Isaiah 43:18-19 Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.
以赛亚书 43：18-19 耶和华如此说：”你们不要记念从前的事，也不要思想古时的事。看哪，我要做一件新事，如今要发现，你们岂不知道吗？我必在旷野开道路，在沙漠开江河。”

Dear friend, as we enter the new year, we are to be assured that everything is new, so no matter what has happened before, let the past be passed. Let go of what is behind of you and see what is ahead of you. Stop dwelling on the past, move forward in the destiny God has planned for you. Forget the hurt that holds you back, perceive the comfort God has for you; Forget the pain and disease that bother you, perceive the healing God has given to you; Forget the lacking that limits you, perceive the blessings and prosperity God supplies to you according to His glorious riches; Forget the broken relationship that hurts you, perceive the restoration and love God has for you. Now, everything is new in Christ! Trust in Him and His finished work on the cross. He has done it all for you and me, therefore, we are to enjoy and rejoice in Him. The Lord we trust is the one who makes impossible becomes possible and who turns the bad into good. Nothing is too hard for Him, so, let us step out boldly knowing that when God is for us, nothing can be against us. Start the new year right with right believing which produces right living. Hallelujah!

亲爱的朋友，当我们进入新的一年时，我们当知道一切都是全新的，所以不管之前发生什么事情，就让过去成为过去吧！放下那在你后头的过去，然后看向在你前方的未来。停止呆在过去了，向着神为你所策划的人生前进吧！忘记那捉住你使你不能前进的伤害，捉紧神所给于你的安慰；忘记那缠绕你的病痛和疾病，紧捉住神赐给你的医治；忘记那限制你的缺乏，捉住神照祂荣耀丰富供应给你的祝福和丰盛；忘记那破碎伤害你的关系，捉着神给你的修复和爱。现在，在基督里一切都是崭新的！信靠祂并祂十字架上的完工。祂已经为你和我做成了，因此，我们得以享受和在祂里面喜乐。我们所信靠的主是使不能变成可能，不好变成好的。在神没有难成的事，所以，让我们坦然无惧地迈向前进，因为我们深知当主与我们同在，没有什么能够拦阻我们。以对的相信就是那产生对的生活来开始这崭新的一年。哈利路亚！

Psalm 110:1 The Lord says to my lord: "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet."
诗篇 110:1 耶和华对我主说：“你坐在我的右边，等我使你仇敌作你的脚凳。”

Do you know that you have a sure victory the moment when you received Christ? He conquered and you are more than a conqueror. Therefore you need to know that you do not need to fight for victory, instead you only need to fight from the victory! You are already standing on the ground of victory, and the only thing is, whether you believe or you are not, Jesus is already now in victory and sitting at the right hand of the Father, it is a place of authority and sitting means He has done it all! He has conquered all the fear, curses, sicknesses, poverty, sins at the cross, and as He is, so are you in this world! You are now raised and seated with Christ together at the right hand of the Father too (Ephesians 2:6)! Because of that you can be sure that all enemies have become your footstool. Therefore, look down and you will find sickness, problems are all defeated under you, look up and you will know that Jesus is your victory, and whom shall you fear?

你知道吗？当你接受基督的那一刻，你就已经得胜了！祂得胜了，而你是得胜有余的。所以，你要知道你不是為了要得着勝利而争战，而只需要從勝利中争战！你已經站在得胜的位置，唯有一件事就是，不管你信還是你不信，耶稣已经得胜了，如今坐在天父的右邊，有权柄能力，当祂坐下，就意表祂已经做成这一切！祂在十字上架上征服了所有的恐懼、咒诅、疾病，贫穷和罪惡，因為祂如何，你在這世上也如何！你現在也已经与基督一同坐在天父的右边了（以弗所书2：6）！因此你可以肯定仇敌已經成为你的腳凳。所以，当你低下头，你会看见疾病，问题都是你的脚凳了；当你仰望祂，你知道耶穌就是你的勝利，你还怕誰呢？

马可福音 11: 22 耶稣回答说：“你们当信服神。”

Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the word of God. It is obvious that faith comes not by our own will and effort either, rather, it comes when we keep ourselves connected to Jesus. Why? Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith, which means, it is Jesus who initiates the faith in us, it is Jesus who carries it on and it is Jesus who completes it! Therefore, when you look at yourself, faith cannot arise. But when you look at Jesus, faith comes! ‬‬My friends, faith empowers you to see things that are not as though they are; instead of having faith on yourself, have faith on the finished work of Jesus today! When He is in victory, so are you; when He is healthy, so are you now! Look at Jesus, and that's the key to faith! ‬‬‬‬‬‬

信道是从听道而来。显然的，信心不来自于我们自己的意志力或努力，而是当我们时刻与耶稣打成一片，信心自然而然就被启动了。为什么呢？因为耶稣是为我们信心创始成终的。这就是说，是耶稣启动我们的信心，是祂运行在其中，启动的是耶稣，完成的也是耶稣！因此，当你看向自己，信心无法启动。但是当你看向耶稣的时候，信心就被启动了！朋友，信心所让你看到的，是超自然的能力；与其看向自己的信心，你更当相信耶稣的完工！当祂已经得胜了，你是得胜有余的；当祂是健康的，你也是健康的！看向耶稣，这就是信心被启动的钥匙！

希伯来书 10:25 你们不可停止聚会，好像那些停止惯了的人，倒要彼此劝勉，既知道那日子临近，就更当如此。

Hi friend, happy blessed new year to you! During this Chinese New Year season, everyone is busy preparing for the new year to come and surely many are busy visiting relatives and friends. Just like what the verse mentioned, while we are busy with visitation all around us, do not forget to meet up for the goodness of God and encourage one another with the words of God. Let us carry the favor of God and have the fragrance of God wherever we go. Remember that wherever we step, it shall be the promised land, for we bring the blessings of God to the place we go. So, start caring people around us with love and peace, bring the good news-powerful gospel of Christ to them and expect to see life transformation takes place. Step out today and not give up meeting together for the glory of God and count the blessings God has for us. Be blessed!

诗篇 85：12 耶和华必将好处赐给我们，我们的地也要多出土产。

There are still many children of God thinking that God is there to curse and not willing to bless them, and everything is dependent on their good works. But be awaken today that because of Jesus once sacrifice, everything has been done! It is because of Jesus that we are blessed and loved, it is because of Jesus that we can be called as righteous, it is because of Jesus that we have new life! Hence, do you know that it's your Father in heaven's pleasure to give you what is good? He loves you and His heart is to give you all His best; sickness and curses are not of God, because they are not good things! But surely you're prosperous, blessed, healthy and strong because these are good things! Witness with your own eyes today that your land will yield it's harvest when you truly believe that The Lord loves you!

今时今日，仍然有许多上帝的儿女们觉得祂是一位诅咒的神，不愿意祝福他们，觉得上帝是按着行为来赏赐他们的。但今天你该醒悟了！因着耶稣的一次献祭，一切都已经成了！因着耶稣，我们被祝福满满，我们被恩宠；因着耶稣，我们被称为义；因着耶稣，我们有全新的生命！所以你知道吗？你天上的父是很乐意赐你美物享用的。祂爱你，打从心里祂要给你最好的；疾病和诅咒不来自上帝，因为它们都不是美物！但今天你的生命肯定是兴盛、蒙福、健康且强壮的，因为这些都是美物。当你相信上帝祂真心爱你，你就要亲眼见证到你的地是多出土产的！

Galatians 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
加拉太书 5:25 我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。

Dear friend, do you know that sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want? Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. It is important for us to know who shall we our mind follow and lean on today because the mind of sinful man is death but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. So friend, regardless what your mind is thinking a few second ago, let it be the past. From now on, let us set our mind on things that is above-JESUS, and keep in step with the Spirit. Stop living our lives in negativity ground, but keep in step with the Spirit and think positively no matter what are we encountering knowing that JESUS has full control in the situation we are in. Stop listening to what our emotions say when facing problems, but instead, keep in step with the Spirit by listening to what the words of God say. Stop reacting to our surrounding by our feelings but keep in step with the Spirit and response with the peace, love and joy God has placed in our heart. In everything we do, do it with the tremendous power of God that make things happen. Tap into the supernatural by eyeing on Jesus and focus on what He can do, trust in Him and know that nothing is to hard for Him. When we keep in step with the Spirit, surely we will see things change in our favor, bad turn to be good and impossible becomes possible!

