Psalms 69:30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
诗篇 69:30 我要以诗歌赞美神的名，以感谢称祂为大。

Hi friend, what will you do when you are troubled with many problems? How will you response to the anxieties and pressure that surrounding you? Do you cry when you face big mountain? You know what, no matter how big the problem may seem to be, Jesus is the greatest and He is above them all! Therefore, you can now hold on to Him and trust in His unfailing love and unbreakable promises.
When you are in tear, He is there to wipe away your tears when you choose to praise Him and give thanks for what He has done.
When you are weary, praise Him and give thanks to Him for He is the one who gives you rest.
When you are lacking, praise Him and give thanks to Him for He is the shepherd who supplies all your needs according to the glorious riches.
When you are sick, praise Him and give thanks to Him for He is the healer of your life, by His stripes, you are completely healed.
When you are worry, praise Him and give thanks to Him for He is the God who cares for you and daily carries your burdens.
So, take the first step by adjusting your heart to trust in God wholly and eyes on Jesus no matter what is happening in your life right now. Make the decision to praise and give thanks to God, by doing so, you shall then witness how God fights for you and make you more than conquerors in His unfailing love and unshakable words. When you magnify God, your problems shall become lesser and even flee away!

嗨朋友！当你面对一大堆的问题时，你会怎么做？你会如何回应那围绕着你的忧虑和压力？当你面对大山的时候，你会哭吗？你知道吗？不管你所遭遇的问题看起来有多大，耶稣才是最大的！祂在那一切问题之上！因此，你现在可以放心地捉紧依赖祂，且信靠祂那永不改变的爱，还有不能破碎的约定。
当你流泪时，祂就在那里擦干你的泪水，就是当你选择赞美祂，并感谢祂为你所做成的一切时。
当你劳苦担重担时，赞美祂感谢祂，因为祂是那位使你得享安息的。
当你缺乏时，赞美祂感谢祂，因为祂是那照祂荣耀丰富供应你一切所需的牧者。
当你生病时，赞美祂感谢祂，因为祂是你生命中的医治者，因祂受的鞭伤，使你完全得医治。当你忧虑时，赞美他感谢祂，因为祂是那顾念你并且天天背负你重担的主。
所以，不管发生什么事情，踏出那第一步调整你的心态完全来相信神并且注目于耶稣。做个决定来赞美感谢神，当你这样行，你必见证神如何为你争战，并且使你在祂那更古不变的爱中和不摇动的话中得胜有余。当你称神为大，你的问题就越来越小甚至得离开你逃跑了！

诗篇 103:8 耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。
Psalm 103:8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow in anger, abounding in love.

Dear friend, do you know that you are deeply loved by God? No matter what have you done before, regardless you are worthy or not, though you might not deserve it, Jesus still chose to die for you. Before you do anything for Him, He already loved you; Long before you know Him, He has decided to love you with His unfailing love! Is His loving kindness that made us whole; Is His loving kindness that redeemed us from the darkness into light; Is His loving kindness that healed us; Is His loving kindness that has blessed us abundantly; Is His loving kindness that turn bad into good and impossible into possible! So friend, be alert and aware of the loving kindness of God today. Be grateful for all that He has for you. Remember this, friend, that Jesus loves you with who you are. You can be yourself when you come to Him. You do not have to pretend, do not need to hide, but can come boldly to Him for He loves you, the real you.

亲爱的朋友，你知道你是深深被神所爱的吗？不管你之前做过什么，无论你配不配得，也许你真的不值得不配得，耶稣依然选择为你死。在你还未为祂做任何事之前，祂已经爱你了；在你还未认识祂以先，祂已经决定以永远不变的爱来爱你！是祂美好的慈爱使我们完全；是祂美好的慈爱救赎你从黑暗进入光明；是祂美好的慈爱医治了我们；是祂美好的慈爱丰盛地祝福了我们；是祂美好的慈爱把不好的都变成好，不可能的变成可能！所以朋友，当警觉于神美好的慈爱，感谢祂所给与你的一切。记得，朋友，耶稣就是爱你本来的面目。当你来到祂面前，你就是你自己。你不需要伪装，不需要躲藏，你只需要坦然地来到祂面前，因为祂爱你，爱那最真实的你。

Isaiah 41:11 All Who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish.
以赛亚书 41:11 凡向你发怒的，必都抱愧蒙羞。与你相争的，必如无有，并要灭亡。

