約翰福音10:10：“ 盜賊來，無非要偷竊，殺害，毀壞；我來了，是要叫羊(或譯：人)得生命，並且得的更豐盛。”

诗篇23開始，“耶和华是我的牧者， 我必不致缺乏，祂使我躺臥在青草地上， 领我在可安歇的水边。 “这是多美丽的一个应许，但隨後在第二节就说到到截然不同的环境，一個看似突然的转变，在第四节中写道：“我虽然行过死蔭的 幽谷， 也不怕遭害， 因为你与我同在； 你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。 有時候生活就是这样，在意想不到的情況之下，事故和考验会把我们從安逸的光景中带到另一个景况，导致我们无法应付突来的变故。但圣经告诉我们，无论身在何处，不管发生了什么事，上帝都与我们同在。当我们仰望祂，就不害怕；当我们高举祂，问题就成了我们的脚凳。我们是得胜有余的子民！

虽然有时环境看似把我们逼到窘境了，但圣经也说我们只是行过死荫的幽谷，不是永远停留在低谷；换句话说，我们不会永远停留在贫穷、病痛、悲伤里，当我们是上帝的儿女，是活在光明当中的，因我们都是光明之子（贴撒罗尼迦前书5：5）。祂正带领我们活出一个全新的生命，我们要將眼目专注於祂的良善与信实，要知道祂对我们的心意是好的。

今天，把你的想法與眼光转向神，让祂帶领你，在你属灵的眼睛看见祂帶領你穿越山谷，通往一個勝利的门槛。阿门！

Isaiah 51:12 - "I, even I, am he who comforts you,. Who are you that you fear mere mortals, human beings who are but grass.

Who are you? The moment when you accepted Jesus Christ, you have to know that your identity has changed.
You are no longer a sinner, but you are righteous; you are no longer an orphan, but God has become your Father.
It is so important that as a child of God, we understand our identity in Christ. The moment when you do not know who you are in Him,
you will not live life as who He has made you to be. Therefore, remember that in Christ, you are righteous, you are blessed,
healed, you are the child of the God Most High, you are more than a conqueror!
Keep yourself be reminded on your identity in Christ, knowing that you are always a victor and not a victim,
you are the head and not the tail, you are above and not beneath! Therefore, you can fear not, for nothing is greater than Jesus,
and nothing that God cannot settle for you!

耶利米哀歌3：23-24
每早晨这都是新的；你的诚实极其广大！我心里说：“耶和华是我的份，因此，我要仰望祂。”

當一件事不如你預期時，不需要為此生氣，不要讓小事偷走你的喜悅，因為每一天都是上帝賜予的禮物，生命太短暫，不要把生活想的這麼負面，你要相信祂會引导你的腳步，相信祂必赐你聪明智慧，来解決一切难题，甚至是那些你連想都沒有想過的問題。如果你保持冷靜，定睛在上 帝的话语和應許上，所有事情都會看為美好，超過你所求所想！

“我們曉得萬事都互相效力，叫愛上帝的人得益處，就是按祂旨意被召的人。” （羅馬書8:28）

你準備好享受当下了嗎？你渴望心裡能夠更新而变化吗？这表示你有許多事情应该学习放手了。你可以用一種不一樣的心情與態度來面對這些事情，就像以弗所书4：22-24说的，要脱去从前行为上的旧人，又要将心志改换一新，并且穿上新人；这新人就是耶稣。啊们！
約翰福音14:27說：“我留下平安給你們；我將我的平安賜給你們。我所賜的，不像世人所賜的。你們心裏不要憂愁，也不要膽怯”。學習如何敞開心，让上帝在你生命裡動工，翻轉你的人生！哈利路亚！

Numbers 11:23 - The Lord answered Moses, "Is the Lord's arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you."

Do you know that God is a keeper of His Word? He keeps His word and He is watchful to see it accomplish in your life.
Therefore, no matter what are you encountering now, maybe the word of man told you that it is impossible to get healed,
maybe the word of man told you that this challenge is too big to overcome, maybe the word of man told you it is because of genetic,
but, do remember that we are from God, our genetic is from God, that as He is so are we in this world!
The arm of the Lord is not short, He is still the same mighty God that brought Moses over the Red Sea, the same might God that helped David in defeating Goliath,
the same God that protected Daniel in the dens of the lion. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Therefore now is the time that you see with your own eyes, and when you can believe, you shall see the glory of God!
See and witness yourself whether or not the Word of God will come true to you, taste and experience Him! Then you will know that when He keeps His Word,
He keeps His promise on your finance, your family, your health and so much more! Trust in Jesus and you will not be put to shame! He has came true in our lives, so worry not!

Psalms 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.
Psalms 48:9 Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love.