亲爱的朋友，你可否知道情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争，这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能做所愿意做的？随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事，随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。我们的心和思想跟随依靠谁是非常重要的，因为体贴肉体的是死，体贴圣灵的乃是生命平安。所以朋友，不管你的思想前一刻想的是什么，就让它成为过去吧！从这一刻开始，思念天上的事 - 耶稣，靠着圣灵来行事。不要让我们的生命待在消极中，而是靠着圣灵积极地面对一切，因为知道耶稣永远掌权。在面对困难时，不要听我们的情绪怎么说，而是靠圣灵听听神的话怎么说。不要凭我们的感觉来回应我们的周遭，而是靠圣灵以神所给我们的平安，爱和喜乐来回应。在我们所行的事上，都以神那使事情发生浩大的能力来行；以仰望耶稣并专注于祂所能做的进入那超自然，相信祂且知道在祂没有难成的事。当我们靠圣灵行事，我们肯定看见事情因我们而改变，不好的变成好，不可能的变成可能！

2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
哥林多后书 12:9 祂对我说，我的恩典够你用。因为我的能力，是在人的软弱上显得完全。所以，我更喜欢夸自己的软弱，好叫基督的能力覆庇我。

Hi friend, are you afraid of challenges? Are you worrying about your future? No matter what is the bondage that hold you back, always bear in mind that the grace of God is sufficient for you! When you are down, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that hold you up; When you are angry, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that calm you down; When you are worry, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that give you peace; When you are in lack, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that provide to you abundantly; When you are sick, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that make you healthy; When problems come, His grace is sufficient, apply the grace of God that help you to overcome problems! In Him, you can have the unmerited and unearned favor. When there is grace, there is supplies. Therefore, when you start to use and apply the grace of God, that is when you encounter blessings flow. The grace of God enable you to reign in life. So, be thankful for the grace of God!

嗨朋友，你会害怕面对挑战吗？你是否在担心你的未来？不管有什么重担拖累着你，永远记得神的恩典够你用！当你处在低谷的时候，祂的恩典够你用，是那将你兴起的恩典；当你生气时，祂的恩典够你用，是那使你平静的恩典；当你担心时，祂的恩典够你用，是那给你平安的恩典；当你缺乏时，祂的恩典够你用，是那供应你丰盛的恩典；当你生病时，祂的恩典够你用，是那给你健康的恩典；当问题来时，祂的恩典够你用，是那帮助你战胜问题的恩典！在主里面，你拥有那原不配得且不能赚取的恩惠。哪里有恩典，那里就有供应。因此，你什么时候开始用神的恩典，你就什么时候经历福分的流露。神的恩典使你能够在生命中掌权。所以，为着神的恩典感恩吧！

‭‬‬诗篇 59:17 我的力量啊，我要歌颂祢。因为神是我的高台，是赐恩与我的神。

Are you tired and heavy laden? Are you struggling with the thoughts of defeat and battling with the cycle of condemnation? A good news to you today is that Jesus is for you and He comes as a savior to save you! The moment when you're out of strength, look up to Jesus for He is your source. Start to sing praises to Him, magnifying Him in your worst situation, look up to Him in praises, because the moment when you complain, you will remain; but the moment when you give praise, you will raise! Therefore praising Him enables you to shift your eyes from those cycle of defeat, and look to Jesus on His fullness of grace, and empowering you to reign in life! Therefore, Run to Jesus today knowing that He is always here embracing you with an opened arms. He is your fortress, He is whom you can rely on; therefore if you're heavy laden and weary today, come to Jesus and find rest in Him! You will not end up bad, but in Christ He is reliable, and whatever that He has said, He will bring them to accomplishment in your life! ‬‬