Do you know that now you're seated at the heavily places along with Jesus? Where Jesus is, is where you are today. You are no longer belonging to the world, but you belong to Christ! Therefore, as a child of God, you've to know that you're not defeated but you're more than a conqueror! As Jesus is in victory, so are you in this world! As Jesus is prosperous and healthy, so are you in this world! That's your true identity and your true position in Christ! Therefore no matter how many problems rage against you, no matter how the medical report rage against you, they will surely be ashamed and disgraced! Why? Those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish! Sickness will be nothing and perish, lack will be nothing and perish, for when you're at the right hand of the Father, you're always in the Position of victory, when you're at the high place, nothing can oppose you!

你知道吗？如今你是与耶稣同坐席的。今天耶稣在哪里，你也在那里。你不属于这个世界，你属于基督！所以，身为神的孩子，你的生命不是打败战，却是得胜有余的！当耶稣已经得胜，你在这世上也已经得胜了！因着耶稣是丰盛和健康的，你在这世上也必如此！这才是你真实的身份和你在基督里真正的位置！因此，无论有多少问题缠绕你，无论你的医药报告是如何的不理想，它们必定要抱愧和羞辱！为什么呢？因着凡与你为敌的必要归于无有并要灭亡！疾病将要归于无有并要灭亡，缺乏将要归于无有并要灭亡，因为当你的天父就在你的右边，你就在得胜的位置上，当你处在高处，就没有什么可以抵挡你！

Matthew 17:7 But Jesus came and touched them. "Get up," he said. "Don't be afraid."
马太福音 17:7 耶稣进前来，摸他们说：“起来，不要害怕。”

Many of times, the greatest enemy that you can face is never the challenges or the mountains around you, but rather, you are your greatest enemy. Nothing can defeat you in life, unless you allow it yourself. Many of times, we soak ourselves in the waves of our challenges, rewinding and thinking about how difficult it is, what a failure that we are, how impossible to be delivered from such issues of life, and we will never see hope again. Our thoughts defeat us easily if we do not take them captive, and bring them back to the thought and mind of Christ. To think what God thinks, to speak what God speaks is not a set of rules, but rather it helps you to fix your eyes and attention on God, when you get your thoughts align back to the Word of God, you will see everything shall dissolve! So get up from the negative thoughts now, do not be afraid, for Jesus is still in control! Amen!

很多时候，你生命最大的敌人不是你周遭的挑战或是大山有多高，而是你自己。在生命中，没有什么可以打败你，除非是你自己允许被打败。很多时候，我们把自己局限在难题里，反复的想着眼前的困境有多大，我们有多么的失败，要从眼前的困境中解脱出来简直是不可能的，我们灰心失望极了。我们的思维很容易就把我们囚禁，如果我们不先把他们俘虏，把心思意念夺回归向基督的话。所以要来思想神所想的，说神所说的，这不是一套规则，它却是可以帮助你把你的眼目转向专注于神，当你把心思意念转回到神的话语，你将看到一切都会迎刃而解！所以，从消极的思维中起来吧，不要害怕，因为耶稣仍然掌权！阿门！

Acts 27:25 So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me.
使徒行传 27:25 所以众位可以放心，我信神怎样对我说：事情也要怎样成就。

Dear friend, how are you today? Is there lots of things overwhelming you? Are you stressed and pressured? Today, no matter what are you facing, regardless what are the obstacles ahead of you, you are to know who you have in life and who you trust that give you hope. Instead of paying attention to what the circumstances say, you can now keep up your courage by having faith in God that things will happen just as he promised. Instead of believing in what men say, you can now keep up your courage by having faith in God that mountains will be removed just as God said. Instead of looking at what you can do by your own effort, you can now keep up your courage by having faith in God that because of Christ Jesus, everything you receive shall be freely given and effortlessly from Him alone. So beloved friend, you can now no longer striving, no longer stress, for in Jesus, we found our rest, peace, joy, hope and all that we need in life. Have faith in God, friend, because of Him, you and I can now keep up our courage and move on in life victoriously!

