When Jesus shed His blood on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins, that blood cleansed our conscience, so that we no longer live under condemnation. As children of God, we do not need to strive to earn His love. God loves you because the blood of Jesus has already been sprinkled on your behalf. He died for you.
