Psalms 25:12 Who, then, is the man that fears the Lord? He will instruct him in the way chosen for him.
诗篇 25:12 谁敬畏耶和华，耶和华必指示他当选择的道路。

Dear friend, are you facing a difficult time on making decision? That is a common problem that everyone will encounter each day as we have to make decision every single second. Maybe you are struggling in making important decision that man cannot understand or help, but take heart, for you have a God who loves you so much that He is always there to help you through. Remember, Jesus says, He is the way, the truth and the life, therefore, choose Jesus in life and put Him as first priority in life, knowing that He is able and is willing to take care of your life. Because of Jesus, the path of righteousness has no death (no dead end and nothing is impossible). Fear the Lord is not afraid of Him but simply means put Him as the centre of your life and rely on Him daily in whatever you do. Friends, allow God to work through you today. Choose Him and depend on Him, surely He will instruct you the right way to choose. All we need to do is listen, obey, believe and receive! Back to His words and know what He has prepared for you. With Him, you need not to worry about your future anymore. Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed! Be blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你在作决定的时候遇见难题了吗？那是一个大家日常都会遇见很普遍的问题, 因为我们每一刻都在作决定。也许你在做重大决定的时候会犹豫不决，甚至没有人能够帮助或明白你，但你可以放心，因为有一位爱你的神一直在那里陪你走过。记得，耶稣说，祂就是道路、真理、生命，因此，选择耶稣在生命中，并以祂为生命中的第一位， 知道祂能够并且愿意照顾帮助你。因为有耶稣，义人的道上是没有死亡的（就是没有死路并且没有难成的事）。敬畏神并不是害怕祂，而是以祂为你生命的中心，并在你一切所行的事上认定依靠祂。朋友！允许神藉着你动工吧！选择祂依靠祂，肯定祂必指示你当选择的道路。我们所需做的就是听从，顺服，相信，并且领受！回到神的话去挖掘耶稣为你所成就和预备的。有了耶稣，你不用再担心你的未来。将你一切所谋的交托给神，你所做的必定亨通！你是大大蒙福的！

罗马书 4:17 亚伯拉罕所信的，是那叫死人复活，使无变有的神。。。

Dear friend, have you recognize what kind of God are you trusting in life? The God you and I trust is the one who can turns water into wine; He created the universe through His words; He called forth light when there is darkness; He is a giver that wherever He is, He blesses and fulfills the needs of men; He makes the impossibles become possibles; He gave sight to the blind; He gave money to the poor; He feed the disciples who is hungry; He forgave sinners; He healed the sick; He gave life to the dead; He walked up to the cross for you and me; He loves you and me; He conquered the death; He resurrected and is now seated at the right hand of the Father! Friend, since all the above mentioned were stated clearly in the Bible, meaning to say they were happened before! It has happened! What else are we doubting? Can't He fulfill all that you need for you? He loves you and He willing to give you! At the very beginning He has chose to give up His own life for you, what else will He withhold not to give to you? Now is the time to see the God we trust. turn our eyes upon JESUS, trust in Him no matter what, for nothing is too hard for Him! (John 14:1 & Mark 9:23)

亲爱的朋友，你认清在你生命中所信的是什么样的神吗？你和我所信的神是把水变成酒；藉着祂的话创造宇宙的；在黑暗中，祂说要有光就有光；祂是位供应者，无论祂在哪里，祂都是祝福人使人满足的；祂使不可能变成可能；祂使瞎眼得看见；祂祝福贫穷的；祂喂饱饥饿的门徒们；祂赦免罪人；祂医治病痛的；祂叫死人复活；祂为你和我走上十字架；祂爱你爱我；祂战胜死亡；祂从死里复活，现在坐在天父的右边！朋友，既然以上所写的都清楚记载在圣经里，也就是说这些事都已经发生了！已经发生了！那我们还有什么好怀疑的？难道祂不能成就你所需的吗？祂爱你，祂更是愿意给你！在一开始的时候，祂就愿意为你摆上自己的生命，那还有什么是不能给你的呢？现在就是时候看看我们所信的神了，定睛仰望耶稣，无论何事都相信他，因为在祂没有难成的事！ (约翰福音14:1 ，马可福音9:23)

1Corinthians 3:11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
哥林多前书 3:11 因为那已经立好的根基就是耶稣基督，此外没有人能立别的根基。

Dear friend, I believe you know how important a foundation is. A building without foundation does not stand, likewise, your life without foundation also will fall easily. Today, what is the foundation of your life? Is career your foundation? Or health? Or wealth? Yourself? Or God is the foundation? Foundation of life simply means the thing you put as first in your life, it is your priority of priorities. Therefore, let Jesus be the center of it all for He is the one before all things and in Him all things hold together. (Colossians 1:17) You know what, everything was created through the word of God (Hebrews 11:3), and Jesus is the word (John 1:1). Hence, how much time we spent in the word is actually how much time we spent with God. And since the word is the beginning and foundation of everything, let the word also be the foundation of our life. In the Word, we found the answers; in the Word, our directions found; in the Word, our problems resolved! Once again I urge you, let Jesus-the Word, be the foundation of our life, surely nothing is too big or too strong that can be against us, for our Lord is the biggest and strongest! (Psalm 147:5 & Jeremiah 32:17) Be blessed!