Dear friend, what are you meditating in your daily life? Do you know that we are special creation by God that we have a brain and mind which able to think and meditate many things in a single moment? Each moment there might be thousands of thoughts come in.
So, today, what are the thoughts that affect you the most? Positive or negative one? Good or bad? possible or impossible?
You are what you meditate. So you are meditating the problems you are encountering? Or the God who leads you into triumph?
Friend, instead of thinking and meditating on the problems that cannot help you, why not turn your focus to meditate on the promises of God that strengthen you and help you in moving forward?
Stop meditating on the pain in your body, but instead, meditate on the finished work of Jesus Christ that heals you.
Do not keep on meditating the lacks in your life, but start to meditate the endless supplies of God.
Stop meditating on the stress that are pressuring you, start to meditate the Lord your God who has overcome the world and has given you peace to live a life of stress-free.

Dear friend, no matter what you are facing right now, regardless how hard it might seem to be, keep on meditating the unfailing love of Jesus and His faithful as well as powerful promises which never fails!
Surely, you will see and experience how bad turn to be good and impossible become possible!

哥林多后书4：8 我们四面受敌，却不被捆住；心里作难，却不致失望；

每一天，生活都会帶來許多新的機遇，並有成千上萬的選擇。我们的每一决定都会导致截然不同的结果。每一个早晨当我们起身，我要选择信靠神，让圣灵来引领，还是选择靠自己？靠着血气行事？还是圣灵行事？这都在于我们，申命记30：19说【今日呼天唤地向你作证，我将生死祸福陈明在你面前，所以你要拣选生命，使你和你的后裔都得存活】；罗马书8：6也说【体贴肉体的，就是死；体贴圣灵的，乃是生命、平安】。

每個人都会面臨困難，都有障礙要克服，然而有一位神可以帶領我們超越自己的困境，只要我们放手，愿意交托，祂必抚养我们，祂永不叫义人动摇（诗篇55：22）。

今天你可能有一些負面的事情發生，可能會面臨一些挑戰和意外，但要記住，你不是一人，你不会没有指望，更不会就这样一败涂地，你有一位爱你的天父，祂让要兴起你，并且加倍的赐福给你（以赛亚书61：7）。啊们！

Psalm 103:2- Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits

Today forget not what Christ has done for you at the cross,
Forget not His faithfulness,
Forget not how He loves you with an everlasting love,
Forget not how He let down His life at the cross because of you,
Forget not that He never leaves you nor forsakes you,
Forget not His grace is sufficient for you,
Forget not His supply is always there for you,
Forget not that He is a good shepherd and He takes care of you,
Forget not how He removed your sin with His blood,
Forget not how He redeemed and keeps you safe from all harms!
There are a lot of things that you are to forget not, for the benefits that Christ has blessed us with are so tremendous that we simply cannot count!
Therefore, instead of choosing to stay in fear, worry and complains, know that your soul can listen to you. Let your soul praise Jesus, and remember all that he has done for you. Forget not Jesus, praise The Lord for he has been good to you! :)

诗篇81：6 - 神说：我使你的肩得脱重担，你的手放下筐子。
诗篇55：22 - 你要把你的重担卸给耶和华，祂必抚养你；祂永不叫义人动摇。

我们常会看到，船只经常因为超载而沉沒，导致丧失了许多宝贵的生命。船身都画有载重线，以显示船隻是否超载。但人常因着某种因素，而罔顾安危，结果导致悲剧的发生。

我们的生命有時就像那些货船，承载了過多的惧怕、掙扎，忧虑，甚至觉得自己即將葬身海底。然而，若我们知道自己的身份是谁，拥有什么，可以做什么，我们就不会害怕了。纵然我们跌倒，依然可以站立起来，人生依然可以有美好的盼望。耶稣时刻都在，祂要来帮助我们，给们力量与勇气。所以彼得前书5:6-7：说“你们要自卑，服在上帝大能的手下，到了时候，祂必叫你们升高。你们要將一切的忧虑卸給 神，因為祂顾念你们”。哈里路亚！

上帝已经承但了我们負荷不了的重但，藉着祂的独生爱子的埋葬与复活，在我们还是罪人的时候就为我们死，使我们被称为义人，得以脱去那些缠绕我们的重担，祂一次过的还清我们的罪债，我们已经无债一身轻了。
虽然生命的考验有时很重，但我们無须担心，因为天父知道我们的一切，祂深知我们的极限，体恤我们的软弱，无论我们面对的情况如何，祂都与我们同在。

亲爱的天父，有时我们感觉軟弱，
筋疲力尽，再也撐不下去了，
但是，谢谢祢比我自己更清楚我自己，
靠著祢的大能，我找到力量走下去，
我虽然经历困境，但却使我更倚靠你。啊们！

John 15:7 - If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

Do you know that the moment when you are departing from your source of life, you cannot do anything?
Jesus is the source of our lives, like a branch connecting to a vine in order to get its supply and nutrients,
Likewise, we are to connect to our vine, Jesus, in order to get our daily supply and nutrients!
Jesus provided us a solution and method of connecting with Him, which is through His Word,
He says when you remain in me, my words remain in you. Connecting to Him simply means connecting to His Word,
For he and the Word are one, and how much time you spend on the Word equals to how much time you spend with Him.
The moment when you are connected with Him, you're allowing Him to download goodness and blessings into your life!
Choose to remain in Him by having His Word, ask whatever that you need, and it shall be done for you! ;)
