原先的旧生命已与主同死、同埋葬，意为着彻底消亡、结束。现在的新生命，并非部分更新，也不是旧物翻修，乃是全部焕然一新！看见并且开口对自己说：我是从神而生的全新品种，我已经是最高标准的健康、是智慧涌流的、是流淌祝福的！阿们！
The former old life has died and been buried together with the Lord, meaning it has been completely terminated and brought to an end. The new life we now have is not partially new, nor a refurbished old self —it is entirely radiant and brand new! Seeing this truth, speak it out to yourself: I am a brand-new creation born of God. I already possess the highest standard of health; wisdom flows within me, and my life overflows with blessing! Amen!