亲爱的朋友，我相信你该知道根基有多么的重要。一个建筑物若没有根基就不能站立；同样的，你的生命若没有根基也会很容易倒塌。今天，你生命的根基是什么？工作是你的根基？或是健康？或是财富？还是你自己？又或者神才是你的根基？生命的根基就是你所放为第一，重要中最重要的。因此，让耶稣成为一切的元首，因为祂在万有之先，一切都是靠祂而立的（歌罗西书2:17）。你知道吗？一切都是藉着神的话所造的（希伯来书11:3），而耶稣就是道（约翰福音1:1）。所以，我们花多少时间在神的话，就是与神花了多少时间。而且神的话是一切的开始，也是一切的根基，那么就让神的话成为我们生命的根基吧！在祂的话里，我们找着答案；在祂的话里，我们寻得了方向；在神的话里，我们的问题得以解决！再一次我劝你，让耶稣-神的话，成为我们生命的根基，肯定没有什么太大太难的事情能难倒我们，因为我们的主最大最有能力（诗篇147:5 及耶利米书32:17）！主大大的祝福你！

约翰一书 1：5 神就是光，在祂毫无黑暗。这就是我们从主所听见，又报给你们的信息。

Start your day with hope today knowing that you're the child of God Most High! Do you know that though God has many names, He is a Healer, Redeemer, Savior, but out of all, He is your Father!! Not only that, He is a Father who loves you deeply! Let's come to this understanding today that when the light shines in darkness, the darkness cannot overcome it. You never see light fighting or struggling to shine, and you never see both darkness and light fighting whenever you switch in the light, why? Because it is for sure that darkness cannot overcome light! Likewise, do you know that you are a child of light? Jesus is light and so do you! Therefore darkness cannot overcome you, whenever viruses see you, devil hears you, they shall run in terror! That's how mighty you are! :)

以充满盼望开始你全新的一天，晓得你是至高神的孩子！你知道吗? 神有许多的名字，祂是一位医治者，祂是救赎主，祂是拯救主，除了这些，祂更是你的天父！不仅如此，祂是深爱你的阿爸父！让我们清楚的晓得，当光照在黑暗里，黑暗是永远无法胜过光的！你不会看见光必须很奋力与黑暗争斗，当你一把灯亮着，你不会看到黑暗与光明在争斗。为什么呢？因为很肯定的，黑暗永远无法胜过光！同样的，你晓得吗？你是光明之子，耶稣是光，所以你也是光！因此黑暗无法胜过你，每当病毒看见你，魔鬼听见你，它们都要战兢逃跑！你就是这么的蒙恩宠！ :)

Jeremiah 31:3 The Lord appeared to us in the past saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness."
耶利米书 31:3 古时耶和华向以色列显现，说：“我以永远的爱爱你，因此我以慈爱吸引你。”

Dear friend, have you ever received a love letter before? What is your response when you receive a love letter? How do you feel when someone says that he/she loves you? Isn't it sweet and glad? Do you know that there is a 100% man and 100% God-Jesus, who loves you so much that He willing to come down from heaven to earth, live in this world just to sympathize all your weaknesses, and finally walked to the cross just for the sake of bearing all your sins and shame simply because He loves you and want to redeem you by sacrificing His own life? Today, we all are actually have a love letter that remains forever-BIBLE. In this love letter, it has stated what your lover-JESUS, has done for you. From the first page of BIBLE to the last page of BIBLE actually revealing the coming of JESUS, how JESUS was sent to the world to save you, what did JESUS does to make our life different and after all is how much HE loves you! The love God has for you and me is not based on the performance we have but is solely depending on the everlasting love that never changed! Therefore, no matter what is your past, regardless what are you facing right now, the love of God will never changed! What He has written and promised are all yours and they remain forever! When you believe, that is when you receive. Amen!

亲爱的朋友，你曾经收过情书吗？当你收到情书时是什么反应？当有人跟你说他爱你时你有什么样的感觉？是否很甜蜜很开心？你可否知道有一个100%的人，也是100%的神-耶稣，非常地爱你爱到一个地步愿意为你从天上来到这世间，住在这世界只为了体恤你的一切软弱，然后到最终走上十字架为担当你所有的罪和羞辱，只因为祂爱你，且用祂自己的生命来救赎你？今天，其实我们每个都拥有一本恒古不变的情书-圣经。在这情书里，它记载了你的爱人-耶稣，为你所做的一切。从圣经的第一面到最后一面其实都在描述耶稣的到来，耶稣如何来到这世上救你，耶稣成就了什么改变你的生命，还有最终是关乎祂有多么的爱你！神对你我的爱并非凭着我们的表现，而是凭着祂那永远不变的爱！所以，不管你的过去如何，无论你现在面对的是什么，神的爱永远都不会变！祂所记载所应许的都是你的并且它们永远长存！你什么时候相信，你就什么时候领受。阿门！