你觉得劳苦重担吗？你是否在挫败的思想与定罪的旋涡中挣扎？今天要告诉你的好消息就是，耶稣是为你而来，祂要来拯救你！当你已经筋疲力尽，你要仰望耶稣，因为祂是你力量的泉源。你要来赞美祂，在你最糟糕的情况下让祂显为大，以赞美来仰望祂，因为当你埋怨时，你就在原地踏步；但是当你赞美那一刻，你会被高举！所以，赞美能把你从失败的光景中转移你的目光，而看向耶稣的恩典，赋予你能力在生命中作王！所以，跑向耶稣，祂敞开双臂来拥抱你。祂是你的坚固台，是赐恩与你的神；当你疲乏困倦了，来到耶稣那里得着安息吧！你的结局不会是不好的，但在基督里，祂是赐恩与你的神，无论祂对你说什么，祂都能使之在你生命中成就！

Isaiah 14:24 The Lord Almighty has sworn, "Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will stand."
以赛亚书 14:24 万军之耶和华起誓说：我怎样思想，必照样成就；我怎样定意，必照样成立。

No matter what the circumstance says, do not listen to it but be attentive to what God says, for what the circumstance says cannot determine your life but the word of God does. God has planned to give you abundant life, so it will be in your life (John 10:10). Poverty has nothing to do with you because Jesus is here to prosper you and supply all your needs according to His glorious riches (Philippians 4:19). God has purposed to give you healthy body, so it will stand in your life. By the stripes of Jesus, you are healed (Isaiah 53:4-5). God has planned to bless you wherever you go, so it will be in your life (Deuteronomy 28:6). So, no matter where you are, you are blessed with the favor and goodness of God (Psalms 23:6). God has purposed you to be free from condemnation, so it will stand (Romans 8:1).
Regardless how many weaknesses you have, stop condemning yourself for Christ has won it all, you are strengthen by the grace of God (2Corinthians 12:9-10). God has planned to set you at the high place, so it will be in your life (Psalms 91:14). Because the Lord is with you, you are a successful person who holds the position in your career and business (Deuteronomy 28:13-14). God has purposed you to reign in life, so it will stand in your life (Romans 5:17). We can now reign in life by standing on top of the troubles knowing that we are the righteous one because Christ has done it all. So, stop leaning on our feeling to live our daily life by seeing things happening around us, but instead, look to the cross and the finished work of Christ, it is time for us to receive by faith. When God is with us, nothing can be against us! (Romans 8:31)

不管环境怎么说，不要听它的而是侧耳聆听神说什么，因为环境所说的不能决定你的人生但神的话能够。神已思想策划给你丰盛的生命，就必照样成就在你的生命中 (约翰福音10:10) 。贫穷与你无关，因为耶稣在这里使你富足并照祂荣耀的丰富满足你一切所需 (腓立比书4:19) 。 神已定意给你健康的身体，就必照样成立在你生命中。因耶稣受的鞭伤，你完全得医治（以赛亚书53:4-5) 。神已思想策划无论你到哪里都祝福你，就必照样成就在你的生命中 (申命记28:6) 。所以，不论你身在何处，你都是带着神的恩惠和慈爱 (诗篇23:6) 。神已定意你不再被定罪，就必照样成立 (罗马书8:1) 。
不管你有多少软弱，停止自我控告因为基督已战胜了一切，你是靠神的恩变为刚强的(哥林多后书12:9-10)。神已思想策划将你安置在高处，就必照样成就在你的生命中 (诗篇91:14) 。 因为主与你同在，你是成功的人，能够在工作上，生意上居上不居下 (申命记28:13-14) 。神已定意你在生命中作王，就必照样成立在你生命中 (罗马书5:17) 。我们现在得以在生命中掌权，能够站在问题之上，因为知道我们因着耶稣所成就就拥有了义人的身份。 所以，不要再靠着感觉看着周遭的环境来过每一天，而是看向十字架并基督的完工，是时候让我们凭信心领受了。当神与我们同在，没有什么能拦阻我们！(罗马书8:31)

