Psalm 118:7 The Lord is with me; he is my helper. I will look in triumph on my enemies.
诗篇 118:7 在那帮助我的人中，有耶和华帮助我，所以我要看见那恨我的人遭报。

What kind of enemies that you are facing right now? Maybe you see it so great that you find no solutions to settle, or you may be thinking that it is impossible for you to enjoy breakthroughs, but do know that with man it may be impossible, but with God it is possible! Nothing can be greater than Jesus, be it sicknesses, or lacking, or family issues, nothing is too big that He cannot solve for you! Therefore, all you need to do is to look upon Jesus, knowing that He is your Helper, and He also sent Holy Spirit to help you! When The Lord is with you, whom shall you afraid? Who can be against you? For He will lift you up high and triumphed over all enemies! Through the love of Christ, you are more than a conqueror!

你现在所面对的是什么样的敌人呢？也许在你看来是艰难到没有办法解决，又或许你觉得你的生命是不可能会突破的，但你要知道在人是不可能的，但在神凡事都能！没有什么可以大过耶稣，无论是疾病，还是缺乏，或是家庭问题，没有什么是太大太难到祂不能为你解决的！所以，你唯一要做的就是定睛在耶稣，知道祂是你的帮助，祂也差派圣灵来帮助你！当主与你同在，你还惧怕谁呢？又有谁能敌挡你呢？因为祂必高举你，胜过四围的仇敌！藉着基督的爱，你已经得胜有余了！

Jeremiah 29:11 I know the plans that I have for you, declares the LORD. They are plans for peace and not disaster, plans to give you a future filled with hope.”
耶利米书 29:11“耶和华说：“我知道我向你们所怀的意念是赐平安的意念， 不是降灾祸的意念，要叫你们末后有指望。””

Have you ever sit down and ask yourself why are you worry and troubled about your future? There's a fear in not knowing what is ahead, and that uncertainty always keep you from moving forward but live in worry and fear. ‬‬‬‬‬‬But today, know that God is taking care of you, constantly and always! He knows what He has planned for you in your life, He is the one who authored your life with greatness and gladness! When God is taking care of you, know that He surely does it well than you taking care of yourself or allowing other people to take care of you!! He has well planned your future, and do you know that God is such a wonderful planner? ‬Therefore as He well planned your life, you can be sure that your future is definitely good, full of peace and hope! He will give you the future that you hoped for, and no disaster can be upon you! For you're under the care of God Almighty, your Father!! Therefore, Be assured today that your best days are ahead, for God is the planner of your life! And, He surely does it so well! ‬‬Hallelujah!

你是否曾经坐下来问过自己，为何总为自己的未来担心和愁烦？因着那不可预知的未来，因着那份不确定而忐忑，所以导致你不敢前进，成天活在担心和畏惧里。但今天你要晓得，上帝是时时刻刻且不曾停止的看顾你！祂知道未来在你身上的计划，祂是你生命伟大的创造者！当上帝看顾你，肯定比你自己或是人照顾你来的更好！你知道吗？祂对你的未来有美好的旨意，祂是那最棒的策划者。所以当祂为你策划你的未来，你可以很肯定你的未来绝对是美好的，充满平安与盼望！祂会赐你心里所渴望的，没有任何的灾祸可以临近你！你是被守护在全能者的荫下，就是你的天父！所以今天你可以放心，因着神是你生命的策划者，你最好的日子就在前头！并且，祂肯定做的很棒！

Colossians 4:6 Let your conversations be always full of grace, seasoned in salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
歌罗西书 4:6 你们的言语要常常带着和气，好像用盐调和，就可以知道该怎样回答各人。

No matter where you are, be reminded that you are the child the God Most High. You are set apart to rise and shine. When people see you, they see God. When people see, they praise God. Therefore, let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned in salt. Let’s start by praising people around you. A word “well done” or a word “thank you” may lift a person up. Let us not hesitate in doing so because an act of kindness can always change a person’s life. Instead of complaining, let’s give thanks. Instead of speaking words of defeat, let’s speak forth words of victory. Instead of telling people about the negative, let’s be positive. Amen!