歌罗西书 3:23 无论做什么，都要从心里做，像是给主做的，不是给人做的。

Dear friend, are you busying with many things in life? Are you working so hard to please people in order to gain assurance and seek approval from men? Perhaps you have done a lot of things for people around you, and yet you have not seen any appreciation by them; Perhaps you will feel like giving up and ceasing from moving on in life; Perhaps you may have a lot of complains; Perhaps you may have a lot of worries and doubts that others may not understand...No matter how many "perhaps" you have in life right now, let's put an end on all those "perhaps" and disappointments, stop seeking approval from men, but to start relying on the Lord your God who loves you with unfailing love. Men may disappoint you but God will never let you down; Men may ceasing in helping you but God will never leaves you nor forsakes you; Men may pull you down but God is always there to lift you up; Men may put a lot of "STOP" in your life but God clears all the "STOP" in your life so that you can move on with hope and peace...Therefore, friend, do all things from the bottom of your heart for God and not for men. Put your trust in the Lord instead of men. When you do all things for God, you will definitely know that all the strength you have to produce all the fruitful things is come from God; When you do all things for God and be Christ-Centered, you will no longer see the problems bigger than your God; When you do all things for God, you will surely be blessed with joy and peace. When you do all things for God, whatever you touch shall prosper! Amen!

亲爱的朋友，在你生活中是否为了很多事情在忙碌？你是否很努力地想讨好人而得取人的肯定呢？也许你为了身边的人作了很多事情，但你却看不到他们对你的感激；也许你想放弃想停止前进；也许你有很多的埋怨；也许你有很多的忧虑和矛盾是人所不能明白的。。。不论现在在你生命中有多少的也许，是时候在这一切的也许和失望中放上句点了，停止寻找人对你的肯定，而开始依赖那以不变的爱爱你到底的神。人会让你失望但神从来都不辜负你；人会停止帮助你但神总不撇下你也不丢弃你；人会拉你跌倒但神永远都是叫你升高的神；人会放很多的“停止”在你生命中，但神会为你挪走你生命中一切的“停止”，好叫你能带着盼望和平安继续前进。。。所以朋友，凡你所作的都从心里给主做而不要给人作。把你的相信放在神的身上而不是人的身上。当你凡事为主做时，你就会知道你能成就一切的力量都是从神而来；当你凡事为主做，以基督为中心时，你就不再看你的问题大过你的神；但你凡事为主做，你肯定领受喜乐和平安的祝福；当你凡事为主做，你所摸的都要亨通顺利！阿门！

John 6:37 All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.
约翰福音 6：37 凡父所赐给我的人，必到我这里来；到我这里来的，我总不丢弃他。

How wonderful to know that those who come to Jesus, he will never ever drive them away! There might be times when you're seeking help from people, or just a comfort, but whenever they can't even help themselves, they will drive you away and leaving you with no solution. Back to square one, you're looking for help, you're looking for comfort and strength, but you found none. Why not come to Jesus? When you come to Him, He never drives you away. He accepts you for who you are, regardless how worst was your past, no matter how bad was your temper, He loves you and when you were a sinner He chose to die for you. That's how much he loves you! Proven by what he did at the cross, not just by words. Therefore, be reminded today that Jesus loves you, and He will never ever drive you away. At every single moment, He never leaves you or forsakes you; He is the best companion, your refuge and strength, and your everlasting help! Come to Him and you'll find all that you need, enjoy His embrace and love today!

凡到耶稣这里来的人，耶稣总不丢弃他们，这是何等的欣慰！当你在寻求人的帮助，或是只想要一个安慰时，但是当他们连自己都无法帮助自己时，他们就会把你推开，使你孤立无助。你在寻求帮助，寻求安慰和力量，但却什么也寻不着。那何不来耶稣这里呢？当你来到祂这里，祂从来都不会丢弃你。祂爱原来的你，无论你是一个怎么样的人，无论你的过去有多么的不堪，不管你的脾气有多暴躁，祂都爱你，当你还是一个罪人的时候，祂就选择了为你而死。这就印证了祂有多爱你！是藉着祂在十字架上的完工，不单只是口头承诺而已。所以，时刻提醒自己耶稣祂深爱你，祂永远不会把你推开。无论任何时候，祂永远不会离开你或撇下你；祂是你最好的朋友，是你的避难所和力量，是你永远的帮助！当你来到祂面前，你会得着一切你所需要的，今天就来享受在祂怀抱里和祂对你的爱吧！

诗篇 3:6 虽有成万的百姓来周围攻击我，我也不怕。

Fear is not of God but of the devil. While the opposite of fear is faith! The devil will always find all sorts of way to insert fear into your life, but do you know that when you are in fear, you are actually opening a door for the devil to come and destroy your life? That's why in the existence of fear, it drains you up, it gives you no strength, but it makes you all the more worried and hopeless! But in the existence of faith, faith not in yourself but in Jesus, when you put your faith in Jesus, instead of fearful, you'll encounter great peace and joy in His presence! Therefore, the moment when you rooted in the truth on how victorious you are in Christ, that Jesus has conquered and exalted far above all powers, principalities and might; though ten of thousands on your every side, you'll not fear! Stand firm and trust Jesus, your Deliverer, your strong tower, your refuge! Amen!

