1 Timothy 4:15 Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. (NKJV)
Brothers and sisters, the Bible says that when you meditate on these truths in God’s Word and hold onto them without reservation, your life will begin to transform. This transformation will not just be internal—people around you will see the difference in you. As Christians, we live by faith and not by sight. But the world walks by sight and not by faith. They need to see in order to believe. In the Old Testament, we read that Sarah, Abraham’s wife, was still so attractive at 90 years old that King Abimelech wanted to marry her. It was not because of her spirituality—it was because she was beautiful in the king’s eyes. Similarly, a Jewish woman named Esther became queen because the king saw her beauty and chose her. The Bible also tells us that both Joseph and David were handsome men. These were God’s people, and their lives were visible to those around them. In the same way, the world can see who we are on the outside. Amen!