今天无论你在哪里，要记得你是至高神的儿女。你是分别为胜，兴起发光的！当人看到你，他们就看到神；当人看到你，他们要来赞美神。所以，你的言语要常常充满恩典，好像用盐调和。开始赞美你身边的人吧！一句“你很棒！”或是“谢谢你！”；这都可以建立一个人。所以，让我们不要吝啬这样行，因为它的确可以改变一个人的生命。与其埋怨，让我们感恩；与其说挫败的话，让我们说得胜的话；与其跟人说消极的话，让我们的口一起说积极的话。阿们！

John 11:25-26 “Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” ”
约翰福音11：25-26 “耶穌對他說：“復活在我，生命也在我。信我的人，雖然死了，也必復活。” 凡活着信我的人必永远不死。你信这话吗？”

Resurrection and Life are found in Jesus alone. Today, know that Jesus does not remain dead, but He is alive!! He does not just give us Life and Resurrection, but he said He is the Life and Resurrection!! Therefore, when you have Jesus, you have life; when you have Jesus, you have resurrection! So therefore your life will no longer see death! So, Today know that whatever that seems to be dead in your life will turn to life, the impossible has now became possible, the bad news has turned to be good news! Do you believe in Him?

复活和生命只发生在耶稣的身上。今天，耶稣永远不死，但祂却是永远活着！祂不单是给我们复活和生命，但祂说，祂自己本身就是复活与生命！当你有耶稣，你就有生命；当你有耶稣，你就有复活的生命！因此你的生命将不再看见死亡！所以今天你要知道，在你生命中看似死的都要复活，不可能要成为可能，坏消息要转变成好消息！你信这话吗？

Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
马太福音 6:34 所以，不要为明天忧虑，因为明天自有明天的忧虑，一天的难处一天当就够了。

If no one can add any single second to his life through worrying, why will you still stuck in all those fears and worries when Christ has set you free? Jesus said do not worry about tomorrow, why? Because of you're worrying about tomorrow, you'll eventually lose your today. You'll be enjoy your every single day to the fullest! Instead, you'll spend your time and energy wasting on what will happen tomorrow, what am I going to do, what will happen to my children, and do you know that in which area that you're worrying, in that area you cannot grow! So, God wants you to enjoy your every single day to the fullest, instead of focusing on the worries and your tomorrows, cast your cares to Him! For His grace is sufficient for you each day, all you need to do is to enjoy and receive His grace in every area of your life each day, And know that your future is in his hand, he has surely prepared and supplied! So the moment you reach "today", just enjoy Him to the fullest! so enjoy your day my friend!

没有人可以因为忧虑为生命加添任何一刻，那为什么当基督让你自由时，你仍然被困在恐惧和忧虑里呢？耶稣说不要为明天忧虑，为什么祂说这话呢？因为当你为明天忧虑时，你就错失了今天的美好。你原本可以好好享受你的每一天！但，你却把时间浪费在忧虑明天会发生什么事，我要做什么，我的孩子将来会怎么样。。。你知道吗？你在那一个方面忧虑，在那个方面你就不能成长！所以，上帝要你尽情的享受每一天，而不是为着明天忧虑，你要把一切的忧虑卸给祂！因为祂的恩典每天足够你用，你所需要做的就是，在你生活的各个方面都尽情的享受和领受祂的恩典，并晓得你的未来在祂手中，祂已经为你预备好且要供应你！所以，当你处在“当下”的时刻，只管尽情的享受祂的美好！朋友，享受你的当下吧！

Mark 11:22 Have faith in God,” Jesus answered.
马可福音 11: 22 耶稣回答说：“你们当信服神。”

Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the word of God. It is obvious that faith comes not by our own will and effort either, rather, it comes when we keep ourselves connected to Jesus. Why? Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith, which means, it is Jesus who initiates the faith in us, it is Jesus who carries it on and it is Jesus who completes it! Therefore, when you look at yourself, faith cannot arise. But when you look at Jesus, faith comes! ‬‬My friends, faith empowers you to see things that are not as though they are; instead of having faith on yourself, have faith on the finished work of Jesus today! When He is in victory, so are you; when He is healthy, so are you now! Look at Jesus, and that's the key to faith! ‬‬‬‬‬‬

信道是从听道而来。显然的，信心不来自于我们自己的意志力或努力，而是当我们时刻与耶稣打成一片，自然而然就有信心了。为什么呢？因为耶稣是为我们信心创始成终的。这就是说，是耶稣启动我们的信心，是祂运行在其中，启动的是耶稣，完成的也是耶稣！因此，当你看向自己，信心无法启动。但是当你看向耶稣的时候，信心就被启动了！朋友，信心所让你看到的，是超自然的能力；与其看向自己的信心，你更当相信耶稣的完工！当祂已经得胜了，你是得胜有余的；当祂是健康的，你也是健康的！看向耶稣，这就是启动信心的钥匙！

Malachi 3:6 I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.
‭‭玛垃基书 3:6 因我耶和华是不改变的，所以你们雅各之子没有灭亡。
‬‬‬‬