惧怕不来自神，而是魔鬼。惧怕的反义词是信靠！魔鬼是遍地游行，要把惧怕渗入你的生活里，但你知道吗？当你在害怕时，你是为恶者开了一扇门，让它有机会来拆毁你的生命。这就是为什么我们会感到害怕，它耗尽你的精力，使你软弱无力，使你担心和绝望！但是当出于信心，当然不是自己的信心，乃是对耶稣的信靠，当你把信心放在耶稣那里，你就不再害怕，在祂同在里，你会经历到极大的平安和喜乐！因此，当你在真理里扎根的那一刻，你就是在基督里得胜，耶稣已经胜过那一切执政，掌权和有能的，虽有万人仆倒在你旁边，你也不会害怕！所以要站立得稳，信靠耶稣，祂是你的拯救，是你的高台，是你的避难所！阿们！

约翰一书 4:17b 因为祂如何，我们在这世上也如何。

Dear friend, do you know who you are in Christ today? Though you used to be a hot tempered person, but when you repent (change of mind and opinion), that is when you are cloth with good temper; You might have sicknesses in your body, but when you trust in the finished of Christ, that is when your physical body been renewed and restored; Maybe you are lacking in certain area of life that man doesn't understand, but when you look to Jesus and know who you are in Christ, that is when you receive the breakthrough and super abundance flowing of supplies; In Christ, you are new creation, the old has gone and the new has come! You are now no longer slave, but you are an heir; You are no longer a servant but the child of God; You are no longer a sinner but you are the righteous one! Remember this, friend, is not about your behavior that change your identity, but it is all about the gift of righteousness that make you to change the position and identity from sinner to righteous one! Therefore, is not about your performance but it is all about what the Lord has done on the cross for you and me! By the grace of God, we are not taking license to sin but we are been transform to be more and more like him when we know who we are in Christ and what we can do through Him who lives in us! Hallelujah!

亲爱的朋友，你晓得你在基督里的身份吗？或许你是一个脾气很暴躁的人，但是当你悔改（心思意念的改变），你的脾气就会渐渐变温和；或许你身上患有病痛，但是当你相信基督十架上的完工时，你的身体就被更新和修复；可能没有人理解你在生活中某个方面缺乏了，但是当你看向耶稣并知道你在基督里的身份时，那就是你领受突破和超自然丰盛的供应之时；在基督里，你是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了！你现在不再是奴仆，乃是后嗣了；你不再是仆人，乃是神的儿女了；你不再是罪人，乃是义人了！记得，朋友，不是你的行为改变你的身份，而一切只关乎那义的礼物，更换了你的地位与身份，从罪人变成了义人！所以，不是靠着你的行为，乃是靠着主在十架上为你所成就的一切！靠着神的恩典，并不是让我们自由犯罪，而是叫我们知道自己在基督里的身份，靠着那住在我们里面的主，越来越有祂的形象！哈利路亚！

罗马书 1:16 我不以福音为耻；这福音本是神的大能，要救一切相信的，先是犹太人，后是希腊人。

Dear friend, do you know that the message of the cross is the gospel you and I heard today? It is all about the gift of salvation that redeems us from the darkness into light. 2022 years ago, the Son of God became Son of man, He came down from the heaven to earth, walked through the journey of life for 33 years on this earth just like you and me, solely because He loves you and sympathize with our weaknesses, He has been tempted in every way just as we are-yet was without sin. That is JESUS CHRIST! He died for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrow so that today you and I can live a life of worry-free and stress-free, knowing that the power of the cross has set us free; He was pierced for our transgression so that we are now free from the punishment and there is now no more condemnation in Christ Jesus; He was crushed for our iniquities to take away all our sins and by the power of the cross, our sins and lawless deeds God will remember no more; He was been punished so that today you and I can live a life of peace for we no longer need to be punished; By His wounds, we are healed! Therefore, by the power of the cross, we are now healthy, wealthy, joyful, peaceful, and can live a life of abundance! In Christ Jesus, we are highly favored, greatly blessed and deeply loved!