Exodus 14:13 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.
出埃及记 14:13 不要惧怕，只管站住！看耶和华今天向你们所要施行的救恩。因为，你们今天所看见的埃及人必永远不再看见了。

Jesus has won the battle and since then you're more than a conqueror. You conquered not because of your ability, but because of what Jesus has done at the cross. Therefore, as sure is Jesus' finished work, you've to be that sure of your salvation, your healing, your redemption, your supply! Remember, Jesus is your Deliverer, and the problems, the symptoms, the fear, the challenges that you see today you'll never see again! You just need to Stand firm and see how The Lord fights for you! So don't worry, everything is going to be alright, rest assured in Him and know Jesus is your refuge and strength, and when He is with you, nothing can be against you! Hallelujah!

耶稣已经得胜了，所以你是得胜有余了。你得胜不是因为你的能力，而是因为耶稣在十字架上所成就的。所以，因着耶稣确实的完工，你必须确定你有救恩，你得着医治，你被救赎，你得着供应了！记的，耶稣是你的救赎主，所以一切的问题、症状、恐惧，你今天所看到的挑战，你必永远不再看见！你只需要站稳脚步，看耶和华如何为你争战！所以不要忧虑，一切都会好起来，并在祂里面得着安息，晓得耶稣是你的避难所和你的力量，当祂与你同在，断没有什么可以来敌挡你！哈利路亚！

箴言 6：22 你行走，它必引导你；你躺卧，它必保守你；你睡醒，它必与你谈论。

Do you know that the Word of God is powerful and essential in our Christian life? It helps us to know who we are in Christ, what we can do and what we have in Christ! Therefore, without the Word you'll not be able to know of your identity. And live the life that God calls you to live! Jesus is the Word made flesh dwelling among us, so we are to know that the Word of God is able to guide you, watch over you and speak to you at all times. Choose to yield to the Word of God instead of the word of man, as the word of man is not able to sustain and help you but the Words of God is able. Find yourself in His Word today, you'll see how powerful it is! Amen!

你知道吗？神的话在我们基督徒的生活中是强而有力且是不可缺少的。它帮助我们晓得我们在基督里的身份，我们能做些什么，以及我们在基督里拥有什么？所以，如果没有神的话，你就不晓得你的身份，以致无法活出一个神般的生命！耶稣道成了肉身，住在我们中间，好让我们晓得神的话能够来引导你，保守你，并随时与你来谈论。所以你当选择顺服在神的话之下，而不是人的话，因为人的话不能坚固你和帮助你，但神的话却能够。今天就在祂的话语里寻得你的身份，你就会看到它的能力有多大！阿们！

耶利米书 29:12 你们要呼求我，祷告我，我就应允你们。

Do you know that God is not a God of deaf, but instead He listens to you? Whatever it is that you are crying out today, regardless what you have gone through, your Father in Heaven listens and He understands you. However, we are to know that there should not be religion between God and us, but it should be a relationship between us and the Father, He longs to talk to you, He wants to develop relationship with you, He wants to tell you great things! You can never see one way communication in a relationship, because it will never work. Instead, as you come to Jesus, and draw close to Him, He promised you that He will surely draw closer to you. Your Father in heaven will run hundreds of step to you even if you just make one step forward. That is your Father! Therefore, call on to Him, come and talk to Him, He says that He will listen to you. Start to enjoy this relationship with Him today! Amen!