亲爱的朋友，你好吗？ 是否有很多事情缠绕着你？使你感到忧郁压力吗？今天，不管你面对什么，无论在你前方有什么样的挑战，你当知道在你生命中有谁，并且知道给你盼望且让你信靠的是谁。与其注意环境怎么说，你现在可以放心相信神所应许的必要作成。与其相信人所说的，你现在可以放心相信神能够使大山都挪移。与其看你自己能力所能做的，你现在可以放心相信因着耶稣，你得以不靠自己能力从祂白白地领受。所以亲爱的朋友，你现在可以不再挣扎，不再压力，因为在耶稣里，我们找着安息、平安、喜乐、盼望和我们生命中一切所需。相信神，朋友，因为有祂，你和我可以放心地向着我们的未来得胜有余地前进！

Proverbs 17:28 Even fools are thought wise if they keep silent, and discerning if they hold their tongues.
箴言 17:28 愚昧人若静默不言，也可算为智慧；闭口不说，也可算为聪明。

What a wonderful proverbs! Fools are thought wise if they keep silent and discerning if they hold their tongues. You may be speaking a lot of unwise words in your daily life, you may be unconsciously speaking destructive words over your finances, health and even your relationship! Do know that though tongue is small, but death and life is lying under the power of the tongue, for those who love it will eat it's fruit. It means that our words are seed and whatever that we sow, we will eventually reap! If you speak lack, you are speaking on what you believe you are, therefore you'll see the fruit of lack growing in your life! If you speak abundance, you're speaking on what you believe, and you'll see the fruits of abundance! It's just that simple, speak life and receive life! Therefore whatever it is today, keep your tongue in speaking faith filled words, hold your tongue on speaking hatred, complaints, curses and you'll see you'll eat the fruit of life!

多么棒的一句箴言！愚昧人若静默不言，也可算为智慧；闭口不说，也可算为聪明。在日常生活中，你可能会说出很多愚蠢的话，你可能会在不自觉的情况下，在你的财务，在你的健康，甚至在你的关系上，说了不造就的话。你当知道，舌头虽小，但生死却是在它的权下，喜爱它的，必吃它所结的果子。这意表着，我们说的话是种子，我们种什么，就收什么！如果你一直说你很缺乏，你就相信你所说的，你就看见缺乏的果子在你生命中滋长：如果你一直说丰盛，你就相信你所说的，你就必看见丰盛的果子在你生命里！就是这么简单，说生命，然后领受生命！因此，无论今天如何，让你的舌头说出充满信心的话语，不要让你的舌头说出怨恨，埋怨和咒诅的话语，你就必吃那生命的果子！

Galatians 6:17 Finally, let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus.
加拉太书 6:17 从此之后，人都不要搅扰我，因为我身上带着耶稣的印记。

Dear friend, is there anything caused you trouble? Today, is your authority and decision to choose whether you allow problem to cause you trouble or you disallow problem to trouble you by bearing the marks of Jesus, which is believing in what Jesus has done on the cross 2022 years ago, He has conquered the biggest problem-death, what else He cannot do? Sometimes we allow feelings to cause us trouble, but today you can choose to control your feelings by using the word of God and be led by the Holy Spirit who dwells in you then let the peace of God guide your heart in making every decision instead of worrying. Undoubtedly, sicknesses on physical body will surely cause us trouble, but instead of letting it to affect your daily life, you are to bearing the marks of Jesus by proclaiming because of Jesus's stripes, you are completely healed! Rejoice always in the Lord no matter what the medical or doctor says, for a cheerful heart is good medicine to our body. Career might be the one causing us trouble too, but instead of anxious about the job, we should bear the marks of Jesus by believing the favor that follow after you will create great opportunity for you. Instead of asking for a job by your own effort, let's put your trust in the God who never fails that the gift from Him gives you good position instead of just a job. Is relationship becomes something that trouble you? Instead of worrying the relationship will be broken, why not bearing the marks of Jesus believing that His love and forgiveness can restore the broken relationship? So, no matter what is going on around you, regardless how huge the wave is, let no one cause you trouble for you bear on your body the marks of Jesus which signifying love, victory, honor and glory!