Things around you and your feeling right now are subject to change, they are not constant and they shall fade one day. But know that Jesus does not change! He is forever the same in your life! Therefore ask yourself this question today, "am I relying and trusting what my feeling tells me? Or I'm trusting what Jesus has done for me at the cross and what God has said to me through His word?" Trusting what your feeling has been telling you is shakeable and it comes and goes from time to time! But Jesus never leaves you or forsakes you and He is forever constant and never change! Therefore, trust Him is the best assurance and insurance that you can have! My friends, be assured in His love today, what He has promised you, He will do it! Amen! ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

你周遭的环境会改变，你的感觉也会改变，不会是永远一样的，总会有改变的一天。但耶稣祂是永不改变！祂在你的生命中永远是一样的！所以今天问自己这个问题：“我是依靠和相信自己的感觉，还是相信耶稣在十字架上为我成就的一切？我是否相信神藉着祂的话对我所说的一切？”当你相信你的感觉，你所接收到的就是摇摆不定，来了又去的讯息！但耶稣是从来不会离开你或是撇下你，祂是永远立定，永不改变的！所以，信靠祂是你最好的保障和依靠，你要相信你已经拥有了！朋友，今天肯定自己在祂的爱中，祂所应许你的，祂必定成就！阿们！

Psalms 5:3 In the morning, O Lord, You hear my voice; In the morning I lay my requests before You and wait in expectation.
诗篇 5:3 耶和华啊，早晨你必听我的声音；早晨我必向你陈明我的心意，必要警醒！

God hears you. He recognizes your voice. As you call upon Him, He will answer you (Jeremiah 33: 3). As you draw near to Him, He draws near to you (James 4: 8). God loves you and He promises that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). As a result, early in the morning as you wake up, do know that He is attending to you. Today, as you lay your requests before Him, do know very clearly that He hears and He will answer you. You can wait in expectation knowing that the good will come. To wait in expectation means that you are confident, you are certain, you are sure over the good that comes. Along the day as you work, do remember to take a "Love Break" and spend your time being with the Lord by praising Him and meditate His words. Remember this: He hears your voice.

上帝祂听见你的声音，也认得你的声音。当你求告祂，祂必应允你（耶利米书33:3）。当你亲近祂，祂必亲近你（雅各书4:8）。上帝祂爱你，祂应许你祂总不撇下你，也不丢弃你（希伯来书13:5）。所以，每个早晨当你起身的时候，当晓得祂是听从你的声音。今天，当你把你的要求陈明在祂面前，要清楚地知道祂必垂听，也必回应你。你只需要满心的期待，知道那上好的肯定临到。期待的意思是有信心，你很确定，知道那上好的一定会来到。当你在工作的时候，记得要来个“爱的歇息”，花时间与上帝亲近，赞美祂，默想祂的话语。记得，祂听见你的声音。

Psalm 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.
诗篇 84：11 因为耶和华神是日头，是盾牌，要赐下恩惠和荣耀。祂未尝留下一样好处不给那些行动正直的人。

God is a sun and a shield in your life, remember what does a sun do? It provides light and it is the source of life. Plant is unable to grow unless receive enough sunlight! Likewise, God is the source of our lives, and as we are in Him, we receive whatever that we need for our growth! He is a shield of you, shielding you means nothing can simply touch you, for you are safely protected in His shield! ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬My friends, When God says He loves you, He put it in action by giving you Jesus. Jesus is the best gift ever for mankind! Therefore if He never withhold Jesus but to give Him for your salvation, He will not withhold any good things from you! Which means, He will not withhold abundance, healing, favor, wisdom, peace from you! As they are all good things! So Today be assured that in this loving Father's embrace, you find favor and honor, and good things are hunting you down no matter where you are! ‬‬‬‬

上帝是你生命中的太陽和盾牌，太陽的功用是什么呢？它给我们光，它是生命的源泉。植物如果没有吸收到充足的阳光，就不能生长！同樣的，上帝是我們生命的源头，当我們在祂裡面，我们成长中所需要的一切，都可以在祂里面得着供应！祂是你的盾牌，这意味着你是四面被围绕，沒有什麼可以来触碰你，因為在祂里面你全然被保护！朋友，當上帝說祂愛你，祂是藉着实际行动把耶穌给了你。耶穌是上帝给我们人类最棒的禮物！祂藉着独生爱子-耶穌，把救恩白白的给了我们，祂未尝留下一样好处不给我们！就是说，祂不會留下豐盛、醫治、恩惠、智慧、平安这些美物不给你！所以今天你可以放心，在天父慈爱的怀抱里，你得着恩惠与尊榮，無論你在哪裡，美物都要追随着你！
