主所爱的，请把这节经文刻在心上，并时刻来默想。你不是一个失败者，你的生命不是注定要被压倒的——你是得胜者！你可以胜过世界上一切的挑战。当你真正明白你已经重生，你的整个生命就会开始转变——你的灵、魂、体都将被你在基督里所得的新生命所影响和更新。
Beloved, let this verse be engraved on your heart and meditate on it day and night. You are not a failure; you are not meant to be overwhelmed in life —you are more than a conqueror! You can overcome every challenge in this world. When you truly understand that you have been born again, your entire life will begin to change—your spirit, soul, and body will be transformed and renewed by the new life you have received in Christ.
