次昌盛起来，心里渴望的都要被饱足，那停顿已久都要得着突破，那不结果子的都要结果子磊磊。哈利路亚！
保罗和西拉在监狱中赞美时，监狱的门就打开，锁链也断开，使人得自由；
当以色列百姓围绕着耶利哥城赞美时，耶利哥城就倒塌，使人得胜利；
同样的，当我们处在逆境中，选择赞美神，高举祂的名，我们必定跨越生命中的各样困境。所以，在你日常生活中，无时无刻都来赞美神吧！

Melted Like Wax

Psalm 97:5- “The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the LORD, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.”

Do you know that The Lord is with you at all times? No matter whether you can feel it or not, you realize it or not, you believe it or not, the truth is He never leaves you or forsakes you. He is always in the midst of you, and no matter where you turn, He is always there! Therefore it is essential to be conscious that The Lord is with you at all times, because it is in His presence, that you shall witness the mountains of fear and condemnation, the mountains of sickness and lack shall melt like wax before you! Which means, when The Lord is with you, who can be against you? When The Lord is by your side, you can be sure that even hard and solid rock issues will also have to melt like wax before Him! You are securely protected and cared of, by The Lord of all the earth! So, what shall you be afraid again? Nothing!

然而，靠着爱我们的主，在一切的事上已经得胜有余了。

亲爱的，不管你现在面对着什么事情，且安静并休息在神那能够释放你自由和给你平安的爱中。
也许现在你正面临职场上超乎你能力所能应付的问题，但你可以放心，神所爱的，只管不费力地领受神为你所预备的一切并且见证神如何把不好的变成好。
如果你现在正在处理破裂的关系，那么就只管不费力地领受耶稣为你战胜爱的修复吧！因为是他以无条件的爱爱你到底。
在病痛当中，不费力地休息在基督里并且相信因他受的鞭伤，你是完全得医治并且是完全的。
当你缺乏时，不费力地从耶稣那里领受，因为他是你的牧者，你必不至于缺乏。
当你被压力重担围住时，不费力地休息在神翅膀的荫下，知道他总在那里遮蔽保护你并且指引你当行的道路，在他里面，你是成功的！

当神与你同在，没有什么能阻挡你。
当神与你同在，你是一个成功的人。
所以，丝毫不费力地领受神无条件的爱和他不能赚取的恩惠在我们生命中。有了他，你的道路是越来越明亮的。
是耶稣，温柔充满着爱地把你扛在他自己的肩上，为了保护你且在一切环境中不停地爱你。

Psalm 62:1- “Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.”

When you are in the midst of confusion, in the midst of worries, though you may feel real bad at that moment, but remember Jesus is always by your side. Whatever that you have gone through, He understands and He cares. No one understands you more than He does, no one knows how badly hurt you may be like Him, and He is the one who puts the best interest of yours in his heart! Whatever disappointment, doubts and fear that you have right now, keep on beholding Jesus and find rest in His love; in His embrace you shall fear not, worry not and lack not, for He is mighty to save! So though thousands may fall at your side, ten thousands at your right hand, you only need to find rest in The Lord and the salvation comes from him!

The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.
Romans 8:37
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

Beloved, no matter what you are facing right now, be still and rest in the love of God that sets you free and gives you peace.
Perhaps you are currently facing issues in your workplace which is beyond your ability to settle, but you are to take heart, God's beloved, receive what the Lord has done for you effortlessly and see how God turn the bad into good.
If you are dealing with broken relationship right now, receive the restoration Jesus has won for you effortlessly knowing that He loves you without condition.
In times of sick, rest effortlessly in Christ and believe that by His stripes, you are healed and made whole.
When you are lacking, receive effortlessly from Jesus for He is your shepherd and you shall not be in want.
When you are overwhelming with pressure and stress, rest effortlessly in the shadow of His wing knowing that He covers and guides your way, in Him, you are led to success!

When God is for you, nothing can be against you.
When God is with you, you are a successful person.
So, be effortless and receive the unmerited favor with unconditional love of God in life. With Him, your path will become even brighter.
Is Jesus, who carries you gently on His own shoulders protecting you and loving you all the times in all the circumstances.

诗 38:15 - 耶和华啊，我仰望你！主我的神啊，你必应允我！

在我们的人生旅途上，不可能一直都一帆风顺，偶尔总会有起起落落的时候。在我们得意之时，当我们处于高峰的时候，我们能够很容易的赞美主，仰望祂的荣美；但倘若在我们失意之际，处于低谷的时候呢？我们是否还能够轻松地赞美神呢？很多时候，当我们遇到困难，生活不顺利的时候，很常的我们都是先埋怨，被消极的思想给占据。但是，神的话却告诉我们，我们要无时无刻赞美祂，称颂祂的名。尤其在我们处于低潮的时候，当我们一个人彷徨无助的时候，我们更要抬头仰望我们的主，因为唯有祂是时时刻刻与我们同在，并且不离开我们的。

你知道吗?我们每一个人都是祂的心肝宝贝，是祂眼中的瞳人。祂爱我们胜过一切，祂愿意把一切上好的都给了我们。祂一点也不愿意看见我们受苦，但是很多时候人却是因着自己的选择而让自己走在水深火热之中，然而，我们的神是个绅士，祂从不勉强也不干涉我们所有的决定，因为祂已把权柄赐给了我们。但是，祂却是应许我们，无论在什么样的环境中，祂都是以马内利的神，是与我们同在的神。所以，只要我们仰望祂，祂必不让我们羞愧。

所以朋友们，要清楚地知道，我们有个全能的神，祂能为我们行大事，能为我们在旷野开道路，在沙漠开江河，祂是无所不能，无所不在的神。当我们有这个保障的时候，我们还怕什么呢？当我们有了这高台，我们是无所畏惧的了。阿门！

Proverbs 23:7- “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he."