亲爱的朋友，你知道十字架的道理就是今日你和我所听见的福音吗？一切都是关乎救恩这礼物，就是救赎我们，把我们从黑暗的权势迁到光明中。2022 年前，神的儿子成为人的儿子，祂从天堂下到这世界，在这世上如同你和我一样，活了33年，单单因为祂爱你，体恤你的一切软弱，祂也曾经凡事受试探，如同你和我，只是祂没有罪。祂就是耶稣基督！祂为我们的罪而死，也为了使我们称义而复活。祂诚然担当我们的忧患和痛苦，好叫今天你和我能过着无忧无虑的生活，因为十字架的能力已释放了我们；祂为我们的罪受刑罚，好叫我们能从刑罚中得自由且在基督耶稣里不被定罪；祂为我们的罪孽压伤为了除去我们的罪，并且因着十字架的能力，神不再纪念我们的罪愆和过犯；祂受责罚好叫今天你和我能活在平安里，因为我们不用再害怕被审了；因着祂的鞭伤，我们得医治！因此，藉着十字架的能力，我们现在是健康的、富足的、喜乐的、平安的，且能过着丰盛的生命！在基督耶稣里，我们是满有恩惠，大受祝福，深深被爱的！

1 Corinthians 15:2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.
哥林多前书 15:2 并且你们若不是徒然相信，能以持守我所传给你们的，就必因这福音得救。

Gospel means good news and Jesus came to give us good news! What are the good news that you need today?
For those who are in lack, good news for them is they shall lack no more!
For those who are living in condemnation, good news for them is they are set free!
For those who are in fear, good news for them is they shall find hope in Christ!
For those who are sick, good news for them is they are healed and living a long life!
No matter what are the news that makes you fearful now, know that Jesus is able to turnaround your situation. All you need is to trust in Him, and hold firmly to what He promised. Believe that He is able, and all things are possible to those who believe in Him!

福音意味着好消息，耶穌带來給我們的就是好消息！今天，你需要的好消息是什么呢？
對於那些缺乏的人，他们需要的好消息就是他們不再缺乏！
對於那些被定罪的人，他们需要的好消息就是得着自由！
對於那些成天活在惶恐里的人，他们需要的好消息就是他們在基督里得着盼望！
對於那些生病的人，他们需要的好消息就是他們已经得以痊愈，得享长寿！
现在，无论是什麼样讓你害怕的坏消息来到，晓得耶穌能改变你当下的情況。你所需要做的就是来信靠祂，並牢牢守住祂所应许你的话。相信在人所不能的，信祂的人，凡事都能！

诗篇 121:8 你出你入，耶和华要保护你，从今时直到永远。

Dear friend, do you know how blessed you are that there is a God who is mighty and will not slumber watching over you? No matter what you are facing right now, regardless what is the circumstance you are encountering, the Maker of heaven and earth is there to help you through. God has sent His angels to be in front of us to clear the obstacles in the path of our lives. How beautiful it is! The Lord will keep us from all harm and will watch over our life. He who watches over you will not slumber. When we are sleeping, He is still awake to plan our tomorrow. He is the one leading us to the right place at the right time with the right blessings! Praise the Lord! So, wherever we step, wherever we go, let Jesus takes the lead. Let Him be the lead in our life, surely, all things turn to be good and smooth in our life! Hallelujah!

亲爱的朋友，你知道你是何等蒙福吗？有一位大能且不打盹也不睡觉的神一直在保护着你。不管你现在正面对着什么事情，无论你处于怎么样的环境，那创造天地的主都一直带领你走过。神已差派天使走在我们前头为我们清除生命路上的所有障碍。多美哪！神会保守我们免受一切灾祸，并且看顾我们的生命；那保护我们的是不打盹也不睡觉。当我们正沉睡时，祂仍然醒着计划我们的明天；祂是那一位带领我们到对的地方，遇上对的人，得着对的祝福的！赞美主！所以，凡我们脚掌所踏之地，无论我们去哪里，让耶稣打先锋。让祂在我们生命中带领，肯定的，一切都会变得美好和亨通！哈利路亚！

约翰一书 4:16 神爱我们的心，我们也知道、也信。神就是爱！住在爱里面的，就是住在神里面，神也住在他里面。

Dear friend, do you know love is so important in our life? And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. Without love, we are nothing. LOVE is not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us. Therefore, when we react everything with love and in love, people around us can see Jesus through our life.
Remember this, friend, love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. Though it might seem hard for us to response with love when we are facing problems, but take heart friend, for we are not reacting in love by using our own effort but is with effortless by relying and trusting in God who lives in us. What we need to do is just remain in Him through the Word for He is the Word and He will remains in us. By Him abiding in us, it will be automatically for us to live our life with love and in live because He is love! Hence, let us take the action by moving in the love. When we react, the love is in the air. Everyone around you shall experience the amazing and powerful love of God. From there, people's life shall be impacted and changed through the love they have received. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, let the love flows through you. Be blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你知道爱在我们生命中是多么的重要吗？如今长存的有信，有望，有爱；这三样，其中最大的是爱。没有爱，我们就算不得什么。不是我们爱神，乃是神爱我们，差祂的儿子，为我们的罪作了挽回祭，这就是爱了。神既是这样爱我们，我们也当彼此相爱。从来没有人见过神，我们若彼此相爱，神就住在我们里面，爱祂的心在我们里面得以完全了。所以，当我们一切都以爱来回应时， 我们周围的人都能藉着我们看见耶稣。
朋友，记得，爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒，爱是不自夸，不张狂，不作害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。爱是永不止息。纵然要在面对问题时以爱来回应并不简单。但你可以放心朋友，因为我们并不是以自己的能力以爱回应，乃是依靠那住在我们里面的神来爱。我们只需要藉着祂的话常在祂里面，祂也常在我们里面。有祂在我们里面，我们就能自然而然的以爱来面对一切，因为神就是爱！因此，让我们采取行动以爱来回应吧！当我们行动时，爱就在空气中。在你周围的每一个人都必能经历那奇妙并充满能力的爱。就从那里，人的生命开始因着所领受的爱被感动而改变。爱，爱，爱，让这爱藉着你流露吧！大大蒙福！