你知道吗？上帝不是对你充耳不闻的，而祂却是应允你的神。无论你今天为了什么事情而哭泣，无论你经历了什么，你天上的父祂听见你的呼喊，祂也明白你的处境。但无论如何我们必须知道，父与我们之间的关系不应该是宗教的存在，而应该是亲密无间的，祂渴望与你来说话，祂切望与你建立更亲密的关系，祂要将又大又美好的事告诉你！要建立一份美好的关系不是单方面的，因为它不能长久。反之，当你来亲近耶稣，祂必与你亲近。当你向前踏出一步，你在天上的父亲是百步的跑向你。那就是你的天父！所以，来求告祂，来与祂说话，祂必应允你。今天就开始享受与祂之间那份亲密的关系吧！阿们！

诗篇 1:2 惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福！

What are you believing now? Are you believing in the doctor's report? Are you believing in what the devil has even lying to you? Are you believing that you are not righteous in Christ? Whatever it is, remember that a right believing produces a right living, and likewise a wrong believing will Definitely produces a wrong living! Therefore instead of meditating and thinking again and again on your problems, the Word of God teaches us to think about His Word instead! As what you meditate on today can greatly affect your life, when you meditate on the Word , it can greatly affect your living! Therefore choose not to meditate your problems but the Word of God. Day and night remembering what He says, as you delight in His Word, you're blessed and whatever you touch shall prosper! Amen!

现在你相信什么呢？你是相信医生的报告吗？你是相信魔鬼给你的谎言吗？还是你相信你在基督里是不公义的吗？无论是什么，总要记得，当你有对的相信，就会有对的人生；同样的，错的相信，就带来错误的人生！所以，与其为着问题来烦恼和忧虑，神的话语教导我们要来思想祂的话语。正如今天你心里所想的会影响你的人生，当你思想神的话，它也可以大大影响你的生命！所以你当选择不要思想你的问题，而是昼夜来思想神的话。当你在祂的话语里喜乐，你必蒙福，凡你所触碰的必都兴盛！阿们！

What are the waves that mounted up before you now? Fear? The seriousness of your medical report? The great lack? Whatever it is, do not be afraid and don't worry. Do you know that one word from Jesus is able to calm the storms and quiet down the sea? Likewise, as you dwell yourself in the word of Jesus, His one word will be able to calm and still your problems! Remember that when God says light, and there's light; Even great darkness has no chance to stay! Likewise, when He said you are healed, you are! When He said you shall live in abundance, you are! For God is able to still that fear, turn your bad report to good report, and supply your needs more than you ask and think of! Trust Him and know that He will never fail! Amen!

现在在你眼前的困难与挑战是什么呢？惧怕吗？不好的医药报告吗？无底洞的缺乏吗？无论是什么，你不要害怕也不要担心。你知道吗？耶稣的一句话就能够平静风浪。同样的，当你把自己沉浸在神的话语里，祂的一句话也能平息你的问题！记得当神说要有光，就有光；即使是再大的黑暗也无法停留！同样的，当祂说得医治，你就得医治！当祂说你有丰盛的生命，你就有丰盛的生命！因为神能够安抚你的惧怕，把你不好的医药报告变成好的报告，祂供应你的是超乎你所求所想！所以相信祂，祂永不会失信于你！阿们！

Colossians 2:6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him;
歌罗西书 2:6 你们既然接受了主基督耶稣，就当遵祂而行；

As a branch cannot love without it's vine, so are we. We cannot live our lives outside Christ, because we as a branch, we need to keep ourselves connected to the vine. Jesus is the vine and we are the branches, for apart from Him, we cannot bear fruits! Therefore without Him, we cannot! So the moment when you receive him, You have to know that your life is in Him, He is the source of your life. Just as a phone cannot function without it's battery, we too cannot function well without our source of life! Remember that you belong to Christ, and He is your Creator! Whatever that seems to be unwell, you need to go back to your manufacturer- God, to get it fix! Therefore, continue to live in Him; through His Word and through the consciousness of His presence!