Changes can't last by effort, or willpower, because all the more you try to achieve that by effort, all the more you will be living in reliance on yourself. If you long for a radical change in your life, have a radical change IN you first! Instead of relying on yourself to see changes, you need to rely on Jesus! Remember my friend, that You are what you think, therefore, keep your thoughts align with the Words of God, meditate and chew it day and night, and out of your belly shall explode a complete change effortlessly! Jesus is the transformation maker, and He is in you! So when Jesus is here to do the job, you can be sure that He can always do it perfectly, and far more than you can imagine and think of!

哥林多后书5：7 因我们行事为人，是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见。

眼見和感觉常会代替信心。

在这世上一切困苦及难过的经历中，不管我们的感觉怎样，或是犯了错，讲错话，做错决定，我们都必须认定主活在我们离面，我们还是义人。人常因為感觉而跌倒，因着胆怯而放弃生命。神的恩典、憐憫，慈爱似乎完全离开了，内心空荡荡的无所依靠。

当我们感觉孤單、淒涼的时候，我们的灵仍能說：「我虽看不見祢，感觉不到祢，但我知道祢始終在这里，你的救赎与真理是不会离开我的，你爱我不会改变，你的救恩是永远的。那天天背负我们重担的主，是应当称颂的（诗篇68：19）。哈利路亚！

我们应该相信上帝话语和能力过於信自己的感觉和经历，我們的磐石乃是基督（林前3：11），不是随着环境的起落。我们的眼睛应该凝視基督所已经完成的工作，仰望祂。扬起我们的帆來，勇敢地起航！不要留恋在不信的港口，不要躺臥在黑暗的死寂里，不要任凭你的感觉上下顛簸，像漂泊不定的船只一般。我们有一位最可靠的主，所以我们的生命是不会手软，且不会惧怕的。啊们！

2 Corinthians 4:13- “And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,”

The spirit of faith comes by hearing, and hearing only by the Word of Christ. Therefore, all the more you hear of Him, all the more you lean your ears to the gospel, which is the good news of God, faith births out. It's totally effortless! It happens when you know how much that Jesus has done for you and how much that you are loved by Him! Therefore, faith moves your tongue, you will speak what you believe eventually! Instead of believing for the worst, and speak forth death, the more you hear of this good news, it moves your tongue in speaking life and guess what? You shall eat it's fruit! So speak forth what you believe today, say this to yourself: I am healthy and strong, my youth is renewed, I am God's beloved, I am full of favor, I am blessed, whatever my hands touch prosper, I am the head and not the tail, I am above and not beneath, The Lord is with me and I am a successful person, my future is bright, my marriage is blessed, my children are secure, just because Jesus has blessed me!

以弗所书2：12-13
那时，你们与基督无关，在以色列国民以外，在所应许的诸约上都是局外人，并且活在世上没有指望，没有神。
你们从前远离神的人，如今却在基督耶稣里，靠着他的血，已经得以亲近了。

试想一想，如果耶稣没有成就在十字架上，今天的我们会是怎样的呢？我们的生命到底会如何，是否每天都小心翼翼的过日子，每天都担惊受怕，不晓得那一天厄运就会降临在我们身上，害怕生病，害怕世界的经济萧条，人与人之间的互不信任。。。这样的人生，哪有喜乐可言？

以弗所书2：12 说，那时，当你们与基督无关，在所有的应许上都是局外人。 并且活在世上没有指望，没有神。
一点都没错，曾几何时，我们都是与基督无关的，因为世人都犯了罪，而罪叫我们与神隔绝（罗马书3：23，以赛亚书59：2）。上帝所应许的约定里的一切丰盛都与我们无关，只因我们是局外人。活在世上确实就是毫无指望，没有神。生病时，缺乏时，流泪时，跌倒时，失败时，无助时，都毫无指望。但，天父对我们的爱，从来都没有界限，祂不要我们与祂隔绝，祂要我们的生命是与祂有份的。
耶稣的到来，祂所做的一切，耶稣在十字架上的完工，藉着我们的口里承认，心里相信，上帝一切属灵的福气都与我们有关了。在所应许的诸约上都不再是局外人，而是局内人了！是活得有盼望，有未来的。
今天，我们得以亲近神，得以拥有所有的应许，不是因为我们有多好，不是因为我们做了多少，不是因为我们付出多少，而是单单的因为耶稣的宝血，靠着祂，我们才能够亲近神！

如今，无论遇到什么样的遭遇，无论遇见怎么样的难关；我们不再是没有盼望，而是充满指望了，有美好的明天了！啊们！

Psalm 31:4- “Pull me from the trap my enemies set for me, for I find protection in you alone.”

Every day, the world may be bombarded you with bad news and reports on new disease, viruses and also accidents, but do know that fear is not of God! You have to be reminded each day that Your Abba Father sends angels to encamp around you! You're His beloved, and He ensures your safety and well being! Taking care of you is now His responsibility! Therefore, no matter where you are, He secures you and saves you from all the traps of sickness, accident and all! Though thousands may fall at your side, it may seem to be just so near, or too close, but remember, you're protected under the mighty wings of God! Therefore, no deadly pestilences, no sudden accidents are able to snatch you away from the hand of God! Like little chicks hiding under the mother hen's wings, all you need to do is to be at rest under His wings! So, Jesus is the best insurance that you can ever have, He is the best protection and hiding place!