诗篇 90:14 求祢使我们早早饱得你的慈爱，好叫我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。

How wonderful it is to be reminded that Jesus loves you early in the morning! No matter what are the daily routines that you have today, what are those works that you find so difficult to settle, take a moment and let yourself be still under the flow of the love of God! He loves you, and this love empowers instead of draining you dry. He supplies, He provides, He gives, He heals, He never take from you but instead gives you all that He has. Therefore, let your morning be satisfied with His unfailing love, never move away and start your day without being satisfied with His love. The moment when you are satisfied, drinking enough of His love supply, you are able to move on the whole day with singing, with joy and full of gladness! That's the secret of having joy in your daily, all you need is that love dose from Jesus, and everything will turnaround! Amen!

诗篇 3:3 但祢耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。

Today, know that regardless what kind of shame that you are facing now, the moment when you trust in God, you will not be put to shame! For in Christ, there is therefore no more condemnation, so you can be assured that in Christ, you will never be put to shame. Despite what kind of circumstances that cause you to be shameful, remember that Jesus is a shield around you. Which means, you are well covered and protected in front, behind, left and right! When He is around you shielding you, no harm, no fear, no accusation is greater than Jesus, though thousands may fall at your sides, but they will never ever come near you! Jesus has bestowed glory on you, and He lifts up your head! Never ever feel that you are unable to lift up your head because of your problems, your background or anything, but the moment when you know that you are well covered by Jesus, you can lift up your head! So, lift up your head today knowing that you have Jesus, and nothing can put you to shame, for He is the lifter of your head, the Giver of your life!

今天，无论你遇见什么羞辱，当你信靠上帝，你必不至蒙羞！在基督里，你不被定罪，所以你可以很确定，在基督里，祂必不会叫你羞愧。无论是怎么样的遭遇使你抬不起头来了，牢牢记得耶稣祂是你四围的盾牌。这意味着，在你前后左右，你都被保护着。当耶稣是你四围的盾牌，没有任何的伤害、恐惧，逼迫可以比祂更大，虽有千人万人仆倒在你旁边，灾害却不能临近你！耶稣赐你荣耀的冠冕，叫你抬起头来的！永远不要因着当下所面对的问题，你的背景或任何因素，导致你无法昂首，当你知道你是被耶稣所保护的，你就可以抬得起头来！所以今天就抬起你的头，知道你有耶稣，没有什么可以叫你羞愧，因为祂是你的源头，是赐你生命的神！

约翰一书 4:19 我们爱，因为神先爱我们。

Dear friend, do you truly know what is LOVE? LOVE is patient, LOVE is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. LOVE does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. LOVE never fails! (1Corinthians 13:4-8) In fact, LOVE has been described and mentioned throughout the Bible. But how many times we realize the presence of this LOVE? Do you know that GOD is LOVE? (1John 4:8) God loves us until a point He has sacrificed His one and only Son JESUS to die on the cross for you and me. (John 3:16 & 1John 4:9-10) In LOVE, we found patient, no matter how many times we have failed, regardless how many times we have disappoint Him, He is always there giving us chance to come back. In LOVE, we found kindness, regardless we deserve it or not, He is always there to give us the best He could gives. In LOVE, we receive all that He has when the exchange takes place. We have all that He has and He borne all that suppose to be ours. In LOVE, we receive forgiveness and He will remember our sins no more for Jesus has sacrificed once and for all our sins. In LOVE, we are well protected, we can enjoy the living hope in all circumstances. In LOVE, we are being entrusted by God with many gifting and talent in life. Therefore, do not let this LOVE stop flowing in our life. Keep on receiving and meditating the unfailing LOVE of God, then let this LOVE flows through your life to impact the world. Stop saying "I LOVE YOU" only, but from now on, put this LOVE into action and let it manifest in your life by loving everyone around you. Remember, this LOVE can change the world and lives for the LOVE never fails!