枝子离了葡萄树，就不能生存，我们也是如此。我们的人生不能活在基督以外，身为枝子，我们必须时刻连接在葡萄树上。耶稣是葡萄树，我们是枝子，离了祂，我们不能结果子！所以离了祂，我们不能做什么！所以当你接受祂的那一刻，你必须知道你的生命是在祂里头，祂是你生命的源头。正如手机没有电池，就无法使用；如果我们离了生命的泉源，也就无法好好的活着！记得你是属基督的，祂是你的创造者！无论是那一方面出了问题，你必须回到你的厂商–天父那里，让祂来修复！所以，藉着祂的话和祂同在里，继续住在祂里面！

Psalm 3:6 I will not fear though tens of thousands assail me on every side.
诗篇 3:6 虽有成万的百姓来周围攻击我，我也不怕。

You are a victor and not a victim. You are more than a conqueror in Christ, not a failure. You're called to be the head and not the tail, you're called to rise up high and not beneath. Why? Because that is the heart of your Father, that is why Jesus came, so that you can life and life more abundantly! Thus, it is no longer about your effort or doings, but solely by His grace and love for you! Therefore, the moment when you rooted in the truth on how victorious you are in Christ, that Jesus has conquered and exalted far above all powers, principalities and might; that His name is high above every single names and no power can be greater than Jesus, though ten of thousands on your every side, you'll not fear! Stand firm and have faith in His Word! :)

你是得胜者，而不是受害者。你在基督里是得胜有余，而不是失败者。你被呼召是要作头而不作尾，是要居上而不居下的。为什么呢？因为那是父的心意，这就是耶稣来到世上的原因，祂不单要给你生命，且是更丰盛的生命！所以，它不再是关乎到你自己的能力或行为，只单单因着祂对你的恩宠和爱！因此, 你要更深在基督里扎根，晓得在基督里你是已经得胜了。耶稣已经得胜和超乎一切的权势和能力了；祂的名是超乎万民之上，没有什么可以比祂的名更大，虽有成万的百姓来攻击你，你也不害怕！所以要站立得稳，相信祂的话！:)

Mark 4:39 He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.
马可福音 4:39耶稣醒了，斥责风，向海说：“【住了吧！静了吧！】风就止住，大大地平静了。

Before there was any storms, Jesus has promised and said to the disciples that we will go to the other shore. He has said that they will surely make it! Likewise in our lives, Jesus has said and promised that he has been made poor so that we are rich in Him, he has promised that we are the head and Never the tail, He has promised that by His stripes you have been healed. He has said and call forth the things that we need in [life, though we do not see but His promises stand firm and it has already been deposited in our lives! All we need to do is to trust Him. Though on the way you will find storms and waves and wind is blowing greatly opposing your journey, but you just have to remember who is the captain of your boat! Who is the captain of your life! Who is the one taking care and promised you that everything is going to be alright? Therefore, regardless what storms and waves are blowing against you today, know that Jesus is the one who calms the raging sea! With Him in the boat of your life, you will never sink! Trust Him today, impossible is a lie, for all things are possible in Him! Amen!

在暴风雨之前，耶稣已经应许并对门徒说他们将去到岸的另一边。祂也说他们一定可以到达那里！同样的在我们生命中，耶稣说祂已经成了贫穷，好叫我们在祂里面是富足的；祂应许我们是作头不作尾；祂应许我们因祂受的鞭伤，我们得医治了。祂说我们生命所需要的一切，虽然现在我们还没有看见，但祂已经应许并都已经储存在我们生命中了！而我们所需要做的就是相信祂。虽然在人生的道路上还是会遇见狂风暴雨，但你只需要记得你的船长是谁？你生命的掌舵人是谁？是谁在照顾你并应许你一切都会好起来的呢？所以，无论今天有什么暴风浪向你吹袭，你要晓得耶稣是那位平静风浪的主！有祂在你生命的船上，你永远不会沉下去！今天就来相信祂，不可能是一个谎言，因为在祂凡事都有可能！阿们！

Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.
诗篇 37：5 当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠祂，祂就必成全。

Many of times we tend to walk and plan our own ways instead of seeking from the Lord, therefore, many of times we came back with wounds and we have walked through many unnecessary journey. But do you know that what God wants you to do is to commit your way to Him? Trusting Him with all your heart instead of trusting what your mind has been consistently telling you. Although sometimes we do have that strong desire to be in control in our lives, but still we have to know that there's someone greater and stronger and knows all things better than us! God longs to have your trust, however it requires your cooperation with His word and the Holy Spirit, in order to see the way that He leads you coming to pass. Instead of relying on your own analysis and understanding, start to look to Jesus, trust Him, talk to Him and surrender to Him, and you shall see Him bringing them to pass! Amen!