亲爱的朋友，你被什么搅扰了吗？今天，是你的权力和决定是否允许问题来搅扰你，或是带着耶稣的印记不让问题搅扰，而是相信耶稣2022年前在十字架上所成就的一切，祂已战胜最大的问题-死亡，还有什么是祂不能做成的？ 有时我们允许感觉来搅扰我们，但是今天你要选择以神的话来控制你的感觉，并且藉着住在你心里的圣灵带领你，与其担心，祂给你平安在心里作主来做每一个决定。无可否认，身上的病痛也肯定会搅扰你，但与其让它影响你的日常生活，倒不如带着耶稣的印记，因为耶稣所受的鞭伤，你是全然得医治的！靠主常喜乐，无论你的医药报告是如何或是医生怎么说，总要喜乐因为喜乐的心就是良药。工作也许会搅扰你，但与其担心工作，我们当带着耶稣的印记，相信神的恩惠慈爱跟随你并且为你开更好的机会。与其凭自己的能力找工作，让我们信靠那信实的神，祂给我们的礼物引我们到高位人的面前，所得的不只是工作而已，而是居上不居下。关系是不是也能搅扰你呢？与其忧虑关系会破裂，何不带着耶稣的印记，相信耶稣的爱和宽恕能够修复破碎的关系呢？所以，不管周围发生什么事情，无论风浪有多大，人都不能搅扰你，因为你身上带着耶稣的印记，就是展现着爱、胜利、尊荣和荣耀的！

Psalms 42:8 By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me - a prayer to the God of my life.
诗篇 42:8 白昼，耶和华必向我施慈爱；黑夜，我要歌颂祷告赐我生命的神。

Staying connected to God simply means having a relationship with Him. It doesn't matter how you feel, how many times you have failed him, but staying connected simply requires you to trust Him, and believe that He still loves you no matter what. Therefore, do not lose heart, no matter what is going around you, remember that Jesus is still enthroned and He is able to bring you through your situation. All you need to do is to keep your thoughts occupied with Him instead of the issues, let this wonderful morning kicks off by remembering how much that He loves you, and know that the love of God is always there to direct your steps. Therefore, be conscious of His love, watch and see how He directs your steps. As you encounter His unfailing love, all you want to do at night is to sing a song to your Abba Father, for He has been good to you, for He has been faithful, for He is truly the God of your life!

与神相交意味着与祂有一份关系。不管你的感觉如何，无论有多少次你失信于祂，但与祂相交只单单因着你信任祂，相信无论你如何，祂依然是爱你的神。所以，不要丢弃勇敢的心，无论你周围发生什么事，记得耶稣祂仍然掌权，而祂也有能力带你走过这一切。你所要做的就是连接在祂里面，把你整个心思意念放在祂那里，而不是让问题占据你的思维。在这美好的早晨，让神的爱来拉开序幕吧，晓得神是以祂不变的爱来引领你前面的道路。所以晓得祂爱你，来经历祂如何来带领你前进。当你享受在祂爱同在里，无论夜有多黑，因着祂的信实，祂是你生命中真实的神，你都能来向你的阿爸父歌唱！

John 10:4 When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice.
约翰福音10:4 既放出自己的羊来，就在前头走，羊也跟着祂，因为认得祂的声音。

Dear friend, what do you see in front you in life right now? Mountain? Waves? Problems? Debts? Regardless what might be in your sight, you are to know and be glad that the Shepherd you trust-JESUS, is ahead of you. He is ahead of you leading you through the troubles that bothering you; Jesus is ahead of you breaking all the curses and bring you countless blessings; Jesus is ahead of you restoring all the brokenness in life; Jesus is ahead of you healing all your sicknesses through the stripes he borne 2022 years ago; Jesus is ahead of you clearing all the mountain that blocking your ways; Jesus is ahead of you making sure that bad turn into good and impossible becomes possible! So, all we need to do is following him by knowing His voice, which is through the word. (John 1:1) Because of Christ Jesus, we no longer see problems ahead of us but is Jesus-the shepherd is ahead of us leading us through everything! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

亲爱的朋友，你看见你生命的前方出现的是什么呢？大山？风浪？问题？债务？不管你眼前看的是什么，你当知道且开心因为你所信的牧者-耶稣，就在你前头。耶稣在你前头带领你走过那些缠绕你的问题；耶稣在你前头破除一切咒诅并且带给你无数的祝福；耶稣在你前头修复生命中的破碎；耶稣在你前头藉着2022年前为你受的鞭伤医治你一切的疾病；耶稣在你前头除掉一切拦阻你前进的大山；耶稣在你前头把一切不好的变成好，把不可能的变成可能！所以，我们所需要做的，就是藉着祂的话，听从且认得祂的声音（约翰福音1：1)。因为基督耶稣，我们不再是看见前头的问题，而是看见那走在我们前头的耶稣-就是那好牧者，带领着我们走过一切！哈利路亚！赞美主！