亲爱的朋友，你真的知道何为爱吗？爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒，爱是不自夸，不张狂，不作害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。爱是永不止息。(哥林多前书 13:4-8) 其实，爱已经被清楚地记录在圣经里。有多少时候我们有察觉到爱的存在呢？ 你知道神就是爱吗(约翰一书4:8) ？神爱我们爱到一个地步，牺牲了祂的独生子耶稣为你和我死在十字架上 (约翰福音 3:16 & 约翰一书 4:9-10) 。在爱里，我们找到了忍耐，不管我们失败了多少次，无论我们多少时候让祂失望，祂一直在那里给我们机会回转。在爱里，我们找着了慈爱，不论我们配不配得，祂永远都给与我们那一切上好的。在爱里，我们领受了祂的一切。祂做了那替换，给了我们祂的一切，同时挪去我们那一切不好的。在爱里，我们领受宽恕，祂不再纪念我们的罪愆和过犯因着耶稣一次的献祭。在爱里，我们是完全被保护的，我们得以在不同的环境中享受那活泼的盼望。在爱里，我们被托付好多的恩赐和才能。所以，不要让这爱停止在我们生命中流动。持续不断地领受和默想神那永不改变的爱，然后让这爱接着你的生命来影响世界。不要只说“我爱你”，而是从现在开始，将这爱化成动力变得实际，彰显在你的生命中去爱你身边的每个人。记得，这爱能够改变世界和生命因为这爱永不止息！

Isaiah 51:3 The Lord will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing.
以赛亚书 51：3 耶和华已经安慰锡安，和锡安一切的荒场，使旷野像伊甸，使沙漠像耶和华的园囿。在其中必有欢喜，快乐，感谢和歌唱的声音。

Do you know that the God that you believe in is a God of turn around? Regardless what kind of situation that you are in now, and how bad it is, remember that Jesus is here to comfort you! Thus, you have to be very sure that He will surely, He will definitely comfort you! He will make your deserts like Eden, be it the deserts that you are seeing right now is your finance, your health or your family, He wants to turn all that dryness and unfruitfulness into Eden! and Eden means fruitfulness! He wants to turn your poverty into prosperity, He wants to turn your fear into joy, He wants to turn your sicknesses into health, He wants to turn whatever that is unfruitful into fruitfulness! Because of that, your life will be full of joy and gladness, thanksgiving and the sound of singing! You can have joy and gladness, you can give thanks, you can sing, because you know you have received it! That's the life that God wants you to have! Therefore, cling to Him today just like a branch connecting to its vine, let the Word remain in you (John 15:7) and ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you!

你知道吗？你所信靠的神是翻转生命的神。无论你现在的处境如何，记得，耶稣祂来是要安慰你！因此，你必须非常肯定祂是那赐安慰的神！祂会使你的沙漠如同伊甸园，无论你看到你现在的财务状况是怎样，无论你的健康是怎么样或是家庭的关系是如何，祂要把你生命中所有的枯干和不结果子变为伊甸园！伊甸园意味着多结果子！祂要把你的贫穷变为丰盛，把你的惧怕变为喜乐，祂要把你的病痛变为健康，祂要把你的不结果子变为多结果子！正因为如此，你的生命必充满欢喜快乐，必充满感恩和赞美的歌声！你可以欢欣喜乐，你可以感恩，你可以歌唱，因为你知道你已经领受了！这才是上帝要给你的生命！所以，今天就连结于祂如同枝子连接在葡萄树上，让祂的话存留在你心里（约翰福音15：7），无论你向祂求什么，祂必为你成就！阿门！

诗篇 22:26 谦卑的人必吃得饱足，寻求耶和华的人必赞美祂。愿你们的心永远活着！

Dear friend, do you know that your heart is the wellspring of life? Whatever you perceive in you heart will manifest in your life. So, what do you perceive today? What is in your heart today? Is your heart overwhelming by problems that surrounding you? Is your heart pressing down by the pressure and stress in life? Friend, if that is you today that your heart is feel like dying and feel like giving up, now is the time for you to repent by changing your mind and let your heart be guided by the peace of God. Instead of letting your emotions and feelings to lead you, why not letting the words of God and the peace of God to rule in your heart? Friend, let's be the one who trust in the Lord always. No matter how hard the situation might be, regardless how tough it might seem to be, do not lose hope and keep on trusting the Lord our God who never fails us. Nothing is too hard for Him. He can raises the death into life. He can makes the impossible become possible. He can turns the bad into good. So, instead of murmuring and staying in the negativity, why not we seek the Lord and praise Him? Remember this friend, be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Today, we can choose to let our heart live or die by choosing what do you perceive in life. May your hearts live forever knowing that in Christ, you found the peace, joy, love, provision and all that you want as well as all that you need! Live your life with confidence and living hope for you are the light and salt in this world to testify how great is your God. In Him, you are highly favored, deeply loved and greatly blessed!

亲爱的朋友，你知道你一生的果效是由心发出吗？ 你在心里领受相信什么，在你生命中就彰显什么。那么，你今天相信领受什么？ 今天在你心里面储存着什么？你的心是否被环绕你的问题所充满着？或是你的心被莫名的压力压郁着？朋友，倘若今天你觉得心死很想放弃，现在是时候悔改，就是改变你的思想，让神的平安保守你的心。与其让你的情绪和感觉来带领你，倒不如让神的话来牵引，更是让神的平安在你心里作主？朋友，让我们成为那紧紧依靠神的人。不管情况有多难，无论它有多艰苦，不要失去盼望，当持续地相信那从未让我们绝望的神。在祂没有难成的事，祂能使不可能的变成可能，祂也能把不好的变成好。所以，与其一直待在消极中埋怨，我们何不寻求神并赞美祂？朋友，你当记得，常常喜乐；不住的祷告；凡事谢恩，因为这是神在基督耶稣里向我们所定的旨意。今天，我们可以藉着选择所信的来决定让自己的心活或是让心死。愿你们的心永远活着因知道在基督里，你找着平安、喜乐、爱、供应，你一切所需并一切所要的！带着坦然的信心和活泼的盼望来过你的人生因为你就是世上的光和盐，见证你神的美好。在祂里面，你是满有恩惠，深深被爱且大大被祝福的！