在很多的事上，与其来寻求主，我们常常选择用自己的方式，但往往我们都是伤痕累累的回来，走了许多的冤枉路。但你知道吗？神要你做的就是将你的一切事交托耶和华，并依靠祂，而不是靠你自己。虽然有时在生活中，我们的确有能力来掌控我们的生活，但我们更必须知道有这么一位比我们更强大更有能力的神就在我们身旁！神要你来信靠祂，但你必需与祂的话语和圣灵合一，以便看见祂带领你让事情成全。不要依靠自己的能力来分析和理解，而是开始看向耶稣，相信祂，与祂交通，降服与祂，你就必看见祂如何的带领你走过！阿们！

who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,
who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

我的心啊，你要称颂耶和华，凡在我里面的，也要称颂祂的圣名！
我的心啊，你要称颂耶和华，不可忘记祂的一切恩惠！
祂赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病；
祂救赎你的命脱离死亡，以仁爱和慈悲为你的冠冕；
祂用美物使你所愿的得以知足，以致你如鹰返老还童。

Today let's just meditate on the grace and what the Lord has done in our lives. The Lord has been faithfully good in our lives, instead of giving complains, start to give thanks. Instead of speaking defeat, start to speak victory. Instead of being fearful, draw near to Him! He has been too good to all of us that He has forgiven all our sins, and healed all our diseases, and redeemed our lives from the pit and crowned us with love and compassion! Thus, he is always here to satisfy your desires, with good things! Praise the Lord, let your soul too praise His holy name!

今天让我们来默想主的恩典，以及祂在我们的生命中所成就的一切。在我们生命中，耶和华是信实的，所以与其埋怨，现在开始来感恩；与其说失败的话，现在开始说得胜的话；与其害怕，来与祂亲近！祂对我们太好了，祂已经赦免了我们的一切罪愆，医治我们的一切疾病，救赎我们的生命脱离死亡，以仁爱和慈悲为我们的冠冕！祂又用美物使我们所愿的得以知足！所以来赞美主，全心全意来赞美祂的圣名！

Psalms 142:5 Then I pray to you, O LORD. I say, “You are my place of refuge. You are all I really want in life.”
‭‭诗篇 142:5 耶和华啊，我曾向祢哀求。我说：“祢是我的避难所；在活人之地，祢是我的福份。”

Refuge is a place of protection and security, and many of times we may be looking out for men for help, to find a place of assurance and protection, however at the end of the day we will realize that what man can do is so limited, but there is a good news for you! Jesus comes as your Savior and know that He secures and protects you in life! He is your everlasting refuge, He is your everlasting help, and ultimately when you have no one to run to, He is always there for you! Therefore, when you know all the more that He loves you, and have the best interest of you in His heart, you will know that when God is with you, nothing can be against you! My dear friends, He is the one who holds all things together for you, He is your everlasting refuge, don't run away but run to Him today! ‬‬

避难所是一个有保护和安全的地方，很多时候当我们在寻求人的帮助，想要找一个有保障和可以依靠的地方时，但是往往到最后我们会发现到，人所能做的是极其有限。但现在有一个好消息要告诉你：耶稣作为你的救主而来，在你生命中祂要来看顾你保护你！祂是你的避难所，是你的帮助，当你没有人可以依靠时，祂永远都是你最大的靠山！所以，当你越晓得祂爱你，并且你在祂心中是居首位时，你就明了，当神与你同在，没有什么可以来敌挡你！亲爱的朋友，万有都是靠祂而立，祂是你永远的避难所，所以不要远离，而是今天就跑向祂！