John 17:22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one.
约翰福音 17:22 你所赐给我的荣耀，我已赐给他们，使他们合而为一，像我们合而为一。

Dear friend, do you know how important unity is? If there is no unity in a family, then quarrel will happen which causes the family in losing the love, peace and joy; If there is no unity in a school, then division and argument will happen in the school which makes the school become not comfortable and not harmony; If there is no unity in a working place, then it will leads to pressure and staffs will compete with each others which causes the company cannot achieve another level; If there is no unity in a church, then the church will split and becomes stagnant as well as not able to grow; If there is no unity in between of friendship, then when there is problem occurs, it will easily affect the friendship and even lead to quarrel; If there is no unity in between of couple, then it will lead to argument and doubts; If there is no unity between God and man, then we can hardly trust in the God whom we cannot see, what's more walk together with Him. Above all these, we could not unite based on our own love and patience as we all have different background and different perception over everything. Therefore, we really need the love of God, through His words and by the help of Holy Spirit, only then we would able to be united in His glory, because only in His glory, we can focus on God's love and forgiveness instead of man's weaknesses. By then, we can accept each other, love one another and stay in unity!

亲爱的朋友， 你可否知道合一的重要性呢？在一个家庭里面，若没有合而为一，家庭就会出现争吵、纷争，导致家庭没有了爱、平安、喜乐；在一个学校里面，若没有合而为一，学校就会出现斗争、结党，导致学校没有了和谐、舒适；在一个工作环境中，若没有合而为一，就会出现压力、争夺，导致公司没有办法更上一层楼；在一间教会里，若没有合而为一，教会就会变成一盘散沙，四分五裂的使教会无法成长，只呆在原处；在友谊之间，若没有合而为一，一旦遇到了问题，友谊就不再坚固，甚至会引起吵架；在情侣之间，若没有合而为一，就只会带来斗嘴、怀疑；在人与神的关系中，若没有合而为一，就无法相信那看不见的神，就更不可能与主同行了。在这一切之上，我们无法单靠自己的爱和忍耐去合一，因为我们每个人的背景和见解都不同。所以，我们真的少不了神的爱，更是藉着祂的话语和圣灵的提醒，方能让我们在祂的荣耀里合而为一，因为唯有在祂的荣耀里，我们才能不看人的软弱，而是定睛于神的爱和宽恕。这样，我们就能彼此接纳，彼此相爱，并且合而为一了！

‭‭诗篇 103:5 祂用美物使你所愿的得以知足，以致你如鹰返老还童。‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

God is a Father who keeps all His promises, whatever He has spoken, it shall be done. Therefore, are you hearing good news each day? Or are you hearing the bad reports and circling yourself around that news all the time? For only the gospel, which is the good news about Jesus Christ is able to save us! Therefore, good news is here for you today! No matter what is the desire of your heart right now, be it seeing restoration in your family, or being healthy once again, you know what? God fills your life with good things! Never ever think that sickness, poverty, disasters are all acts of God, they are not of God! For God is a God that fills your life with good things! If sickness is not a good thing, then it's not from God; if poverty is not a good thing then why would you think that it's from God? He only has good things and He fills you, filling means making it into fullness! He fills good things in your life and ensures that they are to the fullness. Besides that, He also renewed your youth like the eagle's, what a wonderful promise! So you're getting younger each day, energetic and strong! Say it to yourself: God has filled my life with good things and my youth is renewed! Praise The Lord! ‬‬

天父是一位信守承诺的父亲，凡祂所说的，都必成就。在每一天里，你所听到的是不是好消息呢？还是你听到的都是不好的报告，而你就被这些不好的讯息时刻缠绕着？唯有福音，就是来自于耶稣基督的好消息，才能够拯救我们！所以今天，这好消息是给你的！你知道吗？无论你心里的渴望是什么，是家庭关系要得着修复，或是身体要健康起来，上帝都要来满足你！永远不要觉得疾病、贫穷、灾害是上帝的作为，它们不来自上帝！因为我们的上帝是以美物来使你满足的！如果疾病不是好事，它就不来自神；如果贫穷不是好事，为什么你会觉得它来自上帝呢？上帝只以美物来充满你，而且是丰丰富富的给你！祂以美好的事物来使你满足，并确保是丰盛的。除此之外，祂也让你重新得力，使你如鹰返老还童，这是多么美好的应许！所以你是越来越年轻，充满活力和强壮的！所以要对自己这样说：上帝祂用美物使我所愿的得以知足，以致我如鹰返老还童。‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬赞美主！
